One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every day. I can not exist without doing meditation. I would feel very uncentered and ungrounded.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I talked to my neighbors dog. they moved in recently and brought a dog, they rescued from Romania. My terrace is bordering their garden, so I often see the dog Elmo, when I’m taking care of the plants. I greeted him and ask him where he came from.
he showed me pictures of some quite dirty kennel. may dogs around barking. he showed me, that he was wild, not used to people very much. he was living in a litter on a small farm house, but not connected to people very much. everything went very fast, then the picture of the kennel. barking. He was very shy. scared of human.
He jumps to his life here. he said, he is very happy with his dad and mom. they love him very much and he loves them. they take good care of him, giving him Las treats and he tries to do everything right. He tells me that the was a pet of them in an other life and this is the reason, why he was drawn back to them.
He is very sweet and looks into my eyes.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. I learned that Charly is stupsi. that’s very mind-blowing
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Martha mentioned in a communication with Charly, that the essence of Charly is in Stupsi, and sometimes there is a shift and and one of my dead ancestors is walking in and out of Stupsi. I never recognized and I wander, who it could be and why?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Yes. Since the communication with Charly as a FAT started, I came very close to him. I feel his love and his protection strongly. It is a good feeling after all the years, I could not feel his presence. I can see different aspects of him now, then when he was alive. The light he is surrounded with and the purpose he came for.

#1 Yes I did the Spiritual Warfare Meditation this week. It felt good to clean house so to speak.
#2 This week I purchased a zoo membership. The membership is good for the zoo and the safari park. Today, I went to the zoo for my first visit. I introduced myself to the elephants, gorillas and giraffes. I introduced myself and sent love energy to each group. The thought of actually communicating with such amazing animals gives me the chills.
The gorilla’s didn’t seem to know I existed. The elephants looked directly at me with curiosity. The giraffes seemed to acknowledge me the most. I was sending loving energy while introducing myself. On two separate occasions, an adult giraffe stopped grazing and looked intently at the spectators as if they were looking for someone or something. I waved my hand and said “It’s me. I’m doing that”. Each time, I got a puzzled look in return. Then I was sending love energy to the juvenile giraffe and my daughter told me that the 4 adults were watching me the whole time. That was pretty cool.#3 This week I want to celebrate handing out business cards. I have left a card at each restaurant that we frequent. Next, is handing out flyers/cards to owners that I see in the community. I’m nervous just thinking about it. 😬
#4 I want to be able to go back to the zoo and start communicating with the Gorillas, Elephants and Giraffes. I’m not sure what type of communication I should expect. It would be the first time that I have a reciprocal conversation with an animal in person.
#5 Yes I did speak with Charly. Posted previously.
#6 Yes. Intuition lessons and pulling out the correct number of coffee lids and packets of sugar for morning coffee.

1. Yes I meditated almost everyday, and sometimes during quiet times in nature. Morning for a quiet connection between Layla and me, also healing meditations,& meditations that are in videos I have.
2 No conversations with animals, tried with the squirrels again and a chipmunk.
3.I want to celebrate my ability to finally relinquish control over things, and controlling negative emotions. I now leave everything to the universe and feel free.
4.My question is- if a serious life threatening illness appears needing surgery, and we can’t communicate with the animal, do we get the surgery done to save their life or let them transition?
My discovery is how Layla can communicate with body language so I know what she wants. She answers my questions with actions or body language. I have heard low rumblings almost like she is trying to tell me something.
5.No, I have been busy with contractors in my house and making appointments. I will try this evening when its quiet.
6. I have been people watching at the beach and guessing what people are going to do next. It can be a lot of fun especially if I am right. I want to try the card game. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes nearly every day: Guided meditations ‘connecting to source’ and ‘shifting into 5D’, Twin Hearts, Chakra balancing tones.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with a lizard in my home, a dove outside, and with Nita’s dog Blackie. It was mostly a message for Nita so I will let her know and ask her for feedback.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing in particular this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can you be sure you are connecting with the animal’s spirit and not with the animal’s guide, or your own guide or your higher self?
I am learning I need to focus on what I am feeling and then try to make an accurate description of that feeling.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet but will try to do so soon.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practice Focusing. When I don’t really feel like getting into it or I cannot, at least I try to be more aware of what’s going on in my body.

Hi Nita,
I posted the communication with Blackie on your page.
Wow a dragon fly! I have always been told this is a clear sign from the other side, possibly an ancestor or a close loved one… The colour of it could tell you something also.
Much love and blessings to you too 🙂 -

Thanks again Mascha….I’ve responded to your wonderful communication.
I needed confirmation of a dream message, and I believe the firefly gave it. It was a beautiful green and blue! I also looked up its totem significance, and it indicates the end of something, moving on.
Love and blessings

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Meditation on Twin hearts plus exercises given by Val during the coaching session.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We had an unusual visitor in a huge dragon fly….never seen one here in 4 years. This one entered a closed room, in response to my asking for a sign after a communication….and left after a couple of hours only when I requested it to, as I had got the message.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Though it is still a one way conversation, I think the recipients are getting the message!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing in particular.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but I have not yet posted.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying a few techniques and exercise that I’d read about earlier. -

Meditate – White Room meditation with Sage Method, Create your own lab/office with Val, Connect with guides while you sleep meditation with Hay House, Muse white noise meditations
Practice – With Jazzy, our donkey in spirit to hear her version of how the herd is doing. Talked to Montana (cat in spirit).
Celebrate – Finding a FB group with friends that is exploring Controlled Remote Viewing. It’s on my bucket list and this is a nice, easy way to brush against the topic.
Questions – I have so many healing modalities that fascinate me but not sure where to go next. Emotion Code is working well and I am halfway through that certification. But tuning forks, Reiki, Body Talk all interest me as well as Intuitive scanning. Funny how tuning fork sets keep appearing on my Amazon pages and Shift Network suddenly has a medical intuition seminar. Guides busy at work, I assume.
FAT? – Done and posted
Intuition – Tried the candy game with M&Ms but was unable to feel a consistent vibration differentiation. Not sure if the coloring on the candy shell isn’t enough vibration to feel or possibly that guides are telling me to quit wasting time on candy colors when there is so much to do. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I got into my heart space and send gold Love energy. This past week was a doozy. I had lots of negative energy. I Hope to be better this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Also, one of my new mourning dove friends (one of the babies). We talked about suggestions for when in the parking garage for safety and not getting the other humans upset.
Also I communicated with the resident cat at the pet food and supply store.
Also, a client dog.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Silent meditation every day. Some days up to 2 hours. Working on getting in place of no space/no time
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I worked with the Golden Retriever, Jovi this week after her ACL repair. A tear has been detected in her other knee so working on that as well. She was really drugged in the days after her surgery and seemed grateful for the help clearing the meds that she didn’t need from her system.
I also communicated with Leo after is transition and when I connected with him I felt his energy soar up trough me. It was so light and free, feeling so much different than any other time when he was in the cat suit. He told me he could fly now
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The experience of sensing energy in Leo after her transitioned and being able to tell the difference. Also celebrating the pure joy of having helped 2 Animals and their parents get through difficult times.
So excited for the opportunity to do a class with Ed Strachar on Thursday. Thanks Val!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am completely blown away by the amount of confidence I have gained in my ability to see the mirroring between animals and their people. I am also amazed at how I am able to control my environment and relationships by managing my own energy. My goodness what a ride this has been
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have only had time to talk to other animals for the past few weeks
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Reading book “Occularity of the Mind” by Carol Collins and The Jeshua Collective. It has been a very enlightening prospective of Intuition and the “Clairs”. It is pretty heavy reading. There is no doubt set forth by the Jeshua Collective that silent meditation every day is the key to accuracy. I am getting this consistently from every source, every direction. 15-20 minutes day ( I like to do more when I can). I have taken this to heart and the results are pretty amazing.

1 Did you meditate this week
Several times this week I started to really listen to soothing orchestral music for about 5 – 10 each time. Found it easier to stay still and quieten my busy mind. Also spent time collecting seeds from plants, which I find relaxing.. As I write this, looking out into my small space, a Red Admiral butterfly is checking the plants by my window. A lovely distraction
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Timmy, a black and white male cat. The cat has been missing for several days. I connected with him as did another communicator. I was shown him huddled in a corner in the basement of a house where he had fallen into after going on an adventure and felt he was scared He couldn’t get out nor could I see how he could. His answers seem to suggest he was near to transition. Shown a bungalow (single story building) and another but bigger house. Smelt the sea and shown a bearded man dressed in similar clothes as a fisherman would wear, jumper and trousers tucked into wellington boots. Not being told of location I sensed the cat was located in the USA. I’m in the UK so I dismissed the thought. This proved the wrong thing to do as initial feedback from the client stated the location was Florida and near a harbour. Later I dowsed the area and came across the larger building and a bungalow that matched some details given e.g chimney stack, aerial became satellite dish, white wide narrow steps leading to a verandah was a white brick wall forming steps to a terrace. Plus the hole where I was shown Timmy had fallen into, there was indeed a hole at that location. There were other pointers too that matched. Infor was sent to the guardian. I appreciate what I was shown and the buildings that matched a few streets away may not not hold the answer to Timmy’s disappearance. Await feedback and will connect again
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate that my South African Claw frog seems to have survived his ordeal, to me a traumatic experience for him and the feeling of guilt for me. Don’t know how long he was out of his tank but thankfully found him early in the morning when drawing back the living room curtains. If the incident had happened late in the evening I may not have seen him and may not be with me now.
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this weekNeighbours tuxedo cat -Princess is staying in my home most days, sleeping and now playing games etc. Has stayed the night – yes, even tried to bribe her out but adamant doesn’t want to go outside. Sometimes the weather is bad and haven’t the heart to pick her up and put her outside. How do I get her to pay for her food and lodging etc !!! Just joking, She gives me plenty in return by just being herself, wanting to be near me, her love and trust and her choice. Am I bribing her to keep coming back to me. She is fast asleep with a paw against my side. Not sure if she still visits another neighbour’s house now that the grandmother has passed away. The daughter who lives there, works and granddaughter visits, maybe, less often. Did explain the change in household to both tabby, who lives there and tuxedo cats.
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Not this week6 Did you play one of the Intuition Games.
Guessing, which friend I’ll meet while walking around the area/neighbourhood. Been right 3 times this week

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – an hour in the mornings – but not every morning. The mornings I missed, I feel like I didn’t make good decisions, I felt restless and unhappy.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a coaching call with Val and Elsa preparing Elsa for staying with family while we are away for two weeks. My assignment from the last time had been to work on my own worries and figure out what they were, as well as accepting that difficult things have to be done sometimes. So in between sessions I caught a glimpse of the universe shifting in response to us – that it is a malleable thing that we are always bending and shaping. It was just a moment of understanding. I also saw very clearly how facing difficult things helps you grow. While these things have been theoretically clear, it was wonderful to actually feel them if only for a moment – turns out from Val’s conversation with Elsa, that she has been guiding me around this. What great teacher.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate Elsa’s strength, wisdom and commitment to “growing” me.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
A big discovery about feeling the universe as a malleable thing for a moment.
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve posted my conversation with Charly. The big thing that he told me there was: Fear is the destroyer! It very quickly went into a very deep conversation that felt was absolutely the help and guidance I have been needing. He also suggested that I am running away from my gifts. Since then, I have been asking myself every day: What can I do to run towards my gifts today? Thank you Charly. Amazing.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising listening and acting on my intuition – small things such as: don’t pick/do pick the herbs; read this/don’t read this etc. I’m trying to give my intuition credence in my daily life. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Guided meditations for 10-15 minutes each day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I just finished a coaching session in which I communicated with Mother Earth and sent love energy to areas of the planet that were hurting. This was a healing experience for me as well. And I learned that I can do more than I thought possible.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate the coaching session I had this morning.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week. Will try later.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I practiced with cards.

1. After I got Val’s email post on Sunday (which was clearly about me, and using my frustrations as a marketing tool without helping me at all) I pretty much gave up.
2. At my local pet store I noticed one of the foster kitties, named Blue, was identified as 8 years old and there because his person died. He was just laying around, like most cats do in the afternoon. I tried to connect with him to tell him I was sorry that his person died, and it wasn’t his fault, and he was in that cage to find him a new home. As usual, I have no idea if he got the message or not.
3. Absolutely freaking nothing.
4. None. There’s no point in asking questions because I won’t get answers.
5. No, there’s no point to trying.
6. Still using it in daily life. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated every night but one, back to Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My deer have returned, +1, a still spotted baby, which brings this group back up to 4. They lost one member last hunting season. I welcomed them back and sent love to all of them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I know this is possible, and it is a goal for me to strive for.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I said “hi” to Charly, but got no response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Always trying to listen/allow those thoughts as I go about my days.

1. Meditate!
I have been this week for holiday by the sea side. I took advantage of every moment to ground my self, cleanse my self with the salty water, and meditate. Although the deep meditative state was not possible every day, even short ones, listening to the waves, seemed miraculously good healing for me.
2. Practice!
I practiced with a cat named Tzombi. She went missing for 2 days. I stood one evening till late to meditate, and than I connected to her and to her human friend.i have created a sort of triangle between us. I showed her the light within her humans heart. After giving my best, a few minutes after I finished, being past 1 am, I have felt asleep. Next morning, I saw the message that last night Tzombi appeared as if God himself placed her in the hands of the human friend. Relaxed, clean, not too hungry and happy. As I am practicing “release all expectations”, I was delighted and positively surprised! It made my day that girly, as this kind of return help build my confidence.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate TRANSFORMATION this week. That following above mentioned situation I see some evolution, and transformation of old beliefs.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing this week.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week. Thank you Dear Charly wherever you are for your understanding! I love you!
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

Which is a work in progress. But, that’s why I am a student 😃!
