One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every day like always. usually 20 min morning, 20 evening. At the moment still chakra meditation (cleansing and recharge)
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yes. I was communicating with the cat of my parents. It is a very bad story- he had some horrible disease in his bowls for years and asked me all the time to be put down, but my parents have no understanding for that subject and also no love for animals. It was too expensive for them so they just let them suffer.
2 week ago he was killed in a very cruel way by the neighbors dog. even if he never made any voice expression, obviously the neighbors heard him screaming, when the dog attacked him.I feel so sorry and so bad about this poor little guy. he told men, that he is very happy to be dead. he is in a nice place now and not suffering anymore of the bowl pain, he had for so long. he told me, yes, the way he died was very brutal and it was part of his karma and part of the karma he had with my parents. he said, he took over dark energies, they atracted for so long. He asked me to light a candle and say a prayer, to feel better- he doesn’t need anything. he said, he will be reborn soon and showed me the picture of a squirrel.I still feel it is a disgusting happening.
I talked with a cat of my client. he has some teeth issues. It was funny, because I was searching for him energetically, like putting my antenna in different directions. there was no signal, so I asked the client, if the cat is sleeping or outside. She confirmed, the she put him outside and that he was probably on the hunt somewhere (what he usually does, when he goes outside.)
I waited a bit longer and tried to very gentle search again and then the very clear, but short and a bit inpatient message came: I am alright! nothing serious with my teeth! It sounded lie an echo from very far away. I was smiling.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. I feel much closer to my beloved dog Charly after all that years of not being able to feel him.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It came a few times up that people who connected with Charly, saw a white rabbit. so I wander if Charly is stupsi?

1. Meditate!
It has been a few special days for me, as I had initiated a healing energy request to be sent to our colleague Nita, and I practiced daily, to meditate, pray, and to send back the positive energy to every person that has contributed. During the day I put ear buds, and I listened to short guided meditations, including the most favorite one, from Val, the ZEN Meditation. (I wish it were a little better recording though 😊).
2. Practice!
I practiced energy healing, with Boss the neighborhood cat which is still in hospital, because when the doctor will consider he is well he will also be neutered. He improved wonderfully, and it’s nice to watch his evolution.
I practiced with a baby cat with some infectious disease (can’t remember the name), and she accepted with so much grace the healing, and as I tunned into her, I felt that she felt very noxious … a horrible feeling…
I practiced also with a cat named Nosy, a boy with severe constipation. Of course he was given also allopathic medicines, but today evening I got the info that he started to eliminate. It was curious to me that when I tunned into him, and scanned his body, I only felt like a nudge on the left side, but nothing hurting too bad.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate that I got such great support from colleagues regarding my request of sending good thoughts and energy healing to Nita. The supplies in the house were almost finished and it wasn’t easy for Nita to invent something to give every day for the 7 dogs to eat.
My intention was based on the fact that if I can’t help her with real material things as we are on different continents, than a heap of support of a different kind may do the trick. I wished that the clouds would move to some other area on earth, where they would be needed, and the rain would be healing not devastating.
Thank you, you wonderful people! All your efforts and input is highly appreciated!
You did it, and I celebrate with you!4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
D: The follow up book from The Celestine Prophecies, named The Tenth Insight, is absolutely amazing! It resonates to me and our times we live right now, even though the book appeared in 1996… I was in high school than…

Not this week. I will be going in holiday nest week, and beside my practicing what I love most, I had so many other things to do. Thank you Dear Charly wherever you are for your understanding! I love you!6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
The intuition game this week, has been the same: I am paying more attention to synchronicities, and feelings of animals, and sometimes people.-

Deepest gratitude Lucia from me and my kids (and the horses!) for your kind initiative, help and support at a difficult time…prayerful support is as needed and more powerful than material support, and you and the others were amazing!
Much love, thanks again and blessings -

1.Yes I meditated everyday. I did reiki meditation a couple of times, deep healing meditation and meditation to ask for help for Nita and the rain.
2. My dog Layla, I asked her and felt her questions pop into my mind. I made a list of them to answer and ask the vet.
3.I want to celebrate connecting with Charly and having a brief conversation because I was so surprised. I reported to his mom.
4.How do we know the answers we get as feelings are correct and coming from the animal and not our mind?
5.Yes I did and was shocked. It was the first time and brief. He showed me a very bright rabbit that he flashed white and then grey to make sure I saw it. I also told him he looked very handsome and got the feeling his fur is silky. I reported to his mom. If you look closely, his white markings are in the shape of a rabbit.
6. None, its been a crazy week. Felt my granddaughter needed a hug. WE are very tuned into one another as she is also an empath.-

Love and blessings to you and Layla….hope all goes well for her.

Meditate – Incorporated the “ahhh” meditation with Wayne Dyer along with Muse and Hemi Sync.
Practice – Read Barney (cat) for end of life information. Read a feral cat that is a starseed named Marion. Foster was worried because Marion escaped her grasp but he is on a mission. Read Disney (dog) again about health issues. Read Max and George (dogs) about their current toxicity issue.
Celebrate – My Higher Self reading with Dawn Marino. What an incredible experience and a huge boost to my confidence.
Questions – Currently, I feel the need for a photo in order to connect. At what point does that not become a perceived necessity?
FAT? – Quick check in with Charlie to express gratitude for his participation.
Intuition – More Hemi Sync audio files on intuition development and playing games with car colors and traffic lights. Watching the Monarchs and intuiting their thoughts. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin Hearts meditation and Val’s stress relieving meditation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Again, it’s one of my rescue dogs who has some physical issues, including skin problems, triggered by weather conditions. I could only apply an ointment after explaining to him why it’s needed, and he’s co-operating now!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate the friendships here, yet again. We had a week of unprecedented extreme weather conditions and consequent problems… the warm and prayerful support of friends who messaged regularly meant more than I can say. Thank you everyone, and Lucia, for posting (though it was an embarrassing surprise!) but it earned me some new friends!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a question about communication with nature in general, and have posted it for the next call.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during the call, but will do so again soon.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, mainly due to lack of time, as I’m working on a book and some exercises suggested by Val. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
About 15 min. every day; Chakra Balancing Tones, guided ‘connect to your source’ meditation, Twin hearts Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to talk to my cat Bootsy. I quickly realized I was too disturbed by my own emotions and I was unable to put them aside. So instead it turned into a long Focusing session with the sensations in my body.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am learning the basics in Horseman ship and it’s a great feeling to feel the connection when the horse follows you without any leash. I clearly need to work on myself though on how to impose myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing in particular this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week but I will try and do so soon.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I try to focus on what I feel in my body when I think about it and sit with the feeling (Focusing). I also try to focus on all sounds around me, in a piece of music or sometime in the day.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, good energy vibration tracks I have, simply being in my heart shining gold Love energy, sending Healing energy, possibly one or two I did privately with Val, and if I took a walk since last accountability I meditated during the walk with the trees and the birds. I also meditated with my mourning dove friends.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye- about why Serenity didn’t eat well sometimes- not her mouth after all!
I talked with them about other things, too. I sent them Love energy and Serenity Healing energy and Hawkeye, too.
I talked with my plants, too. They said about they’re doing well and that’s why they are able to keep the bugs away as well and why they aren’t more abundant. I sent the plants Love energy.
I talked with my mourning dove friends and the mom sent me nurturing and comforting energy. She nurtured me under her wing.
I talked with a lost cat.
I talked with Charly and posted for Nicole to read.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Evolving. Healing.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted for Nicole to read.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Lean in lean out. Paying attention to what I get intuitively. Also, more with numbers!

1. Yes, I’m doing my AM and PM activations. Trying to get to a minimum of 21 days straight, with at least one each day (It’s part of a program I’ve been meaning to complete.) Also meditated for the New Moon.
2. I’ve been communicating with Carmel more, asking her questions like what her vitality is if she were to rate herself, which helps me gauge how she’s feeling. And just questions like, “Do you know how much I love you?” Which is a yes.
3. Celebrating that Carmel is doing better and she thinks I’m doing a good job.
4. I’ve been learning about proper nutrition and how cats should not be eating grains or food that has high carbs. I’ve been watching this Holistic Cat Conference and now know that my cat’s food from the vet is crap. I don’t understand why they thought this stuff would be good for cats if it’s got corn, wheat, and rice, not enough protein, and high carbs. It doesn’t make any sense. So luckily, she was getting low on food anyways so the other day we got her some freeze-dried raw food and better canned food. I’m looking forward to finding what she really likes that’s healthier and introducing raw meat soon. It doesn’t seem right that she has to eat this c/d food indefinitely. I’m glad to know we can get her to be even healthier ourselves. This will probably help a lot with her coat and the clumping.
5. Yes, I attended a class on Friday where we communicated with various people’s animals and did thumbs up/thumbs down for yes and no questions. Sometimes I wasn’t sure but noticed some of the questions I knew right away and was getting them right! It wouldn’t be my preference to learn this way though and no one meditated beforehand, which was interesting.
6. No, but I know I’m picking up on things Carmel likes or wants. Just working on being more aware.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate every day except for one. I also meditated before doing healing work with te animals
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talked to and did helping with my friend’s Siamese cat, Hop Sing. Detected tightness in his lower abdomen. It turned out to he had pancreatitis and a UTI.
Also talked to a Golden Lab named Jovi before she had ACL surgery. Did some healing techniques wit her and showed her what they were going to do to fix her leg.
Leo, my friend’s cat, who has been living on energy basically for 3 months has finally decided it is his time to transition. He was hoping to go on his own , however is pretty stubborn. He has an appt, tomorrow for the vet to assist. I went to see him and explained the whole procedure to him so he would understand. I forgot to do that before and it may be why he was so resistant to any assistance.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think all of the above activity and my increased level of confidence with my ability.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing specific
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Between traveling to see my daughters and all the healing activities absolutely no time at all.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No designated exercises,, but I was able to listened to the recording of the last Masterclass that I missed.

1 Did you meditate this week
Breathing meditation apx 40 mins on and off for apx 5 -10 min each session . Checked out other meditations. Will relisten and write down Val’s mediation from 8 Jul as missed part of it
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this weekWhen passing houses in a small charming gated complex, as I often do, next to a park, I saw Mamuska, a sweet, lovely, small black and white cat sitting amongst plant pots at her front door. She came tripping towards me and jumped onto the railing wall for me to pet her. Spent a few minutes with her before telling her to go home. She jumped down, rolled in the dry earth, jumped back up onto the wall for another petting, looked at me then jumped back down and started to walk away. Turning to me, again gently telling her several times to go home, Mamuska bounced back to her little open garden by her front door. and settled down to relax again in the warm sunshine.
Although there was no verbal communication, it is a connection. This happens every time I see Mamuska. The guardian is aware the cat is friendly but is safe, although Mamuska will visit the secluded garden within the park a few feet away Told a bee he was beautiful and received a ‘Thankyou’
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate whenever I see Mamuska, however long ago I last saw her e.g winter time, she happily, almost skips, towards me for petting. Picture below
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
What was the reason I fell asleep twice during Charly FAT communication. Was it sleep or deeper connection even though I sense something going, poss a dream but don’t remember anything except I just saw black
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Yes but little received. Will post both communications in forum
The first communication got distracted and drawn to Val voice. Charly told to come back. I fell asleep twice during second communication.
6 Did you play one of the Intuition Games
Guessed the playing card numbers and suits that each individual in a group of players held and discarded when playing various card games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not so much. Work and visiting family. Fitting it in when I can.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Jojo: my friend’s cat disappeared and she asked for help. I was struggling for time to be alone so did my best. I got that she was out on cat business. She returned two days later – so I was relieved that nothing had happened to her and it seemed to be correct.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I’m able to drop into my heart more quickly.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can I develop my own trust in what I get?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Not this week.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really – but shouting “I love you” at everything I pass by as I drive to work really brings me joy. No one can hear except me – I’m in the car – but its fun. -

1. Still focusing on sending love whenever I think of it
2. I connected with a couple of animals I know, no particular communication received
3. I finally got time with Val! And my regular weekly energy worker can keep chipping away at things Val pointed out!
4. How can I make “connection” into “communication” (which is a circle, normally including confirmation that a message was received)?
How (and when) can I move beyond sensing attitudes and feelings, which don’t solve problems, into using words to problem-solve?
How can I translate Val’s Conversation Blueprint out of words and into something accessible to me?
How can I better get my mind out of the way, which Val says is my entire problem?
How can I get out of my mind and still THINK? If I only feel then I can’t even ask questions.
5. Not yet.
6. Not really. I’ve been too busy thinking about the stuff above.- This reply was modified 9 months, 3 weeks ago by Greta.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?’
I did several meditations this week rather than reading. Soul Malas Healing Meditation Music, Ho ‘Oponopono Deep Cleaning meditation, and a new meditation I found for clearing money blocks.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family, just my normal (one way) communicatons with them. I should mention that since Val told me that my cat, Shadow, is one of my past kitties reincarnated, it feels to me like there is a new and special bond that I didn’t recognize before. He’s always been my love-bug, but it feels different now. More better! 🙂
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Offered Charly a greeting. Heard nothing in response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I told my boss at work before I even knew why that I would not be able to attend a meeting they have scheduled for next Tuesday after my working hours. That night I got home and found an email with a rescheduled webinar meeting for that same night.

#1 I haven’t done a long or deep meditation this week. Too much rushing around I guess. I have done mini relaxation sessions several times during the day in order to relax and set my intention for my next adventure.
#2 This week I connected with a lost cat named Wolfie. He has been lost for nearly a week now. There are dense woods behind the home where the cat lives. I was able to connect with him. He was up in a tree that he had climbed when he was chased by a coyote (by his description, I’m sensing a Coyote but it’s not confirmed). I asked him why he was up in the tree and he said he was chased up into the tree by a big animal and was afraid to come down. I tried to survey the immediate area around the tree and I didn’t feel like a predator was nearby. Wolfie said it stayed at the bottom of the tree for a long time. I encouraged Wolfie to come down from the tree and run like the dickens home while it is still light outside. He seemed to be far from home so I don’t know if he was able to make it home in a couple of hours or days.
I learned that being able to visually survey the environment is an incredible tool to have in our toolbox. I would like to strengthen the skill that I have now to bring it to a level of normalcy and accuracy.
#3 Keep on plugging away!
#4 I seem to be getting a lot of lost cat inquiries. I will go through the Master classes to see what is available regarding lost animals.
#5 Yes I did speak with Charly. ❤️
#6 Yes. Intuition exercises/lessons are always intertwined in my studies.
