ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Gold MemberI just realized that it is Thursday not Wednesday and I don’t think I posted last week.
I have not been well The doctor’s tests do not show what is wrong. I’ve had lots of doctor’s visits and am being referred to yet another specialist. I am weak and have difficulty walking. The other day a friend came to the door and when I walked to the door to unlatch the screen I collapsed landing half in the hall and half on the porch. I was too weak to get up. With her help I was finally able to get turned around to get off my stomach on on my knees. I just did not have enough strength to move my legs.
I have had trouble with my left eye making it difficult to see the computer. I’ve infection in the retina, shingles in the cornear and another infection I don’t know specifically where. The most recent infection may be a new infection or the preious one not healed. This all effectes my vision. Last trip to the eye specialist he said it looks good to him but I am still experiencing blurred vision. Computer work is difficult just now and I don’t log on often.
Somehow doing this post was just not something I thought of. And I really do need to earn a session with Val to see if she can help determine what is wrong.
I moved to this apt in late November expecting to land running. My computer had been in storage while I was in temp housing. I had sort of disabled it so no one emailed me when I could not access email. I still have not updated it.
So once again I am starting over in an attempt to get 12 in a row.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
No. See comment before first question.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have connected a little with my cat Princess in spirit. She is the only one of my own cats I havce had good connection with. I’ve asked her for help getting to sleep and for help with my other cats. I talk to them all the time and they respond with actions and body language but I am not able to carry on a conversation with them to report.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.Nothing to celebrate
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I communicate with animals when I am not feeling well?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No. When I logged in I saw that we have a new FAT. I look forward to meeting him or her.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried one thing. When approaching an intersection I try to determine which way the car in front if me is going: left, right or straight ahead.
That is all I have to report at the moment.

Platinum Member#1 I need to set time for meditation only as my connections are coming faster, before I can get through a solid meditation. Which is great, but it cuts down on my meditation time.
#2 I was intending on connecting with my friend’s cat, Elvis, who is in spirit. Just as we were about to connect, my friend’s Mom (Lydia who is in spirit as well) picked Elvis up and placed him off to the side and walked right up to me. I said “OK, looks like you want to be in front of the line, sounds good, let’s do this”.
She said wonderful things about each family member, throwing her humor in there as well. I know that my friend still misses her Mom terribly, so it was a very nice gift getting a message from her Mom.
Then I spoke to Elvis, the cat. Elvis came over to me, sauntering in her 5.0 new body that is pain free. She is with Lydia (Grandma) in Spirit. She told me that she tries to get her Mom’s attention when she comes to visit. She wants me to tell her Mom that she was the best Mom ever and she will still visit her sometimes.
#3,4, The fact that a human came through and put the cat I was intending to connect with off to the side and stepped right up to me wanting to communicate first was beyond amazing. I’m told this can and does happen if they want to take this opportunity to relay a message if the communicator is open to it. I am glad that I knew her, because it was a stress free conversation and I was very open to it.
This must mean that I am accelerating in my connections. Still riding the wave!
#5 I did communicate with FAT I’ll post next week.
#6 No I didn’t intentionally do any intuition games. -

1.
Yes, I meditated about 1.5 total hours this week. I did a guided meditation with Anna Breitenbach, a chakra clearing meditation, 3 sessions on my own for inner child work.
2.
I worked with a baby squirrel that my dog brought to me. She was pretty traumatized and appeared injured or sick. I asked her if she was in pain, but didn’t believe I got an answer. She seemed to be recovering, and was bonding with me however, on the 3rd day she didn’t seem well and I “knew” she would not survive the night. I spoke with her spirit and the next morning her body was lifeless. I said a prayer to her spirit and I now feel her around me. In fact, during a meditation, I saw her with my dog who passed last year and they appeared to be buddies on the other side.
3.
I completed the “Awaken your Inner Guidance” course.
4.
How to slow down and enjoy the journey while taking the classes?5.
I did not. I would like to be a bit farther along in the beginning course to build my confidence.
6.
I couldn’t find it. -

3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, and a special one with chants as it was another special full moon…in Pranic healing it’s termed the festival of goodwill.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated especially with one of my rescues, as I inadvertently triggered a situation where for the first time in almost 3 years, she dug under the fence and escaped, though came back on her own. The day before I told new neighbors who are looking to adopt dogs that they could have her, as I wanted to find them good homes where they would get more personalized attention than I can give. After this incident, I said sorry to her for not checking in with her first, and that she would stay with us.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m not sure if it’s big enough to celebrate that the above conversation seems to have worked. What I definitely want to celebrate yet again is the great feeling of support and encouragement I get from Val and the very enlightening insights on the Facebook group discussions.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing really…..I need to get over my fear and lack of self confidence about AC, and though I know the only way is through practice, just don’t seem to be able to start.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I made a very perfunctory connection and will try a bit more before the call.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m going through all the exercises in order, so this week I did clairvoyant exercise #1. -

I am happy I keep trying 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am reading a book by Kathleen Prasad (after listening to Val’s monthly podcast) about doing Reiki with horses. I find it very interesting, how being peaceful yourself can be healing to other beings.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. A lot of meditation outside due to better weather – the more I do, the more I need to do
2..What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t managed to tune in to a specific animal this week: work and family reasons.I have been trying to connect with animals as I walk around -birds, geese, beetles, spiders, flies. I don’t feel I’ve had much success at this. I need more time to drop down into my heart. I still can’t do this “on the fly”.
2. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have been doing a 5 minute early meditation first thing in the morning outside every day to connect with earth – have been really enjoying this.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why is my ability to do this so inconsisten?
5.Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I went over the Inner Guidance system course. -

Platinum Member1 Did you meditate this week
Attended a 90 mins evening Hypnotherapy class. Spent apx 30 – 40 min attempting to sit quietly and close my mind from chatter – didn’t achieve, possible need to take more time to quieten down mind but did help on clearing what next step to take in dealing with a ‘needy friend’
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Jig. Male Labrador dog who showed me his past lives. These consisted of a brown haired lady dressed in white lace dress walking with a young girl (dressed similar to the woman) and boy wearing knickerbocker trousers, white and blue striped sailor type top. On his head he wore a straw boater hat with dark blue ribbons hanging down the back walking in a very busy, congested and noisy area, in what appeared to be a city similar to New York (I’m based in London UK) in late 1800’s or early 1900’s. 2nd past life showed a street urchin type boy, with a stick in hand hitting a large wagon type wheel steel rim to spin down the pavement. A black and white spaniel type dog running alongside. 3rd past life showed a young blonde lady driving a limousine car travelling on a tarmac road cutting thru wide open uninhabited land
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing this week
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week.
None
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Not yet
6 This week did you play one of the Intuition Games
Using instincts and memory I plotted out on paper, a group walking route prior to a physical ‘reckie’ of the route. Was fairly accurate, although found an interesting small cut thru to a tiny courtyard that lead to small winding street which you’d never know was there unless you used the cut thru. Once this was completed I took the group on the tour.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes about 30-60 minutes//day. I did a vision improvement meditation a couple of times. And I also watched a Fire Homa for the Full Moon which is equivalent to 3 weeks of meditation. It really was pretty cool and meditative.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to a deer and a bunny that came to see Sal(from a distance) while he was outside on his leash. They seem to like the open lot behind my house. The deer wanted to know where my bird seed was. The deer eat it all
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Really nothing to celebrate
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Started connecting with Peanut. Or tried. I saw 2 different 5’s in his fur. He is a beautiful kitty
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did some exercises in my intuition development class. Write down 10 objects and see how many you see in the next 24 hours. I saw like 3. Not good. Will keep trying.

No burning questions at this point. I’m still finding my way around the website and course.
I did not work with FAT. I would like to be a bit farther along in the beginning course to build my confidence.
I could not find the Intuition excercises, but I took a walk in nature and tuned in to whatever animals, birds, reptiles, and plants were there. The thought of encountering a rattle snake gives me anxiety attacks, so I worked with that anxiety since I live in rattle snake country.

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I have meditated as far as I remember every day. Sometimes with support, sometimes without. I don’t know why last Saturday while on deep meditation I had some kind of vision and I’ve opened my eyes, and Boumba was staring at something above my head, with big inquisitive eyes… I can’t explain why, but I felt scared… since than I always find a position to be with my back at a wall.
2. Practice!
I am practicing but I feel I stay on the basic Ac level… though when I offer energy healing I see all the fur balls are absolutely amazed, and happy and lovely, but I haven’t crossed the barrier of understanding what they are saying… Have imagined talking with my own friends Boumba, Aston, Bebe and Estella.
I have sent distance energy to the little cat Enzo, to Anja, to a cat from hospital.
Right this evening I have performed a healing session for my dog Bebe, as he is still afraid of storms. Not so obvious and he struggles not to show too much, but he gladly accepted and sighed of relief, and gave me a gazillion kisses. 😊3. Celebrate!
I am happy that I have found so many beautiful people and made so many good friends lately. I celebrate that I have so many realizations comparing with the period I was not HERE. 😊 Thank you Val! Thank you Barb! And Thank you TEAM!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Hmmm… they are just repeating. Maybe I should just post them for the call. 😊
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I did not this week. I am looking forward to practice during the call.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I wanted so badly to have the Intuition Development Games, and now that I have them… I don’t have time to play… Maybe if there were some actual app games to download and play, maybe I would play more. Otherwise, I am working a lot on myself, and with myself, as there is a lot of work to be done.

Gold Member1. Continuing to focus on radiating love, per the last Q&A call.
2. My husband and I were sitting in a sidewalk cafe when I saw a dog walk by with his person, I got the impression that he was thirsty. (It was 85 degrees and he was panting.) Our cafe had a water bowl set out for dogs, I picked it up to take over to where they sat on a bench, he drank (some). I had the impression that he likes cats, his person verified that sometimes he likes to play with his cats at home too much.
3. None.
4. None.
5. Did some, not good results at that time. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every night but one, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking to the swallows in my barn. The babies have hatched (5 of them that I can see), and are peeking over the side of the nest. They are adorable! When I go in to feed the horses, they peek over the side and open their mouths so I can feed them 🙂 I tell them their mom and dad have food for them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. Listening for intuitive thoughts throughout my days.
