One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

#1 I have been meditating for longer durations this week as it has been stressful in the house waiting for the business to launch (which the funding finally came through!). It’s funny because when I was taking Master level classes for MFT and we were to practice Mindfulness and meditation, I fought it tooth and nail. Now I view it entirely differently and enjoy it very much!
#2 This week I have talked to more animals who are in spirit to see if there is a difference in the experience. Will I be able to tell the difference between a living animal versus one in spirit? I will need to continue to widen my communication because when I spoke with the animals that were in spirit, I already knew that they were in spirit prior to the conversation, so the conversation was skewed.
I connected with my cat, Chatterbox, that ran away 20+ years ago, when we first arrived in CA. I searched high and low but never found her. It was amazing to connect with her. She told me exactly where she had gone. An older lady who was very lonely and needed her more than we did. She had a wonderful life with this lady. She didn’t respond to my calls because she knew I would take her back with me and the lady needed her more than I did. It was her purpose to end up with this lady and I was her transportation from RI to CA. I also reaped some benefits along the way. It was very soothing to know that she hadn’t been hit by a car or become prey to another animal.
#3 I have been diligent in communicating with at least 2 animals per day. My confidence and connections are growing stronger everyday.
#4 No questions or discoveries.
#5 Yes I did. I have already posted about it.
#6 I continue to pick various lessons throughout the week, including intuition development.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, focusing on self healing this week with a specific practice. In Pranic healing we use the mantra Om in a specific way to remove negative energies to clean the aura.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been talking to one of my rescues who has developed a skin issue. I’m trying to understand why it has suddenly flared up and the message he’s trying to give.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve completed “The heart of the conversation, the 7 step Blueprint course” which I hope will help me to have deeper conversations, which is a challenge for me.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing special.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, and will post today.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Clairvoyant exercise# 2 focusing on colors. This was reinforced by a review session of advanced pranic healing which uses colors for healing. -

Simon Peanut is enjoying his time as FAT. And Little Ricky is still trying to “help.”6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Still love practicing with card games. -

1. Did you meditate this week
Continued to take time out to think (sort of meditate) how best to resolve my dilemma regarding a long time friendship and implement possible solutions. The person and I attend the same events and places plus we live appx 2 mins walk from each other, therefore not easy to avoid. The week the days flew past
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week
None this week. Except to say ‘hello’ to animals I see/meet when out and about
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate the moment when, with a guardian, a dog stops, acknowledges and comes towards me for a stroke. In those instant moments, without preparation we have connected but not communicated for a conversation
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month
Not this week.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games.
Spur of the moment, something told me to visit an exhibition, which I did. After a while I bumped into a person I hadn’t seen for a long time. We had a good catchup

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not so much this week I’m afraid – only because I had longer days than usual. I did a heart centering meditation, a ‘reconnect with divine source’ meditation. I will now get back to my normal schedule where I like to meditate in the morning.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected again with Ginebra, a horse in my riding school. Again I feel sadness and pain in my heart. Dissapointment and feeling down and lonely also. Her solar plexus feels pulled in and stuck.
I notice my own feeling of being afraid to let her down. I do think I am picking up on her feelings because they are so strong but I wonder how much of my own feeling come into play by which maybe I can identify with her somehow.
I would like to try to do a healing on her sometime if she would accept that.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am growing as a person myself in this journey!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Val made me realize during my coaching session that I am mostly clairsentient – and just realizing that actually gives me a much clearer perspective. It makes it easier to focus on what I feel – even though it is difficult for me to put words to my feelings, this is what I need to learn, to simply connect to my feeling, and name it. This is what I tried in my last connections: trying to put words on what I feel.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did yes with Simon Peanut. Such a wonderful, playful, curious and open hearted being 🙂 I just posted in the discussion.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Some clairaudience exercises, to focus on different instruments in a musical piece, or just focus on all the different sounds around me in the room.

1. I meditate almost on a daily basis. I have been doing healing meditations on myself and Layla. I asked the universe for rain to put out the forest fires and got the rain but also flooding. I also do the relaxing stress meditation from Val. I like to meditate late at night or very early in the morning when it’s quiet.
2. None . I shall work on this and try each day. I don’t sleep well and the pain is excruciating.
3. I celebrated helping Layla understand what I am trying to say.
4.Do our animals make themselves sick when they hear us mention something they do not want in order to avoid it?
5.No, too much focus on my pain and Layla.
6. I am working on my emotions and my intuition is playing a part as well as my clairs. I tried to guess the outcome of an election. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to ones I did with Val privately. Also while on a walk I meditated with birds and trees and flowers and bushes and such. I found myself in my heart space without even intentionally meditating. I meditated today while waiting for my car to get fixed – meditated while standing inside letting the sun shine on me through the windows and also outside in the sun a little and while connecting with the birds there. I also meditated while listening to vibration tracks. I also meditated with one of my mourning dove friends and I believe my cats and a friend who is a cat who lives in my building.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember everything, but I believe I told them about an independent contractor travel agent job I might start. I will never travel again unless it’s for the Highest and Best Good of my cats and me, but I thought it might be good for earning extra money.
I talked with my friend who is a cat in my building.
I talked with my mourning dove friend. She gave me some great advice!
I talked with the birds today while waiting for my car to be fixed. They gave me some great advice!
I talked with trees and maybe birds on my walk.
I talked with another friend who is a cat who lives at the pet food and supply store I go to.
I talked with a dog in a picture at the car dealership/shop.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing, learning about focusing on one thing and putting others aside. Learning I need to do self Love. Seeing the Light on these things and starting Doo them or getting close to it. Learning confidence and who the negative Soul contract is in my life. More stuff too! Also, how amazing my cats are in so many ways!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new, but I see more and more how amazing my animals and other animals are. I already know, but they I see their amazingness even more- expanding beyond abundantly and infinitely and somehow it’s possible to expand beyond infinitely!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I would like to though as I enjoyed it during the club call:-)
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Lean in lean out, listening to my intuition, doing as I feel guided, and SO MUCH with numbers!!!!! WOW!!!!! Some with letters as well I believe. The numbers part is WOW!!!!! So many double and triple numbers times and other numbers of significance!

Meditate – 6 of the 7 days with my MUSE and sounds like Beach or Rain Forest
Practice – Visited with Milani (dog) about pooping inside. Revisited Rosie (dog) about continuing OCD compulsions. Learned that words really count because I suggested Sophie (dog) move into the house when loud noises scared her. What I didn’t anticipate was that the family would start rebuilding their pool and the loud noises are now at the kitchen door. So now she won’t go in the kitchen.
Celebrate – Working my way through the Platinum Mastery club and trying to decide when to start the Advanced class.
Questions – I am overwhelmed by the number of archived mastery classes and don’t know where to begin.
FAT? – Chatted briefly with Simon P. He is awesome.
Intuition – Yes, guessing car colors and traffic light colors, also listened to intuition building binaural beats.- This reply was modified 10 months, 1 week ago by Tricia Wentrcek.

1.Yes – I’ve been doing a lot of guided meditations to help settle my mind. I am definitely starting to get a stronger sense of my own self through this. I’d like to get better at mediating alone with the silence.
2. I practised with a friend’s dog who is very anxious. I was nervous because it was outside the safety of teh club. I tried twice to make sure and did connect very clearly – I think it was just me doubting myself. The next step for me is to Continue the conversation.
3. I want to celebrate that I am more readily acknowledging my connection is real.
4. My question is: how to stay more heart based in everything I do and not get swept up in the fast head rhythms all around me.
5.I haven’t practised with the FAT again this week.
6.I’m trying to deeply listen as I go. I am starting to feel a slight switch with plants and trees and all the colours become brighter. -

Silent meditation each day 10-40 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been taking care of Leo the cat for a few days. He is doing so well and is very appreciative of the energy I send him. However, he is kind of sarcastic and a little bossy. It’s just the impression I get.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am taking a sound healing and bio energy course , which is pretty cool.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Tried to connect with Peanut, but I just didn’t get anywhere.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Working on decluttering my brain and environment to clear space for intuitive thoughts.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. At the moment I do a chakra cleansing/charging meditation every day in the morning and evening
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I do a lot of work in my garden at the moment and I am confronted with different kind of insects. it is very interesting for me to connect with them. one thing I realized is, that they are much less afraid of me and I am of them. I am working on a very blossoming tree and it is covered in bees, but they don’t do anything to me being in the middle of their work area. When I connect to them or other insects , the experience I have is mostly not personal, but I am getting drawn into their field. I start to see strange colors, smell the plant in a sense of smell, I am not capable of doing in my human body. I see the plant they are on huge, from their eyes. It is more difficult for me to do it with spiders and I wonder why.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

My Chanels are opening up
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As I made a lot of big steps the last months and my channels are very opening, on the other side I find my personal self in a very dark place. I feel so exhausted and cut off from everything. Through the last years the human contacts I have had in the place I live, disconnected and I saw it as a natural process. I felt very much that something very new is coming. Now I am waiting for that “new” since long time (I walk through the process many years now). I am longing for a new life close to the sea and with a family. I wait for opportunity, very patiently, but the last days I had a strong feeling, that I can not stand anymore, what I am in here. Everything I do here seems to be finished and there are a few clients coming, and I really do my job and am there for them, but also, this construct does not feel right for me anymore. I start to question everything in my life, even my healership. I need a new project, aligned to my frequency and I want to do this with other likeminded people and I want to be it out of Austria. So my inner question is, what is my next step.

Yes. I had a communication with him. when I connected with Simon peanut, there was a very healing wave of love energy entering my field. it felt warm and comforting. he is very powerful. I tried to ask him questions, but he told me, he was busy working the field. Je told me not to worry and to connect to spirit.

1. Meditate!
I meditated every evening, and sometimes on extended periods until I felt sleep is gliding in. 😊Mornings too, but not every day.
2. Practice!
I practiced with a cat named Simba. He is missing for 3 weeks now, and I stay with him and send him home. As he belongs to a friend of mine, I got the permission to practice at will with him and return what I get. I am sending him energy healing, but I didn’t get a specific message from him.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate that analyzing myself I have discovered changes within. And this means that maybe soon I may start to reap what I’ve sown. 😊4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing this week.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I posted what I got during the call, and it seems that I have read mostly his personality. I have been busy with the missing cat and I did not had enough time to talk to Magic Simon this week.6. 1. I continue to focus on radiating love, any time the idea strikes me.
2. I have connected a couple more times with Gremlin (Klaudia’s latest rescue), she has confirmed much of what I sensed.
3. See #2.
4. Nothing comes to mind.
5. Not this week.
6. I’ve been playing a variety of intuition games on my phone (guess color of a card kind of stuff), with generally lackluster results. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did manage a few nights 10-30 minutes each Soul Malas Healing Meditation music. It seems I have to choose between meditating and reading, as that is the only time during a day that I have time for either one, and I am starting to read a book that is part of my homework working with Val.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family and the swallows who keep coming back to my barn. I think they’re getting ready for the second family of the year.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, did not have time to even attempt.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Once again my intuition kicked in regarding my friend who has been fighting cancer for so long. They put him in hospice care a few weeks ago. I got the message to call his wife last week to see how he was doing, hoping for improvement since he had gotten off the chemo. I didn’t make the call, and Monday morning as I was walking into work, I got a text from her that he had passed the night before. I will miss him so very much!! 🙁
