One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

#1 I have been meditating with lessons and briefly before connecting for communication. I also have been doing full meditation with no agenda. It’s not to prepare me for anything. It’s just to settle in and enjoy the calmness.
#2 I had a very nice conversation with one of my childhood friends, Newfoundland. We talked about several different topics. When I sent her the summary, I received a text…Very clever, almost accurate. The baby takes the dog’s toys, not the other way around. LOL. It was kind of a let down because I thought it was a solid connection. Honestly, it was exactly what I expected from her. I had a very positive experience, so I will hold on to that. Can’t please them all!
As I was drifting off to sleep, my Sister-In-Law’s, Guide Dog came to me. She had her harness on and was laying down beside me. This was the first time she had done this. I asked her if she was OK (she is almost 10 years old). She said her bones needed a massage or whatever it was that I did last time. I found that her hind end was weak. I gave her a healing massage, focusing on her hind end. I spoke with my Sister-In-Law after that and she told me that Cora (Guide Dog) had missed the step getting on to the bus and her hind end fell off the step.
#3 Still riding the wave.
#4 I am still trying to learn how to remotely view through the animals eyes. It would be such an incredible tool in data collection. I’m not sure where the breakdown is but I can’t seem to breach that wall.
As much progress as I have made, I still find it difficult to get confirmation on clearcut questions. For example: Do you have any other pets in the home? That should be an easy question to answer for validation and I usually get those questions wrong. It’s frustrating.
#5 Yes I communicated with Simon Peanut. He is a very social cat and he said he is “Living the dream”. He eats, sleeps, gets attention, he gets it all. What a life! I liked the fact that he was appreciative for what he has and the life he lives. He likes it when he gets special treats, even though he never knows when they are coming. He likes to sleep on the couch but he is NOT lazy! For example, if a mouse were to get in the house somehow, he would wake from a dead sleep and catch that mouse! He likes making his Mom laugh. He is toying with the idea of going outside (Just past the steps), on leash to smell the flowers and bushes.
What a great cat! So social and confident, with a sense of humor thrown in!
#6 I started lessons a few times but didn’t finish them for some reason.

1. Yes I meditated 2 to 3 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes using healing meditation, sometimes longer with the heart wisdom healing meditation. I meditate morning and night also thanking the universe and mother earth, and all my helpers for the answers I received.
2.none.
3.Listen to my intuition for answers, I need to Feel or hear the answer, Sometimes I hear the message and sometimes I feel the message.
4. My question is when I look at an animal to communicate with, why does it stop and stare at me?
My discovery was the validation about my intuition re the problem with hubby that my dog was trying to help with. Also to detach negative emotions and get rid of them. I shall ask the universe for help with answers.
5.I attempted to communicate during the group session.
6. no games as I fix my other problems first and make changes. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but again based on chanting, as I’ve had been very short of time due to guests.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Only the FAT, but very briefly.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I have completed one year of the coaching club, though I graduated to the gold club 4 months later.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How does one communicate when physically and mentally tired?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, very briefly, and need to connect at length to post.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing formal this week, again due to shortage of time. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, mantra meditation and ones I did to the recording of private sessions with Val.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I am not sure if they told me or if I got intuitive information somehow else, but I had the resonating realization that when I am filled with fear, anxiety, worry, busy mind, depression, confusion that it’s like I am dirty and my cats don’t like it.
I talked with Simon Peanut who gave very helpful advice- not to ask too much and not to say too much.
I also talked with a squirrel.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning about me being basically dirty with energy and also Simon Peanut’s advice. I believe my cats told me that before, too.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did during the call and posted the communication.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Lean in and lean out and more with numbers and also a word I saw that is if significance. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Nearly (not every) day for about 15 min.: Chakra balancing Tones, Twin Heart Meditation, Opening Heart Meditations, Gassho Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I started a conversation with Klaudia’s Benji in the ‘Practice with animal teachers’ section.
I got that he is very calm, attentif, very observant. I wrote down a few things that I will share in the forum shortly so I can hopefully get her feedback.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have the intention to practice more!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Watching some videos of ‘ family constellations therapy’, where people that do not know each other somehow pick up upon a consciousness or events from the past of others, I wonder if it is similar to ‘becoming one with the animal’. By closing their eyes and telling themselves they represent ‘A’, they become A and start feeling like A. Just a side note, I thought it is interesting.
I also like to think about how these concepts play with each other or are intertwined: the present – peacefulness – being in your heart space – connection – healing.
Also, I realize I have to work a lot more on opening my heart chakra.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected shortly with Simon Peanut, wrote down a few things. I got that he is very active, curious, excited, honoured to be our FAT. He felt happy. I will share soon in the forum.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I asked for a sign from my guide in the form of an image (heart or cross) to tell me yes good idea or no not a good idea. I quickly saw a heart, even twice, as a confirmation.

Hi Mascha,
Is the twin hearts meditation that you mentioned a general one, or the Pranic healing one? Just wondered, as I’m a pranic healer and do this almost daily.

Hi Nita,
I was wondering the same thing about you I tried to add you as a friend but for some reason that did not work. Yes it is part of a Pranic Healing group I am in with Dr Prashant- they do Twin Hearts meditations daily. I did the basic, advanced and psychotherapy course in the Netherlands a few years ago 🙂 Can you maybe add me as a friend? It would be nice to exchange ideas about it!

Hi Mascha,
That’s lovely…..so glad I asked you! Great that you’ve done the 3 courses in the Netherlands. I’ve done all the courses up to Arhatic prep in India. Yes, we would have a lot to talk about!
Thanks for trying to add me, but I can’t see a friend request in my notifications. I also tried to search for your name among members, but it’s not showing up! Finally, I went through the whole list and managed to “add friend”…hope it goes through.
Are you on the FB forum?
Hope to catch up soon!

1. Still focusing on radiating love.
2. I didn’t even try to communicate with any animal this week, I’ve been just too frustrated and feeling incompetent. I feel much better NOT trying to communicate with them.
3. Nothing.
4. No new questions, no discoveries.
5. No. I will try Thursday.
6. Even reading over the different intuition development exercises makes me feel bad, because so many of them require being able to ‘hear’ animals and I can’t. I don’t hear animals “call to me”. I can’t communicate with most of the animals I meet, no matter how hard I try. I can ask my pet if they know any good jokes, but I don’t know if they even receive the question, and any answer they might send just doesn’t compute with the kind of connecting I can sometimes do. I don’t even have a friend to put something in a box for me. I DID manage to find a deck of cards, and spent ten minutes (not rushing) trying to intuit the color (red or black). I got 7 right and 12 wrong. I tried muscle testing a few, all of those were wrong.-

My dear Greta, I understand your frustration about communicating with animals. You are not incompetent, just stuck like I am. Val’s story and how she kept going inspired me. I was feeling sad and her story gave me hope that one day I too would be able to communicate.
Instead of saying can’t, say I will try again and again and ask for help. We, as a loving community are here for each other. Reach out. One day all of a sudden, we will hear the animals and be able to talk to them. What joy that will be. Keep practicing, ask Mother earth and the universe for help. You will be surprised at the answers you get. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Sending love and hugs. Mary -

Hello again…how can another week have passed already??
1. Yes, still meditating daily although I try and add a session while in bed also. After hearing Val’s advice in one of the classes, I bumped up to 15 minutes and will soon move to 20. I did a 21 day meditation challenge several years ago at the 20 minute level and was very helpful.
2. I checked back in with Sophie after the storm to see if she “weathered” the storm better this time. Talked with Disney about his eye issues and how he was feeling.
3. I am celebrating the unearthing of the May email that detailed how to submit for my first Fast Track session and my completion of the forms.
4. I discovered the Pet Loss class and learned about Jan, her books and her websites. Such a wealth of knowledge and a great parallel to my studies on holistic meds for humans. Thrilled!
5. Sadly, no FAT. Maybe I need a note on the mirror.
6. I put a hold on the intuition “games” and concentrated on the fact that my intuition is strong and something I pay close attention to and adhere to its guidance. I have learned the hard way, many times, to pay attention to the little voices in my head.

1 Did you meditate this week
Attended a 90 min evening online relaxation and meditation event in which I dozed off for a few moments probably due to being tired and relaxed
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Tuxedo and Tabby Princesses. General short communications. Me doing the talking and they just listen but know they understand. Discussed with Tuxedo how she feels now that she is not chasing tabby Princess as often as she did and has almost stopped. She chased tabby Princess once recently so great progress. Seems her behaviour changed when I explained we needed to help tabby while his guardians were abroad and I was taking care of Tabby. Tuxedo has been upstairs and stayed there while tabby in the garden or wandered into the house. She has not raced thru the house to get to tabby. Don’t know how long this will last. Looking back, it’s taken time, I notice a big change in both of the cats. Tabby Princess appears more calmer. Although he watches the patio door when I go to him he will just sit, have a drink of water or eat the nibblies. Even when tuxedo is at the patio door tabby just watches, so progress.
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate Tuxedo Princess who, tapping the patio door, wanted to be let out into the garden. I noticed tabby princes sitting by the raised water bowl on a stand . Tuxedo made a whimpering noise as she slowly crossed over the threshold. I told her tabby princess is resting and she was a good girl for not wanting to rush out to him, causing him to scamper over the fence. Asked her if she would sit down, which she did and please don’t chase tabby. After a few moments tuxedo gave a couple of cries/chirps then slowly moved along a narrow plant covered path near tabby. Expecting tuxedo to chase tabby but instead, with tabby, observing and not moving an inch, tuxedo calmly climbs the fence, walks along the top to drop down onto a path running alongside. I thanked tuxedo and praised her several times for behaving nicely to tabby and not chasing him. Also asked her how she felt leaving tabby alone. She was ok with it. I had previously, over time, told tuxedo, we needed to help tabby. Tabby continued to sit quietly. It has taken time for calmness. For tuxedo to stop chasing tabby in my garden the moment she sees him and for tabby to be less nervous by expecting tuxedo to fly at him.
Celebrate Tabby and his progress and still visiting me even although tuxedo would chase him, who now rolls over and wants head rubs and strokes when I see him outside of my property and still follows me along the path to my home. Previously you could stoke him on his terms but quickly swipe you with his left paw. At the moment all good for both cats4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have
No question but given time and patience we can help the animals
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Got prepared then interrupted by workmen erecting scaffolding and working in the next door property for almost a week. Await scaffolding to be taken down… Will do so
6 This week did you play one of the Intuition Games
Not as much this week. Visited a local auction house. Guessed the final sale price of several objects. Got a few right and a few within a reasonable price difference for that object. This maybe more of knowledge rather than intuition

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am feeling better than in recent weeks buy still unable to meditate without just falling asleep. Group meditations only, Val’s all and in church. In Val’s call I was doing the meditation and the next thing I knew we were well into the connection with the new FAT. Church meditation does not go deep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I always talk to my cats Missy and Roxy telling them how wonderful they are and how much I love the. They reply with purrs and snuggles. I also connected a little with the new FAT on the call.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I meditate or communication when I am so unwell I just fall asleep when I get still?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only a brief connection with Simon Peanut during the call.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Daily guided meditations for 15-30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Simon Peanut about his experience as FAT. During the call on Saturday, when everyone was communicating with Simon Peanut, Little Ricky popped in.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The experience of connecting with animals and with others who are learning.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I do sometimes get so relaxed that I doze off. Others have voiced this as well, but how common is this?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Before and during the call. Was a little nervous at first, but is very glad to be participating. He is enjoying his time as FAT.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Practicing the card game this week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not so much on days when work took over.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mabli – my colleague’s dog. She asked why Mabli had been scared on holiday. I didn’t feel like I connected but she showed me a picture of grey energy coming in from the sea towards some grey stone houses. She was surprised that humans walked straight through it. My colleague was able to confirm that that looked like the place they were on holiday.
Simon Peanut – and I’ve posted in the FAT section.
Bonnie’s Jenni in the Animal Teachers section.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I practised more than usual.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why does the communication feel so vague – or am I dismissing the feelings that if I went into them more, I would realise that it isn’t at all vague!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – love his name! I’m not sure yet how well I did.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced communicating with trees this week. Some willows and a circle of trees. I felt the energy – but doubted myself a lot. Also I didn’t write down what I got so it’s easy to lose track of it. -

Yes, I did. But for some reason I felt very low of energy, very dark around me. I felt very sick and I was looking for a way out, for healing, asking myself, what is not right.
I meditate every morning bevor I get up.2.
The client with the bunny came back and a lot of changes happened since I saw them the last time. the bunny was much more healthy (the vet was surprised) and we went in the subjects, which were there at the moment. I had to go into some healing with the client herself, regarding her 2nd chakra, bladder, old relationship. I told the bunny, that it is not his job to take the pain, like we learned it and I am very curious, of what will happen next time.
I had a very extraordinary seating in my PSEN Training (it is a training , I just do, were we learn top hold emotional process in the body).
I was sitting and sharing a very hard layer in myself, I’m working on, at the moment. the layer is not able to make contact and at the same creates a feeling inside of me of missing something- being lonely and missing contact. So I was sitting with this and an other student just received me. she mirrored me and mentioned that she was touched of my ability of words I am using. she said, that they were so accurate and touched her. this suddenly released a process, were I got a message: I got that it is my duty, to speak my truth, due to the fact, that it always was and is connected to higher truth. there was an angel standing infant of my throat chakra, guarding this area. he held a golden rod in his hand. I think it was archangel Raphael (I googled the different angels and he was the only one being pictured with a rod)4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a very big question of my life in general. In which direction does it go??? I feel since a very ling time that my work life as an osteopath is over, but what direction does it take? I am supposed to be a medium?? (I stared to work as such)
The problem is, that I feel very exhausted at the moment. I do mediumship, energy healing animal talk, but if I could choose, I would love to do nothing for a while. walking on the beach. restoring my health. not dealing with other people or just do it in a very small amount. Just what I want and not to do it, because I need to make some money. I feel like I need a break. So my question is, how can this happen.5. Featured Animal Teacher! 1. Meditate!
I have meditated but short this week, and mostly evenings. I have listened though to some short 15 minutes brain helping music in the mornings. I am tired as I had some prolonged working hours due to foreign visitors, meaning till almost midnight.
2. Practice!
I have practiced together with Val, in the private coaching session, and otherwise not too much intentionally.
I had only short time to practice, but normal talking and explaining to my cats and dogs, is checked.3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating 2G’s this week: Generosity and Gratitude!
Thank you Val for your generosity to share your knowledge with me during the private call! 😊 these feelings are very soothing to everyone that gets to them.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have posted for the Masterclass, the dilemma of using the visualization method for missing animals, or to release all expectations. But, isn’t visualizing an expectation

Lee Oliverio Accountability post for week of June 8- 14
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Of course every day, usually silent meditation with Sutras and mantra
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Primarily my cats Sal enjoying his outdoor time. Makes him feel like he is in the jungle. He ran out the front door one day, so had to show him images what would happen if he was out there alone, unprotected. Worst case scenarios complete with getting hit by a car and my devastation. He wouldn’t even go out on the leash for next 2 days
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Participating in a 6 module Quantum Touch course taught by Richard Gordon (Founder of QT)
