ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Platinum Member1. Yes I meditated several times. I use different techniques. I meditate usually 10 to 15 minutes.
2.Non, although I tried with Sterchen and as I stared at his photo it seemed to change but then it was gone. I will try again.
3.I want to celebrate a visit from my golden retriever Abbey who passed over last June. She barked and I recognized the bark. I also feel I am getting closer to my goal of communicating.
4. I need help with communicating to Layla about her up coming Holistic vet checkup. I keep telling her about what will happen but don’t know if she understands me. I think she knows more of the Egyptian language than English. This vet was not taking anymore patients until I explained about her and I believe divine guidance got her this appointment. I pray for guidance every night and thank God for each and everyday and all he, Abbey, and the angels do for me and Layla.
5. No nothing with this month’s FAT but will try. Still blocked.
6.Yes. I bought chocolate covered jujubes. I tried to guess the color of the jujube and then cut it open to reveal the color, however I only got 3 right. I will try tonight with the Oscars.

Platinum MemberI continue to meditate daily. I still meditate following a guide. I prefer it that way so my ADD doesn’t take over. I enjoyed a Shamanic Journey which had drumming in the background.
I connected with my cat, FiFi for the very first time. It was so special to have a conversation with her. We went down memory lane, remembering the first photo the breeder sent me of her to see if I was interested. She is a Sphynx, hairless cat. My heart melted immediately and I said “Yes, I want her. She is perfect ”. You were not a cuddle bug but you were adventurous going for stroller rides when I walked E2, (a Doberman who I walked in my Pet Sitting Business). The many car rides, walks outside on leash, the list goes on. Then I thanked her for being there for my youngest. FiFi doesn’t like negative energy so if Colin got frustrated about something, he was able to quickly adjust his behavior/energy so that FiFi wouldn’t be upset or leave the room. I asked her if she needed anything from me and she showed me an empty food dish with a full unopened food bag sitting in the sink next to the dish. 🤦🏼♀️ My bad, I’ll go fill your dish now. I asked her why she doesn’t go into the outdoor enclosures? She said Shrek (2nd Sphynx) is a jerk when I’m in there, so I just don’t go in them. She then showed me a picture of her exercise wheel, which she loves. I told her I can’t put it up until she lets me cut her nails. I am afraid she will hurt her back if she runs on the wheel with long nails. I believe she rolled her eyes at me! It was very special having a conversation with FiFi as we are so bonded, this will bring us even closer.
My confidence is rising with regard to making legitimate connections and my ability to shift quickly and easily into my heart space. Over the last day or two, when I was in the process of getting into my heart space, before I could even try I had so much love energy bombard me from my animals, my spirit animals, a few animals I have communicated with and a dog of mine who has past. They were all giving me love and supportive energy making sure I wouldn’t give up on my journey to animal communication. I thought for a second… this must be a sliver of what Zuri felt like when the class was asking her to communicate with her all at once!
I want to celebrate the love that has been showered upon me from so many sources this week! It validates that I am projecting love, empathy and kindness, otherwise I would not be saturated in love by so many wonderful spirits in my life. I will cherish this feeling and forge ahead. I better buckle in, it’s going to be an amazing ride!
Can you cut out the middleman, (Parents) and work solely with an animal if the parents are not on board but the animal still needs assistance?
I communicated with Zuri twice this month. The first time was not successful and the second time was during the Q&A class, in which I was very successful.
I played an intuition game with different colored dog balls and Starburst candies. Higher than 50% so I would call that a win. The glass is half full!

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, the daily twin hearts meditation as well as the Archangels meditation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My senior dog Rani (posted in the forum and FB) transitioned on the 19th, so it was an ongoing communication with her, to tell her how I felt, ask what she needed, and to tell her she could leave whenever she wanted, in peace, as I would look after her son….and she did.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing much, except the feeling that Rani understood what I was saying and gave subtle signs.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How soon after the transition can one communicate with the spirit….I’ve asked this on FB, as some communicators refuse to speak till after a few weeks.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during the call, as otherwise I was fully preoccupied with Rani.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, except to try and figure out what Rani wanted, and fortunately, most of the time it worked. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, a little mantra meditation at least twice. Also clearing, shielding, pink, gold, green, and Healing, and Love energies for myself and my cats. Also connected with trees and felt the Healing energy from them.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Birds. A cat on my walk. The cat at the store, Hunter.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning about becoming present. Healing. Learning about not thinking so much and that sometimes when I don’t know exactly what nor when to do stuff that it sometimes is because it’s not time to decide for some reason. Learning that my cats don’t want me stressing so much about them nor anything else. Learning also that maybe it’s better to not do so many vet things.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Not a new discovery, but some animals really react and get affected when one is thinking too much and not present. Other animals want to help and soothe and Heal.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises. More with numbers and letters, too for initials.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
— Yes, I meditated for about an hour and a half throughout the week. Silent meditation where I focus on the silence, my breathing and the mantra “I am calm”. The two hearts meditation by Master Co twice where you connect heart and mind, and send loving energy out to everyone you love, the world and planet Earth.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
— I communicated with my dog Oak. We talked about why he reacts when I say “hi, hello there, or good morning”. I learned that he used to react that way as a puppy and I never corrected the behaviour. I ignored his behaviour, so he thought he was doing the right thing by getting into an alert defensive state and that was the command to do so.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
— I want to celebrate this insight that I received from my dog Oak bcs now we can work on correcting that behaviour together.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
— I am wondering if I can trust the information I am receiving when it is so faint and quiet? Will it get louder and more direct? I am accepting what I am receiving and also still wondering if it is true and correct. I have to work on strengthening my connection and therefore my question would be what’s the number 1 way to strengthen the connection? Meditation? Grounding? Focusing on the breath, the heart to heart energy string? Etc?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
— I tried communicating with Zuri, but she said that my energy was too intense for her and that I was too scattered. So I will try again tomorrow and practice calming and grounding myself more beforehand.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
— I have been practicing playing with my senses, especially temperature and feeling energy from rubbing my hands together to create an energy ball. It seems that connecting with your senses is the first and foremost important skill to practice in order to develop my intuition.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Missed 2 days this week due to early work appointments. I did do a Pineal Gland group meditation for an hour with a facilitator
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I only talked to my cats this week. It went so fast. But one day something strange happened. I looked out my front door window and there was a cat standing on my porch staring at me. She had a beautiful gray face and looked like she came to tell me something. I have spent the last couple of days trying to figure it out. I know she had special familiar energy. Almost like one of my past animals borrowed her body to come let me know they were around.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I know that cat was there to give me a message. Even though, I don’t know what it is yet, I am happy I recognized it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Do they borrow bodies if they are in spirit and need to tell us something? I think I will post this for the next Q&A Class
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Every day of course! Zuri and I discussed why not many people have posted. I am concerned they are having difficulty connecting with her. I think her energy is kind of subtle. We also have concluded that her primary communication style is clairsentience. I don’t think she uses a lot of words. I just feel her. So maybe some people may get frustrated if they are expecting more words or images?
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am starting to confirm with people when I am getting intuitive hits about what is going on with them. It is really helping me to discern what what energy I feel when something is true vs. something my mind made up.

Platinum Member1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating?
Watched and completed a couple of Brad Yates tapping videos during a week long event. Attempt to continue with these. Time goes so fast – need to slow ‘time’ down to get many things done/completed
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Connected with both neighbours cats that visit me. Princesses – Tabby and Tuxedo.
Notice both cats will either sit or walk near each other without Tuxedo chasing Tabby even when both are near front door of Tabby’s home property. Appears Tabby is more cautious when around my property, maybe due to tuxedo spending a lot of time in an out of my home like tabby used to. If I open back door Tabby will often scamper. I talk to him and is running away less now. Wait and see what spring/summer weather brings as quite a time ago both would lounge in the garden with no problem.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why some days am rearing to go learning more about animal communications but other days feel am not getting anywhere
.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Yes. Will post in forum
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Watched on spur of the moment, a few competitions on TV to guess what categories, items and route contestants’ would pick. Got about 65% right. Attempted to guess what type of food (lunch) served at a social club. Guessed pasta but wrong type – was lasagne. So, was sort of right

Platinum Member1.Yes – not every day but a good amount on other days. It makes a big difference. It makes me happy.
2. I’ve been practising trying to catch Elsa’s communication at odd times. Twice I managed to shift mylistening a little deeper and heard her words. I was delighted. I also practised with a friend’s bird. Nothing verifiable but I know it was happening. .
3. I want to celebrate that I’m getting much more confident of what I’m getting.
4. My question is: how can I make what I get more consistent?
5. Yes, I practised with Zuri. I felt very confident of the connection – mainly I think due to Zuri’s intention to teach us. I got some really helpful feedback from Lee too.
6.I’m trying to breath into my heart space throughout the day at work and not get too pulled up into my head for too long. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have continued to spend time with one of my cats on my lap offering them Reiki. In addition many group meditations in church, an Immersion with Susann and her monthly group call.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I continue to attempt to communicate with my cats Missy and Roxy but nothing much to report here.
I also tuned in again with our wonderful FAT Zuri. Last week I tuned into her but did not initiate a conversation with her.
I thanked her for being our teacher. I said I knew her main function was healer and asked her if she was enjoying being out teacher. She said yes she is enjoying it.
I asked her if she could help with my cat Roxy who has digestive issues especially reaction to chicken. She said she checked in with him and he is going better. Roxy thanked me for working to find food he could eat.
I asked if she had a message for me or for my cats. I really did not get a message for them. She said she knows they are well loved.
I asked her if she and her Mom Lee have been together before and she said yes many times. They often travel together. I asked if she had a message for her Mom and she said not to worry about her, she is doing fine.
I thanked her for her time and said I hoped to connect with her again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The connection with Zuri although I felt I was just making it up
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I did sort of feel I connected with Zuri.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes – see above.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am doing a powerful 4 week Immersion with Susann which leads to better connection with guides and my divinity.

Gold Member1. Yes, a few times. Went to an online new moon ceremony where we all meditated together and celebrated the Aries New Moon. Did Val’s meditation from the q&a calls as well.
2. I tried to communicate with Tiki in spirit but it didn’t work. I tried it with the Q&A call when he was the FAT but I think I want to try just going from the photo myself without Val’s guidance so I don’t hear someone else in my head or feel like I have to get the answers in a certain amount of time. I am blocked so I need extra time. And I’m trying to experiment with doing it a little differently where I’m more transparent with the animal and ask effective questions. Learning some different techniques.
3. I want to celebrate that I’m doing this 5 day animal communication event with Sarah-Jane Le Blanc and actually posting in the group and talking with others.
4. I like the reminder I got this week of just being curious and interested in the animals because that is why we got started in learning animal communication. And I feel like that should overpower any stress we feel about wanting to get answers to our questions. So will work on staying in that and find what works for me.
5. No, I’m going to other animals that have been featured before or on the animal wall.
6. I’ve been doing From Ordinary To Extraordinary Animal
Communicator training 🙂 -

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
To say the least, I had better times. This week has been a strange week. I felt asleep most of the times I wanted to meditate and in the morning I felt overwhelmed with sadness. I read about equinox and energy shifts, and new moon… who knows how far my empathy is stretching?
2. Practice!
I had to practice mostly energy healing, as Rosy has been admitted to hospital, and Nita’s dog Rani wanted to say goodbye in her own special way.
I did not try to actually communicate because of my own sadness that I did not want to let them feel.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate not behaving like an ostrich and hide away my head in the sand, though I wished for!😄 very strange week for me
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing specific this week.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I have set my intention to do it, but because of falling asleep during or in the begining of the meditation…m I couldn’t do it. During the call, I was an airhead, and Zuri is so inocent …
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did not play anything, because I suppose my intuition is on auto mode… as my mind was in sadness mode…
Looking forward for those energy shifts to lift my mood a little. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did nearly every day for about 15 min. A heart opening meditation, Chakra balancing tones meditation, Twin Hearts Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to reconnect twice with the same horse from a picture as last week. I wrote down a few words. But in those 3 different times I tried to connect I got different things. Also I get stuck very quickly. I don’t feel like he is open to talk to me. But I also feel like I am just not getting anything.
Today I tried to connect with a dog that was in front of me, again I felt like I did not get into a conversation, maybe because it was in my office work environment and people were talking around me also.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am so happy I am getting more and more (and back) into horse riding, especially following the Horseman Ship/Science method that is so much more respectful of the horse. Within these practices we build on the connection with the horse and body mouvement and feelings and it feels like a wonderful environment to enrich that even more by including communication.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I remember in one of Val’s courses she spoke about leadership within a group of animals and that we need to ask permission from the leader of the group first. I wonder how to start to understand who the leader is in a horse-riding club if I would like to speak to one of the horses.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have had another short communication with Zuri where I felt like she was helping me heal a part in my body very close to my heart, that was very special.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
If I think about it I try to be really focused on the sounds going on around me. I sometimes tell my cat Bootsy a little story of what I did with pictures and try to involve a few other senses.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Again I did not manage to find time to meditate. I have to work on this because I miss it!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
When I left for work this morning it was very foggy. I didn’t see a deer on one side of my driveway until I was almost on top of her. She crossed in front of the car and stopped on the other side of the driveway not very far at all from me. I rolled down my window and said good morning to her, told her how beautiful she is and how much I love her. She stayed and listened until I asked if I could take her picture. Then she left. That was a great start to my day!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Being that close to that beautiful being without her being afraid.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Attempted, no response received.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. As always, I try to leave space for those thoughts to come in.

Gold Member1. Still struggling. I sat down to listen to the group recording from February (?), I still have the same difficulty getting past the box breathing exercise. All the instructions keep me in my head. After that is came to me to take me flying again, it was lovely: the message was to rise above everything that holds me down. Easy to say….
3. See #2.
4. None.
5. Nope. I keep getting interrupted when I try to finish listening to the recording (for extra support to try to connect with FAT).
6. Still focusing on using intuition in daily life, and confirming with muscle testing.Thank you!
