One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

I continue to meditate daily. This week it seemed as though I was having difficulty shifting into my heart space whereas before, I was having little to no problem.
This week I connected with two practice pets. Luchien, Barbara G’s dog and Iris, Carol H’s dog. Barb was extremely gentle on her review of my session with Luchien. I did feel like I was coming in and out a bit during the communication. When I reconnected, I made sure it was a solid connection before continuing. I haven’t heard back from Carol yet (it’s only been a day or so). With Iris, I felt information flowing in before I could get my steps to get my connection. I saw so much in her eyes that told much of her life story (I think).
This week I would like to celebrate my perseverance, selecting practice pets. I will continue to practice with 1-2 pets a day in order to improve my accuracy.
My question this week is how can I tell when I am in my heart space or when I have fallen into my head space during a connection? This question has already been addressed, I will work with Val on my next Deep Dive appointment.
I connected a few times this months (already documented).
I have also been going back and doing beginner and advanced intuition lessons.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but was too tired to do a proper one daily. Instead, did some shorter reflections and grounding every day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’m involved with a rescue shelter and connected with an abused pet….he had been left at the shelter earlier for treatment, taken back after recovery but grossly neglected and abused, dumped again at the shelter and transitioned after 3 days despite all efforts. I connected with him the first day and got the impression that he was hit and would not survive, though it didn’t look totally helpless. I think I was able to help by soothing and comforting him.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing, except that I did try to connect with and help with the dog mentioned above.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I get a sudden feeling without communicating formally, is it genuine?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet….hope to do so once before the live call.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not too much….just back to my favorite of guessing the colors of stones picked from a bag. -

1.I did a couple of times. I also listened to a couple of moon meditations. Having trouble managing time, seems like I am never home and when I am there is lots to do. I am going to do a planner to help manage my time.
2.none.
3. Knowing that I can do it.
4.nothing.
5. No I did not. I have been very busy helping Layla with her problems and sorting her problems out.
6. Yes I practiced with pencil crayons but was not too accurate. I will try again as I can’t eat them lol. I also try to use my intuition for the outcome of the hockey games. -

1. Meditate!
I meditated mornings and evenings, but can’t say if every day, because these shifting energies are messing me up. Not only me but my animals too. I feel sadness, I feel tired, and I feel that I want to run and stay in the mountains… with all my furry friends too, ofcourse…
2. Practice!
This week I was challenged to practice more with energy healing again.
Likurichu is in the hospital, and after 3 days antibiotics, the vet called and said that he needs intervention asap as the ultrasounds show a massive fluid build up between the heart and lungs. \So I have immediately sent him healing energy, and I have felt very unusual for this time. Afterwards the vet told us that they lost Lik for a few seconds, as he stopped breathing when they anesthetized him… Perhaps it was the exact moment I felt so strange….
Anyway after ups and downs he is now stabilized. My Boumba had again a bout of diarrhea which I wouldn’t have taken it into account if he wouldn’t vomit one morning. So rushed to the hospital with him too… His all blood counts are normal… No particular explanation for what happened, but in the mean time, with the help of my friend Nita, I started to understand things related to these energy shifts… and it seems that Boumba is highly sensitive to energy.
A golden retriever, that suffers from a syndrome/disorder that he eats everything inappropriate… I think it is called the pica disorder. Anyway, he ate a construction brick…. I did my best to send him healing energy, and to talk to him. I felt a sadness coming from him, and his doing this in order to get attention… but today I have found out that this time the surgery will not be needed as he eliminated everything naturally.
When I connected with him, I felt a genuine surprise, like “What the … are you talking to me?”
I have sent him the best I could that he shouldn’t eat anything else other than food, but I don’t know how I am managing at this AC chapter… Time will let me know.3. Celebrate!
I am not celebrating but I will celebrate something with a shot of herbal alcohol perhaps sometime later…I don’t know what yet… 😄😄😄
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why are these shifting energies happening now?
Why haven’t I found sooner this AC, when my life was soooooooooo much less intensive?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I feel somehow ashamed that I couldn’t talk to Zuri, and now I am postponing to the live call with the new FAT, but my life is so intense and so many events arise, that I can’t make any promises.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I have found an old book named “How to develop your paranormal senses” and I am working on developing my hearing and eyesight in the dark for now. Anyway this year I decided to give up eyewear (I am minus 3,20 on my left eye, and 2,4 on the right eye). Will “see” (😄) how it turns out after 6 months or later… Otherwise I can say that when something is not right my intuition is always active…. I wish it would also turn on as fast when something is right…. Like when it’s time to pay a visit to a friend that has just turned on the barbecue…. But I always reach a week later… 😄😄😄

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, mantra meditating and connecting with the trees for Healing. The trees and birds on my walks are comforting.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye and birds on my walk. I talked with a bee on my walk, too. I also talked with a bee on my car window. The bees gave me advice and messages. I also talked with the cat who lives at the store where I get cat food from. I also talked with my friend in the building (human friend’s cat).3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Kitten steps in Healing.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? 6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the one about connecting with my food. I actually can feel in my body if my body wants a particular food. I also quite often do the lean in technique asking questions (not all regarding food). Also, more with numbers and messages from Loved ones and others. -

1. Did you meditate this week
Appx 60 mins evening online meditation plus watched couple of Brad Yates tapping video.
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week
Suzie, cat. Guardian aked. I am wondering if anyone might be willing to check in with my sweet feral re: is she ready to cross? Is she in pain? Does she prefer to have another steroid injection? She is not eating. I struggle with my feelings/trying to be clear about her wishes.
My reply. Suzie says it’s not her time yet. Shown and says her belly is sore, feels tight, uncomfortable and heavy. Shown a black/dark brown pulsating ball shape mass. She stretches to ease the heaviness. Heard word Spleen. Emphatic no to more steroids. She’d like soft boiled white fish Not chicken. Sense there’s a lot of energy and life ok in her yetReply. Guardian she does have an issue with constipation, not drinking enough water.. Will ask about alternatives to steroids to manage her symptoms of intestinal lymphoma so she can continue to enjoy life.. I was truly unable to get a clear sense if she wanted to move into spirit . The information and support I received helped me tremendously in preparing for her visit and going forward. No tumours found, some constipation. She has intestinal lymphoma and the steroids offer her quality of life by reducing her symptoms. Knowing she was not ready to leave helped me revisit /renegotiate options. Suzie agreed to one more injection if it meant she would feel well with the plan to transition to oral meds, allowing her to resume her routine with her friends. It is a journey, so grateful for your support. Thank you
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate feedback from Suzie’s guardian and I, with AC friends helped Suzie and guardian .
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
I can help + support animas + their guardians.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month
Not this week. Await feedback from March FAT Zuri guardian
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games
Using my intuition as often as possible e.g. who’s phoning, guessing winners of annual Drama Awards – got quite few right so pleased with outcome

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but erratically. I did before a practice session but not really during the day normally – just time and feeling tired.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to practice with Elsa – being present mainly. I am still struggling with this but I sense this is what she really wants the most so will persevere.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
What big hearts animals have – what a lesson. How quirky everyone is – another lesson.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can I maintain the consistency of contact all the time? Also: why can I connect with some animals more easily than others?
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Zuri – I felt the connection was strong and don’t doubt it. And it was a really lovely conversation.
6.This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Trying to practice coming to presence and staying present, more quickly and for longer. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not enough. Group Meditation during church and some times with cats in my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had planned to continue a conversation with the previous FAT Zuri. Last week we discussed her previous lives with her mom Lee I just tuned into her again and asked if they had lives together other than on earth, lives in other worlds and the answer was yes. They are companions and have been for a long time.
I also asked Zuri for some healing. My eye that has been infected twice recently is very painful and teary this morning. I asked her if that would be OK and she agreed.
This morning when I came on this site i saw the picture of our new FAT and briefly connected with that adorable little dog. I just said Hi and told him or her how adorable he is. I said I thought he was a lap dog and he agreed.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I connected with the new FAT when I saw the picture.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions or discoveries this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
See #2 above.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

I think Accountability for this week is supposed to end today, April 5th, not the 6th right? Thursday – Wednesday.
1. Val’s Heart Wisdom meditations. I’m trying to just do those and not even focus on communicating with animals after.
2. I chose Indy from the animal teachers and all I saw was them moving around. Didn’t get anything else.
3. That I am still continuing to do these accountability posts and keep trying even though I feel like I’m not getting much when I try to communicate.
4. No questions or discoveries. Just trying to work through the blocks…
5. I tried with Indy, one of the Animal Teacher Helpers but I didn’t get anything.
6. The self love piece is critical for me to be getting anywhere so I’m trying to get started on loving myself, reading the book Val recommended to me. If it affects a lot of areas in life, it’s going to be a block for animal communication.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning except for Saturday I think. Chakra Balancing Tones, Twin Heart Meditation, guided meditations by Sonia Choquette, by RosalieYoga and Throat Chakra activation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with a cat named Peanut. I got very much a female energy even though he is a male. I felt a softness, shyness, delicateness, also sadness. I don’t know if my mind was conditioned by the owner, who said he was a rescue cat and having health issues. I think his stomach and his digesting system is upset. I tried to get more detail but did not get anything. I felt an overall melancholy. I will try to connect again to see if I get the same sort of feelings or if I can get something else.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This journey is never ending, so much to learn!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It is helping me to do these accountability questions every week. Not only to give me a little push but also to see my own progress. When I get information beforehand that the animal I try to connect with is sad or sick, my own feelings of sadness or feeling upset about the way the animal is feeling, quickly get in the way.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did, I posted it in the Discussion. I felt him from being nervous to being funny.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I went with my gut feeling. Did not question it further after my decision.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’m not doing well with this at all. Ginger (my invalid dog) is taking up a lot of time right now, which gives me even less time than I had before for any kind of meditation. When I’m through taking care of her, I’m exhausted!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just the fur family.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Trying to listen for intuitive thoughts, if any, that may need my attention.

1. I’ve meditated some, but not much. Too discouraged.
2. I connected to a few of my favorite zoo animals, don’t member anything special.
3. Can’t come up with anything.
4. Why can’t I do this? I had to post on the FB group asking someone to communicate with my cats because apparently I can’t.
5. I connected to the previous month’s FAT (little dog with beautiful blue eyes). I feel like I connected easily, but without words there wasn’t any conversation.
6. Same as always, practicing intuition in daily life.
