ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every day about 20 min in the evening and in the morning
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
YES!! I had my first client in animal communication. a client, who is regular coming for her own process work this time came, because her bunny had a bladder infection. the interesting thing was, that she did not even know, that I am in a program for animal communication, nor,. that I have a bunny myself.
So die has 3 bunnies, 2 female and one male. they live outside. It was exciting for me. I sat down and thought: ok, what have I learned with Val? I connected with my heart, did the special heart breathing and here he was. First very slowly, then more. He told me that he doesn’t want to go, that he enjoyes his life very much with his sisters, that he feels very happy and the whole situation was there, also to make contact with his owner. My client until now, did not find any connection to the bunnies and was very sad about it. so he told me, that he is very curious about his mum, that he would be so happy, if she connects more, that she should talk top and with him. He showed me his favourite food, how he was sewing leaves and how he was jumping in the area he lives. He was full of love and eager to discover the role he played for his mum (the information was, that it will develop, when they get closer). We found out that it was very important for his healing, that his owner would do the belly massage, the vet recommended, every day and that she just has to do it without any emotions, because it is her responsibility.
The funniest thing was, that he was mainly talking English with me and when I mentioned this, she told me, that it is some special breed, she imported from America :):)
During the session a lot of healing took place (blue, strong light was visible) on the bladder of the bunny and the client. She also felt the shifting very strongly.
I also contacted the bunny sisters, but for some reason, they were not really aware, that they were living in the care of a woman, like it seemed that there was no contact at all and they were very much in their own world. when the healing of their brother took place, they got interested fro a tiny moment and it was, like a door in a different world opens for a moment for them, but then they got back to their state and jumped into the different direction. What was also very interesting was, that one of the 2 cats of my client came also into the conversation. He showed me, he is her protector and the man in the house 🙂 🙂
When I asked him, about his job, he told me, that he is responsible for the pericardium of my client, which is in Chinese medicine responsible for filtering the energy, going to the heart and protecting it. When I mentioned this to my client, she told me, the his most favorite position is sitting on her lap and putting now paw on the her chest area, where her heart is.
So after he delivered this message, the cat left again and we went back to the rabbit. there was some more healing taking place for my client and then the session finished. It was a very happy and satisfying experience for all of us and I was very much touched, like always, when I come in contact so deeply with animals.3.
It was my first professional animal communication and it was very easy for me
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The more I heal may self, the easier animal communidation is. I realized, that my pineal gland (also due to Vals work) is very functioning, that means, information is coming in very easily. And when I get doubts, then it it aways some trauma inside of me knocking on the door. But it gets easier now, and this is something I want to celebrate

Platinum Member#1 This week I meditated and learned how meditation and grounding are different. What their roles are and when they come into play in a communication session. I was rolling them both together, I do feel very strong in my ability to ground myself quickly. I still find it helpful to follow guided meditations, otherwise my attention goes elsewhere chasing a butterfly or something else that catches my eye.
#2 This week I communicated with Jann Jeffries, Turtle Teddi. What a fun guy! Right away he started kidding me about my awkward start to our session. It felt like East Coast humor that calmed me right away and I was able to focus more.
I received great constructive criticism:
You did OK; You’re really slow; You should do pre-work beforehand; Once I started talking to you, the connection was made so you didn’t need to keep doing your rituals prior to communicating.; Don’t try so hard to get the connections, you’re not acknowledging when the connections have already been made.I also spoke with Lilly, Peggy K’s dog. What a cutie Pattutie. She was shy at first but at the end of the conversation she got a little sassy and said the next time she goes to the groomer she wants to have her nails painted Hot Pink! I asked her if she usually gets her nails painted and she said “No I don’t but my inner wildness is ready to break through! You go girl! We laughed about that. I told her to have her Mom send me a photo if she ever does paint her nails.
#3 I am continuing my quest to speak to 1-2 animals a day to strengthen my skills. My responses from ATH animals is about 50%. I can’t really gauge my level of accuracy without feedback but I guess going through the motions is helpful too. Val validating that my conversations were legit 2 way conversations really sparked my confidence.
#4 I went back to one of my previously recorded sessions to understand how I was getting conversational style communication when I did not hear their voice. When I slowed it down, I realized that I was first receiving a photo or short video clip and I was automatically verbalizing what the photo or video was communicating. The photo or video happens so fast that I wasn’t acknowledging it, I was going directly into translation. That was a very interesting observation for me.
#5&6 I had previously communicated with Blackie earlier this month. I continue to review intuitive classes.

Platinum Member1.Yes several times, maybe twice a day or at bedtime or morning.15-20 min or 10-15min. I do the Heart wisdom love meditation as well. I don’t keep track of total time.
2. I tried to communicate with Carol Hanson’s dog Layla. I did not connect but saw a dancing white light around her nose and eyes.
3.I asked my intuition to help me find a new hairdresser and chose the one my intuition felt stronger with. I was surprised to learn she is an animal communicator for about 20 years. We had quite a discussion and she told me to keep going. Help again from the universe?
4.At one time I received an important message from all the clairs but think I an mostly clairsentient. I found the masterclass recording in the vault and listened to it.
5. I did try again but nothing.
6. No games except to find a hairdresser. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did, about 15 min every morning; I did a long Ho’oponopono meditation for self love and forgiveness that I found very healing – I will redo this one more often. Twin Hearts meditation with my pranic healing group online. Guided heart meditation. Chakra balancing tones.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Rollo again, my friend’s dog, through his picture. He is playful, calm, calming, compassionate, understanding and loving. I see him playing in the grass with a red ball with her son George.
He tells me to relax and listen to my feelings. He says humans overcomplicate things. Overthink things. They need our help (the animals help). To open their hearts. He helps my friend open her heart, overcome fear and keeps her grounded.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It is nice to be in a community with like-minded people.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing in particular this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No not this week, I did not feel so good for a few days and then the week was already gone!
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practice awareness, trying to see, listen and feel more from my surroundings.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I found myself meditating without trying. I also meditated using gold Love energy. The first time was while listening to some music with birds that felt good for meditation. Hawkeye came right over when I started and got between my legs.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I asked them things and said things. I also told Serenity if she wanted to eat to come back and sent an image too of her coming back. I was having a snack and didn’t know until after she walked away that she wanted to eat the rest of her meal from earlier. She came back and finished the meal.
I connected for a moment with two rabbits saying they are bonded and want to be adopted together.
I connected with a gnat I believe.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. healing. I am so grateful to my cats for helping me on my journey.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did not.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with numbers. Lean in lean out as well. Also trying to feel how food felt in my mouth in regards to being safe to eat.
Also, my psychic intuition and/or telepathic communication has been been getting even stronger. Example 1.) I am going through some business things with my old website team and was “thinking “ of getting a reading from a big to do psychic I have worked with before. I also “thought” about getting a discount. That was Friday evening. Saturday morning I got an email where she was offering a discount on sessions. I feel I also am intuitively right in that because she got the Covid vaccine that her pineal glad might be tarnished and less accurate and that due to her numerous clients she has perhaps negative energy attached to her and I don’t know that she cleans herself well enough and I don’t want any yucky transferring to me. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week
Completed appx two x 30 mins of deep breathing exercise to calm down after a couple of busy intensive days. Plus completed several Brad Yates tapping videos
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week
I joined a zoom call, later than planned, as Charlie, a male ginger cat, was being discussed, he was missing in a small town in Scotland for several days. a rescue centre has been searching for him for several days and won’t give up in finding him. My communication was quick and unprepared, and instant. Sensed he had fallen from a height. Also shown a large metal ring. Shown arches of an old bridge, with trickle of water running thru across a small gully type place with lots greenery around. The bridge could be crossed by vehicles or pedestrians. While connected with Charlie I visualized myself physically close to the hunkered dirty frightened cat to stroke him and gradually picked him up and scrambled up the gully bank. We seem to be on edge of a small town, heading towards cottage style houses and road off to the left Once on firm ground, near a small road, Charlie wriggled fiercely wanting to be set free. Afterward told Charlie had fallen out of a window ( possible to escape the toxic environment in the apartment) and had been sighted near a school and allotments plus the word ‘church’ was mentioned. Sensed Charlie wants to be found but not go back to guardian Later that evening checked map with pendulum and drawn to a specific area off the beaten track. Looked at google street maps and noted the arches of a railway viaduct similar to what been shown near lots of greenery. One of the arches contained a car repair shop and nearby a church. Heard that this resonated with the guardian so await further information
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate that I connected with Charlie without prior preparation as set my intention to connect even though I missed most of the zoom conversation. Also celebrate I am slowly accepting I can do Animal Communication wok and help animals and guardians
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have None at the moment
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT
Not this week
6.This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises.
Been considering and looking into obtaining a heavy item, poss ceramic, stone or metal type, to use as a garden bird bath and to accommodate a small water fountain. Whilst wandering thru local side street, letting my intuition guide me to reach a destination, I noticed an old, ornate heavy dark blue glazed stoneware casserole type dish with few minor chips on rim but ideal for the purpose and it was free.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I’ve been meditating regularly – except for today (aargh!). I get regular and everything is going well – then I get a day when I get distracted. It’s really a struggle to fit work into my life! And meditating makes me feel better than work. At the moment. I’m working on it!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Maya, Gold and Elsa. I felt confident of my connection – especially with Elsa which is strange. It really is a question of spending the time to drop down, staying focused and self belief. I can do that! I also try to communicate with all the wild animals as I walk around. This week, I’m pretty sure that the geese were intrigued – so that means they heard me or felt me try.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate how good it feels to be in my heart not my head.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Big buggy question for me: how do I stay in my heart when I’m in work mode. I’m now no longer happy in my head – so it has become imperative that I develop the trust and patience to take time to get back into my heart amidst the hectic work atmosphere.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet this week. I’m still remembering the lesson from last week: trust what you got first!

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Almost every day. We were traveling, so missed a day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mainly just talked to my cats while I was away. And my daughter’s dachshunds, Louis and Foxy. Amazing what an old soul Louis is. Foxy is clearly on her first lifetime, sunshine and rainbows. She is clearly here just to bring joy ( not a deep thinker)
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Pretty uneventful week. Leo is continuing to get better. Hope it lasts.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that my buddy, Twyla, joined the Animal Communication Club!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not unfortunately. I barely had any alone time to even meditate.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Worked on decluttering my mind. Made lists of everything that needs done in every room. Just to acknowledge that it is on my radar. It really did free up space in my brain, allowing more info to flow in.

My fur kids. I got really upset with kitty Scooter tonite. He killed a baby bunny!! I know, I know, that’s what cats do, but he does it too much for my liking. Anything that moves in the yard, he wants to kill it!!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Made another attempt. No response received.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. I had another intuitive experience this week. The couple that I take care of their kitty when they go out of town had been in my thoughts lately, to the point where I was ready to call and ask how things were going. He has been battling cancer for quite a while now, and last time I talked to them he was going to start some type of nuclear treatments. Before I had a chance to call them, I got a text from his wife telling me that he had been in the hospital and rehab again for a few weeks and she was bringing him home on Monday to put him in hospice care. I had a feeling something was going on. 🙁

Gold Member1. I actually bought a low bamboo meditation seat and put it in a quiet area in my bedroom. I used it twice and forgot about it. Other days I focused more on channeling love.
2. I didn’t do much connecting this week, I was never around an animal with enough peace, quiet, and time to try to connect. though I always try to communicate to my cats. I rarely get a response, though.
3. My usual energy worker again put time and attention into improving underlying factors to facilitate animal communication.
4. Nothing new.
5. Still no reason to think I should try this again. Practicing something the wrong way will often make a problem worse.
6. I got out my random number intuition game again, didn’t do very well.

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I have meditated more and better than last week. I had longer sessions, every evening and a few mornings. I have some strange feelings and emotions and signs and synchronicities happening. It was more or less a good week until yesterday… About lunch time, I got hit by a headache so strong that I felt I might not be able to walk… I couldn’t keep my eyes open… I somehow got home. I even had to take a pain killer, but still I was not able to write the report. Strange but, today is a new day. I haven’t meditated today yet, but I will at the right time. 😊
2. Practice!
I am struggling with practicing AC as it seems I am caught in some kind of loop. I am working on figuring out if I can also develop a connection with an animal even though there are distracting sounds or people around, as I can’t find solitude and silence anywhere.
I have practiced energy healing sessions and intuitive medical scanning, as one of my newer friends works as a nurse at the vet hospital.I have sent healing energy to a cat named Anja, first diagnosed with lung cancer and later still under debate, and will follow more diagnosing tools. My first intuitive sense told me that the cat was more in a situation like Likurichu was. He was found on a road side where he was lying ignored by people, with heavy breathing. I feel that all I can do for him is just connect with him, and love him, and support in a way his mission from a distance. The first night I had sent a special healing session for him, he stopped crying and went to eat, as he hasn’t eaten 2 days before. His person reported that is willing to do everything for his comfort. I feel that he is actually giving a lesson to the person that has adopted him. His mission is to teach something that lady, concerning life and death as I have heard in one of Val’s courses. Sometimes the magic cats are willing even to suffer, to teach us something. … and adding that the lady had chosen this particular name Anja, must be something for them to work out. I will still watch him and send him soothing energy.
I have practiced on a baby cat that in the end got the name Enzo. He is a little bigger than a peanut, and was brought to the hospital with something that looked like a big inflamed boil on front right paw. He was found alone on a road somewhere. After receiving treatment and the swelling disappeared, the baby cat lost ability to move and walk. I sensed he needed a push of B vitamins for nerves, and of course lots of TLC, and energy healing. When I met him, he was standing in his basket, and yelling his heart out. The moment I started sending him healing loving waves, he stopped 😊 . By the end of the day he got adopted by my friend the nurse, and he is now travelling every day back and forth to work, as my friend does not want to leave him alone. The night I have performed the second energy healing from home, he got out of his basket and went searching for food. 😊 Hooray! 😊
Near him, in the hospital box, was a beautiful black cat that because of a shock, had the liver brought to her lungs! After the surgery she was better, but when I started working on her… : she made her eyes huge as if not believing. She lay on one side, sighed and started to purr. It was a fantastic moment, of sharing love with each other. A few days later she was happily released from hospital.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate that I AM !
I am here, right now, on this unique realm called Planet Earth!
I AM learning and evolving! I AM strong! I AM courageous! I AM on the right path to complete my mission in this life! I AM HAPPY! 😊4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Q: Can you please create a class, to teach us how to behave, when “normal” people watch us in disbelief? How to behave correctly in this kind of situations?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I did not this week. I have been busy with energy healing, but Nita and Blacky are already my friends and they know I love them. I am sorry that starting today Blacky is no longer under the stage lights, but we will remain in touch, no matter what.🤗
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I do not have enough time just to breath and think to play a game. My life seems so demanding, and offering so many live opportunities, that I work on being AWARE, on when my intuition has stepped in, and I am so grateful that so many times, it was right! 😊
