One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

I have been meditating with the course classes as I review them. I have also been practicing Quick connections and breathing throughout the day (as I get in and out of the car and different activities).
This week I connected with…
**Jade: I attempted to have a follow up conversation with Jade. She battles with noises that make her scared and overwhelmed. When I was attempting to connect with her, she was in the process of annoying Athena (one of our other dogs). She bullies Athena for fun sometimes. Once I brought her away from Athena, I again connected with her. She seemed bothered, still eyeing Athena. When I asked her if she had thought of any solutions that could help her manage or decrease the volume level and increase confidence and understanding regarding the various noises she hears throughout the day. She shook her head, obviously annoyed and said “No, I don’t know. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 years, don’t you think I would have thought of something by now?” She then terminated our conversation and left the room. Gee Whiz! So what you’re telling me is….this isn’t a very good time? 🤣**This week I want to celebrate standing by a few video clips that I was shown during a conversation that apparently did not have a meaning or connection as of yet. Before, I would immediately back down and think of course it was my head not my heart. I have reached a level where I am confident in my connections versus my mind running away with my thoughts. I want to hold on and strengthen that, even when it may seem insignificant or incorrect. Sifting through what I think is important or makes sense is not my job as an animal communicator. I should share what is delivered, as it may be a significant piece of information for the owner.
**Recently, I have been recording my sessions so that I can go back and transcribe the session without forgetting bits and pieces. Is that typical? Do others journal during the conversation? Just curious. I just do it to jog my memory.
**I did communicate with FAT, Blackie today. I try to avoid seeing anyone’s post so that I am not swayed in my conversations. This month I was first in line. After our salutations, we both got our nerves out of the way. My heart went to mush when Blackie said he was afraid to go to sleep, afraid that he would miss someone. I told him that I don’t fully understand how it works but he should just stay the course of his regular routine and sleep pattern and the students will reach him no matter what he is doing. He can even decline to talk at the moment if he is really busy.
I got the sense that Blackie’s personality is very gentle, polite, and soft spoken. He has a very soft mouth and likes to chew. I asked if there were other animals in the home. He told me 4 including himself and they are all big. I told him it may be difficult to give out butcher bones because they are often so high value that dogs can scuffle over them. I asked him if he has a backyard. He said Yes, but I like to be out there with others. He likes to play soccer, go on walks and car rides.
I asked him how he feels physically and he said “I feel great!”.
I thanked Blackie for speaking with me and told him what a fabulous job he did with me! He is a natural and he is going to enjoy being a FAT very much.
**I am continuing to practice intuition classes.

Michelle, Beanie may be trying to connect with you. Relax and be open to receive messages. Remember that any or all of your senses can be used for communication. Perhaps Beanie is trying to figure out which of your senses is strongest on animal communication at this time. With practice, more sense will increase in strength.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated three out of seven days for 30 minutes everytime. I did a grounding meditation that I found on Youtube.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected to my new guide dog Carlot, she is a Labrador. I explained her that I am very happy that I have her and told her that she helps me very well already. But I didn’t feel that I got a response back.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The only thing I can think of, is that I hope that she understood me when I talked to her. I really do my best but I am very insecure about getting through to her. I hope she got my messages. And I think she does, but I am not sure.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question is, why don’t I get an answer when I talk to her. I really do my best. I am present, meditating, I open my mind as wide as possible. But there doesn’t seem to be a real connection.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week, I want to do that next week. I have been very busy trying to talk to my own animal, because I just got her from the guide dog school.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t practice the exercises. I gave all my time to connecting with my new dog and to meditation. And I did the love meditation btw that was in lesson 1 of the course.-

Damien, be gentle with yourself as well as Carlot. You are both learning and getting to know each other. Perhaps try communicating using your other senses. Animals like people each have their own preferred or stronger ways of commuication and it takes time and practice to strengthen. You’ll get there. Moderator Barb

Yes. Every day. I meditate every morning around 20 min and every evening

I had a very interesting experience with my new neighbors dog. his name is Elmo. My neighbors moved in 3 weeks ago and they brought a very nice dog with them. their terrace is bordering my terrace so I see the dog often. last time I was outside he was lying on the floor and looking at me. I was thinking of how I can contact him and while I was inn my thoughts I was suddenly sucked into the world of the dog. I started to suddenly smell very strongly, hear sharp, and have high alerted senses. It was a bit scary for me, because it came so sudden. but I want to explore further.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, daily, in view of the special full moon of Wesak, when it was a long, powerful session. Also a lot of purification/self healing in preparation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to connect with a blackbird who seems to be bringing a message….still trying to get a clear one. The last few days she’s been coming for a few minutes in the morning and then flying off!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This is actually beyond AC though of course linked….I need to celebrate being here for more than one reason: the good friends I’ve made (some of whom I interact with personally and regularly, especially Evelyne, and Lucia who’s always so generous with support and sending healing! And helped me even from work during Rani’s transition) a safe warm space here and on FB, all the help and constant support, especially from Val herself and Barb, despite their busy schedules. A recent experience…I had sought feedback from other students on FB about buying a course…and was so touched when Val herself responded….thank you again Val. Barb too gave her input and always bails me out on technical issues!! As did Jade just yesterday! So no matter how slow my progress till now, I’m encouraged and motivated to work on AC more than I have ever been ….in the student groups I’ve belonged to (following courses taken), there were no practice opportunities like ATH, nor the personal touch so palpable here, so I almost gave up. I’ve been following Val’s newsletters and videos for a couple of years, even if I could not afford the courses, and so glad I finally landed here!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When communicating with a bird, like the blackbird that I mentioned, since you cannot address it by name, do you still ask permission to connect, or go straight to connecting from the heart?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Since I have “normal” conversations (usually one sided!) all the time with Blackie, I’m waiting to be led by Val on the call!6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m afraid I’ve neglected practicing this week.- This reply was modified 12 months ago by Nita Mukherjee.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did mantra meditation and meditated with trees. I also meditated by simply grounding and even without the intention to meditate. When meditating unintentionally I simply different times noticed myself being connected to my Soul and Higher Self all if a sudden. I have had a resonation that this is a great place to be 🙂
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them about new ingredients in the food they will be starting and how I feel it’s actually most likely better for them. I said and asked other things that I don’t remember specifically what they were at this particular moment. I also got coaching from Hawkeye about what to eat and guidance from him regarding what to eat and when. He’s really in tune with me about food stuff.
I talked with squirrels. One tol d me about being prepared for good things to be come and also some things involving some other very weird people but that all will work out involving them.
I talked with birds.
I also talked with a small reptile creature I believe -lizard maybe. He/she told me to let people take care of me and figure things out rather than telling every single detail. This makes sense because when I tell every detail humans get confused and don’t pay attention.
I talked with another animal-a client.
I also talked with a missing bird.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Their help to me. Also, in so many ways, my kitties!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not. When I do, I will post.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I do the lean in lean out. I also felt how a couple of foods felt to my body before deciding to eat them. I also have gotten more communication with numbers.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes – but not every day. Most days. I’ve also tried journalling first thing in the morning to set intentions and put myself into gratitude state – the challenge is to do it before work! I haven’t been so successful there!
2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Elsa: I had some bad news from the person she was going to stay with when I go away. He cancelled and she hasn’t been anywhere else so I was quite distressed. I did a very focused and long session of chanting meditation to find a the best solution. I then was able to hear Elsa say: Don’t worry, I’m strong, I’ll cope. I was happy because I can’t often hear her. I also went walking in some hills/mountains and was continually attracted to the rocks, hearing them comfort and reassure me and offer support. I’ve been trying to improve being able to hear as \i walk along so greeted a sheep and tried really hard to come from my heart saying how beautiful he was. He definitely said thankyou and carried on eating. I also think I was able to greet two doves.
2. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I’m beginning to get beyond wanting to hear words and thought forms and am loving the feelings I’m getting.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m beginning to realise that to go further I need to find a much more solid sense of self. It’s quite painful to realise that I still don’t have that at my age! But I’m also glad that I can see that this is the most essential thing in almost everything.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
No I haven’t yet. Things have been hectic, I will also be away for the Q&A call so will only be able to get the replay.
6.This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to sense my yes and my no in my body as a pendulum and use it to answer questions. The problem is that I haven’t found enough time and quiet to test it out before someone has come along so I haven’t felt quiet enough for it to really work. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not every day, only 4 days I think, for about 15 min. each time. Twin Hearts Meditation, a few guided meditations, complete stillness meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to connect to a snail. That didn’t work. Then to my cat Bootsy, but I also got distracted too easily.
I connected with a cat Rumba, who’s owner is away for a few days. I tried to explain to him that his owner will come back in a few days. I pictured the nights and days but then realised that of course Rumba is deaf so I tried to explain it more in terms of light and different sounds night versus day. He asked me to tell him a little story which I did, about a little mouse. Then he curled up and went to sleep.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I believe it is helping me become a better version of myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel like to be able to connect you need to feel connected. Sometimes I can grasp that for a few seconds. It is a feeling of not feeling apart, or like an individual. I know it is love that makes this connection. I find it difficult still to ‘merge’ or put myself in the animals’ skin but I can somehow grasp the sensation or understanding of it better.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did last week but not this week I had quite a busy week. Looking forward to connect during our Q&A call.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the meditation again that Susan Chernak McElroy advised us -where you sit still in nature for a while and then look at the first thing you see and start writing about it. This time the first thing I saw was the sea.

1. I’ve gone back to Val’s recorded meditations, I don’t feel like I am able to turn off my mind, and I fall asleep before I get to the circle.
2. I did not connect with any animal this week, other than my own cats. I talk to them, they don’t talk back.
3. I had a short session with the animal communicator I used for years, she us retiring this month. It was wonderful to be able to communicate with my cats through her.
4. When will I get my lightning session with Val???
5. No, there’s no point to trying.
6. I was sorely disappointed by both intuition and muscle testing when trying to find something that was lost, I’m feeling pretty discouraged by that too. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Meditated every day this week. Primarily silent meditation with Sutras. Fantastic meditations in Sedona with 2 of my “Soul Sisters” overlooking the red rocks right after sunrise, It was pretty surreal, actually.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Leo, my recent kitty project, took a turn for the worse the other day. Fortunately, they were back in town and I was able to see Leo in person (or feline, I guess) He was in pretty bad shape and we thought he was near transitioning. He looked at me like ”Where have you been?”
I had missed a couple days. I ran energy into him and did some hands on healing, just trying to make him comfortable. He breathing stabilized and he quit vomiting. Again amazing! He is back on twice a day sessions for awhile. He has decided to stick it out for awhile. He is a great cat.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Leo! Also, I have completed LFEH Level IV, did my Case Study Presentation in Scottsdale and am advancing to LFEH Level V Master Grad Course with Deborah King in the Fall.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Could my boys be jealous of the time I have spent with Leo? Feeling like Roo is a little pissed off
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I just got some first impressions of Blackie and his sweet gentle nature. He seems like such a love. His eyes are so expressive.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Module 3 of my SAGE Intuition class. Analyzing which conditions facilitate accuracy vs. conditions which tend to block.

1. Did you meditate this week
No. Busy week tabby Princess constantly in my thoughts.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week
Princesses Tabby and Tuxedo – 2 neighbours cats. Taking care of tabby princess, an outdoor cat, as requested by a member of the family while she travelled abroad for grandmother’s funeral who had passed away while on holiday with her daughters. The granddaughter asked for my help, I agreed to take care of him. Sensed and noticed tabby princess was bewildered when grandson arrived only with his food and informed me that his sister had already left the uk, therefore I had no contact with her since she asked for my help to put things in place for tabby. This meant tabby had no access to his family or home or a bed etc for at least a week. Given no basic details e.g emergency numbers, duration or date of granddaughters return.
Little later not knowing where the tabby princess was located I connected with him to explain the situation in regards to the non appearances of his guardians and the unavailability to enter his home till the family returned from abroad plus details of taking care of him. Also explained the days and nights scenario to him. Throughout each day I’d communicate with him giving him reassurances he was loved and not abandoned and I was here for him and continuing with the day and night scenario letting him know I was unsure of return date. No verbal response. Being an outdoor cat was concerning , not only due to feeding time/place, the rain, where sleeping or access to indoor space, so I offered him my home. He used to regularly enter my home .
After a few days his tail held high, would be near his home waiting for his meals so knew he received my mental picture messages. One day in my garden he heartily àte his meals and nibbles. The following late evening, once heavy rain stopped, (guessed he’d be under cover) sent princess a message that I was coming to find and feed him when I heard scratching at the glass patio door. It was him. He came in, àte plenty of food and when ready waited by the door to be let out. Throughout this time he never lashed out like he sometimes does and seemed more at easeAlso asked tuxedo princess to help me with tabby princess e.g explained tabby’s situation. We both need to help and support him. Not to chase him if both of them are in my garden. Each day I’d thank her for supporting me and helping tabby which she did, especially the second day when tabby was very nervous and tuxedo tried pinching his food. I explained that tabby, no verbal response, needed feeding and it was my job to do so. She backed away then gave her lots of praise and stroking and nibbles. Quietness followed. Although I didn’t always notice tabby in the garden, he wasn’t chased by tuxedo who would run down the stairs to back door raring to go out, when either sitting on a window ledge looking out at him or asleep upstairs nor did tabby run away on his own when he heard the door open.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.Celebrate tabby, gaining his trust, especially walking alongside me with his tail held high in the air. A worrying week with both cats on my mind but happy as surrogate guardian. Tabby princess now appears less stressful. Allowed me to get physically closer and not lash out if I got too close. Tuxedo princess less concerned when tabby around- not sure how long that’ll last
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have
Am I wrong to expect certain information e.g emergency and personal contact details etc from guardian who has entrusted their animal to me prior to them travelling. Am planning to inform the guardians re lack of information and possible support to tabby princess prior to granddaughters leaving.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Not yet but will do6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises
No games as such but used my intuition throughout the week helping/connecting with tabby princess and where he could be found

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did 5-15 minutes of guided meditations on most days; was out of town for 4 days with a group and found it difficult on those days.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Communicated with my household about my vacation trip last weekend. I needed them to know that it was a fun trip with old friends. They reassured me about my travel.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am learning more and more about myself.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still having difficulty going deeper without being distracted. My mind seems to jump around.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? 1. Meditate!
I have done mainly prayer meditation in the morning and during the day as I have been on a trip that requested it too. I have meditated each time I had the occasion.
2. Practice!
I have continued to practice especially with my own fur friends this week, as I had to transmit to them, to stay relax as I will return. I understand from the people that watched them over, that they did seem to miss me, but they weren’t in any particular situation. I feel that they have heard me.
I have also practiced healing on the dog named Gold, as again he has eaten something he shouldn’t and his owners were in distress, because he got severely constipated again. I was happy to hear that Gold succeeded to make it through and a surgery was avoided.
Lady Emma had right front foot swollen and could barely walk, and second day after first healing session, the swelling was reduced and she started to step slightly on the foot too.
Likurichu was limping on right front foot too. Nothing was visible in this case either. The second day after treatment, he walked normally, but I have noticed a slight limp left, which maybe will go away at the next session.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate LEARNING and MANIFESTATION!
Learning that it is Ok to request, learning that setting the intention helps manifestation unfold! I feel my heart, my mind, and my soul have been upgraded from all the learning I did within the last year! I Celebrate FRIENDSHIP too! I was touched to be mentioned in Nita’s report! 🤗🤗🤗4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
None at the moment.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not yet. But for sure I will try!
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I feel my intuitive senses are growing along my internal growth, or they are blooming, opening slowly petal by petal… transforming like a rose bud.

1. Mediate
Yes, I meditate every morning usually with my MUSE headband and a selection of background sounds. I try to exceed 70 minutes per week but feel accomplished at that number.
2. Practice
I communicated with a dog named Ziggy and a horse named Hercules. These live contacts were made during the final class presented by another instructor. We also studied methods for locating lost animals and took a quiz on live/passed status using photographs. Ziggy was exhibiting an unusual, though not odd, behavior and the guardian wanted to know why. He explained that it was too loud upstairs and also, that something upstairs had changed. Both reasons propelled him to spend the day in the basement. Hercules presented as quite sad, even depressed. I learned that he had been a wild mustang and was new to being in a barn and corral. The guardian and I talked about using the Emotion Code to help him release the trapped emotions and ease his mood.
3. Celebrate
I am celebrating the completion of my Beginning and Advanced classes and the start of my journey here. Although joining the Quick Start late Sunday, I have completed the Awaken module and digging into the Beginner’s Course.
4. Questions/Discoveries
My main question is always how to get and maintain a stronger connection, thereby increasing my ability to help an animal. I am discovering there are many different approaches and methods. So the challenge and the goal will be to mesh them to find my perfect match.
5. FAT
I have not communicated with a FAT this week because I was completing the other course. However, I have uploaded photos and will begin to participate in the forum tomorrow.
6. Intuition Development
This week I have been practicing the playing card identification exercise. Although I feel like my life intuition is strong and always an honored friend, the cards are challenging me. I plan to try the marble/color exercise next and see how that goes.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I was able to meditate almost every night this week before going to sleep. Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Besides my fur kids, I came home to a bunch of buzzing bees in my sunroom yesterday evening! I have no idea where they came from (really hoping I don’t have a nest somewhere in my house!!). There were probably 20-30 of them flying at the windows trying to get outside. I grabbed my critter jar and began catching them one, two, and three at a time and putting them outside. There were none this evening, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
I attempted to connect with Blackie, but got nothing in response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. As always, trying to listen for intuition to speak to me.
