To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDs:

#1 Yes, I am back in the swing of meditating. Trying to find my guides.
#2 Today I connected with my 5 week old Sphynx kitten who will be ready to come home January 1st. He didn’t have a lot to say. He wanted clarification as to why he needed to leave his Mom to go to another home? I explained to him the process as well as I could. I told him to ask his Mom for future clarification. I told him all about our house and the set ups we had specifically for our cats. I assured him he would be safe, showered with love and have a lot of toys and indoor/outdoor climbing structures as well. (As I am telling him about this, I am placing a picture in my mind).
#3 This week I would like to celebrate connecting with my kitten. If I can do this regularly before picking him up, I think this will fast forward our bonding and his level of comfort.
#4 I have had a few instances where the connection was weak and I should have disconnected and connected later. While I am more attuned in that way, I don’t remember or realize when I experience a “Shift”.
#5 Yes I did communicate with Ranger. He is a delight who is always on the move. He is quite the character and likes to make others laugh.
#6 I realize that I am relying on Claircognizance and Clairvoyance for my communication styles. I need to dig deeper to strengthen my Clairaudience and Clairsentience. I’m not sure though if I am missing messages sent via Clairsentience or Clairaudience or are animals not using those avenues when connecting with me.

Numerous times the Stress Busting Meditation. Several ‘letting go’ prayers.

Didn’t practice this week. With a particular animal due to being busy with attempting to resolve internet and utility problems. However.
Said ‘ hello’ to any animals I met
General chat – e.g ‘How are you today, where are you going, where have you visiting’ to Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
Celibate Tuxedo Princess (a neighbour’s cat) being in my life. She chooses to spend many hours in my presence and home . I had switched on the TV and became engrossed watching the ‘learning magic’ action scenes in a Harry Potter film. (never read the books or seen the films). Suddenly I jumped in response to a very light touch to my left shoulder. Turning I saw that Tuxedo had crept in the room ( from being asleep upstairs), jumped on the side table behind me. Had this overwhelming feeling, hard to describe but felt tears in my eyes and thanked and petted her. As she jumped down to go outside I heard ‘I’m an angel and it’s time you knew” and off she went

Know we have to trust what animals say to us. Even though I have talked to both Tuxedo and Tabby Princess’s in a general fashion, I haven’t received a response. Can I assume it was Tuxedo who gave me the message or was it from a higher being – an angel – protecting me.
Have lot of stress/problems at the moment, not of my doing that I must resolve . See Q3
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
No. Wanted to check the meaning/symbolism of Ranger’s message – chalk etc which I have managed to do a little before communicating again. However, no home internet access for over a week due to problems with the new broadband provider, (installing and setting up) and will continue for some time. Therefore finding internet resources outside of my home takes time, effort and. my availability,

Picking selected coloured pens. Didn’t do very well this week, poss needed to be calmer

1. Meditation: I use the Calm app every day, and I also use the meditations from the Platinum Membership course
2. Animal communication: I practiced talking with wild animals while walking in the woods with our dogs. I talked with deer and squirrels, and I tried talking with birds at our feeders. I didn’t get a response (that I can tell), but they stared at me a while before running away, so I feel like I was making an initial connection. We also found 2 feral kittens with eye injuries that we caught and brought home to take to the shelter for medical treatment. I connected with one and explained where they were and what we were doing, and I asked what we could do for them. She told me that we were doing it, and that she was grateful for that. Update: they are getting their eyes removed, but are going to receive medical treatment and be put up for adoption soon. 🙂
3. Celebration or Gratitude: I’m grateful for many things in my life, all the time. This week, I’m grateful I was able to participate in the Masterclass on 11/18 and that Val selected me to work through some blocks I was having with communicating. I’m catching up on the other classes in the series and am excited about continuing to practice (and I’m grateful for the vault of course recordings– I have so much listening to do!!).
4. Questions or Discoveries: I’m realizing one of my biggest hurdles is keeping a quiet mind. I meditate every day, but as I am beginning to do AC, I need a quiet environment with little interruption (which is not always easy with 8 pets at home).
5. FAT: I connected with Ranger last week, but will try again this week now that I’m feeling better equipped.
6. Intuition Exercise: I continue to practice with guessing objects, and I’m practicing being open-minded to receive messages from seemingly ordinary events and happenings.

1. meditation for healing my hands and knee. Stress busting meditation.
2. I explained to Layla where we where going and what we were doing with the big truck. Because I was stressed over getting said truck, she made herself sick. I gave her homeopathic medicine and told her she would go to vets on Monday if she didn’t get better. She healed herself by Sunday Morning.
3. I am grateful for having the time and money to move my granddaughters belongings from storage and for the help of some friends to load the truck.
4. I learned that sometimes animals will make themselves sick so you focus on them and not what you have to do. Don’t jump to conclusions that they always need homeopathic remedies to help make them well. They can heal themselves.
5. No, I was not home much and when I was, the internet was not working properly.
6. I used my intuition to pick out letters to form words in a memory exercise. It was not a game. -

1.Meditate
Yes I did, every day. Mostly short ones throughout the day, breathing, being the tree and the heart one2. Animal communication
I did, or at least I tried. I didn’t really get any input back. I tried with different wildlife.
I also tried with my neighbors dogs that isn’t feeling well. The neighbor said he was taking him to the vet, that his liver was swollen. The dog told me he did not feel good but that it wasn’t his liver persae but more like his bladder.3. grateful/celebrate
Sabrina hurt her leg a couple days ago while we were waling at the park. I thought she had picked up a sticker but that wasn’t it. Then she appeared tp be ok and we went back to the car, but when we got home and she hopped out of the van she started limping, then literally picked her leg up and would not even attempt to put weight on it. Went inside, she lay down and I tried to examine her. He foot was ok but she would not let me even touch her leg. I determined it was in the wrist, ankle part but she was holding it out even laying down and it was trembling. Called vet but they had no openings until the next morning.
I gave her arnica and did healing touch on her and she was better that night and the next morning seemed totally healed. Cancelled vet appointment. so I am grateful that she recovered and seems to be ok without going to the vet and that I have the knowledge of some healing modalities to help her.4. Questions. I’m still my own worse enemy and telling myself I can’t do this and ready to give up. But at the same time I “know” things without any logical explanation so I guess I am communicating on some level. I’m not sure how or what to practice to develope other clairs, in particulat audio so I can hear them. In the past I have but now, nada.
5. FAT
No I have not comunicated with fat this week.6. Intuition: I have practiced with colored pens we have at work and with deck of cards, trying with both to FEEL the warmth of the pink and yellow pens versus the cool of the blue and green, same with the cards, how does the red feel in relation to the black. I think I am making some headway. I wish I had someone to practice sending colors to.

This week I’ve focused on aura cleansing with the mantra OM and also joined a 7 days Pranic self healing practice online. I’m also enjoying Val’s meditations on stress busting, and meditation on mindfulness, especially before practice. I’m often tempted to do 2-3 from the resources, but realize it’s better to focus on 1-2!2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Apart from the Fat Ranger, I finally took the much needed plunge into practicing with the ATH, starting with Penny’s Razor ….I have made an initial connection and want to go deeper before posting the communication this week.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I’m very grateful for the last platinum call, as it gave me a direction to take focused steps ….something that I have not been able to do in recent months due to health and other issues. Val’s guidance to Erika and the detailed protocol to remove blocks was extremely helpful.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

Clairvoyant exercises #2….working with colors. I found it fascinating as I am used to working/healing with colors in Advanced Pranic healing. This exercise adds another dimension to exploring colors. -

I meditated with the trees, flowers, bushes, birds, butterflies, sky, and sun. One of the times while doing this I sensed different things that would ordinarily be done through one sense but used another sense. I will try to explain more in the question regarding developing intuition.

I talked with Serenity and Hawkeye. I thanked them. I apologized to them. I tuned in with them and realized some things I am doing that they like.
I communicated with Ranger and posted for Amy to read.
I communicated with butterflies.
I talked with two dogs. One might be in Spirit. The one who is in a form and I don’t know which form mentioned about one option being to let her body transition on her own without assistance and that she was okay with whatever her parents chose.
The other dog has separation anxiety and one thing he mentioned was about what he would like his parents to do to help.

My cats! They do so much for me and are so forgiving and patient and infinitely important in my Healing.I am grateful also for my Healing and energetic shift, resonation realizations, blessings , my cats’ Love, and so much more.

That animals know the chakra colors and what they do (somewhat at least). This is based on my communication with Ranger and his orange aura.

I probably won’t write everything that happened on my walk while meditating, but I will at least write some. It’s an intuitive sense development meditation!
I tuned into a pile of branches and leaves and could feel myself submerged in them. I could feel them on my bare body!
I tuned into one of the amazing trees on a sacred street I go to specifically to be with the trees, butterflies, birds, flowers, grass, and all other life there. From seeing the tree, I could see an insect. From seeing I could taste the bark.
When staring towards the beautiful sun, I saw it cleansing me and Healing my eyes and the rest of my body.
I was also out of body. While out of body I also connected with my birth mom and was out of my physical body looking at my physical body (both facing each other). She told me I am not my true Self being how I have been much of the time for so long. I am hearing now her apologizing for leaving me physically and that she wasn’t able to make me more aware of her all the time. She is saying that I didn’t deserve the lack of nurturing and care and being made to feel so unnurtured and like a burden. I can hearing she wants to help and this is why she came back and uses or sometimes goes in Serenity’s body. She is asking me to slow down, forgive, let things be, make mistakes, and let the universe bring the good.
While out of body I walked in another plane/realm.
I heard an emergency vehicle siren and by listening I licked the engine and could feel the material of the engine.
I heard the chirp of a sweet Soul in the physical form of a bird body. From hearing the sweet chirp, I sensed clair cognizantly the sweetness of the bird and the Soul of the bird body.
From hearing the chirp, I could feel the bird’s feathers.
I saw beautiful fuscia colored flowers on a tree and could feel the liquidy jelly of the color.
I smelled a scent of something and saw it was pink and saw the texture was like whipped ripples and liquidy with some thickness as well and smooth.
There’s more I have experienced while meditating and it’s in my heart and not in my brain’s conscience memory to type the words.
Regarding meditating- I have been doing a lot of it and KNOW it, with vibration frequencies, working with pressure points in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nature, sunlight, self care self Love and gratitude are so important as well as what I knew already- my cats.
It’s becoming so that there are a lot of things there’s no time for because I NEED to meditate and do and have not do nor think about some of the other things in life.
Which leads me to this- We’re all one and originate from Nature and Universe. Also, so much life crap is an illusion yet all karma so it’s reality yet an illusion. It’s quite interesting the contradiction.-

I listened to the Masterclass on Soul Contracts, Purpose and Roles and I tried to connect with my cat, Scarlett. I am still not able to receive information from her. I know she understands me, and I think she is frustrated that I am not able to understand her. At least she knows I am trying and that I will keep at this until I am able to do it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I feel grateful for the wealth of information in the vault and that we have access to all the previous masterclasses.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?

This week I went outside to talk to birds, insects and trees. I discovered that they do indeed have voices and things to share.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful for Thanksgiving break from the markets and the live classes. I have been treading water trying to keep up with lessons and now I have time to take a deep dive before the chaos that is December.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I have come to understand that “rescue” animals do not particularly care for the label if it is used to elevate the guardian’s status among others. It would be kinder to say “Ivy came from All American Dogs” rather than “Ivy is as rescue.” Because factually, she was in the right place at the right time and is a perfect being. “Rescue” is a location.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I have not but I will. Life has gotten in the way.

I am consistently getting answers to both animal and people problems. When something is to confusing to the person involved, it all seems quite clear to me without hesitation and uncertainty.

I meditated every day mornings and evenings, and short ones during the day, like silent meditations and prayer meditations, to prep me up for the healing sessions for Mr. Ming.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have practiced intensely with Mr. Ming.
On Friday he was in an amazing shape towards healing, even though my visit was than a very short one. Over the weekend I could not visit him, because I was held back by others, and on Monday I have found him laying as rug in the hands of the nurse… The hospital personnel told me they have found him like that and he had no desire to eat and they have drew blood again to check his parameters.
At first I felt a creeping devastation but I have succeeded to gather my senses and grounded and offered him energy until by his own will ate more than half of food plate….
Yesterday he was better. I sensed that the doctor that supervised him during the weekend must have neglected him, or done something to him, as I sensed pain in his right back leg, mostly at the hip. I can’t say anything out loud as I have no proof….
Perhaps they handled him wrong or with too much eagerness to get things done, and go home as it was weekend. Anyway he was really shaken…
I wish so bad I would find out what happened to him… if what I sensed is right or is just me having a subconscious conflict with the specific person that was on duty during the weekend.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
This week, I celebrate CATS 💖!!!!!!!! I used to feel so overwhelmed with the routine of getting up, and going to work, but …. My cats taught me that there is safety in what we call routine. They love routine, and so should I, and so I have learnt. It’s an additional stress not knowing what will happen next, aaaaaaaand keeping my energy cleansing routine for morning and evening, and keeping my meditation routine, and keeping the learning routine is what I am GRATEFUL today for!!!!! 😀

Q: The same question that itches me, as I am all into healing: When it will be scheduled the “hands of light” masterclass?😀 I would like to find anything more about energy healing.

No I have not. I regret for not allowing me to find out more about him,…. By lack of proper time. I hope, but not promise that I will get a go, before the months end. I really want to get some golden nugget from him. 🙂

I am practicing more the concept of “keeping the prayer state”, to connect the heart and pineal. I have read that every person during praying, which is semi meditative state, is changing all the energy within. Than the energy extends to form a great outside field, as the connection with the divine or universal energy is much stronger. It is like a powerful boost for the body and mind altogether… that state of prayer. This makes the absolute pure love of the heart to radiate around, and I have found out that when I meet a hostile person, of some sort, when I think of the “prayer state” I immediately shift my own emanating energy to a much more loving one, and suddenly people shift, from the hostile state to the calm, benevolent/kind state. It’s a great feeling to watch this happening live as this, is an experience that must be lived to get the joy of this simple technique. Love and joy to all who read! ♥

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – every day a little BUT – I did the newish one that Val put on the website that I call Love for others and self – not sure what the real name is. I focused on my boss at work one day – I immediately felt a different energy. I felt much less ignored at work straight away and increased respect on both side. Very powerful. Thank you.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I feel like my connection with Elsa is weaker – not sure why.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried twice with Ranger. I wasn’t confident the first time. I got some other stuff (which I will post on the forum) but the precise question was: do you live with other animals? First time I got: cat, hamsters and birds outside the window. I wasn’t sure if this was my mind or Ranger.I tried again – got cat and rabbit. Then I tried again and got cat – horse outside then I asked again – got cat and rabbit. I will post and see what the feedback is (I haven’t posted yet). Interesting experiment to help me sense when it’s me and when it’s Ranger.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – not yet. But I am using my intuition to sense which part of the plant to take herbs from for cooking. And asking first, and thanking afterwards. -

HEART WISDOM COURSE ACCOUNTABILITY QUESTIONS
1. Meditation: I used the Heart Wisdom Mindfulness meditation before communicating. It works so good for me. Also used a REIKI meditation before and during a meditation and communicated with my Mom as she was going through the final phase of dying.
2. Practice:
I had a good conversation with a little dog Zoe. We talked about her life before, with her aging owner who died, and her new life with her present owner, Sandy. She told me about her loss of vision and hearing, and how it affects her life with Sandy. Also was able to feel how she feels physically. I was able to call Sandy and include her in the conversation with Zoe. That was a first, and so cool! We then talked about her barking at people in the home, and what Sandy might do to help Zoe with that. Great conversation!!!
I communicated with my Mom spiritually while she was unresponsive physically. It was really helpful for me, and I think for her. I let her know that she didn’t need to stick around for us. She left us, right after my sister and I left the room.
3. Celebrations: I’m celebrating my rapidly expanding ability to communicate. And having met and worked with Val in the past, which gave me the confidence to immerse myself in this and improve. I am also celebrating the passing of my Mom from a life of pain and limitation in to the spirit life of no pain and no limitation.
4. Questions: No questions right now.
5. FAT: I didn’t talk with Ranger again. I’ve been having great conversations with my friends pets, and having the person confirm or deny the information, then ask another question or questions that involve non-verifiable answers. Each time the information I received mostly rang true with the owner.
6. Intuitive games: I didn’t play any of the intuitive games or exercises. My Mom’s passing, and all that it entails took up a lot of my time and focus.Also invited quite a few club members to be friends.
