To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDs:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module. These are not games, they are exercises and lessons especially designed for our communication students. Do not use an intuition game app.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!
Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email Moderator@ValHeart.com

#1 I am continuing to find time to meditate before my day gets ahead of me. I meditate for 30–45 minutes in the morning and then mini meditations throughout the day.
#2 This week I connected with my kitten, Donkey’s Sire. I asked him how the litter was doing. He said they all look fine, but that’s not his job. His job is a creator. 🤣. I asked him if Donkey was inquisitive, shy, or bold and bossy. He said Donkey was in the middle. I also asked him if he had any words of wisdom when introducing Donkey to the pack. He said to just go slow, don’t rush it. He is a baby and they will be ok.
#3 I want to celebrate how much I have changed my life in order to be surrounded by animals who I can (one day soon) be able to send and receive communication with. I go to the beach, visit the zoo, and volunteer at the RAD horse therapy program once or twice a week. Then of course the animals you meet in the community.
#4 I don’t have any new questions. I am trying to find the golden key that unlocks the door to open communication. I guess the question would be… Where do I find that key?
#5 Yes, I did communicate with Ranger. Posted session.
#6 I reviewed two lessons…1st Clairaudience and Soft Focus and 2nd Clairaudience and Conscious Hearing. The 1st was easier to accomplish but I did not get as many sounds as I was hoping for. The 2nd has a lot to unpack. So many different variations; forward fasting the sounds, slowing sounds dramatically is a great concept but it will take many repetitions to grasp the concepts.

1. Which meditations did you do?
— I used multiple, but one was Prayers of the Heart2. Practicing with animals: What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
— I connected with Moose, a beautiful hound dog who lives with one of my co-workers. Moose told me about his favorite food (chickpeas) and how he feels about his human baby sister (8 months old). I need to reconnect with Moose because I misinterpreted some of the responses he gave me (based on feedback from his dad).3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
— It was Thanksgiving in the US, so I am grateful for the extra days off from work, time with my little family, and time spent outdoors on walks with our dogs. I had some time to process some thoughts, do some painting, and disconnect from the day-to-day.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
— When do we know when we’re able to communicate with our own animals? I know it’s easier to practice with others’ animals because we are not as emotionally invested and we don’t know them as well as we know our own, but one of my dogs specifically asked a professional animal communicator friend of mine to teach me how to communicate with animals so I could talk with her. That’s what started me on this journey. I try to communicate with my dog, but can’t tell if I’m receiving anything from her. I can “read” her pretty well, but I’m afraid I’m missing specific details and messages she’s sending me.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
— No, I had already connected with Ranger, so I spent time connecting with other Animal Teachers this past week.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week?
— I listened to 8 of the MasterClass recordings and spent time working on building my clairs through some of the exercises listed in the classes/courses. -

1. I did 5 different meditations on the students page as well as my own healing meditation.
2. I talked to the blue jays about their special food and which feeders where theirs. I also asked them to leave the other feeders for the smaller birds. They did as I asked and I thanked them.
3..I am grateful Layla passed the piece of fake fur she ate from one of her toys. She made herself sick for a day and I hoped she learned a lesson. I spoke to her about it.
4.I learned you need to talk with who is in charge of the group. I also learned how to use my senses while walking around my neighborhood.
5. I attempted to talk to Ranger.
6. I focused on my grand daughter who was supposed to come for supper as it was getting late. I received a feeling that she was not coming. She is an empath and was thinking of me and sending a message. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
My daily practice now is to do Twin Hearts meditation, followed by Val’s stress busting and one other ….this week I chose “Prayers of the heart” and “Extended awareness meditation”. They both provided plenty of food for thought.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I practiced with an ATH, Razor Rocket, and got feedback. Now I intend to do a communication every week.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful that I managed to summon up the courage to practice (apart from the monthly FAT) after almost a year. The last few months have been very unproductive due to physical and other issues.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Is there a way to know if an animal is in spirit form or has reincarnated… unless the animal gives an indication?5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Yes, and posted last week.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Clairvoyant exercises #3. …imagining the scenes from nature. This really appeals to me, similar to the ambiance meditation. -

1. Which meditations did you do
Focused on the stress busting exercises due to dealing with several large companies inability to fix their own programming systems causing me on-going problems e.g no home internet for almost 3 weeks, wrong utility meter readings. Have passed onto ombudsman to resolve
2. Practicing with animals
Busy week, however greeted animals as we crossed paths.
Apologised to the squirrels in the park running towards me, that I’d forgotten to bring them food but will be back tomorrow (next day).
2nd Communication with Amy M’s Ranger. Plus checking symbology meaning for 1st and 2nd communication.
3. What are you grateful for this week
Within a few days of my friend going back to Turkey, the money I donated – given to her in London, UK, for a rescue centre was used for an urgent operation on a stray cat with a fishing hook lodged in his/her mouth. My friend went back to the area where fishermen throw fish to the stray cats and explained the situation to a restaurant owner who also feeds stray cats and dogs. The owner went to the fisherman and the boats and told them the story – re my donation and cat situation. The fishermen agreed to check the fish for hooks and so on before giving the fish to the cats. The restaurant owner stated he would ensure all the other fishermen were aware of the problem. Am grateful I gave my friend the money for the centre and the ripple effect that it caused. Now in that area the fishermen are aware of the dangers and no other cat will suffer the same consequences as the first stray cat did. I await further progress news
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Interpreting what some animals tell/show us can hold hidden meanings that add additional depth to the communication Like peeling an onion – many layers
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
Yes. 2nd Communication. Will post in the forum once checked 2nd comm symbology meanings. Then complete 3rd communication
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Tuned into my feelings/body sensations while attempting to sort few major on going problems

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – a variety but also practising being quiet more.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with the FAT – Ranger. I have posted and am intrigued to see what I got. I’m constantly bowled over by his expressive eyes.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I have grown to understand how intelligent animals are – and I am embarrassed that, even though I have always adored animals, I underestimated them so much. I am so grateful I have changed. I feel sad for people who refuse to let this understanding into their lives.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Sometimes I feel like I have gone backwards in my animal communication….
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see above.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not really. I’ve been doing a quick 7 minute silence your mind practice this week to try and get faster as dropping down and checking in. -

I talked with Serenity and Hawkeye and told them my gratitude and apologized for things. I explained about concerns about living here. I tuned into them to give Love, warmth, and nurturing while I meditated. I don’t remember what else.
I talked with the butterflies. I connected with a seagull. I talked with crows.
I also sent warmth, nurturing, and Love to Serenity and Hawkeye and did active meditation going into my heart and also an ambiance type meditation with Serenity and Hawkeye.3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
The beings and things I am always grateful for as well as Nature and my Healing. I have discovered that I insist on my Self Care and that I am Loving myself.4. Questions and/or Discoveries! Discovery – I am Loving myself. Also – about food and such my body needs and wants. It’s interesting and makes sense from what I read involving Traditional Chinese Medicine and intuitively know.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating?
I really didn’t meditate much this week. Just small snatches of time where I could meditate for
a few minute but it helped.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about
I went out of state to my son’s for Thanksgiving and my step granddaughter was there with her 13 year old fox hound that she rescued a few years ago. Her name is Alice and she had a golden aura about her and radiated love. She came to me and I stroked her head; she looked into my eyes and it was as if I could see her soul – or she could see mine. No words were exchanged but such a deep connection was made. I go back and re visit those moments often and pick up more each time.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Everyone in my family is going thru such a difficult time right now. My appreciation is just for them, to have such a wonderful family and appreciate that they don’t give up the struggle but fight the good fight.4. Questions and/or Discoveries! I wish I could articulate my thoughts a little better. I’m always realizing that the more I learn in this program the more I realize , nope not stating it right. The more I learn about animals and communicating and understanding them, the more I can relate it to people. All one and the same. I wish I knew how to articulate this thought and feeling. I guess this course is helping me understand the universe, the people, the animals, the trees , the plants and everything in this world. On the other hand, as a child growing up, I always felt that the rocks and plants etc had feelings and would talk to them and try to show them love. Friends thought I was kind of wacky/
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
No, I didn’t; however I did finally get around to posting what I got from him during our q & a.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week?
Tried the exercise 1 from the intuition training. I’m not sure if I’m doing it right, but it is interesting. i.e. revisiting connection (number 2.) and seeing, remembering, learning more each time. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
3 meditations from the Favorite Beginning Guided Meditations page
3 meditations from the bonus – Barometers of our souls course2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?
I am still mustering the courage to talk with an ATH. I see that several new animals were added this week. I have been just practicing reaching out to all dogs I see and sending them a greeting.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
We celebrated Thanksgiving and I am grateful to have family nearby to celebrate holidays with.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Do you have any tips for people that have difficulty meditating?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
I spoke with Ranger during the Q&A call.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition?
#1 Clairaudience Overview & First Exercise – I tried it with my cat, but it doesn’t sound like someone else is speaking to me. It just sounds like me. I need much more practice with clairaudience.
#7 Clairaudience & soft focus hearing – I did this in my home office and was able to hear cars outside, motorcycle revving engine, trash truck, postman’s truck, mailboxes being opened and closed, neighbors walking by and talking, sirens in the distance, airplanes in the sky, dogs in neighborhood barking, gardeners mowing lawns, kids talking while riding bikes down the street, and my cat’s trilling sound beside me. I couldn’t find 20 sounds, so I went into other rooms to find more sounds: multiple clocks ticking, fridge humming, fan blowing, next door neighbor drumming, and trash cans being rolled in from curb. I don’t know if I identified any new sounds that I’ve never heard before, but I realize how much I am at blocking out these ordinary sounds while I’m working. In a 10-minute period of focused listening, I heard 3 different planes fly by and I didn’t even know there were planes that regularly flew over my house. One interesting aspect of the lesson was being asked to hear the silence between the sounds. I’ve never done that before and that helped me to become fully present in the moment.

HEART WISDOM COURSE 11/23-11/29 ACCOUNTABILITY QUESTIONS
1. Meditation: Did the Stress Busting Meditation, and the Mindfulness Releasing Thoughts meditation
2. Practice: I talked to a little White mixed-breed dog named Zoe. when we first connected I felt an overwhelming energy of love. It was huge. She is so powerful that she had to shrink to fit into Zoe. Just a small part of her spirit was in Zoe during Zoe’s life. We also talked about verifiable things like where she lied to sleep, what her favorite things were, what was her purpose, and what she is doing now.
3. Celebrations: I’m celebrating my continuing quest and improvement in my skills.
4. Questions: why is it more difficult to talk to my own animals than other peoples? I have just touched the surface a couple of times with my cat Opie.
5. FAT: I did not talk to our FAT again this week. My mother’s death took up most of my energy and attention during the past couple weeks.
6. Intuitive games: I tried the identifying colors of pencils – not much success at that one. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
I meditated every day or almost every day. There were evenings when I’ve had hard time to get into that state, so I preferred to read something. I have read the Book of Enoch until I felt asleep. Now finished.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have practiced intense energy healing for Mr. Ming. It is a work in progress, he had excellent
days but rainy days too, and I have succeeded in convincing the docs to not give him shots anymore, but edible medicines. I sensed he was traumatized by shots…
He is skinny, but eats well, but right this afternoon when I have done the energy healing on him, I felt my hands were starting to burn at stomach area… I wish I knew what this means. When moving hands on a different part of the body it was normal temperature flow of energy…
I also have offered energy healing to a puppy admitted for parvo virus, and she is long on medicines, and still doesn’t want to eat. I believe she doesn’t want to heal, because her sister has gone a day before being admitted to hospital, because of the same virus. To me it’s more like depression, more than a physical illness by this time.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am GRATEFUL to Val, for all her encouragement, and knowledge shared with me. Every time, I hear the song: “Come take my hand, I’ll lead you just follow me, To wonderland, It’s deep down inside of you” it’s like hearing Val. 💖
I am grateful for my divine protection and guidance. 💖
I am grateful for all the people I have met in recent years and that proved to be the perfect people for me, including here 😉.💖
I am grateful for all the animals around me, current past and future, who teach me, guide me, protect me, love me 💖
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Q: What means a hot flush of energy on a certain spot when scanning a body? Is it a good sign, or an alarm sign? Should I insist until the warmth subsides or I should move away to the next spot?
D: the hot flush of energy on specific spot
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Ashamedly I admit, I have not. Each time I wanted to find peace within, something or someone interrupted me. For example, last evening my father has gone to ER with his heart issues, and I stood awake till 2 am, to make sure he will reach back home safely. Today, the alarm clock rang at same 6:30 am…. So sometimes I am too tired, because of outside reasons.
Dear Ranger, I hope for your understanding and forgiveness!
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Even though I love playing cards very much or all kinds of games, beside normal intuitive choices I haven’t got a chance to practice something else. Crazy days at work too…
