To grow your strength communicating with animals, practice and report the actions you took this week on each of these 6 important areas:
1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Here’s why you are asked to do this:
To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer the 6 questions. As a bonus incentive, when you post your answers to all 6 questions for 12 weeks in a row, you’ll earn your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125). (for Gold or Platinum members only, see policies below). Remember, what you practice increases what you get out of something. The bonus laser sessions are REWARDS earned for making the effort to grow your skills.
The 6 questions address multiple and interconnected areas. Please post your answers for each question as noted below. The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best to complete each assignment every week. Practicing with animals and receiving proper feedback, such as when talk with Featured Animal Teacher (FAT), about what you got is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSION REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week’s time period.
Post your answers between Thursday and the following Wednesday noon 12:00 PM Central US. Don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
Note: You can check your local time against Central US Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS AND QUESTIONS OVERVIEW
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week. Practicing in a safe community with like minded students will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species, wild or domestic, tree or plant, fish, etc? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, and practicing feeling love, appreciation and gratitude, whether you experienced total communication success or not, is important. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name at least one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for this week. Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicate with our Featured Animal Teacher is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the Month? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal teacher. If not, why not?
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition? There are no good excuses to not making the time to develop your intuition during the week.
We look forward to reading about your week. We want you to grow your animal communication skills and offer the extra incentive of earning the bonus laser lesson. To clarify, if you did not fully do an assignment, you get 1 free pass during the 12 weeks period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

#1 I have meditated this week but not as much as I should. I kind of fell off the bandwagon doing grounding exercises versus full meditations. Breaking my own rules. I will get back on track.
#2 This week I had a heartfelt conversation with my dog Sophie regarding her special relationship with my daughter, Katelyn. Sophie has always claimed Katelyn as “her girl”. Not possessive like, more like a love connection. Usually I have a hard time connecting with Sophie but perhaps because it was about Katelyn she chose to participate. I asked Sophie what was different about Katelyn versus the rest of the family that she was “her girl”? She said that even though Katelyn didn’t come home much when she was a puppy, she always knew that whenever she came through the door, Katelyn would first play tag around the kitchen island which was Sophie’s favorite game. Whenever she gave her attention, there was always so much love being exchanged. Katelyn always had such a soothing presence. When she scratched her head it felt like an exchange of love. I confessed that now I understood that when I pet Sophie, there is a timeline involved. I will pet for maybe 30 seconds then I’m done, busy with other things. I really hadn’t noticed that before. It was a sad realization. Katelyn never did that. Their love was pure. I am so happy that they have their unique relationship. Every dog and girl deserves to experience that growing up.
#3 This week I would like to celebrate when my readings are spot on and give the owners peace of mind and love in their hearts. This is my purpose.
#4 Not really a question, I want to figure out how I can reach the next level with my fast growing abilities. To dig deeper with my connections in order to reach higher levels of connections versus surface conversations. I feel close to a higher shift.
#5 I have not connected with the FAT yet. I will communicate prior to the Q&A call this month.
#6 I have still been reviewing previous readings to sift through different modes of communication. I am also trying to dig deeper with my intuitions while closing off all of the noise in the background that suppresses intuition.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
As my travel got extended and I did not have internet access, I could not do the guided meditations, but did them on my own…..Val’s stress busting meditation, the Twin hearts meditation and Ho’oponopono. I’m just back, so will get back to the new meditations from the resources page.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
Apart from talking to the birds at my old home, I was also talking to Blackie as Val and Margaret had suggested on the FB forum, and am really pleased it worked! He was calm and had no problem while I was away, unlike earlier times.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
Once again, I’m really grateful to have got a good break at our home and met old friends, while Blackie and the others were fine here with my son.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
This is a very basic question but which I still struggle with. How do I get rid of my self doubt and gain the confidence that what I’m getting is genuinely from the animal/bird rather than my wishful thinking and imagination.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I tried to get first impressions, but will wait for the guided communication during the call.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I just went back to the basic exercise of intending to choose a particular color of crayon without looking into the box. Now that I am back, I will go restart the exercises systematically. -

2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have been practicing talking to birds who come to the feeders and also the a large tree names Leonard. He told me he enjoys being grounded so deeply and also connected so high in the sky. Communicated with Shrek (dog) that has aggressive reactivity issues and learned he misses his favorite guardian. Communicated with Midnight (cat) that refuses calming meds and hates the vet. He has bad memories that plague him.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am celebrating using my Body Code practice sessions to offer healing to animals. Friends are starting to bring their animals issues to me and I am pleasantly shocked at the voluminous amount of information and education that I have absorbed by being a member here.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Since the holiday events are starting to ramp up, my schedule will get tighter and my brain refuses to stay in a calm space. Would appreciate any suggestions on staying in the calm while meditating.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Not yet. I have had friends with specific animal troubles and I have prioritized those animals this week.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Ten things I will see today. Intuiting the color of my chakra rocks.

1. Meditate!
I meditated daily, morning and evenings short silent ones. I also have done some guided meditations, depending on time, including during the day. I listened to some instructions on how to breathe with Dr, Sue Morter.
2. Practice!
I practiced a little with Rita, the dog from work who started to communicate with me with her right paw. I have noticed that when she wants some energy healing, she will sit and lift her right paw…
Also as my husband was away on business travel, Boumba has indicated to me what he wants! He jumped on the windowsill, and while looking at me he hit twice with his paw the window. So, I had to open the window for him. One other thing he does, is to come where I am and look me in the eyes, and when I look at him, he will go and sit in front of the dishes. This means that either the dishes are empty, or he doesn’t like the food…
In conclusion, I don’t know if I am going to really communicate with animals, but for sure they do their best to communicate with us! 😊
I had a new guy, at cats’ dinner one evening. A grey one with tiger stripes that showered me with love, purring out loud and just dropping in front of me, belly up, smiling and waiting for strokes! He was delightful!
It’s obvious that Likurichu is not around anymore to guard the territory…3. Celebrate!
I am grieving and I can’t say I am in the right state to celebrate, but this week I choose to celebrate all my Angels, Teachers, Guides and Best Friends in form of animals!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Q: is there something to delete forever bad memories? And I would add Heart ache?
What happened to Likurichu? Why did he pass away?
D: Re-discovering what true, honest friendship animals can offer is a blessing.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I saw Bootsy’s image, and I felt I would love to hold and cuddle that beaty! Haven’t called her yet, as I am afraid that I am not in the right state to do that, and I don’t want to have leaks of feelings in conversation.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I used only my daily traffic guessing, as my fleet is drowned and I don’t feel like sailing at the moment anyway.

2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I connected with a horse named Fort de Café. He is calm, serene, observant, interested, honest, curious, brave, has a ‘joie de vivre’. We talked a little bit about his owner and also about me possibly riding him.
He enjoys the connection with humans. I got a very strong feeling of love coming from him twice during our conversation, so strong that I got tears in my eyes. It was very beautiful.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful Bootsy is Featured Animal Teacher of the Month and to be able to learn from this experience.
4. What questions/ discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I like drinking coffee and having a glass of wine. Would I be better receptive and intuitive if I would cut these out of my life completely?
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I am checking in with Bootsy every now and then to see if someone has tried to communicate with her yet.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I keep seeing a lot of repetitive numbers, always 10 and 11 or a combination of these. I have not figured out yet what the message is behind this.
I try to observe myself and try Focusing even if very briefly. And to get present by focusing on my senses. -

This week I tried to connect to ants. I have a lot of ants in my kitchen and they are annoying me tremendously. They are everywhere and go into my bread.
I tried to connect to them, but I am not so success ful. they are like thousands little light bulbs, when I connect. I asked them, where their head of order is, and they said, that they don’t know- which makes sense, because I took them on mistake one day, when I was cleaning with the garbage from my living room to the kitchen. Since then, they are there now. the only message I got, was that I should deep clean my kitchen, but I don’t know if this came from the ants. I don’t think so- it sounded more like my higher self3. Celebrating connections, life, and practicing feeling love, appreciation and gratitude, whether you experienced total communication success or not, is important. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name at least one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for this week. Post at least one.
In the last conversation with the fat, I was told, that I am from Sirius. this is a very big revelation for me. I asked myself long time already, where I am coming from and now I have the answer. I read a lot about it and it fits very well.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I ask her where she lives. she said with her mum and dad (I see a tall man). she shows me what she does best or likes: catching birds and mice in nature. she said she is a good hunter. Another one if the horses and ponies group told me she likes molasses and sent an image of it. Her mom said she gives her muffins with molasses and she Loves them.

Silent meditation 12 min every day. (Giving my guide the time to do any needed chakra work)
I also did a 12 chakra guided meditation with Tyler Odysseus2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I had a most interesting message come through from Leo, my friend’s kitty who passed a couple of months ago. I tried to connect with his spirit, just to see the difference in the connection when he was in his fur suit. I had feelings of great peace and joy which let me know he was exactly as he should be. But no words. Before I “disconnected” I asked him to give his mom, Meredith a sign that he was around and well. I totally forgot about this later, and didn’t tell Meredith of the encounter. I really just wasn’t sure I had connected with him at all.
The following evening we went to dinner with Meredith and Richard. They are our best friends. As we were finishing , I was getting up from the table and my not-quite-empty glass of wine flipped in Mer’s direction and all over her white top. It didn’t touch anything , but her. Not me, not the tablecloth or floor. I was mortified, but she just laughed. When she stood up, we looked at her and saw the wine pattern literally looked like a monkey to ALL of us. Mer and I googled the Spirit Monkey totem and the first word was “Trickster”.
Meredith then said, “Oh that was Leo! He was definitely a trickster” It was a couple minutes before I remembered the previous day’s convo when I wasn’t sure if Leo was listening…
Pretty cool, huh?
I’m attaching a photo3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
My brain! It is magical how it is keeping up with all this learning. Also my DNA is slowly upleveling and not as eager to resort to it’s “programming”
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Do animals have built in cellular programming?
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I did tune into Bootsie who is a “Most distinguished Gentleman” (his words) I will post for Mascha
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
The practice of spending time in silence is very helpful with developing my intuition. I actually crave it. Intuitive downloads are able to make their way through much easier without distraction. Eliminating Violence from anything I watch or listen to has had a major impact, as well. Silent meditation in the morning also facilitates intuition throughout the day.

1. Yes, I meditated every day and several times during the day. Different ones, little short ones, sometimes just focusing on my breathing.
2. I listened to the basic class #3, soft focus, and while just following instructions and listening to Val, I found that I was communicating with Sabrina. I got her inner feelings, she is confused as to what I want. She tries to please, she tries to make me happy, she realizes she gets excited but tries to listen and calm down when I ask her. She does get lonesome sometimes, but she came to be here for Georgia and to learn from Georgia, to be here for me and to help me. She is full of love.
It was actually a wonderful communication and without even trying. Thank you Val.
3. A celebration is in order for the above experience.
4. I know I have questions while I am going thru the lessons, just can never remember them now! I even have written them down and forget where I put them. ?
5. I did for a few minutes before I started this report. I got that he is very laid back, serenity exemplified. I didn’t know what to ask him, he was very patient with me, Said he likes to be outside and watch and play with little bugs in the grass but that he can go inside anytime he wants. He would rather walk than run. that mom keeps him clean and combs him which he likes. I told him I really didn’t know what to ask or talk about, that I’m not very good at this and he said that alright, I can come back later.
6. Oops. No been a very busy week and I forgot all about that.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes a little on work days. And I put aside a weekend for intensive practice so a lot of meditation on those days.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a friend’s dog live – I didn’t get too much right. Then I communicated with a friend’s rabbit live – and I got everything right from character to preferences and description of her home. I think she was very focused on helping me. Also I had become much quieter in my mind. I then practiced with a friend’s dog in a photo – and got everything right except for one thing. I learned that if I stick with description, it works – when I try to relate it to things I know or categorise things – I get it wrong.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The more I do, the more I enjoy it.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I finally understood the Whats in the box exercise!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet this week.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced Whats in the box – I didn’t get it all right but I did get some colours, shapes and impressions right. That’s the first time! -

1 Did you meditate this week
Breathing exercises and meditation to help anxiety caused by disruptive neighbour
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Cat with no name. A cat was found attacked by street dogs. The rescuers realised the cat had kittens but didn’t know where they were. They think the babies have passed but would love to find them regardless. Communicated with the cat, not knowing where the situation was located. Shown appx 4 tiny kitten mixed colours e.g white, black, and ginger huddled together. Lawns, a white building. Sensed it was abroad in a hot country. Intermediary at a later date confirmed location was India.
2nd Comm Shown a woman wearing a mid green with gold edged sari and another woman wearing a red trimmed white sariWoman rescues the kittens, travels to a white building where she is greeted by staff who take the kittens to clean and feed them in a room similar to a vet or hospital. Lots of chattering in foreign language. A man arrives, seems to enquire about the mum cat. Shown mum cat seated quietly at my side to see her babies are safe and looked after. She’s relaxed and content. Mum cat walks away with tail in the air. I cry
Outside, fern trees spaced apart on the well mowed lawn. A peacock calls in the distance. Shown a gate and expanse of water.
I sensed lots of symbolism in this communication that relates to this situation . e.g. The colours of the sari have meaning .
Red –Love, and celebration, female empowerment and matrimony
White – Purity and peace, simplicity, cleansing and new beginnings.
Green – Happiness and life, peace, new beginnings, hope, inspire, harmony and trust
Gold: Warmth, optimism, associated with intelligence and help make you feel happier. Wipes out the feeling of heaviness and repression.
Fern – Longevity, rebirth, renewal, love, happiness, strength and protection, hope, peace, change, growth and death. To write and send symbolism message in order for rescuers to see a broader, hopeful picture, although may not help with actual rescue of the kittens
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Am starting to understand symbolism in communication with animals which enhances the exchange of information from the animals
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
What can an indoor cat, who rarely escapes outside, do to help itself when a guardian shouts at the cat e.g to ‘get inside’, ‘you know you’re not supposed to go out’ and so on. When the cat is outside the guardian will shout e.g. shake a shrub where the cat is cowering underneath with a look of horror on its face’ I came across this incident when visiting the property and tried to reassure the cat without the guardian’s consent (don’t think would have listened anyway). Why, when people say they ‘love’ their pet that they treat them in this way – this isn’t ‘love’
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Not yet, due to free time restraints
6 Did you play one of the Intuition games. Not this week
Before visiting property, mentioned in Q4 on behalf of a family member, Had slight unease feeling about the person/property whom I had to contact. This was borne out by the guardian’s attitude, behaviour to the cat and the person’s general conversation with me. I still think about the lovely but sad cat.
