To grow your strength communicating with animals, practice and report the actions you took this week on each of these 6 important areas:
1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Here’s why you are asked to do this:
To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer the 6 questions. As a bonus incentive, when you post your answers to all 6 questions for 12 weeks in a row, you’ll earn your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125). (for Gold or Platinum members only, see policies below). Remember, what you practice increases what you get out of something. The bonus laser sessions are REWARDS earned for making the effort to grow your skills.
The 6 questions address multiple and interconnected areas. Please post your answers for each question as noted below. The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best to complete each assignment every week. Practicing with animals and receiving proper feedback, such as when talk with Featured Animal Teacher (FAT), about what you got is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSION REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week’s time period.
Post your answers between Thursday and the following Wednesday noon 12:00 PM Central US. Don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
Note: You can check your local time against Central US Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS AND QUESTIONS OVERVIEW
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week. Practicing in a safe community with like minded students will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species, wild or domestic, tree or plant, fish, etc? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, and practicing feeling love, appreciation and gratitude, whether you experienced total communication success or not, is important. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name at least one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for this week. Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicate with our Featured Animal Teacher is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the Month? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal teacher. If not, why not?
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition? There are no good excuses to not making the time to develop your intuition during the week.
…
We look forward to reading about your week. We want you to grow your animal communication skills and offer the extra incentive of earning the bonus laser lesson. To clarify, if you did not fully do an assignment, you get 1 free pass during the 12 weeks period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

#1 I am getting back on track with longer meditations. I chose one of the newly added guided meditations on the school site and then continued myself after the guided meditation ended.
#2 I had a crash and burn reading with a boxer named Ms. Tilly. I was having difficulty connecting from the start. I knew in my gut that it wasn’t correct but I decided to forward my findings to see if my multiple connections were in fact correct or not. They were way off base, completely different dog. Prior to this reading, I was getting really confident in my connections. This was a big hit to my confidence.
Although I was very hesitant to post on the same site as the previous crash and burn, I decided to try another reading and see how this one felt versus the prior reading. Phew! I had no difficulty connecting and I didn’t doubt my connection at all. I am so glad that I did the second reading. Now I am confident once again to trust that my skills are strong. I also learned what it feels like when my connection is difficult and forced. When I am properly connected, I don’t question my connections at all, it doesn’t come up. I just connect and let the conversation flow.
#3 I want to celebrate that I got back on the saddle again and returned to the scene of the crime at the site I previously misread a boxer named Ms. Tilly. I wanted to stay as far away from that site as possible due to fear of messing up again. It feels good to push myself and have a positive outcome. I’m back baby!
#4 Why do I have such easy connections with some animals versus others who I may have difficulty connecting with?
#5 No, I haven’t communicated with the FAT yet. I have been gun shy to try. I will do this in the next day or so.
#6 I continue to review classes for intuition, reviewing my previous sessions weeding through what “Clairs” were utilized.
I have also been trying to be conscious about listening/feeling my internal guide. I normally don’t pay attention even though listening to your guide is a very important skill. -

1. I did a protection meditation at night before bed to transform negative emotions I may have picked up. I have done it each night. Also breathing exercise and meditation for stress.
2.My chipmunk, chickadee birds and the blue jays. They each have unique ways to get my attention for food. The chickadees sing a song of thanks. The blue jays come and look in the window at me and get real noisy for their peanuts. The chipmunk comes close and sits up and looks at me.
3. I want to celebrate my journey with homeopathy. I have lots to learn.
4. Why does my mind and ego interfere when I try to communicate with the creatures outside?
5.I tried on the call. Bootsy looks exactly like my cat that transitioned a few years ago. I received the impression he was purring and a sense of a red fish? Haven’t posted to his mom.
6. I forgot about them. Hard to focus through pain and extreme tiredness. -

how can I become more still. reaching still points. being in that stillness, while I am living life5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
yes.
Hi Bootsi :). she says hi. nice to see you again. I ask her what she had done this day. she sais- not much. today I was just sleeping. and talking to people from the animal communication. she sais: I like it very much. I like to be of service and talk to many different people. she shows me a matress or kind of a pillow, she is mainly sleeping on , close to a window. she gives me the feeling of pure enjoyment. her body feels very good, while she enjoys her sleep. I ask her, what else she has done. she sais: I go with my mum. I am always close to her, when I am in the house.
I ask her about the kittens she had, when she was found. She sais: to carry them was very difficult for me. I was young. I was afraid of the house, they brought us. there were strange energies. I had to go from there.
Ok. I say buy for now, because it is late here. she sends me a love stream6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.none

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not as much as I would like. It has been daily but at haphazard times
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Elsa and am carrying on doing it formally so that I can establish a strong link. My intention was to let he know she would be alone for a couple of hours and to hear and answer any questions so she would be calm and happy. I did hear questions about food, about what we were going to do – her voice comes across differently from mine – usually a little cheeky. I’m confident it worked.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
By tracing the physical journey of my emotions, I’ve discovered that the vague anxiety than accompanies me so frequently is down to not feeling grounded. I’m delighted on two fronts: 1) now I can solve it 2) I love that being grounded is so important for me – it proves to me that I belong to earth, so I feel a new sense of belonging that I have always struggled with.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I asked Elsa about overcoming the disparity in feeling between when I’m calm, open and aware and being at work. She suggested coming home earlier and doing more of my work at home. I’m going to try it.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Have just posted so of course no response yet.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I’m working up the courage to ask my husband to prepare boxes for me…😊 -

1 Did you meditate this week
Sat Q + A meditation – Animal and Heart communication. Shortly after Val started the meditation I fell asleep. Woke up 40 minutes later to hear the final few minutes. After which I yawned several times. Will listen again on replay
Listened to ‘Releasing Thoughts’ Need to complete again, maybe a few times .
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Bootsy – cat during FAT
Tuxedo Princess, a neighbour’s cat who visits me. Keep thanking her and asking for her help with Tabby Princess, who is still a bit reserved when drinking from the garden water bowl especially if Tuxedo Princess is nearby on my property. He will sometimes leave quickly or stay, depending if he feels threatened. Tuxedo, now, will just sit and watch Tabby drinking and hasn’t chased him for quite a while. Overall great progress had been made and life a little calmer
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Re: Cat mauled by street dogs and possibly she had kittens.
When I initially completed the Ist communication I felt the situation was in a hot country. This was confirmed. “2nd” communication, I experienced the sight, sound, people (inc clothing) and smells of India and name Mumbai. India was confirmed as the place. The person I was helping didn’t know what part of India. I am in UK and it ‘shook’ me but also pleased I got the area (county) correct and that I could experience these details during a communication
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
Knowing the “Cat + kittens’ situation was in a hot country. Could I have ‘superimposed or assumed it was India and therefore projected the knowledge I have of that country onto my communications
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Yes during the Q + A call. Posted in the forum. Await reply
6 Did you play one of the Intuition games.
Something kept telling me to leave home earlier than normally I would. Had not planned a journey or place to go but did what my ‘gut’ instinct told me to do. I bumped into a friend waiting at a nearby bus stop who’d just had an appt at the hospital. We chatted and decided to go for coffee and chat. Clearly she needed to talk, her sister, living abroad, had passed away a few days earlier, no family nearby, and her gruelling hospital ‘tests’ with her back pain had left her tearful. We stayed a couple of hours, talking thru everything. She left much happier and arranged to stay with her daughter and her family from that evening for several days or till ready to return home

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Complete stillness, Twin Heart Meditation.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I connected again with a horse named Fort de Café.
We did not talk so much about him, he said we had to talk about me. We talked about my fears.
He helped me understand I don’t have to be afraid. The only thing I have to do is do my best. And to have fun and enjoy while doing so.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am very grateful I have the opportunity to connect and learn from one horse in particular, Fort de Café. We will meet 3 times a week. It will be a new experience for me.
4. What questions/ discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I realize the importance of my own breathing, how often I just forget to breathe, and body posture. To be fully relaxed. I think the more relaxed and better I am in my own skin, the more I will be receptive for animal communication.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Bootsy has confirmed to me that she very much enjoys the conversations she has with our group.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I check in with myself if I am breathing correctly, how I am feeling. To try and ‘sense’ the person I am with or talking to.
I will try to do some precise exercises when I have a bit more time from this week onwards. The what’s in the box sounds like fun. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Yes, private ones I did before with Val, the meditation during the club call, the stress busting meditation, and I meditated with Nature.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
Serenity and Hawkeye. I sensed beforehand that maybe Serenity was going to be inaccessible when wanting to get her in her carrier to go to the vet.
Hawkeye- I sense how he feels sometimes when I am overrun with stuff stealing my peace and presence.
I also communicated with Bootsy about different things.
I communicated with a client dog in Spirit. The humans I feel were perhaps asking me about his favorite memory and favorite other things and such because they were testing me. I didn’t like that, but didn’t fuss either.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one. More things that I realized in one way or another which I feel are part of my Healing and also some things becoming truly aware about sometimes actions creating reality.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one. If we’re in a Healing phase and have been struggling with Spiritual presence and lately have times of feeling lightheaded and feeling more aware and sort of tipsy and less anxious, even though I feel light headed am I becoming and being more Spiritually present? When I am like this is this part of Healing and shedding the unpleasant and unneeded things?
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? I did and I posted for Mascha to read the communication. She told me some advice and about past life stuff involving her and Mascha in this lifetime and the past for them both.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one. I did the first one for developing the clairvoyant abilities. It was interesting and I posted about it in the forum.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Silent meditation before getting up in the morning, sound meditations with the MUSE headband, stopping several times a day for 4 part breathing, spending time outside connecting with the earth.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
Sammy (dog in spirit) – guardian requested message. First time to speak with reincarnated animal. Hank (dog) – connected for essence and root of aggression and then applied the Emotion Code.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I want to celebrate a relatively peaceful day here when so much violence was threatened.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Who in our group is working or has worked in a shelter or rescue and what was their experience?
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
No because I want to connect while listening to Masterclass. Will do that this week.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Anticipating what exercise the pilates instructor will do next. Speculating on which type of bird will show up at the feeders next. Looking at animal photos for sense of overall essence.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Not everyday. Tried but mind too jumbled right now with unsettling news, hard to quiet my mind enough to meditate. Did stumble across an essential oil that is supposed to help with meditation and mindfulness. Can’t wait to try it…??
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with?
Again, not a productive week. Tried to listen to the Q & A again as was at work Sat and wasn’t able to be fully present. So was going to listen to it again and try to get in the right mind frame and was then going to try to connect with the FAT…well during the meditation I fell asleep and almost fell out of my chair. So that didn’t work.I wasn’t even tuned into Sabrina this week. She had to literally take me by the hand and show me what she wanted; be it play, food, or go potty. I normally “know” immediately what she wants or needs.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I don’t know. Maybe the fact that I understand Sabrina better. I don’t mean taking with her, but the times when it happened without me trying, she let me know what she is seeing and feeling and why she does the things she does…and realizing how much I love her.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I have been communicating freely with animals for 30 years. Hearing them talk to me, automatically knowing what a problem was, etc.
The last 10 years not so much. I joined Val’s class and admitted I had put a block up because I was seeing and knowing things before they happened and I got to the point I couldn’t take it anymore.
I wondered why I had to go thru this ritual, ground, center, meditate when I had never done any of that before, it just always came naturally.
Now I have discovered that when I do all this preparation and then try to connect, nothing happens. But when I am just being myself, relaxed, happy and not even trying, suddenly I become the anima, or out of nowhere I can hear them talking. But when I consciously try, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Just once briefly. Maybe it was during class? Felt him on my lap and felt like a big lump of love emanating from him. That he is an indoor outdoor cat and that’s about all, or all I remember at any rate.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I did not have time this week to play any games. I have been studying more on chakras and pendulums and working on getting mine cleansed and attuned to me. Also something I never did before. Just found something I liked to use (my mother’s heart locket with my teeth marks on it from when I was a baby) I started using it. NO problems. So here’s my question: Why is it when I just go along and be myself and do things that make sense to me it all works, but when I study and try to do things the proper way – Nada doesn’t work for me. -

1. Meditate
I have meditated almost every evening and some mornings. Part silent meditation part guided. I also have done meditations from the reiki course I take.
2. Practice
I practiced with Bootsy during call this week.
I offered energy healing to Mr. Ming a cat that lives on my street and Rita the dog from work. She literarly takes my hand and puts it on top of her head.3. Celebrate
I celebrate that I can control my feelings. I have succeeded to communicate with Bootsy despite having Likurichu mentioned in the begining of the call.
4. Questions & discoveries
Q: the same as like last times: how can the traumatizing experience of becoming one with an animal be deleted and transformed? Val sent an email recently about how much it can help, and there’s no doubt about it, but when we feel exactly what a suffering animal is, it’s not easy… i did not expect that Clara would be in that state… i just saw a young cat very skinny, that stood in the sun washing.
Q&D: is there something to delete the frustration of writing the report, being ready to be sent, and than the internet stops working, and discovering that everything is lost and all had to be re-written? 😂
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Oh yes! During call and posted! I got an excellent feedback from Mascha. Adorable Queen Bootsy has been very gentle with me, showing me around. 😊
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
My intuition lays in my guts and heart. I will have to search through exercises to look for one that will help me recognize the truth sooner.

1. I just completed the Beginners Core Foundations Course this week, so I did the meditation given by Val for each of the 5 lessons
2. During the course, I practiced with my sister’s dog, Jessie who is a lab mix. It was the lesson where you go inside and feel what they feel. She’s rather heavy and I could feel how hard the weight is on her old joints and the difficulty she had trying to stand up. She climbed the stairs and came and licked my hand right when Val said “if an animal picks you for this lesson, go with it.” I felt grateful that Jessie picked me and allowed me to practice with her.
3. I am grateful I found Val’s courses online and made the leap to join the Platinum membership. I look forward to attending this week’s masterclass.
4. I am brand new to animal communication and have so many questions. I feel that I need to listen to many of the resources provided with my new membership (just purchased it today) before I start asking questions.
5. I just joined today so have not had the opportunity yet to communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month.
6. I haven’t sought out the Intuition Development exercises yet. I saw in the welcome video how to find them, but I have been trying to get through the 11 lessons in “Club Members: Start Here” first. They look like they will be valuable and I look forward to exploring them.

1.Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation and this week focusing on meditations for peace in the
Middle East. Heart wisdom love connection and stress busting meditation a few
times.2.What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating
with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the
experience? Post at least one.
I have been talking to one of my rescue boys, one who needed a visit (his
first!) to the vet. I had to keep telling him why he had to go and what would
happen there. It was gratifying to see that he seemed to listen attentively! And
the visit went smoothly. He’s been diagnosed with a fungus infection (common
in the hills here} and with constant explaining, he has been co -operating with
the treatment too.3.Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at
least one.
I have a number of daily challenges especially regarding my health of late, but
at the end of the day, I’m grateful that all my rescues are safe and comfortable
here. They entail a lot of work which I have to deal with singlehandedly, but I
remind myself that no one can hurt them any more.4.What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Post at least one.
Is my fear and lack of confidence with communication related to health
issues?5.Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did
you discover? If not, why not?
Yes, during the call, but I would like to connect again before posting.6.Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do
one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition?
Post at least one.
I realize that I was doing the intuition exercises rather haphazardly, and have
now decided to start at the basics and work through all in order. So I went
back to the very first article with the 5 steps, and working on the questions. I
have no clear memories of the next exercise of when an animal actually
communicated, so I went on to the next one and am becoming aware of how I
receive information. I had to skip the box exercise as I would have to be the
one to put in the items, so just started on the card exercise.
On another note, I have been rewarded by having a few intuitive thoughts proved correct!Moderator
