One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

(108.162.219.19)1. Meditate
I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 40 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.2. Communication with animal
This week I tried to communicate with a wild Paradise duck. A loose dog had run passed him and I asked him if he were scared. I got that the duck was very confident and the message was “dogs don’t bother me. I am supremely confident. I am invincible.” Then he went off as I had no food to give him, seemingly not interested in talking to me.3. Celebrate
This week I have been on holiday and have been trying to communicate with trees as well as wild birds.4. Discoveries
This week I discovered that not all living things are interested in talking to humans. It makes me realise how wonderful the Featured Animal Teachers are – being such loving and patient teachers of us humans.5. Featured Animal Teacher Communicating
This week I did not communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month. I have been away from my home and access to a computer has been difficult.6. Intuition Games
I did not play one of the Intuition Games this month. I am away and do not have my pack of cards with me.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day and I love being able to center/focus at anytime no matter what the circumstances. before i started, i would often spend a long time trying to change focus during the day when so many things are happening at once. now it does not matter how hectic things are. I have this tool that permits me to re group at any time/place.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I spent time reconnecting with pets that past away before i was aware of animal communication.. wow. very interesting.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.as i always say, i feel that this has been one of the biggest blessings ever as my mind approaches every aspect of life very differently, and in a much healthier way than ever.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I often find answers to my questions as i go through the course curriculum. I have discovered that most questions get answered as i go…or on the Q&A calls, when we are discussing different topics.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did not re connect with her this week, but I will over the weekend
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? My intuition has truly strengthened since I began this course. It has always been strong, but now that i pay extra attention to it by playing games and just being more aware overall. I am amazed by how we are truly connected with our friends, family and other human beings in general…

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only a little bit other than group meditation in church and Susann’s online events. I am having trouble sleeping at night and then staying awake in the daytime. When I try to meditate I often just fall asleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Roxy. I have been trying to communicate with him for ages and last night in the middle of the night when I was unable to sleep and he came and sat on my lap. I tried again. I don’t know if I actually communicated with him or just made the whole thing up. I did not get anything I totally expected him to say.
He has been pooping in the bathroom floor, again. We discussed this. He initially did it to get my attention, but if he wanted my attention he got it but I did not get the message. It seems it has to do with him not being willing to poop in the box if he or Missy has used it since I scooped. I recently bought a new larger box which both cats like. In fact they will no longer use the other box that used to be the only one he would use. He said the old box smells. I have ordered another new box. The boxes were quite old and I am sure they both needed re placing.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Getting some communition with Roxy – maybe.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I know I am communicating with my cats when they are saying just what I would expect and I don’t get anything new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No – I did not succeed in connecting during the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continue my daily meditations on light and sound and staying in the still place inside. Re grouping as necessary. 40 minutes every morning and 15 minutes at night and 5-10 minutes throughout the day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Bombay, kitty—health re-check. I felt the 3rd chakra was very thick and turns out her human was working on her own third chakra! We also visited the angels at God’s healing vault and a crystal room where she played with hanging rainbow crystals. Healing with Scalar wave for balance.
2. Cocoa in spirit, kitty. He has stayed in spirit with his human after he left his body and comforted her but now she is moving to a new home. He said he doesn’t need to go with her but when she sees a shooting star she will know that he is well.
3. Cocoa, puppy. Worked with his PTSD after being in a car accident with REM technique and then revisiting the scene and seeing how he was safely held in a bubble during the accident and will continue to be safely held.
4. Daily chats with Priscilla, Loki and Luchien practicing receiving quick one word thoughts.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am always learning and growing every week.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Feeling Deep heart love, setting intentions and being in the still place opens the communication channels.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Played a daily card game of matching but didn’t do very well. -

1.) I meditated at least once a day for about 30 minutes to Val’s meditation and also tried some of it without the recording.
2.) Serenity and Hawkeye. A morning dove -the morning dove pooped away from my car and my friend’s car!
3.) Realizing that maybe it’s best to follow them sometimes on what’s clean/safe or not. Also, my personal Healing journey and me coming out of my head and yesterday evening I noticed how much I wanted to sit and be with Serenity.
4.) How can I be more like my cats where I am in my heart and knowing all the answers and not get stuck in my head and feel pressure of time and things I have to do ?
5.) I talked during the call to the FAT. Some things were confirmed.
6.) I have had more like before with times that would be significant dates if a date. Also, I saw the time 5:55 right after sending an email -I Hope the Universe is saying only good changes will come. -

50: I asked for help and I heard no I can’t help you.
Mathilda in Spirit:
W : I’m stuck can you please give me some advice Matilda?
M: Don’t be so uptight, let it flow, have fun….while I saw her running around with flapping ears..
You are taking this way too seriously, it’s supposed to be fun, stop beating yourself up! You’ll get it Pumkin 😆
W: How can I feel what you feel?
M: You have to breathe, don’t focus do much, let it go and let it come.
W: If that was you Mathilda thanks, that was great!
M: Whoa why shouldn’t it be me?
W; I think my brain is making this up.
M: Well I’m real that’s for sure and I’m free, free as can be! Ciao….see her running off again

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
It didn’t go so well this week. I couldn’t get answers from my body at all and I gave up.
I want to feel more! My feelings are gone and I want to open myself up to feel feelings again.
I listened to an episode with Val where she explained to another student how to get in contact with her feelings. I wrote it all down, starting with the heart meditation… I really liked all the tips and I will begin to practice it right away.
It’s so hard to not get frustrated when I feel this was a natural way to communicate in many lives, now in this body it’s so heavy, dense and people are so rude and that made me feel that my heart totally have shut down. I know it’s in my head but it for Ute feels very real to me. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual: Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Focus is still on Ginger: The Essiac Tea seems to be helping her. It took a minute for her to decide she likes it, but now she looks forward to her “tea time” at least twice a day. She seems to have more energy than I’ve seen for a while. YAY!! Thank you, Val, once again. I’m taking the tea also, but so far I don’t feel any changes. Oh, well, it’s all about Ginger, anyway.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.

I attempted to during our call on Saturday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time, but always open to intuition that might try to sneak in. Seeing same numbers and number patterns all over the place!

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
I have been in a three week funk. Not able to get good connections and poor clarity. I lost confidence. Margaret Dexter wrote a post on intent and of course that was part of the live Q&A.
So I put more energy into establishing that and with the heart meditation and my own imagination tool It worked this time.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did but not very much because I was so discouraged. It wasn’t working.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did this morning. I spoke with Pollyanna (horse) pet of Sally Smith. I really put a lot of thought into my intent and thanked my Heavenly Father for giving me this opportunity. I posted our conversation.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I think I have always had unspoken intent in all my relationships. It somehow becomes more important when you put the right thought to it and write it down. It makes a big difference in the outcome.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Intent.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
I did. I did it before the Q&A so I didn’t know anything about her. I was still in my funk of can’t do anything and I proved it. Self full filling prophecy I guess. From what I heard and read I was plenty off. I guess I was writing that imaginary novel, so I didn’t post it. I should just to see if I lit on anything that was hew hews about Georgia. Nope I’m not going to.

1. Meditate!
I listened to the usual kind of meditative tracks each day about 2 hrs, but often while doing other things.2. Practice!
Dog belonging to a homeless man. I did not think to ask her name.
I introduced myself and explained i was relearning to communicate with animals. I could hear my inner voice drowning out a response as i was still trying to finish my introduction. I apologized and asked if she had any advice for that problem. She smiled and told me i already had the answer to that and agreed that i just needed to practice more.
I asked if her eye was very uncomfortable, explaining that her human was concerned about the growth on her eye. I felt that it was uncomfortable but she said it wasn’t as bad as her human thought. She was at pains to say she did not want him going without food just so her eye could be fixed. I explained that he was very distressed on her behalf and that after speaking with him i felt he would be quite happy to go without some food if he could secure her comfort. That this was very important to him. I then offered her some reiki. She was excited to receive this indicating she had heard me offer this to her human and was intrigued by his enthusiasm for this reiki stuff so she could wait to give it a go. I proceeded to offer reiki which dissipated after about 20mins. I reconnected with the dog and asked how that was for her. I could feel she was relaxed. She said that it had warmed her heart and she could feel love there. I instantly felt a warm glow in my own heart. I said i was pleased she had enjoyed it wished her well and hoped that her human could get her the help she needed as he was hoping to next week. I said it was obviously she was dearly loved she smiled and i could feel her snuggling her human.Milo the bull
About a week ago i ticked him off for being intimidating when i was trying to retrieve his bucket after feeding him. The last 2 times i fed him he stuck his head into the empty bucket and then flicked it to me. Yesterday the bucket landed on my feet and i could feel him grinning and saying is that good enough for you? I laughed out loud and said that will do quite nicely. I grinned for ages after that learning that Milo has a good sense of humour.3. Celebrate!
I am gaining more confidence in what i receive with the outcome of actually telling other people about my encounters without worrying that they will think I’m nuts.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Not sure. It all seems like a discovery atm5. Featured Animal Teacher! Not this week
6. Intuition Development Games!
I’m reading Pea Horsley’s book. Tried her “tuning in your senses” exercise. I noted how when i focused on what i could feel the information just flooded in whereas i had to really try with the hearing and even the seeing aspects. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Appx 30 mins in total, Had rough few days after quick discussion and poss new info about stolen Sweetie
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
‘Princess,’ a neighbour’s quiet, timid, male tuxedo, cat who visits me for short periods of time. He’s just beginning to open up. He listens while I’ll talk but… We had quick chat about where he lives. He likes his home and family, cares for his family and likes visiting me. All something to build on in the future
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Continue learning to speak to animals
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovered not all animals want to talk. Tabby ‘Princess’ a neighbour’s cat doesn’t want to talk or it’s me not making it easy for him. He’s becoming more acceptable of me so am being very patience to gain his trust. As he only visits for few minutes a day will try connecting thru photo
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Communicated briefly with Georgia during Q + A session who is a lovely fun loving older girl. We didn’t talk much due to laughing and cuddles. Will post for Kathy S in FAT
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?.
What’s in the box is not available till May, therefore rechecked – How Do You Receive Information From Animals: Practicing all the element .of HOW to make one framework More inclined to the stronger Clairaudient (hear).and combined bit lesser with Clairvoyant (images) and lesser Clairsentient (feeling). Played intuition games when out for walk or shopping e.g how many people seated outside local cafe, Getting better at game

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – did less than I would like on some days and more on others! Overall? OK.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
After listening to Val’s interview with Penelope Smith I’ve been focusing on listening and being still and keeping my energy in the ground with Elsa. I think I did hear her!!!!! She said she didn’t want to go upstairs. The next day, I assumed she didn’t want to go upstairs (I have to carry her because of her leg) but then I picked up that she did! So I’m thinking that I am beginning to hear her more.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I thought I heard Elsa, I listened, and I followed her wishes rather than assuming I can’t hear her and overriding her needs by trying too hard to make things right. I want to commit to trusting and following what I get.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m getting better at pushing my energy down! I’m using it to try and calm Elsa and twice it worked – maybe a coincidence but communicating deliberately with my energy with confidence – that’s my discovery.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call – I got some stuff that isn’t so verifiable but then I got 18th century past life just before Val said 18th century – so I’m taking that as a win! I communicated again briefly today – have posted. 😊
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m practicing grounding my energy and staying in my heart – generally slowing down and cutting out background noise like radio etc. to try and be more present. I’m also playing with sending energy around my body. -

I know, I am late, but hope this still counts. The whole week I have been working til 9pm and this afternoon, my boss called to let me know that he needs me in the office Monday and Tuesday. So I had to go for a rapid test. When I came back, I found 2 kittens in my garage, 1 dead and the other one in bad shape. So I first had to take care of the survivor.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5 days guided meditations in the morning and evening.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
No name yet, 3 week old kitten. The little boy was dumped on my doorstep. He had a severe eye infection and a cold. Now, after one week he is much better. I tried to find out where he comes from, but he is obviously too busy with his own issues to have a conversation with me, just telling me about his needs.
I just found a second boy in my garage next to his dead sibling, 4 weeks old. I will keep him separate for a week or so, because he has a cold and eye infection as well.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Still no time for celebration.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
It seems, I can’t connect with Georgia. Possibly I am too stressed.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.

1- Meditate: yes, every day, some skipping in the evening, home too late.
2- Practice: had 3 communications with a lost cat, Seymour, since April 10. He is still missing and I am hoping we can do something on the call on Saturday. Lara, his person, is a new acquaintance I met through other friends. It is hard to know if what I am getting is correct but a few of my findings have been confirm with a Shaman friend of mine who did a journey to find him and we both concluded that he is still alive, and is not too far from his home and not ready to come home yet. I got some more info but I cannot feel him very well. I give Lara some good advices and instructions to help call him home. I had a great class on that with Carol Gurney.
I also practice with Sufi, i am trying to get him and see where he is hurting, I think this his teeth? Just don’t get him clearly, I don’t know what to do?
I also try to connect with the deers that come to the cottage, i am pretty sure this is the mama with her 2 babies from last year because they are not worry about the cats or me going in and out of the cottage. So I sat close by while the deer were resting to digest, they feel comfortable enough to lay close by so they must feel safe with us. I try to transmit this message to them that they were safe with me and the cats and that I would like them to keep an eye on my cats since they are certainly more alert and sensitive to the environment. I was trying to ask if they have a name? But I felt that it was a human thing to try to get a name, felt like they recognize themselves in a different way. I was feeling good to be around and they did hang out part of the day here after this, it is very sweet to have them but don’t really understand them for sure.3- Celebrate: Not really, I am disappointed that I am not getting enough connection with the animals I am trying to reach. A friend asked me to communicate with her elderly dog to see if it is time for her to go. I will do it later despite all my fear so afraid I won’t get anythin or get it wrong…
4- Questions/discoveries: no questions
5- FAT: not this week
6- Games; no games -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, at least an hour a day. Masterclass chakra healing part 3 energy cleaning, detaching, and lumen a light flashing type
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with a dog that just passed. I sensed an energy transition. I sensed a grandmother presence and didn’t pay attention to it because it didn’t make sense to me given the other things I was picking up on. Another person picked up on a grandparent too. I learned to stop thinking things are off and explore them more.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Some things like the above felt effortless and providedmore confidence.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Pretty sure that i talked to a lizard and the bus were dancing and singing for me. Animals of all kinds seen to be looking out at me more. I am thinking this is because my heart is more open.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Tried, but I feel pressure which blocks me.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I periodically check in that my black cube cloak is still good. I practiced with the lumen app with some success of connecting with the subconscious.
