One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Meditate
I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 40 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.

      2. Communication with animal
This week I tried to communicate with a wild Paradise duck. A loose dog had run passed him and I asked him if he were scared. I got that the duck was very confident and the message was “dogs don’t bother me. I am supremely confident. I am invincible.” Then he went off as I had no food to give him, seemingly not interested in talking to me.

      3. Celebrate
This week I have been on holiday and have been trying to communicate with trees as well as wild birds.

      4. Discoveries
This week I discovered that not all living things are interested in talking to humans. It makes me realise how wonderful the Featured Animal Teachers are – being such loving and patient teachers of us humans.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher Communicating
This week I did not communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month. I have been away from my home and access to a computer has been difficult.

      6. Intuition Games
I did not play one of the Intuition Games this month. I am away and do not have my pack of cards with me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
–Probably less than an hour total. I’ve been having trouble staying in a meditative space and haven’t felt in that “zone” for a while. I’m trying different stones to help in case a certain vibration might help.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Luna, one of my cat companions. She hopped the fence of our yard even though I try to visualize being inside the boundary of the fence. I sensed she may have done so and found her not far away from the fence – she knew I didn’t want her to do that but I know that she is an adventurous girl who doesn’t let “authority” control her 24/7 haha! I need to practice the ‘worst case scenario’ communication to let her know why I want her to stay within the yard.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Going to my first Masters Class call and feeling more optimistic that my dream WILL continue with the help of Val and everyone.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
–How can you communicate with an insect? Do the responses feel different than with an animal?
–When you spoke about the rat colony you communicated with, how did you find the matriarch? If you didn’t see one of the rats in front of you, how did you connect to their colony?
–I rediscovered the use of the pendulum!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
–I have not. I suppose I hadn’t felt quite part of the group and wasn’t sure if I was posting in the right places. This is one of the doubt/self esteem things that I insist will dissipate now that I have more support!

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have a number of intuition games I play with myself but am not able to find intuition games suggested on this website except for the intuition course section- but it says those sections won’t be available until next month? I might be looking in the wrong place.
This week my own intuition game was sitting in the middle of my yard in a chair while the panthers (my two cat companions) were wandering in the yard, closing my eyes and trying to sense when one of them was near (I couldn’t near their steps). I got a flash of Luna being close to me but when I opened my eyes Dinah was the cat close to me. I assumed my mind was just showing me a cat in general as an alert!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
It was a busy week and while I did meditate I did not take full advantage as I usually do by grounding myself a few times a day… It was less than I have become used to.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week I communicated with Shadrs, my cat who passed away recently. I still have not resolved a lot of things that happened at that time.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate animals in general.. If only more humans shared their hearts, kindness and wisdom, earth would be a better place..

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I don’t have any specific questions right now..

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did not communicate withe FAT.. I will try again this week. I was focused on spending the time I could with Shades.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? As I have mentioned before, my intuition has always been strong,I have fun playing little games with it, but also with what happens in daily life out of nowhere….
      The cool non coincidences….

I meditate every day in the morning and evenings. mostly i wake up at 5am and then i have a look on where my parts are from the night and then i try to go into stillness inside of me. Later on i maditate to get information about what i have to do during the day and what is important for the clients, who come for treatment. After work I´m cleaning myself and the room energetically in meditation. I use all kind- colour, stillness, chakra, – meditation… what ever comes in the moment

Thhis week i tried to communicate with an ant, which was in my livingroom. It was interesting for me, because i did not get the single ant on the phone, but the whole tribe. they were veery busy. I asked them to stay out of my room. they asked me why. I could not give a good answer, because i was overwhelmed, that i had the tribe on the connection

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? The ant. I learned that there are animals, who are obviosly not single conciosness but are connected in a tribe. this is very new learning for me and it overwhelms me a bit to grasp the concept…I don´t know what I do with this information yet

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I have this big opening of inner hearing and it is the most wonderful thing for me. I´m delightetd every day in a new way about that.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Im working on my heart and i realised, that there is soething not working well- which causes, that i sometimes dont perceive the right way of what beeings whant to tell me. I`m working to find out, what it is

1.) Meditation : at least once a day -sometimes more -to Val’s meditation and have also done a little bit on my own with breathing, sending Love energy, connecting to my Star and Mother Earth, and also rainbow shower and energy clearing myself after talking to a potential client.

2.) Serenity and Hawkeye. One thing was asking if they would like to move. Also with Morning Doves. I sent them Love energy. I also talked with them about if I were to move.
Also, I had a session with a dog today.
3.) being able to get in my Heart!
4.) how to know if the animal is giving actual information or if when an animal mentions the color of a dog if the color symbolizes something ?
5.) have not talked with Georgia -time and also needing time where I have down time and am out if my head. I can talk though shifting into my heart and would like to talk to her that way sometime -maybe over the weekend?
6.) no games, but more usual times.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily meditations on light and sound but this week I only practiced 1/2 hour in the morning and 15 minutes at night. I do not feel my meditations were very helpful this week so will try something different next week.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Loki, Doberman: Applied WeiQi clone and patch and his foot is healing.
      2. Priscilla: chihuahua, told Betty Shaw she likes knowing where her stuffed animal is. It was missing from her room. I found it and she said she had missed it! She licked it and then went to sleep.
      3. Samson, Cat: understand his purpose in his human’s life and why he is so clingy. I helped him connect to the universal love and said the loss he felt was coming from a past life.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
They have opened a door I could not believe existed before.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions at the moment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      I practiced making intuitive decisions.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Soul Malas Healing Meditation music every night (except one) for 10-30 minutes before bed. OMG, one night I deviated and did a Ho’Oponopono Deep Cleaning meditation for 30 minutes. I’m trying to remind myself to do more Ho’Oponopono.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I’m watching my Ginger respond to the Essiac Tea that Val recommended. We’re both taking it, and she’s responding very well, she’s acting more like her old self again! Thank you, Val!!

I tried talking to Scooter about killing the birds. He’s moved to mole patrol now. I’m sorry, little moles. I’ve also sent a “heads up” to the birds when he’s outside. So far, it’s working!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Twice within the last couple of weeks, my gelding, Shiloh, has acted like he was going to colic while he was eating his grain. Both times he has remained calm enough to allow me to give him Reiki until the crisis passed. I’m so grateful!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      No, haven’t had time.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. Intuition’s cousin, synchronicity, has been very big in my life the past few weeks. I stopped my Reiki sessions several years ago when I no longer had a place to give treatments. A few months ago a friend of mine went to get a massage at a place near her. She told me the name of one of the ladies working there, and it was one of the ladies I worked with when I did Reiki. I have been putting off contacting her because I felt might be taking on too much, but I am really feeling pushed to do this again. I met with her last week, and I am going to give my friend her first Reiki treatment this weekend. She has been asking for one for a while now. So I will again have a place to give Reiki treatments, and if all goes well, hope to eventually replace my other job with Reiki. It always amazes me to see things fall into place so perfectly!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes in the mornings always between 40-60 min. Usually my recorded meditation about Loving Mother Earth and then my “ mindset feeling for the day “. Then in the evenings the meditation connected to whatever material from these classes I’m listening to.
I love all of them so far, also a different feeling in the evening when everything is dark and more slow.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I had a conversation with Pollyana, a sweet horse girl.I’m practicing to feel more than hear so I can get a “ feel for” if it’s real or just me. So I felt qualities from her about her personality.
Curious, playful, running really fast and stopping before the fence , liking Beloit in nature prancing more than running in a circle and that she liked birds.
I asked for an advice; What you believe becomes your truth!

I feel like I’m landing more and more in my body, like I’ve been out fir so long I don’t even know how to be fully present. So I practice every day to be mindful of everything I touch, feel my feet while I walk, listen carefully to all sounds around me, what I smell, feel the wind ….and today I celebrated with walking barefoot and sitting with my feet in the water and let all old feeling patterns, loops, old worn out beliefs and toxic humans drain out of me to make room for more of myself. 🥰💓

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
The question is about grounding . I often feel shut off , like I’m in a bubble and unaware of what’s going on and thoughts are babbling in my head. How is that related to being grounded and also to keep focus on the animal during the communication?
When I focus on feeling more physical things during the day I can keep a higher frequency.

This week I asked Georgia for permission to experience how it felt to be her and she agreed . She let me experience how she wiggled her nose to smell, shifted her ears to hear, walk or run, lauded down or got into play position, very interesting feeling and good for me.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I’m still not sure I’m doing this from the right place but I’ve been practicing mindfulness/ feeling feelings/ and a super interesting thing happened last night. I was driving on the freeway, it was late and very windy. The board above the road said slow down 20-30 miles /h gusts 50+ m/h!
So I was driving very slow and the wind was rough. If to a little better on the way down from the mountain so I was going to pass a semi w a trailer. I had just passed the rear part of him when a loud voice in my head said : DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS S GOOD IDEA? It was so loud and sharp, I pressed the brake lightly, and next second, just when I was out of his way the long trailer swirled out right in front of me and over to the left side of my lane. It literally “ saved my life” but it happened so smooth I didn’t even get sweaty. I just gave thanks for the loud voice many times . 🙏🏻💓🙏🏻💓🙏🏻

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx hour. Breathing exercise. Sat outside in sun, listened to calming music. Tried to let mind settle – took quite a while. Still find it hard for mind to clear. Maybe think of what suits me best to calm down

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Sweetie, a missing cat. We talked about where he is located – said he’s ok, being treated ok, doesn’t like being where he is, looking down on grass, described a little of inside the apartment and cannot leave as rooms are closed. Wants to come home.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate the pendulum worked Plus change in my mindset that ‘maybe’ with practice do this and talk to animals’

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

No specific questions at moment. Still doubting my ability,
During ‘Finding Lost Animals’ class *6 or #6 was mentioned. First time hearing/reading of it . Will listen again to recording to understand implication
Overwhelmed at the start of programme. Too much to be looking at inc emails and expected to work on straight away. Have lost lot of time trying to work out your training system e.g where you post, profile etc even using FAQ. Tried to imput my profile while ago and gave up. No profile icon on toolbar as stated in FAQ. Eventually posted thru forum !!! A video would’ve been helpful

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes Georgia who was upset and very worried at our meeting and didn’t know why
Will post for Kathy S to read

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Intuition Games not available till next month – May. Play my own games. Got a few right.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Group meditations, church and group session with Susann Taylor Shier. Sometimes I sit with my first cup of coffee and just breathe, usually with Missy on my lap. The other day Roxy was asking to watch his videos, YouTube videos for cats to watch. In looking for those I found one that was supposed to cleanse me and my home of bad energies with the sound and had pretty pictures so I watched that for a bit. Roxy did not like it and left the room.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My cat Roxy. I continue to attempt to communicate with him. We communicate but not with words so difficult answer what we talk about since we don’t really talk. I got it that he wants more time with me, more lap time, and also more of his videos. I can play them either here on the computer or on the TV so sometimes play them on TV so I can work on the computer. Other option is to put him in the bedroom. I think he spends too much time in there alone and want him to be in the living area with Missy and me more.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I know what Roxy wants even if I don’t get conversation from him

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why do I need to have talked to an animal for this report? We say it is not just about talking and then when I go to fill this out it is what did we talk about. Roxy and I communicate but not with words.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No – must do that this week or there will be a new one.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No. I am also in Susann Taylor Shier’s membership group which she has expended to two calls a month and some focus on developing intuition.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Hardly had time to sleep. Thus, no meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The second kitten I found last week turned out to be a girl. When checking in with her I got the impression she was not dumped by humans but by her feral cat mother, because she was sick, and her mother could not make her drink.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Mogli got very ill and stopped eating and drinking. Fortunately, in the meantime he trusted me enough to let me give him antibiotics. Wednesday he started eating again.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      nothing

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time to even try again.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      No games.

1..Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Not so much. Work has been so busy. I have done quite a few guided rainbow meditations at 2 or 3 am though.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Georgia – followed a request/question for the first time. Got quite a lot back – I posted it. The feedback was helpful because it showed me where I had gone wrong.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I tried to do something difficult and it worked out well.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
To really trust the first thing I get! I added in a lot of embellishment with my brain – but looking back I could see the difference.
      5.

      Yes – see above.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I didn’t but I am trying to feel my feelings. It helps.

Yes, but not very much. I was finally feeling better and way behind in everything.

      1. Georgia, posted it. I finally got the courage to post it. I made the connection before the Q&A and when I heard what was said during the call I decided it was my imagination and didn’t post it. I read other comments later and decided to send it just as it was. Kathy gave me a very sweet feedback and said I only missed one thing. It’s interesting how the posts brought a different side of Georgia than what was discussed during the call. I picked up on it somehow before the call.
      2. Sandy Doherty posted about a lost kitty she is fond of. I thought I would try to contact him. I did and the message he gave me was that his former own gave him away. He was living jus at the edge of town. He said he was happy and the people that have him now treat him very well. He couldn’t give me any landmarks to identify where he is. I messaged her and received confirmation.
      3. Priscilla pet of grandma Barbara Grout. Priscilla is an adorable chihuahua who is not like other chihuahua’s in that she is very quiet and rarely barks and likes being little but becomes afraid sometimes. She has a stuffed chicken she likes to keep track of and loves grandma. She said she loves me and is very kind. She had good advise for me and others. She said be present, kind, loving and listen.
      4. I went outside for a minute because we got summer on a weekend this year. LO! A little bird was singing in a tree close to me. I said hi little bird. He said hi and continued singing. I told him I loved his singing and hoped he was enjoying the sun. He said thank you and yes I am. A first for me.

Through all the health trials I have had I have stuck with it, even when I didn’t think I was making good connections with the animals. It turned out that I was. I was thinking it is to hard and I’m not one of the those that can do this. I really want to talk to my dogs and Rosemary gave me the boost I needed to get back in the game. I’m glad I didn’t hang it up I just need to work harder.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

To avoid the dark side bother either myself or the pet I’m talking to is a prayer asking for Devine protection enough?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Yes, I posted it. It was one I did before the call and didn’t post it then.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

My daughter took a car trip from Gig Harbor to LA with her significant other and my granddaughter. I was able to know where she was at different points in her trip. When she called I would get confirmations.

1- Meditate: yes, every day and a few times in the forest to connect with the trees and hug a tree.
2- Practice: yes, with a friend’s dog, Lulu, she is 13 years old and they are moving soon to Nova Scotia. Johanne wanted me to check to see if she was ready to let go or could make the trip, she is not in good shape. Well, she still wants to live and gave instructions for the plane trip.
3- Celebrate: I am taking more rest, we are back to being more restricted/confined in BC because of rising cases of covid so it is affecting me and my work, I am taking it easy.
      4- questions: no question
      5- FAT: not this week
      6- Games: no

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, at least an hour a day. Masterclass chakra healing part 3 energy cleaning, detaching, opening third eye.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

A friend posted on Facebook she got a new dog. I connected to see if she has a band for herself. I also could tell she was a little confused about her new home and so I let her know her mommy was going to take good care of her. I could see her a little older having a wonderful time.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I could see the above dog’s chest expanding and contacting with breath.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I’m wondering if 50 reminded me to not forget something at the house that we were going to the store to return.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Tried, but I feel pressure which blocks me.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tried calling out letters from my scrabble set. I pulled six letters. I got 3 of them but not at the right time. It was the next letter I would draw.

I kept forgetting to post so I hope this will still count for this past week.
1- I don’t know how to meditate. Can anyone suggest something that can help me get started?
2- I still don’t know how to communicate but am paying attention to anything that I know isn’t coming from me.
3- I think what I can celebrate is I’m paying more attention to those thoughts & feelings that are not mine.
4- I don’t have any questions or discoveries at this point.
5- Since I still don’t know how to communicate I was not able to talk to the featured animal.
6- I did not do anything on intuition this week. I don’t have any excuse. I just get in my own way.

Tina there are meditations near the beginning of most monthly Gold and Platinum member Questions & Answer calls which you can access under the Course Menu and your Gold membership. Val leads these meditations to get us centered at the beginning of the call and in our communications with the Featured Animal Teacher. By centering and quieitng your mind, it will be easier to receive the messages from animals. Remember that not all animals use audio as a way of communication. Some show us pictures. Be patient with yourself and continue to practice. Learning takes time and this is a wonderfully supportive community.

Yes, in this case your posting will count for the week ending April 23. Please note that you can post your accountability any day of the week, you do not have to wait till Friday to post. Look for the week dates to apply your posst to the appropriate discussion thread. Sometimes there is a dealy in getting the posting connected to the linked button. (I dropped the ball for the current week but that discussion is now in place linked to button, with the future week ready and waiting tin the discussion thread.)
