One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. I haven’t done much meditating, I’ve been tied up with Parent Weekend and Spring Break with my daughter (who is currently in residential treatment in another state. Hands have been extra full.
2. I’ve tried to connect with Katie, a previous FAT. I can only see her walking around my home, not hers. I am trying my own style of healing to reduce her anxiety. The sense I get is that she loves her human SO much, she just wants to be with him all the time!
3. I tried to connect with Katie. 🙂
4. Same questions as always.
5. See #2
6. I still can’t access the intuition games in my courses, so just using apps. No noteworthy results.-

Glad you and Katie are connecting.
Sorry to hear that you still can’t access Intuition Games. Will work with tech to see what issue is. Note: that part of team unavialable this week so may take till folowing week to fix but will dig in to get resolved and will connect with you by email.

A client dog. A couple of client cats.

I talked with Rosen and she might not have been the featured animal teacher at the time. More with numbers. -

Yes. I do every day, even at the moment I feel very unconcetrated and tired. Today I rested in the afternoon and then I felt, that like my “old” life shifted and I felt something new is coming and I just need to be brave enough to follow.2. Practice! I practiced with a big rottweil dog, which lives in the properties of my neightbourhood. he is usally very wild, barking and growling, when I passby the fence. this timme I stopped and communicated with him and he is actually a very sweet boy. I had the impression of a young boy in his youth, feeling his energy and his heart was very pure, eminating love towards me. I felt so much gratitude towards him.3. Celebrate! I start to integrate my feeling layer and I just got today a new skin4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a few questions around Stupsi: how can I make catching him easier? what does he want, when I go on seminars- is it ok for him, to spend some time with my friend Attila (there is anyway no other option:)), I would so much love to adopt a dog, but I know, how anxiouse Stupsi is about pretetors and that he wants to be the only one with me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I was traveling. Meditated a lot on airplane. I did the new bonus meditation that Val sent and it was amazing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to a flock of geese who live in my sister’s back yard. This time of year they tend to fight a lot which annoys all the people in the condo complex. I explained to them that the residents were getting hostile about the fighting and the mess they make in the back yards. I told them there was discussion of Bebe guns among the neighbors and it would hurt them. The next day one of her neighbors went out with a Bebe gun and the geese got quiet and stared at him. My sister came in the room and asked, “ Did you talk to them? They are acting weird”
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I helped my sister’s friend with her dog. The dog has an open wound on his side that will not heal. The dogs person has a wound from a surgery that is not healing. She is actually walking around with a wound vac. I had a discussion about mirroring with her and I was as astounded as she was with my epiphany. I went on to offer Pepe some magic goo.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
So many. Will post in the forum
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not have the opportunity to talk to Rosen, but Sal is excited about being the next FAT!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals.
I did my bag of crayons game where I guess the color. -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I meditate, mostly in the evenings. Listened to a few masterclasses till late at night…
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicate in human form to animals I meet… Practiced with Sal, the FAT which I find being absolutely gorgeous, but at the moment I have nothing to brag about. I have also practiced with my own furred Angels, and except the fact that they are opened, and they do seem to hear my non vocal messages I am still at the point of proceeding with meditations.
I celebrate the fact that after listening to some of the masterclasses, a lot of things become more clear in my life. I started remembering how along my life, my furred Angels have given me clues.
I must admit, I feel a pang of jealousy that I wasn’t live in that calls, as to experience during the live call everything the other lucky ones did. 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Is the opening ability to communicate with animals guided/controlled only by the heart chakra?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I will never give up trying. I know someday the breakthrough will happen. Can’t wait to share with everyone. I left a letter to Sal, and as soon as someone will read it to him, I am sure he will come to me 😊

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did play a little with Rita. I try to sense, feel, know where exactly I would find her sitting. Of course sometimes I get it, sometimes not, sometimes she know I am coming and she will raise from resting.-

Lucia, When you write your letters to the animals ( a very clever modality to use while you develop your other senses) suggest you add in the intention that the animals can read the letters themselves. This will help eveolve your other senses if you are open to them.

Thank you Barb! I will do that! When I write I have them in my mind as they would be really near me.
Kindly please let me know which other best way would be to add the intention, so that it could reach to them?
To be mentioned in written form?Thank you!

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The usual everyday conversations with my fur family.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.

Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. It’s getting even busier at work now, but I still try to leave space for intuition to get through. I’m sure it will if it’s needed.

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?Karma, a female Himalayan cat. Guardian wanted to know why her cat started at the wall. Guardian confirmed had taken Karma to vet for check up and all fine plus vet not worried by his behaviour. Communicated with Karma who informed me she listens to the various sounds that are beyond human hearing e.g mice/ bugs etc scuttling about be it under floor, within walls or outside , human footsteps outside of the house and watches e.g either small bugs or light flickering on the wall/dust in the home. I attempted to tune into her hearing. Heard, for a few moments, a high pitch hum that filled my head like a vice Suggested to guardian to watch and follow Karma’s ears, eyes for the subtle signs of Karmas body so guardian can Karmas movements and not feel so worried
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That Karma allowed me to talk to her and she gave me the gft of (at least attempting) to hear the sounds she does. Exciting experience.. Guardian happy with consultation and will attempted to tune into Karma wavelength

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Some guided meditations at night instead of sleeping. Little bits of chanting. Not much. – All over the place this week.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t practiced this week. I did some meditative walking outside and tried to connect with the geese on the river, and the cormorants, as well as the ladybirds who live in a corner of my bedroom – practicing sending love. But nothing other than that.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate all the creatures who live in the house with me that I can’t see. I try to send them love every day and tell them they are welcome.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I apologised to two spiders – I pulled up a plant thoughtlessly because I wanted to plant something else – but not till next week. Two spiders came rushing out. I suddenly realised I had ruined their shelter and not replaced it. I think they were ok because there was shelter nearby, but it helped me see how thoughtless we can be as humans.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t. Work was overwhelming this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. Not a great week for AC. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I have been feeling extremely tired, and have meditated for 15-20 min. Guided meditation with Mooji and sitting with the horses listening to their chewing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a beautiful horse with the name Perla . I am a little uncertain if I connected with her. But I got a sense of her personality and what she liked to do, and a message for the owner. I will check with her for feedback.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrating that I have had positive feedback from the owners of the animals I have talked to.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I wonder if I am communicating with their mind or their soul? Or both? And if I am feeling really tired and low in energy, if it is difficult or impossible to connect?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

The quieter and more open you can make your mind and heart, the better the possible communication connection. With practice, you’ll be able to drop into calm open quicker without having to to go into deep meditation such as wehn a more urgent connection is needed. Practice helps make it available quicker. And remember that Val has decades of practice which is why she can often drop in what seems to be instantly but even she has done quieting earlier in the day. Practicing is worth the effort.

1- meditate: every day! I do TM plus some other meditations from Mindvalley with Vishen, Marie Diamond, etc. And a class with Jeffrey Allen and I was connecting with my guide this week. I had a great vision.
2- practice: yes, I do, every week but I forget to do my report lately. I had a client from a referral this week Gia, female terrier, owner needed guidance since the dog is 17 years old and is blind and death. It was an interesting experience to connect with an impaired dog. Some other clients have been wanting to get more answered but they will have to learn that I am not always talking to their animal even though it is well mention to them.
I am doing a lot of shamanic work, need to practice what i am learning with human’s client but i also do it with every animal I do work with. I want to learn how it is serving them, helping them?3- celebrate: wow! My shamanic class is taking me to another level, it’s challenging but I love it too when I am not crying away my resistance.
4- question/discovery: I can do this and I just move through my doubts and fears. It is agonizing what I go through before my work but I feel good afterward, especially when I get validated.
5- FAT: not yet this week, will do in class.
6- no games
