One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did meditate like always, but at the moment I feel very disconnected from eveything. I don´t get access to any inner process.2. Practice! I went through a process, where I released a very big pain in my heart, caused by the feeling of not being wanted. It was very painful and by the end of the process, it shifted energetically and I realised, that I have endless love inside my heart.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

1. Meditate!
I do meditate every evening, sometimes listening to the masterclasses, of which I can’t get enough! I’ve said it before, I only wish the day would be at least 30 hours.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
Last evening I have stood in meditation with my dogs. I have rehearsed the heart meditation with the ball of light and love, as an introduction. The dogs were playing with each other and I just stood on chair remembering Val’s indications from the course, breathing to feel the 8 heart beats. I was curious if I have evolved enough at least to call them to stay. If they would hear me… They both did! Bebe came and just laid his head on my lap, and Estella not having enough room, she put one paw over my feet. It was absolutely extraordinary! I just stood there enjoying the love and light which I suppose they felt very well too. I hope that this is a form of communication. I just don’t know how to tune in yet, to also hear their thoughts, which I am dearly awaiting to achieve.
3. Celebrate!
I have to celebrate that I have succeeded to communicate in a different way with my dogs. See above! Thank you for helping evolve!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why are dogs seeming more responsive to our emotions, feelings, thoughts, than cats? Is it just me, or is it true that dogs are much more open to communicate with us, comparing with cats.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I did not had enough time to engage in a communication with Sal, and I feel very sorry. I will try again as soon as the opportunity arrives.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I don’t recall playing intentionally this week, but one morning the GPS app from Bebe has given the alarm that he went out of the safety zone. I checked the live monitor, and even though he ran a little in the back yards, somehow I knew he would not go astray anymore. I felt he does not want to go away, but maybe only to protect the house, from something, or someone. Of course my parents immediately went to check on him, and he was back in the yard. He jumped the fence back which is more than 2 meters high ( more than 6 feet high) … as he definitely is an athlete… I have went in the afternoon and discussed with him, and explained him, that I would feel extremely hurt if he would go away… as I have listened in the masterclass with the fear of fireworks, storms and noise phobias. I think he got the message for the time being. -

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Princess, female tuxedo cat who visits me. Although a lovely sweet quiet cat, she tends to sneak up on another cat also called Princess – a male tabby (male is correct) who visits me, takes a drink of water or treats, sits quietly or sleeps in large plant pot. She pounces or swipes him. She often gets a swipe back that leaves a scratch on her nose. Have started to talk to her but seems doesn’t want to listen or change her behaviour. Maybe territory situation with her, now she’s getting bit older. Both cats have visited me or years along with missing sweetie

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much this week. Having trouble focusing. I subscribed to a daily 21 day mediation with Penauch Denai (sp?) and have listened to it a few times but seem to always get distracted. This morning he had a wonderful meditation where we were to see a vault in front of us and it opened to show all that is available to us. We could step inside and can return anytime. Roxy insisted on getting in my lap and I don’t have much lap here in my computer chair so that did not work very well.
I have a Reiki workshop scheduled and am hoping to get students to register. So I am working with Reiki meditations some. Having trouble focusing. And of course there is the meditation at church.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a very brief chat with our FAT cat Sal this morning. Nothing much to report. I told him that today is my cats’ birthday so he wished them a happy birthday. I asked if he could connect with the Mama bird and babies outside my window and he said he did not think she would want to connect with a cat. I asked how he had enjoyed being FAT now that his turn is almost over and he said he had enjoyed it. I could not think what to ask him so did not get much this time.
I continue to attempt to connect with my cats especially Roxy who is pooping outside the box again. Not successful. Yesterday I saw a young cat out in the back yard and attempted to communicate. He or she looked at me and walked away.
As always I check in with Princess in spirit from time to time. I asked her to explain where she is now and what she is doing but she said there are just not words in our language to explain it. I miss her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? When I attempt to communicate the connection seems very weak and I am never sure if I am really connecting or just making stuff up. How can I get back the powerful connection I used to have?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Some chanting during the day. A lot of guided meditations in the night to help me find calm.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Apart from trying to connect with Elsa, I haven’t done a lot this week. A lot of family time has been needed because we had to organise my uncle’s funeral. – but I did get some positive feedback from a previous communication with Rosen, and I want to get back to him to clarify what was ambiguous rather than just leave it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. My increased understanding of the sentient and intelligent world. I have always loved animals but now I am so much more respectful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The importance of present, coming to presence and how much that impacts on my happiness regardless of what is going on in my life.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, I haven’t this week. Family things have taken over.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? This has also fallen by the wayside this week. Not a great week for making time for this important exercise. I want to become better at insisting on making time for it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I reviewed the Q&A call archives and did the meditation from April. I was amazed how it made me aware of my heart. It seemed to be beating so loudly and really taking over everything. I listened to it again before communicating with a cat.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As part of listening to the April Q&A call I communicated with Sal. I learned mostly about his personality. It helped me to trust my intuition. When you asked his purpose, I knew he saw himself as the protector. I didn’t know exactly what he was protecting Lee from and that makes more sense once I learned later that he saw himself as the guardian who was aware of things both seen and unseen.
I also communicated quickly with my own horse Bob who had lost his closest friend, Jack, a pony who was almost 40 years old. Bob is acting like everything is fine but I wanted to know if that was the reality. When I connected with him and asked him how he felt about losing Jack, I felt a really strong clenching my stomach.
Finally, I communicated with animal teacher Scooter.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that I was able to feel a physical sensation from Bob since that has rarely happened for me. I usually receive words and knowingness.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As always, I have the questions of how to develop my visual abilities. At the same time I do receive visions the same way I would when picturing things when reading a book. These often turn out to be accurate.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Aston, the FAT. The conversation mostly revealed what he loved to do and his personality. I posted it and Lucia told me everything was “spot on.” That felt good since I haven’t communicated with someone else’s animal in a while. I’m usually pretty good on personalities and likes. I have a harder time learning about an animal’s environment and his relationships.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I could not find the Intuition Games but I found the Intuition lessons. I tried the 5 simple steps to developing your intuitive abilities. I’m not sure I was very good at it yet. I still have difficulty getting completely quiet.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes but not as much as I would like. A lot of guided meditations at night to try to get to sleep.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week I communicated with Elsa – the hardest! I had to let her know about a weird change in routine: we were getting up at 4am and had agreed to take her to my mum’s house but without waking her. I explained it all, and showed her having a treat then going to sleep at my mum’s. I explained that I didn’t want to wake my mum up. When we got there at 4.30, Elsa sat in “treat position” then lay down to go to sleep. This is completely not what she normally does! Normally she runs in to my mum’s house barking like mad thing and runs all over the house looking for her. My mum said she didn’t make a sound until my mum got up and came to find her. I’m counting that as a big win!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I communicated successfully with my darling Elsa.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries! It’s lack of confidence that stops me !
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, not this week. But I am spending time listening more to my little inner feelings. -

Nothing this week except celebrate the squirrels I feed in park are still running towards me. Now when I make a low clicking sound before I enter secluded part of the park the squirrels come running towards me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How does it work between animals …. If animals are telepathic and they get lost/stolen why do they not connect with other animals and find their way home or they do connect but is it more difficult to find their way home or not want to go back home

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, several group meditations: church, Susann’s membership group call, and a couple of online meditations. Also I have several times just spent some quiet time breaching and relaxing usually with a cat in my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just introduced myself to our beautiful new FAT Aston. It was a brief intro. I looked at his picture and felt a strong connection. I told him that I loved black cats and that he (or she?) is beautiful. I talked to him a little about being FAT and the group call when we would all be talking to him at first. He asked how that was going to work and I explained that Val would introduce him or her to a group of people learning to communicate with animals. I had my cat Roxy jump in my lap and that ended our conversation.
I have as always attempted to communicate with my cats Roxy and Missy with little to know success. I also speak to the birds outside but they are way too busy with bird stuff to pay any attention to me.
