One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

(108.162.219.19)1. Meditate
I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 40 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.2. Communication with animal
This week I tried to communicate with a wild Paradise duck. A loose dog had run passed him and I asked him if he were scared. I got that the duck was very confident and the message was “dogs don’t bother me. I am supremely confident. I am invincible.” Then he went off as I had no food to give him, seemingly not interested in talking to me.3. Celebrate
This week I have been on holiday and have been trying to communicate with trees as well as wild birds.4. Discoveries
This week I discovered that not all living things are interested in talking to humans. It makes me realise how wonderful the Featured Animal Teachers are – being such loving and patient teachers of us humans.5. Featured Animal Teacher Communicating
This week I did not communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month. I have been away from my home and access to a computer has been difficult.6. Intuition Games
I did not play one of the Intuition Games this month. I am away and do not have my pack of cards with me.Moderator

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? This week i communicated with a friends dog named SASHA who has been feeling under the weather. it turns out she had been missing a friend from the dog park who had not been there recently for their usual get togethers, she was worried about him but we found out his owners were out of town and he was staying at the kennel. he came back over the weekend and SASHA is happy again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I love getting to know each animal and their personality… so many GREAT HEARTS
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I do not have any specific questions
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so I did not communicate with the FAT this week because I was focused on SASHA.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played a few intuition games with my daughter to show her just how amazing it is.
We did the color game, deck of cards and my own invention of items in a box. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day morning and evening. I do maynly centering meditation, trying to become really still.

This week I communicated with my rabit. I tried to change my communication style and go more into feeling, not trying only to hear. I had the impression, that there was a strong energy transference in between him and me, but after a while he started to knock his legs on the floor, which is a sign of danger or disturbance, so i guess I did something wrong

I had a beautiful conection to Georgia, The dog which is featured this month. I could talk to her, feel her and hear her4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to find out, what went wrong in the communication with my rabit… was it too intense for him or didn´t I get, what he wanted to transmit and got annoyed because of that?

I had chat with georgia, which was very beautiful. She told me to trust more, go to the heart in the conversations. She told me to harmonise my throat chakra. At the end she asked me to send healing energy for her, which I did for 2 days6. Intuition Development Games! 1.) yes-Val’s meditation at least once a day. It’s a little over 30 minutes. Also at times on my own.
2.) Serenity and Hawkeye. Also, a morning dove. Morning dove -regarding me moving and seeing them again. Sent Love energy.
Serenity and Hawkeye -sent Love energy. They made me aware of their feelings.
3.) my own Healing.
Being aware of Serenity’s feelings (knew already though) and becoming aware of Hawkeye’s feelings and one of his purposes and why he does certain things.
4.) Not sure if this counts here, but discovering Hawkeye’s feelings /needs/reasons why he does certain things.
5.) not yet.
6.) same things with noticing times. -

Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 mins each evening before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been having quite a few dogs come in where I work. It’s always fun to watch their responses to being greeted. I keep hoping to hear/feel some messages from them, but so far just wagging tails and licks on my hands.
Ginger has a chiropractic appointment tomorrow. I’m really hoping this helps her feel a lot better.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That maybe my talking to Scooter about killing the wildlife around my house did some good? He hasn’t brought me any “gifts” recently. YAY!!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
There was no photo on the page when I came to post this evening, so I didn’t know if we have a new one or not?
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Staying open to intuitive thoughts that might come through.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Before I try to connect with animals but not much at other times. I feel frustrated by it. I’m trying something different now with a little more success. I do the relaxation, grounding and cleansing meditation and the heart meditation. I invite the savior to come and be with me and wrap the pet I’m trying to contact and myself in a cloak of love and protection against any other entity that might try to interfere with the connection or us. I express gratitude and declare my intensions.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1.Georgia: Posted it. She is glad her Mom has decided on a car. She likes it and was tired of looking. Undecided about a new puppy, but if she had one she would train it like her Mom trained her. Does she talk to other living dogs? She used to talk to her Mom (DeeDee). And still does. She talks to the dogs at the show. What do they talk about? Her Mom Used to tell her everything to do.(teach) Her Mom has passed on but she is still there teaching her. Do you obey her? Yes she is my Mom, it feels comfortable. Dogs at the show; she Laughs with and plays with. They are silly like me. I asked her if she wasn’t a show dog what kind of a dog would she like to be? She said a pampered pet with short hair. Funny girl sweet girl.
2. My Chloe. (dog) We have had her 8 months and she goes a little hyper if I leave the room and come back or leave the house. I asked her about that and she said She was afraid I was never coming back. I tried to reassure her that I would always come back this is her forever home. I love her but she needs to calm down. She also pushes the other dogs away if I am loving them. She said she wants to be loved too. I explained to her that because there are so many of them that they must take turns. I love all of my puppies. I see an improvement. I think she thought she wasn’t going to get loves. She didn’t get any in her past homes and was getting yelled at a lot and left, among other things Another dog was taking her food. She was very neglected. I really love her.
3. My Moose: (dog) He had an all day blood test last week to determine if he had Cushings disease. He does have Cushings. I explained to him what it was and why he feels the way he does. He asked me if he was going to die. I told him yes, that he is in the middle of his illness and that the doc says he probably only has a couple of years. I told him that our Toby outlived Diabetes by Nine years so he could live longer. He asked if he has to take medicine and I said yes. He also will be having a slight change in his diet. I told how much I love him and will do whatever it takes to make life comfortable and happy for him. Very emotional. He stays with me pretty close.
I checked in with Darwin. I came to the same conclusion as Marybeth. Darwin is not ready to die. He doesn’t want a vet unless Marybeth wants it. He is open to alternative healing. He said he has slowed down because he is getting older. Love that boy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
It is difficult for me to get in the right place to always do it right. I get what I get and it is mostly right. Since I have changed the preparation I can feel the connection again.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Is my prayer enough to keep other entities away and connect only with the intended animal?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Posted see above
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1- I am still struggling to find something to help me with this.
2- This is also something I am still working on. I have myself stretched a bit thin right now trying to do too many things at once.
3- I guess me acknowledging that I have taken on too many things at once is part of my problem
4- At this point I do not have any questions
5- I did not communicate with the FAT this week
6- I did not play any intuition games this week. I need to look at that section again. I moved on to another section & forgot to go back & look -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I do it mornings before I get out of bed. Most often one guided meditation about 30-45 min and then 15 min of my own version.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week nothing went very well. I was exhausted after work and fell asleep. I tried to connect with Doberman Lilah, kitty Daphne and doggie Shyla but I didn’t get anything and I almost fell asleep just closing my eyes fir a few minutes.
So even if this whole week have felt so exhausting and weird a few cool things happened. One was at lunch one day when I let my dogs out of the pen where I have to keep them while I work. I passed one of my dogs and I said while I passed him: How is it going Buddy? And I felt something I don’t think I’ve ever felt before. It’s complicated to explain it but I’ll try. It was like a deeper version of a feeling / word/ knowing at the same time and I “ heard/ felt it in my stomach. I think that’s what was most interesting. I got really excited because it felt in my heart like some kind of breakthrough even if it was just a few words…. It’s so boring.
That’s what I felt he communicated.
Maybe not so much to celebrate, I wish there was more but this week have been insane, my eyes have been hurting like they were dry, super sensitive to light outside, and every afternoon I felt like I hadn’t slept for days.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still balance on a thin thread between wanting this so bad and not getting disappointed 😞.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

No I try to not lose faith about this and I couldn’t establish a connection with the other three at all, too tired.

I’ve practices during the days to be mindful, listening on a deeper level to everything even my body, everything I touch, my feet when I walk, what I smell and any sensations in my body. Lot of hot, burning
in my body lately.

1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx 40 min in total. Trying different methods
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A small green metallic body, red eyed – Bottle fly. Landed on my hand whilst am sitting in patio garden. It began to clean itself. I talked to it. Told fly he is beautiful, his tiny red eyes and body colours sparkled in the sun. He thanked me and said no one had told him that before, We talked about my garden, that I also don’t see many flies in my garden. He liked coming to garden to see the flowers and plants. During conversation the fly would hop on and off my hand, circle around or sit still. Learnt to stop and listen
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals
Celebrate continuing to learn about communicating with animals. Getting to know each animal as an individual and learning their own personalities. Hopefully finding another method to meditate- play calming music. Still finding it difficult to get into the right ‘place’
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I noticed animals can ‘sense’ something. When am passing e.g. dogs, they turn and/or come towards me, some wagging their tails or jumping excitedly. I stroke them and talk to their guardians
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Sadly not. Been too busy this week

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not a lot – Work and family visiting and other stuff happening. I’ve just been doing a 10 minute a day – if that.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a Daddy Long Legs while in the shower. I has greeted him before – he’s been on the ceiling for a few days but was in a different corner. This time I was just wondering why he had moved – and I think this is what followed. I moved so you could see me. Look at my beautiful symmetry. I’m like a star and he started moving his legs around. I felt that he was showing me the beauty of himself as an example of the beauty of all life forms. While I stayed respectful, the communication was lovely. Then I had a thought: What’s the point of you? – and I think he was offended. I felt ashamed and I think he said – What’s the point of you? I apologised. I have made sure to greet him every time I go into the bath room. So I feel bad for not having enough respect, but I’m also pleased it came out because it shows me where I can change – and if the point is to change so the world changes, then its good.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m really pleased about the Daddy Long Legs because I haven’t been able to communicate with a wild animal before. I don’t think I made it up.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
No questions – I just need to get some meditation in because my body and mind are buzzing and that’s not good!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t spoken with Georgia this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve just had moments where I try to drop into my heart in the course of my days. -

I worked in Word and it messed up the spacing and kept adding to the ordered list. Correcting as best I can.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only occasionally and in groups including church service. It has been almost two months since I wrecked my car and I still do not have it back. I am concerned about this situation and it is making it difficult to calm down enough for mediation or AC.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I increasingly learn that Roxy is a man of few words.
I continue to attempt to communicate with my own cats especially Roxy. Not much success there. We communicate very well but not verbally so not much to share.
I also communicated with my cat Princess who is in spirit. When I think of her I hear “yes mom” and she is right there ready to talk. She is the only one of my cats I have every been successful in communicating with. As Val told me early on, my connection with her is different because we are soul mates.
She has moved beyond the earth plane now and I continue to try and understand where she is now and what she is doing. I was concerned about interrupting her and she said she is able to talk to me and do other things at the same time because only a small part of her consciousness is involved in our conversation. She is a very high level soul.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am able to calm down enough to communicate at all with the animals. I have been so concerned about my car and in fear of never having a car again that it is difficult to focus on anything.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I understand Princess a little better although what she shared with me was not a surprise.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I just had a little chat with Georgia. I asked her if she had enjoyed being FAT and explained that her time as FAT was almost over, that it was time for another animal to take a turn.
She said she had enjoyed being FAT and she had been busy. I have known Kathy for many years and asked her to tell Kathy hi for me which she agreed to do. She remembered me as a Reiki teacher. As I reminded her, I did not teach Kathy Reiki but one of my students did. Georgia said she liked Reiki and asked Kathy to do some more Reiki with her.It was good to connect with Georgia. She is a wonderful soul in a dog body.
I just posted this to the Discussion on Georgia in the Forum

1- Meditate: i do meditate every day and I went to meditate in the forest twice this week, connecting with the trees talking to them about my issues, I feel supported and I hug a tree to feel its unconditional love.
2- Practice: my friend Elaine wanted me to check on her in house cat Janesway and her other cat living with a friend, Boggie to see if janesway will accept Boggie to come live with them for a few months while the friend is going up North. so I checked and the answer was no from both of them, I saw them back to back, they have their own life and it is good as it is. we discussed a few other things regarding food. I am still trying to get to understand my cat Sufi and find out if he is in pain, I am concerned about his teeth but I have a vet apt soon, online though, need to have his teeth clean but it will take a while.
3- Celebrate: A mama deer felt safe enough to have her baby by my cottage, they must of heard me after all last week when i was telling them it was safe here. it was such a beautiful gift to see this little fawn starting his new life, very precious. A couple of eagle live nearby and he/she goes and wash herself in the pond almost every day, another beautiful sight, even though I worry a bit for my cats. I will try to post videos. this is my celebration! these gifts from the animals that hang out around me, so are the bees, the birds, the rabbits (that my cat eats too).
4- Questions/discoveries: I feel I am regressing with my animal communication and I don’t know how to get over this bump? on the other hand, I am feeling better and happier with myself, moments of joy, peace and quiet without freaking out for being by myself and noticing all the support I have truly around me, how I manifest and asking myself why cannot I be happy and grateful for this gift of solitude? for this time of healing? for this time of finding out what do I want? what do I like? why don’t I connect with my divine inner self and write a book? or whatever? people often wish for this kind of solitude for inquiries to self and revelations?
LOL, ya but not me, I have been so uncomfortable and miserable with navigating this aloneness. but right now i am most of the time happy to come home and being with myself. I have been dreading coming home for years because I came to an empty house meaning without a partner. My soul is like a sponge enjoying this self time in every cells of my being, I can feel that call and the profound peace it brings me when I am able to go with it. I am satisfy in these moments of grace and thankfully i feel good most of my time at home slowly untangling the pattern of loneliness.5- FAT: yes, and posted today
6- Games: no

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a dog named Marley Brandon. He is not keeping weight on and his mom is worried about him. Mom wanted to know how he felt and if there was anything she could do for him. I also talked with Darwin about how he is feeling and what he would like for treatment if any.

I have been able to help Marley nutritionally.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. This week I had rough nights with lot of processes and I took the time, which i was awake (between 3 and 5) to meditate. I do centre meditation and cleaning my chakras with colour, travelling to different planets, speaking with the dead
I talked to a cow with name google. Her storry was posted on fb. I think she is dead and unfortunately i could not find out, what happened to her, whiches makes me think a lot, how I can do it better
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. Hi Nicole, Thanks for posting. It is important to check the date for the weekly accountability posting. I have moved a copy of your post to this week’s posting which when active is at the top of the Forum discussion thread.
Sometimes there is a delay in updating the link to the new week’s post but there should be a dated discussion with in the Forum listing.Moderator
