One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I feel my answers are monotonous to this question each week.
I do meditate every day, usually mixing it up with some from Val’s repertoire and some from my own.
It has truly become a daily essential for me.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been communicating a lot with my cat Budder this week.
He has seemed frail, and ginger lately.
He is going on 15 so I understand he is older but I am trying to make sure it is nothing more…3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to celebrate that this program has taught me to think about, and approach all life differently…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am actually not sure about my questions this week. Although I always have many, they are not popping to mind at this time…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with the FAT
It was a brief connection as we got interrupted…
But she was so sweet..
Very laissez-faire attitude. Does not seem to let the little things bother her and focuses on what is more important…
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? My intuition was very sharp this week..
anytime i thought of someone they would call/text me within a few minutes… although i speak to most of these people regularly, it was the timing.. they would pop into my thoughts and the phone would ring minutes later…wasnt thinking about someone and a few days later or weeks they call… it was seconds/minutes.. -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
W; Yes I did.I meditate between 40-60 min every morning. Some days it’s a guided meditation, sometimes it my own brain & heart coherence , sending love to all beings and to Mother Gaia, holding her in my ❤️.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). W: Oh I think I made a missed and posted what I got from Georgia here. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
W; Georgia. I felt her as a happy doggie, she loved her beautiful fur and seemed very playful. I hear answers so fast in my head, thinking 🤔 it’s my brain making it up. I heard that I should practice and trust myself more and she likes to talk to two legged. She told me to listen with my doggie ears, that was very sweet and cute . I stopped and thanked her , still not convinced about where that voice came from. I trust more what I feel about her. She also got down in a “ shall we play” position and I feel she’s fast in many was. She’s also positive and alert.

W; I got a strong insight to practice gratitude and to listen deeper so now I do this all day long and it’s blowing me thru the roof of happiness and all kind of good feelings 🙏🏻💓🌈🥳
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
W;Not sure how to handle the flow of words I hear, if feels too easy and I have a hard time believing it. On the other side I don’t want to disrespect anyone either if it’s just my EGO playing games with me .What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
W; I discovered that when I practice gratitude for everything in my now, I can hold awareness in many different places at the same time, while being in the now, very cool. Like when I’ve done Ayoashka ceremonies. It didn’t happen while I was communicating with animals but the spiritual journey isn’t separated from my practice of listening deeper to increase my awareness.

W; sorry I’m confused 🤷♀️ now. I think I missed that there’s two places to communicate with animals, make sense now, sorry. It’s a little tricky with the phone but I’ll get there .

W; if I’m correct here one of them where the standing up leaning into or backwards. Yes I tried that and the answer comes way before the body shows me. I e done kinesiology before with finger testing but this feels more clear. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, at least about 30 minutes a day -sometimes more -to Val’s meditations or what she says or part of what she says without the guided meditation sometimes in addition to at least once a day for at least 30 minutes. I have also done one of hers that’s about 20 minutes at least once this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye about whatever we talked about. Also one of my morning dove friends about if I move and them following me or still being able to connect through energy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

I will during the call. I would rather be still right now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Yes, the cards game. I don’t remember the numbers. There were times when I guessed wrong but what I guessed came next. Perhaps that was my intuition telling me what I was guessing was next. One time I saw red and guessed the card color as red and it was red! -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 90 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and “Relieving anxiety, feeling grounded” by Bethany Auriel Hagan”.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with dog Mugsy, the Featured Animal Teacher for March. We talked about how Mugsy felt following the transition of one of his friends. I learnt that how animals view death is very different to how most humans do.
This week I celebrate that I feel that I had a good connection and communication with dog Mugsy.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I realized that as long as I remain in my heart I will stay connected with the animal (once the initial connection has been made).
This week I did not communicate with the new Featured Animal Teacher of the Month (FAT) as I communicated with the FAT for last month again.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily meditation practice but it was a little disjointed this week. Some days for short periods I was able to be in the middle of the stillness but not for long durations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Bombay, kitty, recheck to see how a healing helped her liver issues. Tests returned with good numbers but I felt something was off so worked on strengthening and clearing her chakras.
2. Bella and Aster, kitties: Aster is coming to live with Bella and her humans so I had a conference introducing them to each other.
3.Lady, black Labrador dog. Did a healing session and encouraged her human to bring her to a chiropractor for neck issues.
4. Luchien, Doberman pup. Bodywork for anxiety. It helped a little.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I feel confident in my connections and can feel when the animals and I have “clicked.”
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Discovered how important intentions are and how they make a real difference.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
On the list for tomorrow afternoon.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I practiced Qigong which helps me connect to my intuition. -

1. Meditate!
I listened to the usual sort of meditation tracks. It’s usually about 1 hour a day. I find it hard to meditate on my own. This week I am having trouble staying awake when listening to tracks. Something to do with the body upgrading.
2. Practice!
Milo the bull
I asked how he was feeling (ongoing issue with a troublesome shoulder) He got up slowly and awkwardly and I saw him limping badly as he approached me.
Me: Oh my goodness you have had a set back. Is it really sore like that all the time or is it mostly when you just get up?
Milo: groan… it’s mostly when I get up, just stiff and sore. You know. It’s not too bad really.
Me: well I have some more MSM medicine in your bucket so that should help.
Milo:Great – scoffs done all the feed.
Milo swinging his head when I bend down to get the bucket. I pull back and say: I really find it intimidating when you do that with your head. I know it is bull behaviour but it is disrespectful when I am here trying to help you.
Milo swung his head right away to the side to allow my to pick the bucket up and only brought it back very slowly once I had moved out of the way. I thanked him for his understanding. For me it confirmed what I had already know that despite being a 1 ton bull Milo is just a sweety at heart. It teaches me not to make assumptions on appearances.
3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate that I have found some time to practice (though not nearly enough) and to lodge another accountability post. I really want to do this every week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Often I feel it quite physically draining when I try to communicate through photos of animals. I don’t seem to have this issue when I am present with the animal. Is there something I can do about this?
5. Featured Animal Teacher!
I spoke with Georgia briefly again. (posted on the FAT page) I asked Georgia if she lived with other animals I got an image of a cat which I realised in wrong when reading feedback. I went back and asked Georgia further about the cat. I feel that I could easily have just made up her answers about “we don’t all live in the same house” but I really don’t feel that I made up the tone and attitude that went with it – like ‘you silly human’ and open laughter. So who knows!!!
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
No. I really need to go over these games again and incorporate them into my day. I did try to intuit where the cattle were located when we went to check on them in the huge rear paddock. I got this absolutely correct! Yay!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-30 mins before bed, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music to relax my mind. Always open to anything else that might pop in, but nothing ever does.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still focusing on my dog, Ginger, and her food toxicity issue. Also, I think I’m beginning to at least try to stop being so concerned about my cat, Scooter, while he’s outside. I realize there is a wildcat inside him (maybe a big cat in a previous life?), and nothing will ever change that. He’s happiest when he’s outside, and I just have to let it be his decision whether he comes in while I’m gone or not.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Learning to let my wild cat be what he wants to be.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Always try to be open to any intuitive thoughts coming my way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
School Easter holidays – noisy neighbours and their children prevent quiet times. Similar in local park .Manage about an hour in total of mindfulness2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week trying to communicate and locate ‘Sweetie’ a missing cat’
Practiced to ascertain the personality of a cat called ‘Margaret’ Very ladylike, calm, charming. Older and very wise3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate taking this class and teaching me so much already, although baby steps at moment Still wondering if voices I hear are animals speaking or is my mind making it up/responding. Should trust and believe in myself more. Grateful animals want to give their time and talk to me4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovered must be more prepared with questions. Have list of questions to ask as often flounder going deeper. Still unsure if it’s the animal voices that ‘pops’ into my mind5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Communicate very briefly with adorable Georgia. A lovely sweet natured dog. As saying goes – bright eyed bushy tail. Will try and communicate during ‘chat’ session6..This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Played. How Do You Receive Information From Animals: I tend to see images and hear voices therefore a combination of Clairvoyant (images) and the stronger Clairaudient (hear). Have on occasion been Clairsentient or Claircognizant
Will practice the other elements and senses within the whole framework of HOW I receive Information from animals
Sensed a fiend has a work problem. Received e-mail from him confirming there is workplace situation that involves him. Will hear the more at later date -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – but not as much as I would like. I’m staying with my mum while some work is being done to mend the ceiling where I live so it’s not so easy to get the regular time. I have also done rainbow meditations several times during the night when I’ve struggled to sleep.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to communicate with animals around and about. I think I’m giving out too much energy rather than listening.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. I’m struggling to find my heart – or understand when I have. I’ve been practising spending time in my heart and taking the time to feel what my body feels like as well as my emotions. It’s difficult because everyone and everything around me is about doing, getting things done, making judgements according to what you have or haven’t done. I get sucked in to this, get miserable and anxious, and then come back to a more feeling place.
I think I’m beginning to understand that I need to commit to being me rather than trying to fit into other ‘formats’ – they don’t work anyway!
5. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I listened to Val’s interview with Penelope Smith – I think so far the thing that has helped me the most is the preparing to take in energy rather than broadcast my energy- I think that’s where I’ve been going wrong in communicating with animals round and about – birds etc.
6. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I checked in with Georgia briefly – I have posted. I don’t want to read anything yet so that I can do the Q&A FAT session with an open mind. 😊
7. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I haven’t. ☹ I have been listening more to the plants in my house though. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Once again, not nearly as much as I need to. I have had trouble sleeping at night and staying awake during the day. For example, last night I decided to meditate before going to bed and fell asleep in my chair. Fortunately I was able to get to bed without waking up too much to continue sleeping. I had group meditations in online church service and during a teleconference call with Susann Taylor Shier.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with both Missy and Roxy, my two cats in body. I know them so well and we communicate on other levels all the time, but I was not able to get any conversation with them. Last night I once again connected with my cat Princess who is in spirit. She is the only one of my cats I’ve ever been successful communicating with. All I have to do is think of her and I hear “Yes Mom.” I often connect with her as I am going to sleep. We have had other lifetimes together. Years ago when I asked if I had a lifetime in ancient Egypt I was shown a little video clip. Princess was there with me and I asked her if she was with me in that lifetime. She said “Yes but i don’t want to talk about it.” Last night I asked her if there was anything from that lifetime that would be useful for me to know now, and she said there was not.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The ease with which Princess and I can communicate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Is there any way I can communicate with Missy and Roxy?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not met the current FAT yet. I will do so during the call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I just don’t like games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Just trying to stay present as much as possible. Whenever I try to meditate, I am drifting off to sleep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Talked once again to my cat Lady. She had been using my couch instead of a litter box since more than a year. So far nothing had helped. Even after she had promised to Val that she was going to use the box, she continued using the couch with the simple explanation that she changed her mind. She had stopped using the box after her friend had used one of the litter boxes as her hiding place to die. Therefore, I had bought her a brand-new box that was different from the one she had (bigger and looking and smelling completely different). She never used it. I bought her a second one, a different style again and tried to put in one of the pee mats I had on the couch. She rejected this as well. When I now talked to her, she said that both styles were not what she wanted. She wanted a very big, open box all to herself. Thus, I bought the 3rd box for her and gave the other 2 boxes to other cats. After I had set up the new box, she did not even look at it. I talked to her again and again for the next 2 days and also moved some of her poop from the couch into the new box. Finally, Tuesday evening, I found that she had used her new box and the pads on the couch were clean and dry.3. Lady’s transformation is reason enough to celebrate for the rest of the year.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I tried but was not able to connect. Either I picked an unsuitable time, or I am simply too tired to focus. Will try again tomorrow during our call.6. No.

1- Meditate: I meditate every day, I did a meditation in the forest which is always so great and did an healing for my mother. Listening to Abraham Hicks every day before bed.
2- Practice: Only connected with James, the horse I was working with, opening my heart to him, trying to relax him. See below.
3- Celebrate: I have a friend help me with creating a facebook page for my animal communication business. Yay! Starting the process was great and also excruciating while going through the learning curb.
4- Questions/discoveries: I did very well with working with a new horse, James, who was just brought in for the day at therapeutic riding, it was a difficult situation for me and the horse but I am proud that I was able to remain calm and without fear of his lack of manner and his own uncertainty. I was able to work with him with my instructor, he was a great teacher.
5- FAT: yes, will post
6- Games: no games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but not very much. I’m totally frustrated with that process. I have a hard time staying focused and getting a clear head. Had quite a few fails. I think my weak connections with animals is a result of this even though I use an imagination tool with it. I think the successes I have had are because I do use the tool.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Jenni, she is the pet of Bonnie Kreitler. We talked about her life before Bonnie and after her adoption by Bonnie. What a sweet girl. I posted it even though I really thought I was writing an outline for a novel. She hasn’t had time to respond to me yet and I am holding my breath. I don’t want to portray my self as something I’m not or offend anyone. This has become so hard.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
From the feedback I have received I feel I am getting the communication from the animals but at the time it feels like I’m making it up. I still submit it and am shocked at how much of it is correct.
I think I would do better if I had someone to talk me through some of this stuff. A mentor.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What do I have to do to feel a strong connection when I can’t seem to get past the fundamentals of clearing the brain and connecting with the heart? When I first started, a few weeks ago, it worked better.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I will soon.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, at least an hour a day. Masterclass chakra healing part 3 energy cleaning, and lumen a light flashing type
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Sassy who is Bowie’s sister about how she felt if Bowie and Teddy shuffling. I learned how vastly different animals can be and why. Her mission in life keeps her from caring to engage in the fighting.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I felt very little confidence in what I got from Sassy but turns out I was spot on. This helped me with my confidence.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Animals can be profoundly complex and thoughtful, more than people realize. In talking with Sassy, she was so clear with herself or made taking to her almost thoughtless on my part that I thought I was not actually getting anything from her. But turns out, her knowing herself made it easier.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet but will. I have been doing a lot else wise.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I worked with my guides in a serious attempt.
