ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did. They were ones with Val and the Club one. I also did by myself with just centering and being in my heart.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them my gratitude for them. I asked if they needed Veterinary attention for anything. I asked them something involving business I believe. I invited Hawkeye to come hangout with me in the bedroom. Maybe other things.
Also a client cat.
Also a new human client regarding two puppies he was trying to decide to buy.
Another client animal-dog.
Magne -interesting conversation -I posted for his mommy to read it.
I told my concerns to one of my mourning dove friends.
Possibly other animals -not sure off the top of my head.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Being truly centered with Love and Light!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and posted for Eva Julia to read it. Quite an interesting conversation !6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers.

Platinum Member1. Meditate!
I meditated evenings and mornings but not consistently. Some days only mornings and some only evenings.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I can’t exactly say I have communicated with Magne, as I only had a vision from him, on Saturday on the live call.
I also had a nice experience with one of the free cats that live on my street. I know this boy since 2 years. He would never let any human touch him. He knows who and also what time the food is being served, and if there is a delay he will patiently wait around. He is white with tortoise shell grey. And he has also grey on half of his face until under his left eye. He looks like a person having bangs on half face, hiding one eye, and my husband used to call him Haircut. I never liked this name…
I was providing healing/comforting treatment one day to one of the cats, as it seemed restless, and he approached us and decided to join the healing party. Soon there were 4 cats gathered around me, as if I was in a circle… When I had to leave, I thanked them all for staying with me, and for accepting to get healed, and I thanked them for being healthy, and I turned to this guy, and his eyes were semi closed, in awareness, and I said I will come back if they want and like the feeling, ‘cause it’s nice. Isn’t it Mr. Ming? He than looked me straight in the eyes, and blinked slowly. I blinked slowly back to him. And as I was leaving, he watched me so intensely that I have felt his gaze on my heart… I think he knows something more on this life and Universe that we live in, but unfortunately I can’t hear him yet…3. Celebrate!
I am celebrating that I am alive in this human form, and in this period of time when I have the chance to discover so many extraordinary people and such an extraordinary joy to be able to learn how to communicate with animals.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How to get rid of guilt?
I often feel guilty for falling asleep and not finishing my meditation, I feel guilty for not being able to communicate with animals in more advanced forms. I know they receive and understand the messages from me, but I am not able to “hear” them yet.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I connected with Magne during the call, and he has sent me an extraordinary vision which I have already posted.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Unfortunately time passes so fast that I had no time for any game this week… -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I returned to my Soul Malas Healing Meditation music this week, 10-30 minutes at night before going to sleep. I don’t know why, but it is so much more refreshing and relaxing than the others I was listening to for the past 3 weeks.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family, focusing on my dog, Ginger, yesterday and today. I was on the phone when I got home from work yesterday and didn’t hook her up when I let her outside. She took off for who knows where and I ended up going to the neighbor’s to get her. She knew she was in trouble because she had pooped in the house again, and I had warned her that the next time she would be spending her time in her crate when I leave the house. Today she did exactly that.
Also the wren parents that had a nest in one of my plants on my deck. We had a storm overnight with more wind than I realized, and the next morning I found the pot that their nest was in had crashed down onto the deck. The newly hatched babies (and one that hadn’t even hatched yet) didn’t make it. I told them how very sorry I was that happened to their family.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
I tried, but got nothing in response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. Always trying to leave space for those thoughts to come to me.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
About 30 mins in total of mixture a watching and completing couple of Brad Yates tapping videos n checking out other video on meditation
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Ferret, no name, while on a tour visiting a city farm. The handler, I felt was being rough with the animal. Her hands were constantly brushing over his face an twisting his body to show his flexibility. I connected, asking him. Asked how he felt being handled in such away. Said he didn’t like her hand rubbing over his face. Handle gave him to me whereby he snuggled into my arms and body and gave me several kisses nose to nose. The handler still touching him, kept saying he will bite and wanting to pull him away which I ensured she did not. I did not sense the ferret would hurt me in fact the opposite. I sensed he felt was heard and comfortable with me holding him safely
I believe and sensed the ferret snaps, attempted to bite the hander due to her behaviour. The ferret was very mild, very sweet with a beautiful face. I attempted to make some comment to the handler but being in a crowd was difficult. Had noticed her attitude when I questioned ever things e.g a ramp to the ducks pool had slipped after seeing them having problem getting out to the pool.
I appreciate the farm has works in the pipeline. I will go back to the farm and have another look around and take it from there. The farm and community garden overall looks and seems fine and works in process once funding is released. Am concerned for a few of the animals
Learn to trust my instincts3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week
Celebrate how quickly I connected to the ferret and how responsive he was towards me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Now this will not get answered but should I me stand and voiced my opinions. What if I was wrong and all ok. Was I overacting or being too protective
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not Yet
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As usual played own intuition games when out and about. Some get right, some get wrong but it’s learning to use this skill…. Also competed, attempted to guess winners of various categories of a TV awards show that will be held in few months time

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. Not working this week. Loving meditating! The more I do the more I want to do. 😊
2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Magne – see below.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate getting some things right that I just couldn’t have predicted – it helps with confidence.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Choosing the feeling of energy moving down – it always makes me happier. I don’t know how else to describe it. When all my energy is stuck in my head it’s a warning sign – it isn’t where I want to be! And more and more I feel confident about choosing where I want to be! And that is a very good feeling.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – the first time I did questions to help me verify I was connected and was delighted to get some things right. The second time I wanted to ask about the things I got wrong and deepen. That was good practice and helped a lot – next time, I want to ask about the things I wasn’t so sure about. Magne gave me such good advice – such wisdom and knowledge.Thank you to him and Eva Julia.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to pick things up as a I move around in my daily life, but I can’t do it without concentrating hard and really shifting my energy downwards. As Val says: practice. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I taught a Reiki workshop last weekend. Lots of Reiki in the workshop.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess in spirit. She is the only one of my cats I’ve every had really clear conversation with. I often call on her as I am going to sleep and ask her to help me sleep. Don’t know what she does, but it does help.
My cats Missy and Roxy. I continue to talk to them about the move. They will go to stay with a friend. They have stayed with her many times before and will be fine. Then I’ll camp out in a friend’s extra bedroom until my wonderful new apartment is ready. Then we’ll all three be together again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. My cats are very calm despite the fact that I have a pile of empty boxes in the floor and am starting to pack.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing to report here
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No. I started to but just could not focus. Too many balls in the air right now.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes every day 25-90 minutes. I did twice/day on 2 occasions.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Spent a lot of time with Roo this week when he looked like he didn’t feel well. Did some chakra balancing and discovered his root and sacral chakras were both blocked. Finally got the energy moving better with crystal energy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Coming to accept I am just not going to be Clairaudient girl, but I feel my Clairvoyance is starting to develop. Images are fleeting and hard to interpret. But coming more frequently.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Will ask Val about my images and how to interpret.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did connect with Magne 2 more times and felt his overwhelming healing energy. Still no words
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am just really focusing on allowing my imagination to take over, when I am not getting anything from an animal. I may be blocking myself from receiving by blocking my imagination.

Gold Member1. Not much, though I had my first 15-minute reward call with Val yesterday (THANK GOODNESS) so now I have renewed enthusiasm.
2. I connected with Soldier, a horse I first connected with in person last December. I am not able to “talk” yet. Also a foster cat at the pet store yesterday.
3. Encouragement from Val!!!!4. Need to find exercises for Clairsentience.
5. Talking with Val we agreed that I connect best with animals who are physically close to me, and there’s nothing to gain at this point from trying to connect with animals remotely.
6. Continued practicing intuition on my apps, now switching gears to some specifically for clairsentience.
