One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Two nights this week I sat in “presence”, and focused on my breathing for about 20 minutes each time. The rest of the week was Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just my fur-family. Not many others around right now.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The feelings that I had about Pascal prior to and on the call last Saturday were correct! YAY!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Haven’t tried since the Saturday call. No time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. I am feeling the nudge to unhook from the things that are hooking me into world events right now in order to create my preferred reality. Easier said than done, but I am working on it. I don’t like nasty surprises, that’s why I feel the need to keep up with what’s going on, but what we focus on expands, and I don’t want that expanding due to my focus.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day 1/2-1 hour but today I meditated outside in an energetically special place. From the meditation I began to connect with Pascal and then I heard my husband say: “Look!” I opened my eyes and there about 20 feet away stood a deer watching us meditate! She stomped her foot several times as if to say this is my world, what are YOU doing here? So special. I went to get my camera but she ran away before I could take the picture. She made a sound like chhhhhh but very loud!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Seña, rescue dog from Haiti who doesn’t like to get in car with her mom, but is fine when her dad takes her places. Turns out mom takes her to the vet which she hates and she never knows where they are going on these car trips.
It actually went deeper than just having mom tell her where they are going. We went back in time to when she was born on the streets of Haiti and felt her fears and realized they were the same fears she felt when she goes to the vet. We looked further and saw that angels had surrounded the puppies with a beautiful safe bubble and they are still surrounding her even on trips to the vet.
I learned to go deeper to really finding the root of the fear.
2. Winter, dog. His human’s wanted a check in with Winter. I didn’t know what the session would be about but was pulled to check his physical and energetic bodies. Chakras way out of wack. Balanced chakras and also took him to God’s healing vault for help from the angel squadron.
I asked for a message from him to his humans and he said that it didn’t really matter what was going on in his body although he did feel better but it’s love that truly matters in this world. “We are only here in this physical world for a very short time so evolving into beings that resonate love is truly the best use of our time. If we get stuck it’s ok too. We get confused and lost but ultimately we all are guided to the light and I am one of the angels in my humans’ lives that helps them stay on the royal road. There is not a leaf that falls that doesn’t have a purpose. I am not just a random dog that came to live with them. (I am also guiding you.) Ha ha! Smiling is a connection to the heart. See my smile? It’s funny isn’t it?” So wonderful!
3. Rika, dog was still biting herself. I had just received a email ad about products for dogs that itch! Guess what the session was about? Allergies to cleaning products!
“ real thing going on here is that smelly stuff….I think he washes his clothes with it. He thinks they are clean but if he would just lick them like we do, they would be cleaner I am sure. You humans have funny habits. You are always collecting stuff and you wear stuff and you make it stinky. Give me something to roll in and I’ll be happy. Guess what? My head feels calmer. Now if that smelly stuff could go, I’ll feel better. There are other things that are too smelly for me here as well. Maybe he could get rid of some of them.”
4. Harlan/Chica:cats. Harlan is still chasing Chica in the night and he told me he was like two different souls. The nice cuddly one and the aggressive one in search of prey. I gave him to the angels in the healing vault so they could take him to the room with golden light where I am not allowed to go. Light pierces and removes the dark icky energies….We shall see if that helps him.
5. Boomer, Fiona, Magnus: dogs. Magnus the youngest one is attacking the others. Had a conference and Magnus needed to heal something and he told me this at the end of the session: Magnus: “I really need more exercise and fun. Can my humans play with me? Boomer and Fiona get tired and just want me to be nice. I just have a lot of energy that does come out in ways that I know are irritable.”
6. Shanti, English golden retriever puppy. Welcomed him to his new home and the cat family that was living in harmony before he arrived. It’s not going very well as the cats are quite upset.
7. Chance: dog. Pain in hips. A Meridian chart on what point to press popped in so I sent that.A Conversation:
Barb: Hello Chance, I’m Barb and I have been asked by your human to connect with you so she knows how to help with the pain in your hips and also to better understand you. I have given her some things to do to help you.
Chance: Thank You Barb. I feel the healing that happened tonight. I feel loved.
Barb: I am glad Chance. I feel your love and I appreciate how you bring that love energy to your pack.
Chance: It is more difficult when the body has the pains, but I am so glad to live in harmony with the wonderful humans. It is a true blessing to love and be loved and it is something to treasure. I know I do. I appreciate goodness and this family has brought that into my life.
8, 9, 10: Said goodbye to Meow. Meow, kitty. Tried to understand Pumba, cat. Helped Bolt’s mom figure out how to know when he was ready to leave the physical world.
11. Teddy, horse is making baby steps progress and his human has become a believer in the woo woo stuff called animal Communication!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Seeing Teddy’s (#11 above)progress has been really heart warming and especially wonderful his human knows that Communication with him through me has really helped!!! Yay!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I asked them in Platinum Q and A.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes! He showed me how he has known Claudia before and that he had rescued her in a previous life and now it’s her turn.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Constantly playing intuition games but not the ones listed this week.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Most days I did, I did an interesting thing in one of my open my heart meditations. I did my own version ( after taking cards from two different Oracle card decks and getting “ the same message” talk to my inner child) of connection to my inner child, asking her what she needed from me. All of a sudden it was so much easier to now stand up for both of us! After that she gave me a key to my heart. The door had three locks, same key and I opened it slowly and decided to be brave and I latched it opened in three places to make sure the door stayed open no matter what. I know now I don’t have to protect it, I’m strong enough to handle anything, because I’m a light being .
After that it’s been pretty cool. I go there many times a day to me heart and find the door wide open, it’s like starting the action on a different more loving level, pretty awesome 🙏🏻💖2. Practice! I spoke to Pascal again and posted it under his name yesterday. Couldn’t come in on the accountability game , and I connected with on other furry friend. Posted that too and now my brain is to exhausted to remember who it was. But again it was happening the same way. Still curious what’s going on? I don’t even get a second to ask a question before they start to tell me incredible wise messages, I’m blown away. I’ve had such a magical day. Traveled to Stockholm in Wisconsin, met the only Swedish woman still alive there (84 y old) and she lived at the same Islam as I did!!! So many cool things happen today so I’m not going to feel miserable for not remembering the talks yesterday 😍.

I want to celebrate that I feel softer , more loving and empathetic because I’ve been able to keep my heart open and it feels really good.
I’m a very sensitive soul but growing up under harsh circumstances made me numb, it feels really good that all personal work I’ve been doing finally helps me open up more and date to feel more and deeper, I’m lovin it!🙏🏻💖4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still not sure what’s really going on when I get this immediate responses and they are always very “ wise and spiritual “.
It doesn’t matter if it animals, trees or water but I love all the messages, they are very profound. So I guess some day I will get an answer if this is some kind of higher self messages or are they really from connecting with other species ?!5. Featured Animal Teacher! I follow my guidance whatever it might be. If I’m walking or driving all of a sudden I’m guided to do something unplanned and it always leads me to something I call magical.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did and I’ve really enjoyed it. It seems thought that as soon as I stop the formal “mediations” I haven’t really been able to connect with my heart enough to communicate with other species. I have felt light hearted though.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My practice this week has not been very good. I’ve resisted sitting down to connect on my own. I need to overcome this fear and I’m going to set myself up with a more formal timetable next week to see if this helps. I have tried to connect with wild animals – not successfully I think. I tried a mouse, a woodlouse, some ducks. I may have communicated something to the ducks – I was trying to say: you’re welcome here and are safe and are loved. Some of them did stop and look at me. The mouse ran away under the floorboards. He was a young field mouse who had found his way into a pub accidentally and I didn’t want him killed. I was glad he got away before he was seen.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I love meditating – that I am gradually becoming more secure in choosing quiet times, times with Elsa, without feeling that I need to make effort to be more sociable. I’m definitely growing and starting to realign my choices. Work and money are still conundrums – but I’m getting there!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question is: how can I develop the confidence to connect on my own.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Pascal during the Q&A. He is adorable. I don’t think I got a great connection but I definitely am going back. His confidence in a heart based life is so great, his courage in overcoming his suffering is such an example.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Aaarggghhh – another weak spot. No. Want to make this part of my more formal practice timetable. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I participated in Patricia Cota-Robles virtual 35th Annual World Congress on Illumination, approx. 2 hours per day for six days with tons of meditations each day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess as always. I have also tried to communicate with Roxy and although we communicate very well, he is a man of few words so nothing to report on what we talked about.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I continue to communicate very well with Princess and am persistent in working on communication with Roxy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions or discoveries this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had planned to connect with him on the call but totally spaced out and missed that part of the call. I will communicate with Pascal later.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I don’t plan games. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing Eckhart Tolle’s present moment meditation this week. I have been incorporating it into small moments so I have no idea how much total time I have done it.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I always find this hard to answer as I talk to so many animals each day but usually just in my normal verbal manner. This week though I would like to report a somewhat different type of communication. It is calving season here on our farm. One cow was looking like she would calve within a few days. I woke in the early hours of the morning to the sound of rain on the roof. I instantly got a shiver down my spine and thought “Oh no! the new calf is getting wet”! When I got up I noticed 4 cows lined up outside the house yard looking with intent at the house. They stayed there for ages. Eventually I went out and asked what they wanted to tell me. I felt sure it was that Laura had had her calf. I went looking for her. I had pretty much walked past her without noticing her in the trees and she called out to me to tell me where she was. Her new calf was still shakily getting to its feet healthy and lively. I felt quite honoured that she trusted me enough to tell me where she was.3. Congratulations to you, the new calf and mother, and your team of helpful cos focused on getting the message to you!
Our intuition is amazing including when we are physically asleep if we’ve done our work to be ‘awake to the messages. I recently got a message from a friend’s cat that he was ready to transition which helped ease it for both the cat and my friend.Moderator

Yes. I talked to the cat of my parents. His name is Kreisky. He is very sick with some bowel disease and in big pain. As I received it, he told me, that he is ready to go and begged me to pass this message on. Unfortunately my parents are not receptive for anything in this direction and just ignored it. I apologise with him and I feel very sorry.
Not much this week. I’m off at the moment and concentrate on relaxing and not doing much.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No question5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

This week not, but I did a few times already the last weeks. Pascal is a very extraordinary, beautiful being and I love his gentle expression of high vibrational love.6. Intuition Development Games!
