One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily practice of meditating on light and sound for at least 1/2 hour every morning and now have decided to add half hour before dinner instead of when I am sleepy before bed.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Summer, dog. We discussed his role and purpose in the family, why his wound isn’t healing (past life trauma) and his philosophy of life.
2. Lovely, cat. In person love fest as she is preparing to leave her body.
3. Buddy, dog. What is meaningful in his life as he grows older.
4. Squeak, kitty. Does she want a new cat soul to join the family. She was open to the idea.
5. Lexi, dog. Helped with PTSD after being rescued from a dog farm. Did the REM exercise as well as brought him to the angels in God’s Healing Vault.
6. Misterio, cat in spirit. Shared her messages and how she is doing with her human.
7. Budder, kitty. Talked about end of life. Allowed him to share his thoughts. Finally got to the point after 40 minutes of free flow that he was ruling the energy of the household and that wasn’t healthy for anyone.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have scheduled many more live telephone sessions using free flow format this week.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that free flow conversations work best when I stay in my heart and remind the humans to stay there as well.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I dreamed that I did(lol). Did not write it down.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Continued to practice real life intuition.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Two nights spent some time just being present and focused on my breathing. The other nights, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to bed.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Everyday conversation (still one-way) with my fur-family.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve been noticing that my mare, Willow’s mane has been getting very thin. It used to be full and thick, like her tail still is. Obviously something missing in her diet, but I didn’t know where to start. The Universe heard us, because the store I buy their feed at has started carrying supplement blocks. I bought one and put it in the barn. It took her one day to demolish it!! They’re the same size as the large salt blocks. So I’m stocking up on supplement blocks, giving her a few days in between. The second one she also demolished in one day. I don’t think my other horse gets any of it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered Pascal a greeting on my way to post this tonite. While I was looking at his picture, memories of another dog came flooding into my mind that used to live at the horse ranch I used to work at. Pascal reminds me of this other dog. I wonder if they are the same spirit. I asked him and heard “yes”. Not sure of this at all.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. Just remaining open to daily intuition, should it decide to come.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I didn’t meditate every day. I woke up at 3 or 4 and fell asleep around 6, 6.30 and didn’t wake up until 9. I didn’t feel I had time and daytime we were out and about , my husband was showing me around his favorite places where he grew up and beautiful nature.
When I did I used heart and brain coherence meditation .2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I asked Apollo about the difference being in a body and in spirit. The answer was that it was hard at first and that being in a body was great because than being pet felt really good.

Well it was an interesting week for my family. I had my Soot since she was 1.5 years old and the day she crossed over she was 15 years and 2 months. I really encouraged her to go and not think of anything she needed her body for anymore. I’m happy for her and celebrated that she was back with her old pack and many , many friends. 🙏🏻💖🌈 It’s is a bit empty though and Vanilla is a bit under the weather.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that when I took her to the vet her soul must have left just shortly before because I didn’t feel her at all anymore. It was like she disappeared totally when I carried her to the truck. She lauded outside in the grass outside the clinic and it was like just a worn out body and I was happy that she finally decided to leave.

Yes, I asked Pascal about crossing over the rainbow bridge and he told me briefly about his experience of it.

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Appx 30 mins and watched/performed several Brad Yates tapping videos
2. What is the name of the l with whom you communicated this week? What did you about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Bat Colony. A client had just moved into a house ( although the type of house or area they wanted to live). The family wanted to know what the bats felt about the family moving in and building an extension.
Discussed the issues with the bat who had made himself known to the family a few days earlier by collapsing on back door mat
The bat believed the new owners were the right people to live there and will look after and protect the colony but wanted to be informed .about all the processes and if planned extension would affect the entrance/exit. Also they didn’t want much noise as it could affect homing instincts
Learnt – With an open heart can communicate with any animal3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate am getting better at communicating and understanding the animals and trusting what I receive on my journey in learning to be an animal communicator. Plus learning so much from the animals
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Not at moment Nothing new

1Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting every day. Not so long on some days but I am enjoying it. It’s when I can’t get out of my head that I don’t enjoy it. I also did Val’s love meditation from the beginning course.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Pascal, the fat. See below. I tried to connect with a lost kitty – I felt so sad. I thought it might be better to wait till I’m a bit more expert. I didn’t want to not help, or make things worse for her people or risk making a mistake.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I realised that I don’t practice enough because of lack of self belief. I had a moment or realisation – not sure how else to put it – I can start to build my life how I want it. What matters is building and trying. So I’ve decided to aim to practice every day.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Rediscovered Val’s heart meditation from the beginning course. Love is the answer. I’m choosing to go with that!
5..Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve struggled to connect with Pascal but I think I was too head centred, interrogatory. Then I focused more on heart and flow. It was definitely better. I’m getting some stuff right but not all. So I’ll check the feedback from the latest (I’ve only just posted it) which felt more heart connected and compare.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to check in with trees etc. I feel something, then I draw back because I feel a little overwhelmed. I think it is what Pascal said; just relax. Stop thinking your life has to be a certain way. 😊-

Rosemary, practicing takes, well, practice. Let the animals and if people are involved the people as well know that you intention is for good and that you are learning by practicing and offer your suggestions. How they then choose to react to the feedback from you is their choice. Sometimes even those who have lots of experienced are not perfect, may not have gotten all the information and the animals and people may choose to disregard wonderful info. We are here to help and doing the best we can with best of intentions. You’ve got this.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I only listened to about 3 tracks this week. I have been having a health crisis myself and struggling with taking my mum to doctors and various tests so I have had a different focus this week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Dog – Gryf. I explained to Gryf that the reason why he had not been allowed out of the car the last few times we had been out to the back paddock was because he keeps running off into the bush and that this is not OK. I told him that going through a fence often means he is going somewhere he is not allowed to be, on someone else’s property, and that the neighbour is often shooting and that he may get shot and die. I was very graffic with my visualisation of what could happen. I told Gryf I would let him out for a run if he promised to stay where I could see him and not go through any fences. I got the sense that Gryf agreed somewhat reluctantly. I let him off the lead and he took off running but he stayed where I could see him instead of running into the bush and when he got close to the neighbours fence I simply yelled out “no” and he turned away from the fence.
As usual I didn’t get much tangible in return but I felt quite sure that Gryf had understood my request and was actively complying. He got a lot of praise for that.
I learnt that I need to practice a whole heap more in structured circumstances so that eventually I may be able to talk to an animal when I want or need to. I get very frustrated with this feeling that I should just be able to ask a question when I want to.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My ability to get a message across to animals continues to improve, though I am having trouble being patient for the return messages.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Don’t think I have any specific questions this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week. Just too much going on.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. As above. -

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yes. I talked to the cat of my parents. His name is Kreisky. He is very sick with some bowel disease and in big pain. As I received it, he told me, that he is ready to go and begged me to pass this message on. Unfortunately my parents are not receptive for anything in this direction and just ignored it. I apologise with him and I feel very sorry.
