One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, every day for about 30-35 minutes or so except today was shorter-about 20 minutes maybe. They were Val’s.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, morning doves, three dogs (one in Spirit), and Pascal. I apologized to Serenity yesterday for spending so much time in my head with business stuff. The dog in Spirit had a message for the person. The two dogs in their physical bodies told me things about what they experience in their bodies being older and had messages for their humans. The morning dove said she was waiting for her Lover. Her Lover came shortly after! They said they were going to go to the garage. I went to the garage and they were there!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Getting closer to learning to be in my heart and let everything not important go and that most things are things to let go and that when I am in my heart ALL answers will come Divinely.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he gave an important message about being in the heart and letting things go that don’t deserve my energy. I posted the communication with Pascal for Klaudia to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, but man oh man, there has been so much regarding messages through time and also in a receipt today!

4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions right now..
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. Mostly I’ve been in the wilderness without cell service so I do different versions about 35-45 min long.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Gracie the horse. More and more often it happens that they start to communicate with me first, telling me very interesting stuff. And I’m not sure where this info would come from if it’s not from the animals. It’s not really just words, it’s a mix of understanding, pictures, knowing and words. She immediately started to speak about balance, it was very interesting. I learned a lot 🙏🏻❤️
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have learned so much this last week from listening to trees and water and insects. No questions asked, info is just coming in a mix of words pictures and knowledge. Very cool.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I would like to understand why and how this happens. It still seems to be less successful if I start to ask questions. If I just connect all this info comes , almost like channeling. I would like to know what’s going on and how I can do things differently to get answers to my questions. I love what I experience don’t get me wrong I just like to do both and understand.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Yes not much success there. I felt things but didn’t really get any answers.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been spending a lot of time in a very magical Forrest. I’m not sure what happened but I opened up my heart and the Forrest started to show me kids running around giggling ( the trails was build by a school and there was a roof over an outdoor classroom ( so cool). I just learned how trees can laugh and so many other cool things, and I also got very profound messages from the water in the little beaver built pond. I’m not sure if this is a good answer but I feel I opened up my intuition more to be able to pic up on subtle messages . I love it 🥰

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue with my daily meditation on light and sound. Concentrating more on listening this week. 30-60 minutes daily.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Teddy. Horse about balking. He said they are pushing him too fast as he is emerging slowly from dream time. He is not sure he wants to emerge but is curious about being a working horse again.
2. Pumba, cat in spirit. Owner wanted to know how he died. (I saw him being killed by a neighbor’s dog.) He didn’t want his former human to know this and said it was supposed to happen the way it did and it wasn’t necessary or helpful to know the details. (Yikes!—this was difficult to see and not say but something I couldn’t say while having my own doubts.)
3. Shanti, English Golden Retriever puppy introduced to cats in an established family. Cats have thought something was going on with their human.
4. Chance, dog. General reading and a healing for his hips. Triple Heater Meridian chart popped up(somehow) and there is a point in the leg that helps pain!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I continue learning. Just read a pamphlet on development of intuition and it’s all about remaining in the heart center, just as Val teaches us.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I find staying present in the heart center when waiting for a picture to be sent by an animal is not always easy. It’s all about where my attention is.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Pascal is in my list.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week in this week. Spent more time being still and quiet.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not nearly as much as I wanted to. I have been continuing to focus on my healing sessions and had another great one today.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been bad at this this week. Of course the usual verbal chatter continued with every animal I meet (there are lots each day) but I didn’t really have a focused session. I did sit down with Candyman (horse) and try to connect using the be one with the animal technique. I was trying to find out how much his feet were hurting. I got some fleeting sensations but the real connection eluded me.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Can’t think of what to celebrate this week. It’s been a week of things getting in the way.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If animals(dogs in particular) are such wise beings, why do they sometimes do such silly things?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
have forgotten this again. i think I need to put a list of techniques on the fridge to remind me to do one each day. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Still haven’t had any time to download my new meditations, so I’m still doing the Soul Malas Healing Meditation 10-30 mins. before bed each night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
There aren’t many around right now since I had to stop feeding them in order to un-invite the passel of raccoons, so mostly just everyday one-way conversations with my fur family. I miss the rest of them. Wish raccoons weren’t so destructive.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. I am, however, being pursued by various number combinations, most of them when checking out customers at work. Yesterday I had a 1,2,3,4,5 ($123.45). Most are 1’s, 3’s, 5’s, etc. I have to smile when I see them. As always, I try to remain open to intuitive thoughts.

2. What is the name of the l with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just started working with Buster, a rescue dog, friendly, docile who has lived with family for 3 years and has suddenly turned to barking/snarling at everyone except his dad. Has bitten his mum. Guardians don’t know reason why.
When first communicated with Buster he was barking/snarling vicious dog Took ages to calm down. Showed me pictures – poss past like – of dog fighting and all that it encompassed.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting and twice I did Val’s soul healing. The more I practice that the better it gets.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with two of the posts from club members on the FB group: Chloe and Margie. I posted what I got but what I learned is that the more determined I am, the less I allow my lack of confidence to get in the way, the more I accept that this is something I am definitely going to do – the easier and more fun it is. I also learned that sitting and waiting quietly is the answer if you aren’t sure of what you’re getting.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate these few days of being more determined to just get on with it rather than dither around giving in to my insecurities. I’m beginning to get bored of myself when I do that 😊.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m beginning to sense the subtle shifts in energy in my heart sphere. So happy about that!!!
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No not yet – but I can’t wait to connect with Pascal. He looks gorgeous!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I guessed who’s on the phone. Got about 50/50 right. I think that’s about not always being in my heart. I do keep receiving confirmation that I’m on the right path with the heart thing. Whenever I hear something referring to this, my spirit lights up and leans towards it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not as much as I had planned. Group meditations and a few times of sitting quietly.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess in spirit. We had a long conversation about where she is now and what it is like. She is no longer in higher vibrations of Earth but has moved on to another reality. I asked how she could be just a thought away since any time I think of her I hear “Yes Mom.” She explained that she can be in multiple places at once and be aware of the various places. I am also in multiple places but not aware of them. She is the only one of my cats I’ve ever had such good communication with which is probably because as Val told me years ago we are soul maes.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The wonderful communication I enjoy with Princess. I communicate with her off and on but usually just minor casual communication.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I learn to communicate with my current cats as easily as I communicate with Princess?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. I’ll communicate with Pascal on our call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. -
