One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every morning and evening. I started something new: I write down all my fears for the moment and then let it go and then meditate 20 min on Hara line and essence
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I was listening to the record of the last masterclass and it was very interesting for me. I shared my experience in the facebook group already. I was very triggerred by the energy of that wild cat. Got afraid and had judgements. I realised that I would not have been able to serve in a situation like that for the highest purpose.
When I reflected on that I realised, that to be strong and focused in a situation, I need to know, who I am, what my qualities are and what my focus through my qualities is, what I stand for.
I realised, that there is some unclearity inside of me about that questions and this is what I will focus on from now, until I know it.3. Celebrate! I had a wonderful session with Val and she helpeed me to release some pattern from my heart, which I tried to remove and investigate the last two years. It was about unability to come close to an other beeing because of fear of invasion and being desroyed.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What I discribed above

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any intuitive game, but I had a dream of an old lover from an other country. We did not meet for 20 years, I only see his pictures sometimes on fb.
In the dream I met him on a hike in Austria. I had a house there workrelated. I felt that I gave hime something energetically, so I desided to catch up with him and call him to ask, if everything was ok with him.
In our talk he told me, that he comes to Austria now quite regulary every month and he has indeed a place where he stays.I was very astonished by this informations.
So I really dont like to play the intuition game, but somehow inuition is there in my life anyway. -

Sukey’s Accountability Week 12: December 11 – 17
Meditate!
Yes, I meditated following Val’s roughly 5-minute recorded meditation practices before playing the games and communicating with our featured animal, Maisey.
Practice!
I cared for three different dogs this past week and, as much as I love and enjoy their company, my questions are returned with blank stares.
Celebrate!
This final week of the Accountability Game made me realize how many celebrations I enjoyed during this 12-week journey!!
I was so surprised and grateful for this Accountability experience, I wanted to highlight this extraordinary journey by gathering and celebrating them all together:
1) I actually transmitted an image to Bella that, although the image spooked her enough to shift her from snuggling up next to me on the couch to instantly recoiling with a look of horror and jumping off the couch. Transmission of the image originating from me was undeniable! Yippeee! (Week 1: 9/25/21 – 10/1/21)
2) Receiving Marty’s forgiveness, after various types of communication attempts on my part, was heavenly. (Week 2: 10/2 – 10/8)
3) Thank you, Val, for your Feel My Hand instructions, which I immediately put into action when Marty disappeared under my bed when a booming thunder storm erupted one evening. I watched him slowly but consistently relax during this treatment and eventually he came out into the open, rebalanced, and, amazingly, no worse from the experience! (Week 3: 10/9 – 10/15)
4) While playing with Snap, a cat I pet sit for and I adore, I studied a a photo of him and then mentally I pressed the play button so my creative imagination (and my actual eyes) could see him in action beyond the photograph. This exercise helped me take one small step forward in FAT connections. (Week 4: 10/16 – 10/22)
5) I was beyond delighted when I played What’s In The Box and I got so many clear Claircognizant & Clairvoyant impressions; all great and clear clues to the staple remover lying in the box when I opened it! (Week 5: 10/23 – 10/29)
6) I’ll never forget celebrating the moment when I shifted from wanting success to valuing and focusing on figuring out my own personal process (using Val’s techniques and practices!) that creates the conditions in which my interior state is calm, I am Present, and my Clairs are open and fully available to me. Although I have not found a process that fully works best for me yet, I understand that this is a journey and I’m not trying to win or be right. (Week 6: 10/30 – 11/5)
7) I celebrated my first FAT conversation with Heath! (Week 7: 11/6 – 11/12)
8) I absolutely loved the timeless moments when Ziggy shifted from walking to wriggling on the ground among the leaves with all four legs pointed toward the heavens for a self-perpetuated back massage while a policewoman and I momentarily caught each other’s eyes. Strangers mutually delighting in a shared joy and love for Ziggy. (Week 8: November 13 – 19)
9) We need to accept, value, and embrace the difficult times in our lives. The holidays are typically challenging for me but this year was exceptionally difficult because I am estranged from my mother and two of my client’s dogs (who I have known and taken cared of for years) were euthanized this week. I felt so emotionally and energetically shut down. Additionally, I would soon find out that my best friend (who I call “my sister-in-heart”) for 20 years would be moving to Kansas by the end of the year. Taken by surprise, I slumped into depression. I repeatedly reminded myself “All is well. All is as it should be,” which finally began to lift me upward. (Week 9: November 20 – 26)
10) I love helping animals (and their humans) resolve problems so they can live higher quality lives and this week, I saw an anxiety in Tag’s way of gulping his kibble. This translated to general anxiety and by simply switching to Scatter Feeding where this terrier could fulfill his natural instincts and needs to forage, Tag’s anxiety melted away and he became a much calmer and happier dog. The joy I felt helped so joyful! (Week 10: November 27 – December 3)
11) Although devastated by the holidays and the upcoming distance between my best friend and myself, I meditated and sat quietly with this new reality, trying to envision myself in Kansas with her, helping her start her new business. I am thrilled each time my Clairs paint a very clear picture with clear understanding because, regardless of the outcome, I can completely trust and accept what is. The clarity I saw that day were images of my Bestie in Kansas … fully engaged in her business plan, very busy, and very happy. I also saw myself forgotten, alone, and miserable. Additionally, I knew that although we had walked our Life’s journeys together for the last 20 years, this was her journey to walk alone. She also knew that she was supposed to do this part of her Life’s journey alone and that the sacrifices were selling her home; leaving her 14-year-old son with her ex-husband; leaving her aging mother with her long-term boyfriend in her home; and leaving her best friend in Boulder. The beautiful piece of this was that we both got the same clarity—separately—and we shared our experiences via text, shortly thereafter when we were both in our own places of acceptance. (Week 11: December 4 – 10)
Questions and/or Discoveries!
Questions:
I understand that a busy, active mind is the biggest block to accessing our Clairs. And yet, my intuitive abilities and Clairs are either highly clear and accurate or nonexistent. I’m hoping Val can help me figure out why my Clairs are so unreliable.
Do emotionally difficult stages in our lives block access to our intuition and our Claires?
Discovery:
Chronical and review the smaller steps in your Life’s journey and you may be pleasantly surprised to see all the celebrations and growth you have experienced!
Featured Animal Teacher!
A few days after our Saturday 12/11 Live Q&A featuring Maisey, I followed one of Val’s other Live Q&A meditations prior to tuning into Maisey again. I introduced myself again and asked if I could ask her some questions. Nothing. So, I believe my mind primed the pump to get the conversation going by giving me a Yes. I asked her if her hips felt weak. Although I didn’t get a Clairaudient response, I got the impression that her hips were not weak. I asked her if she was a small dog in a past life. Nothing.
But then, I shared with her that many decades ago, I had Collie named Mandy and I envisioned Mandy with a smile and fondness. Maisey replied, “That’s me! I’m your Mandy!” I was filled with surprise and replied, “Really!?!” Maisey quickly responded, “No, I’m kidding” and Maisey rolled onto her back (in a way that a dog would do if laughing). I enjoyed her joke very much so I joined in her laughter.
Kathryn: Although there is no way to validate this interaction with Maisey, I’m wondering if you have ever seen any evidence that Maisey has a fun sense of humor?
Intuition Development Games!
Multiple times this week, I would meditate and then sit with a box that my best friend filled with an object from her home but each time I got nothing.
Likewise, I also worked with a well-shuffled deck of cards to intuit whether each card was a red or black card. In the end, I went through 16 cards, of which 8 were right and 8 were wrong … the 50/50 known predicted chance. During this game, I was able to maintain a quiet mind although, admittedly, my heart was not soft and open and I didn’t feel like any of my Clairs were jumping in with insights.
I love these games so it is disappointing that my results were pure chance. I could see playing these games a lot to build my relationship with my Clairs.
Yours truly,
Sukey -

Did you meditate this week? If so about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes, I spent 1 hour every day this week. I did 10 minute morning ritual meditations each morning from iAwake/ I also did Tony Robbins Tapping Morning Meditation/
Other meditations I did were Val’s Sphere of Light Meditation / Master Co Gratitude Meditation.2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experienceI communicated with a cat named Aria. There was a new kitten brought home into the family and she was not very happy about it. She told me she didn’t want to share her family with her new “brother”.
She has always been the one who gets all the love and attention. I explained that her family had enough love for both of them.
She was less than impressed but still insisted she was the special one. She eventually agreed to try and accept the kitten but also said that he will have to adjust to her rules. She then abruptly ended the conversation.3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate that I am back to doing my accountability now. I know how much it helped me learn, stay committed and kept me on track in the past.
4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Not really a question but more of a challenge…This week I couldn’t be on the live Q & A call. I can’t seem to find the link for the recording. I usually get it through e-mail.
I have been working long hours so I haven’t had a chance to search through the forum yet.5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Yes, I did and posted in the forum.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?I remembered a time when an animal understood me. When I was growing up and was around 13, I had a horse Dusty. I was having a hard time as my parents didn’t like the circle of friends I had. I wanted to leave home, go far away so I could experience freedom and just do what “I” wanted. Dusty would walk beside me and put his head on my shoulder. As we walked together, he helped me understand that my time for freedom would come to me at some point. He made me feel like he did understand me like no one else did..and that it would all be ok.

1. I meditated to Val’s every day. Most days it was the one about 30 minutes.
2.) Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity about some drama involving my apartment manager. I told them about new balcony fencing and that people would be putting it up. I also talked with the FAT on the call, a dog, and a cat and horse.
3.) Gratitude for my kitties in helping me in my Healing. They teach me and guide me. They are so in tune with me. They Love me and I Love them to where there are no words, only the Love and feelings, to express it. I am grateful to where there are no words, only feelings, to express my gratitude to them.
4.) nothing new.
5.) I did during the call and some of what I said her mommy said was accurate.
6.) no games, more with numbers and possibly psychic intuition on something that I don’t remember what it was right now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
No, not really. I need to get to work on the meditations I’ll teach in Reiki workshops next year but cannot seem to get to it.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Maisy, the beautiful dog who is our FAT this month. I asked her how she was enjoying being FAT and about last week when everyone talked to her at once. I told her that I had wanted a collie ever since watching a show with a collie when I was a child. I shared that I lived in a small two room apartment and we agreed it would not be large enough for a dog. I also asked her about Roxy’s bald tummy and upset and we agreed to wait until I talk to Val tomorrow and see what she says. I also asked about the bumps on Missy’s forehead and she did not know what that was about.
I felt I was just making it up. It seemed just a weak mental connection.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Once again I really don’t have anything to celebrate. It has not been a good week for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I continue to try to communicate with Roxy with little to no success.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, see #2 above
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, nothing to report here. -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, always in the mornings for about 30 min. I practice to just quiet my mind and listen to what comes up or just be in nothingness as what I am .
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. I spoke to little Turtle Teddi, super cute little one. I got a lesson in how it feels to live in water, that is a different resonance in the body when being in water, so interesting 🤔🙏🏻.
Last night in a conversation with a friend I felt a breakthrough feeling wise. I just felt very happy and joyful and I even had a hard time falling asleep. I also had an awesome dream 2 mornings ago when I was working on clearing some old dark feelings . I fell asleep and met my son on a “ higher self” level, we both cried and healing took place. I haven’t been able to go to Sweden to see my kids for 9 years, so I needed some healing in that area for sure. Happy feelings today, wonderful 🥳🥳🥳🥳.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I now more snd more often feel an energetic answer when I look for an answer inside me. So looking forward to explore that more in communicating with all species.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?I spent anywhere from 15min-3hrs/day meditating. Various crystal meditations and spirit guide meditation from You Tube. Did some mindfulness sessions from Calm and Fitbit apps. It has been very therapeutic for me mentally and physically. Sometimes it is the only way to release the tension and spasm in my upper back.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with FAT Maisy who successfully helped me identify a true heart connection. Didn’t get a lot of info, but she was very helpful with the connection. I then was able to establish a connection with my most difficult cat, Roo. He has always been a mystery, because he has some GI issues that I cannot put my finger on. Other animal communicators have had difficulty talking to him. I didn’t get much but I do often feel pain behind my eyes while meditating and I am starting to think it may be his. As I was starting to retreat from the attempted conversation due to time constraints, all of a sudden I got the phrase , “I am like a jigsaw puzzle. Mom, you’re just going to have to figure me out”. It had to have come from Roo. It was so unexpected.
Feeling a true heart connection with Maisy and Roo.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
After I feel I have had somewhat of a connection, the cats will just stare at me. Can I assume they are getting something?
Do the cats vie for my communicating attention? Can they get jealous of one another?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Maisy 2 times. She showed me a baby in a high chair with a pacifier this last time and an image of things racing by like she was in a car. I will have to ask Kathryn about this most recent info. I did also write in the forum about her message to me, “You know what you want. GO AFTER IT!” I love her

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I’ve done some, but not so much and very distracted. Sleep has been bad this week so I’ve had to focus on getting through work.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had my session with Val and we communicated withElsa together. She has, as ever, brought the most important things to my attention – to get in alignment with who I really am!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I came across a wounded deer by the side of the road. I stayed with her and kept talking to her, telling her I loved her and about my communication journey as she lay dying in my lap. She is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. A man from a nearby farm came to shoot her so her death would be less painful. I’m still digesting this all but I’m so grateful that I had the confidence to send her love as much as I could at that crucial moment.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still experimenting with the lean in method.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call. I have posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m trying the lean in method regarding all sorts of things. I’m still experimenting. -

I appreciate that my 13yo dog Katie is able to be communicated with, as evidenced by Val during the call Saturday.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Do animals know specifically what the problem is when there’s something wrong, or just know something is wrong in general and where?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
