One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Sukey’s Accountability Week 11: December 4 – 10
Meditate!
I meditated four times this week for a total of an hour. I enjoyed the calm and peacefulness these meditations brought me. I also listened to Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” which helped me focus on remaining Present.
Practice!
Briefly, I took care of a small dog named Simon this week. His human asked me to continue his desensitization training around triggers like other dogs and people while out on a walk. Because my response timing needed to be precise when Simon looked at the trigger and then to me, whereby he received a verbal “Yes” and a treat, this required me to nearly be insinc with Simon. Very cool!
Celebrate!
My best friend sold her home in half a day last week and she will be moving with 30 days. Although devastating, when I sat with this new reality and I tried to envision myself there helping her start her business, I knew and saw images of her in Kansas … very busy, very happy, and very successful. I also saw myself forgotten, alone, and miserable. Nearly simultaneously, we texted each other, admitting that it was crystal clear to both of us that she was meant to make this journey solo. I celebrated this clear information from Source, which was ultimately very reassuring.
Questions and/or Discoveries!
When one’s heart is hurting, is it normal that their intuition doesn’t function as well?
I figured out that the best way to deal with heartbreak, which seemed to wreak havoc on my intuition, was to acknowledge, accept, and keep returning to the Present. The only was through the pain was by living in the Present.
Featured Animal Teacher! Maisey
I tuned into our December FAT teacher, Maisey, and got some very strange impressions, which I posted in the Forum. Waiting to hear Kathryn’s response.
This is what I saw and impressions I felt …
“Hi Kathryn,
I am very new at this so take this with a grain of salt and I admit that what I got is a bit strange and off the beaten path so I’m really curious if either of these two bits of information have any validity.
First, does Maisey have any hip problems?
Secondly, I see Maisey as having a grand exterior facade … a large body with an royal coat … versus herself under that large facade in a smaller body that perhaps she had in a past life?
Very strange indeed.
Yours truly,
Sukey”Intuition Development Games!
Before playing these games, which I typically love and have success with, I meditate. And throughout each game, I am able to maintain a quiet mind; look for images and fleeting impressions; and I’m open to verbal clues and knowings.
What’s In The Box Game:
My best friend put something in my box a few weeks ago but I’m still stuck getting nothing.Card Game:
These last few weeks, I keep getting nothing with the cards too.So disappointing.
Yours truly,
Sukey -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yup, focusing on breathing in, holding and breathing out, for about 30 min in the mornings or longer.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Dodger the cat. I just got feelings about his personality, no conversation.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I will celebrate that I had a double (30 min) session with Val where she cleared lots of dark stuff from me so I could access my telepathic skills more easily. I also changed my old program to knowing I can do this , I don’t need to practice, I need to remember how to do it, I’ve done it many lifetimes before, so of course I can do it now.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions or discoveries.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

1.
Did you meditate this week? If so about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes, I spent 1 – 2 hours meditating each and every day this week. I did morning ritual meditation from iAwake and morning meditation from Fitness Guru App.
Other meditations I did were from Tapping App and a few of Val’s Grounding Meditations2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experienceI communicated with a wild bird (Magpie) who was wandering around my yard. We talked about what a beautiful day it was and what he was doing before he came into my yard.
He explained that he was over in the park nearby but the bigger birds came and chased him away. I told him he was always welcome in my yard.I also communicated with a Guinea Pig named Michelangelo. He was not eating and appeared to be unwell. He confessed that he ate the cat’s food instead of his own. I explained to him that we all have foods specially formulated and designed for our specific species. I used “feel my touch”healing technique on his stomach which I learned from Val. He said he knows better now and won’t do it again. He made a full recovery and is back to normal.
3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I want to celebrate that I practiced or did some studying every day this week. Even when I worked long hours and I was exhausted, I pushed myself to follow through.
4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I don’t have any specific questions this week.
5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Yes, I did and posted in the forum.
6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?Yes, I started at the beginning of Intuitive Development Games. I practiced being still, centered and following my breath. I connected with my heart and my gut. When I asked my question which was about what I should be practicing more of… I felt so drawn to healing. I invited my body to “ Lean In” and I felt a strong pull which made me want to dive in deeper.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Group meditations including Journey’s from a recent Immersion with Susann. I extracted the Journey’s from the full recordings and did most of them as I did so. Or was that last week? It all runs together. There was meditation in church as always and times sitting quietly with a cat in my lap.
I will be teaching Reiki workshops again next year so plan to work with the meditations I teach. That for next week and following.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Our new FAT Maisy. It appears from the picture that she is a collie.
My first sense is that Maisy is very regal. This may be more of an observation of her picture.
I get that she is quietly happy and content. Somewhat laid back and peaceful.
We had a nice chat. I told her that we’d be communicating with her off and on during the month. We also discussed the call on Saturday when we’d all, well many of us, would be connecting with her at the same time. I told her I’d connect with her again then.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. My ease of connection with my cat Princess in spirit. If I think of her, I hear “Yes Mom.” Also how easily I connected with Maisy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I better communicate with Roxy. We are very connected but I need to get information about his health and seem unable to do so.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. See above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes every day but not on my work days. Still need to conquer that one.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yes a I practiced with Bohemian and Heath. Good feedback from their people. I seem to have got a mixture of right and wrong – more right than wrong. I still am not sure when I’m connected or not – although sometimes I can tell.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the Ho’opono pono prayer. It helps me and gives me something to do when I despair over the way we treat animals, especially in medical experiments etc. I can just repeat and repeat it. I hope it contributes to change for the better.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m unsure about the lean in technique that Val talks about.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I will set a goal to do one a week. -

I have meditated every day for between 20 minutes and 2 hours. I did one of Val’s grounding meditations. Also various meditations from the Calm app

I talked with my cat Sal. I discussed his stomach issues and told him I was trying to send him healing energy. He has been very loving and verbal this week. I also tried some Reiki with him and he responded very positively. He at least knew I was trying to help him.

I feel as though I made a heart connection one day! This has been a difficult concept for me, but I think I am getting closer.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that all my cats know I am hearing at least a more of what they are trying to tell me. They have been remaining very close to me when I am home.My question is what should I do when I am trying to communicate with one of them specifically and my mind jumps to another and I get confused? Could they be vying for the connection?

I did attempt to connect with Maisy, but did not get anything specific yet. I feel all my impressions just came from my assumptions about her personality in her regal picture.

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Hour Reiki session
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Moro a male German Shepherd dog in Spirit
I communicated with Moro who showed me busy street scene in the Far East – Full of noise, people rushing everywhere, cars honking horns. A man and his dog walking to building and entering an apartment. Later, shown man and dog meeting 2 other males, laughing and eating steaming noodles. Shown the dog lying on the ground, blood spilling from the wound and an image of a smoking gun.
The dog dies on vet table. A figure comes and raises him up as the dog looks down on his physical body lying on vet table. The dog is greeted by a host of animalsAll seems symbolic. Passed info to guardian. Awaiting response.
Learnt. There are many things to learn from the animals. Wonder what more will be revealed3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Am feeling and sensing more and more the animals’ emotions as the more I communicate with them
.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you haveNone at the moment
