One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (See qualifying rules below.)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. Your answers must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post ANY DAY of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect nor complete results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening each week.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Another sporadic week. There just aren’t enough hours in the day anymore. Getting to bed late and can’t keep my eyes open for meditation. When I did, it was Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-40 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat, Scooter, has been on a killing spree this week. One morning I found a mouse, and not very far away, a (baby?) flying squirrel! I didn’t even know we had them around here, I had never seen one before. Scooter didn’t eat either one of them, I’m not sure why, he just left them for me to find. I told them both how sorry I was that happened to them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Attempted. No response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts whenever they choose to come.

Hey Patty,
Cats show you their love by brining you gifts, sometimes it is because they feel they need to care for you. (Like their kittens).
The animals that died as Val says, were sacrificing themselves as is their right and their possible quest in life, usually as Val says, they leave their bodies before there is too much suffering if they feel they are getting close.
If that was a flying squirrel, perhaps it’s job and Scooter’s was to let you know they are around there so you can watch out for them or learn more about them.
Hope that helps!
Monique

1. Little bits here and there. Work has been hectic and sleep difficult.
2. I practiced with an apple tree. We have history! This tree is at the end of my small garden and didn’t have any apples. I realised I had been ignoring the tree and went and apologised. Since then I have made sure to greet her regularly. The following year and ever since she has been bearing loads of apples! The apple tree showed me an image of herself with her roots deep into the ground and her arms stretched towards the sun. The message: Be. But also: Don’t be selfish and Spoilt. Helpful and important!
3. I want to celebrate the apple trees lovingness but also her advice which seems possibly harsh but lovingly and clearly given so its helpful..
4. I have sort of realised that communication is just about practising and gradually it becomes more and more natural. Allowing that process to happen is the thing that matters!
5. I just posted so no feedback yet. I did post almost everything – often I censor for fear of making mistakes but Val’s answer to my question in the Q&A helped me understand that getting wrong stuff is also part of the deal, and to not attach so much importance and judgement to it.
6. I did the “guess which door is unlocked to save me a long walk round” game at work. And I got it right! 😊 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have done the box breathing, I have done the heart meditation from the course, I have also done some practice from online meditations one of them from Sadhguru (not sure how to spell correctly). I spend around 10 minutes each time and have done some in the mornings, and each night before I go to sleep. I have also reached out to my spirit guides…though I did not get anything but my ego.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The clinic kitten at the clinic I relieve work at reached out to me while I was there picking up my paycheck. She was asking me to look down at her and pay attention. I startingly looked down to see here there and pet her, said hi and let her know I really did not want to be scratched when she offered her belly.
I still feel the trees and earth strongly when I am out on my property here, sad we will be going again for another month back to Israel. But at least I will see Maximus there. Oh, he showed up and layed on the bed with me here, I really felt his weight on me like when eh does that in Israel.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I heard the kitten, wow, that was cool!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel like meditating is not helping me and trying is not also, I feel I just need to be in my calm mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried on the call, he was waiting to pounce out then went to Val and I was not able to connect anymore.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again, I worked on guessing who was on the phone or who messaged or if a ping was a general notification or someone I knew.. I think I got 50/50 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Started Brad Yates 8 Day Positive Emotions tapping sessions. Curious !
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Very busy week, not much ‘me’ time. Communicated with Tuxedo Princess a neighbours cat. When she visits and stays a while, I inform her of the time, amount of hours she can stay in the house till I leave, plus, number of hours I’m away and appx time when I will return return (often waiting at my back door on my return). She understands that when I say to her ‘I’ll be leaving’ in e.g appx 30 mins, she will wander to the door when it’s time, to be let out. Or very late evening when I tell her she should be going home, raises up from my lap or wherever she’s sleeping, have a few nibbles or something to eat and wander to back door.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate tuxedo Princess. How trusting she is of me by wanting to sit, clean herself or sleep on my lap or be close to me considering I’m not her guardian. .
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None this week
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But will do so. Name ‘Bailey’ has popped into my mind numerous times recently. This maybe due to seeing posters etc for the popular Irish cream drink called ‘Bayley’s’ which am thinking of buying as a Christmas present
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Usual guessing games e.g when landline phone rings, guess who’s calling. Played guess the playing card colour, number and suit. Need to work on this

Aack, is it Friday already???
1. Continuing with Val’s advice to add receiving energy to my intentions.
2. Nobody specific. Sending energy to some
Of the animals I already know, with the sense that it is received and appreciated. No other responses.
3. I figured out how to shift to my heart space better: I put my zoo there, and brought other animals I know, and my house too. That seems to help.
4. Nothing new.
5. No point yet.
6. Continuing to double check intuition with muscle testing, results vary but are generally positive.Thank you!

I have never been this late to post my report. I apologize! No particular reason for being late. Just staying late at night, and doing many other things, than the one I should do. Like finishing the gnostic book : The gospel of the 12 apostle .
We have a saying here that says: better later than never. 🙂
1. Meditate!
In this regard, my week resembles more like previous week. I meditated mostly every evening, and short ones during the day. Every morning I listened to guided “I am” meditations to have a boost for the day, as I find them useful for me, and still have to go with them to reach the minimum recommended 21 days.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced with Bebe, my dog. This week we met only for a very short time, and I have sent him all my love. When we are together, I can watch his reactions but from at home, I can honestly say I did not specifically get anything from him, but just maybe some love .
3. Celebrate!
This week I celebrate my dog Bebe (perhaps again? 😊 )! Thanks to him I am here, and this deserves to be celebrated every day. 😊 Thank you Val for sharing all your knowledge, and for all the Brilliant people you attract so that I have a chance to interact with them too: all your team and my colleagues!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Have discovered that I actually feel that I am on my way to heal. I leave so many bad memories behind, and they have no more power over me. Yahooooo!5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Yes. And posted. Got something from Bailey: a billion kisses😊 , and I loved his loving energy.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
No specific game this week as it is year end. I have only used native intuition in my everyday life, and it doesn’t fail me. I hope that with this small winter holiday I will get to play more games, as games are part of childhood, and I feel sure that putting our brain (mind) in game mode is also helping disconnecting it from other stuff. I have discovered that color guessing can be transformed in a sort of meditation.- This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Lucia Potre.
