One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I like to meditate every morning for about 20 mins2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shooks, Mooks and Abby, my 3 dogs. I have been talking to Abby about transitioning to calm her worries. I thanked Mookie for her efforts in being less grumpy with Abby and I spoke with Shooks about the fact that she said she had kittens (Shooks is a dog)3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really want to celebrate the deepening insights AC is helping me build.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know how to help my Shooks leave her past lives behind her. She is carrying things in this life from at least 3 (that I know of) past lives, and this is not serving her well.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, the FAT is my Shooks so we often chat.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been continuing to do so. I had a session with Val last week and she reminded me to daily clearings so I have been doing them, moving into my heart space and using the rainbow tornado to cleanse and clear. Tub stillness also being done. Very very helpful!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a very large rat who I was called in to see if I could help talk to in having removed from a family home where he was doing damage. He said we could call him Robert and he shared that there were 4 of them there. They felt safe and that was their home. I explained the dangers to them as well as to the family with them being there and the family was very open to helping them find a new home otherwise poison was needing to be placed and there was a good chance that the rat family will die. Joseph was open to this and said he would leave. We want to make sure he can fit through the only exit that is left a professionals came in and closed off all the other entry/exit points. The family will let me know what has happened this evening which will be 24 hours since Robert said he would be in his new home which was offered to him to be there shed outside and they would put food, blankets and such for them to build their nest in.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate my deeper communication with my baby beardie Blessing. Since my session with Val last week, my hearing of Blessing’s hearing loss has brought us closer together. I sing with her now and she’s getting my vibration and not becoming so frightened. We are getting closer and closer now and she’s becoming more comfortable with me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and Shooks-Choquette is beautiful xo. I have posted my communication with her in the FAT forum section. She shared with me how she is, very loving, her energy space is open and she has come to help her mom with laughter.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did! I asked Darwin my adult bearded dragon if he remembers any of his past lives. I’ve already learned that he is my horse reincarnated from childhood but he also told me that he remembers being the “king” of the crocodiles in a past life. He was the one they followed and looked up to. It was really neat to hear that.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only a couple of minutes each day – conscious breathing and staying present2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Chatting with my furry family. Contacting Pascal every now and then to make sure he doesn’t feel abandoned in the clinic. Trying to convince Raksha to come with me to the vet. Her eye is in such bad condition that it will be lost within a few days, if she won’t come. As long as she stays in the kennel, I have no chance whatsoever to get hold of her, if she doesn’t come to me on her own. I have this problem with many cats right now, even those that are relatively tame under normal circumstances. When they don’t feel well they know I want to take them to the vet and that makes them run. I have already lost 1 elderly cat and 2 younger siblings (Simba and Nala, both litter mates of my problem boy Mowgli).3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Due to many issues at work and to the health problems with most of my animals I am exhausted and frustrated and don’t find a good reason to celebrate.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No opportunity to find questions.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried only during our call last Saturday and ended up with Mookie living together with Shooks.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, more than once. I don’t know how long. One was over 28 minutes.
I did different things in the meditations-I don’t remember everything necessarily.
I let out heat from my body, I cooled by mind/brain with blue, I gave my heart green and pink.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity I’d like it if she would get closer to me on the couch and get on the bed with me. She got closer to me the next day or some time and today was on the bed. I wasn’t on the bed, but she was there so she understood. I called Hawkeye one time and he came.
I also talked with two dogs, Lily and Vegas asking questions their person wanted to know and also delivering messages from them to their person.
I talked with Shooks, too. We played and are resting in a beautiful field with an apple tree and harmful chemical free green grass.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being able to feel in my heart more.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, see the answer in #2. I also posted for Louise to see the communication.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I guess this counts even though I wasn’t trying: yesterday I had the thought of a particular part in an episode of “The Andy Griffith Show” and that episode was on yesterday evening!

I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 115 minutes – focusing on my breath and the Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and Morning Meditation by Bethany Auriel-Hagan.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with horse “Cooky” about any requests that she has – she said she wanted more treats, like apples. I also communicated with dog “Shooks”, the Featured Animal teacher of the month (see 5).
I learnt to just relax and stop doubting myself.3.
I celebrate that I have tried to communicate with two animals this week, despite it being a very busy time.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
This week I discovered how important it is to be truly present for animal communication. I had a very vivid dream that I was handed a card with crystals on it that read “Angela resides in the present”. It was explained to me that you have to be present to be able to do animal communication as only then can your two minds and hearts intersect. If you are not present this can not happen.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I did communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher, Louise’s dog Shooks. We talked about what Shooks loves to do for fun, where she sleeps at night and how she felt about talking to humans.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I did the Card Intuition Game – getting 8/20, 10/20 and 16/20 correct, when guessing the color (the latter result having been done quickly with no thinking).

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditate every day on light and sound. This week I spent one hours every morning and 15 minutes at night. I also included heart light meditation every day where I scanned my whole house to rid it of electronic and icky energy.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Pascal: Claudia’s beagle dog. Took him into my workshop for a healing and also discussed whether he was complete here and he said no. The vet told Claudia that he would heal.
2. Winnie: (dog) discussed her fear of loud noises and she said she is afraid because her human is.
3. Cheddar, Australian Shepherd. Just a check in. Practiced scanning his body and chakras for any problems and since he is just about one year old was glad to feel his health.
4. Emma, Australian Shepherd (minnie). (Lives with Cheddar) Told me about her life and what she loves to do: run! Said she was a tough little puppy and was a good listener and loved. Cheddar’s stories. Her left shoulder felt off so asked my healing guides to send goo.
5. Buddy: Australian Shepherd (lives with Emma and Cheddar). Checked in and he gave me some advice! I said I felt sadness and was it his or mine?
He said: Ha Ha! It was yours. We dogs can feel sadness but we don’t hold on to it very long. Our life is too short to spend 1/2 of it feeling sad…..
6. Lady: Matriarch black dog who lives with Cheddar, Emma and Buddy. She said it is Buddy’s job to train the puppies and it was her job to keep track of the energy on the farm.
“I enjoy checking out that everything is happy and energetically good here.
Barb: That’s an important job.
Lady: Yes it is and I take it seriously. I bring my positive energy along wherever I go. I am a peacemaker. I share my kindness and love wherever I go.”
This was after I set my own intention on December 14 to see all souls I meet with love. (Asking for assistance with people who bother me).
7. Loki, my daughter’s new Doberman puppy, a rescue from Mexico, had his ears cropped which I absolutely HATE. I had to neutralize my feelings about this and go into healing mode. At first I did the Ho’oponopono Prayer and then I realized he needed healing energy more than forgiveness energy because he was accepting of all the strange things that were occurring in his very young life.
8. LuLu: poodle. After her 4 year old daughter passed away this summer, she was grieving and not eating much. I felt she was still healthy but needed time to heal and was floating between worlds a bit and deciding whether to leave too, or not. But Her vet after performing multiple tests and an ultrasound found that she needed to be spade! She now has a new lease on life (no more babies so no more having to say goodbye)! It never occurred to me to ask whether she is done with breeding and does she want her female parts removed!!!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am learning rudimentary animal anatomy and how the organ systems, chakras and meridians all connect energetically.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered from the experience with LuLu that there is always another question you can ask.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
On Saturday’s call I felt Shook’s happiness at being the important dog in the family. She is so loving though that she allowed the other puppies in her pack to also benefit.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I practiced connecting with squirrels and chipmunks on my daily walk.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did one guided meditation called Into the Cave of Creation 20 min. Five days I did silent meditation for 10 minutes each day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Shooks, the FAT. I got her happy wiggling over all of our love and attention during our call. I talked to her about wearing her raincoat as there was a post in the forum about this subject. Then, the most amazing thing happened! I got a sharp pain in my right hand and realized that it was a pain that Shooks is experiencing. Louise confirmed this information.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got a physical feeling from the animal. This was a new thing for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I posted my findings in the Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. I played the card game. I got 50/50.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am working on doing more meditation. I consider the cats’ lap time as meditation if I just sit quietly doing it. Only problem is that I fall asleep. As usual, we had meditation at church on Sunday, online church.
Also I offered Reiki to Pascal which is a form of meditation.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Klaudia’s Pascal and offered Reiki. We discussed “that thing on my leg” and I encouraged him to learn to stand up on it and walk on it. I tried to explain that it was to help the bones to heal and reminded him of how painful it was to begin with. I assure him that once he healed it would be removed and it was important that he stand and eat to help hit heal.
Roxy has learned to communicate to me that he wants computer time, wants to watch his videos. This communication is his body language rather than other forms of communication.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that Roxy likes to watch videos on my computer and he wants his turn on the computer.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Not this week. The first time I saw the new FAT’s picture I was attracted to him and quickly connected. Then I was not able to connect during the call. I need to work with this.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As we have been discussing on FB, I do not like games so I have not looked at them. I’ve been thinking back to what I did previously when I was so intuitive or psychic that it was too much. Back then I used to read something and then journal first thing every morning. Maybe I need to go back to doing that.

My computer programme isn’t working so I will be very brief this week.
Meditation: yes, every day. chanting and silent.
Practice: the Fat on the Q&A call. I learned that I had previously connected with another dog in the pack so this time I just connected and sat with Shooks and felt her sweet personality. Practising with Elsa who I find hard to hear – I think she is telling me that I don’t listen – my mind is too busy and I’m often not present. But we working on it!
Questions/discoveries: I’m changing a lot on the inside at the moment – discovering a lot about my patterns that create stuff in my life I don’t want. I would like to be more systematic/rigorous in practising AC.
Celebrate: that I’m starting to allow myself to accept and work with my talents.
Intuition games: no -not this week. But inspired by Val’s email about games. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did morning and evening meditations about 10-15min each session; chakra balancing/clearing, grounding, shielding. A couple of times this week I did my Rainbow Mediation. Also, I was in meditative space doing Artwork for Christmas Gifts to family; I find my mind is so calm when doing my art.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I started a conversation with Alicha’s dog Angel to get confirmation on how she is handling the new kitty in the house; and reiterating to Uriel the kitty to stop biting the electrical cords. I had a session a couple of weeks ago and showed him what could happen, but I guess my picturing of the worst case scenario was not as vivid as I needed to make him stop…will try again!
After reading about Fifty’s recent health scare and asking questions to his mom about his meds, I tried to tune in but ego kept me in a worry place about getting it right, and then I had to leave to get to a long massage appt. and when I got home it was late and I was definitely not up for the task. I will try today because my work schedule freed up.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I only celebrate myself when I am in a relaxed state of telecommunications – like when I do my fly by talks and there is no pressure put on myself…..the lesson is to stay in this playful state even when I am met with an animal in a health crisis or a human in panic; I must keep it light on all fronts otherwise I am doomed.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Two of my biggest challenges are: 1) when I am side-tracked with work; Christmas; massage clients, my mid is challenged to get quieted down and focus on the task at hand. 2.) I get too caught up in worrying about getting information correctly, especially when there is an illness with an animal and I am required to gain understanding now. It is like a double pressure I put on myself, then get angry at myself for failing to get passed my own hang-ups. Dang it!5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Only did so on Saturday’s call. I had hoped to deepen my conversation this week but did not get to it. I have not even posted what I did get……ok today!!!6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played around with my deck of cards for a few minutes the other day to clear my head and get into practice place of fun, but did terribly and stuffed the cards back in the drawer.I really enjoy my quick fly-by speaking/tuning in when I am driving through town to and from work/errands. I love to acknowledge the dogs I see walking with their humans & see how happy and appreciated they are when their human interacts with them on the walk.
I met a dog named Porter at the gas station and we had a sweet greeting with one another.
There was an ant and a fly on my counter close to one another and the ant was curious an kept walking toward the fly. I get that the ant was curious but also asking about food. Then I focused on the little fly and asked if he would come up into my hand which I slowly put out in front of him/her – he did and he stayed a while. I told him he could stay inside my warm home until his life cycle ends. I told him how cute I thought he was. He said, ‘yes, I am cleaning and pruning myself all the time’. Then off he flew. Curious how I have such connection with flys……I have had many over the years.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 4 days this week for a total of an hour. Each session consisted of sitting in silence for 15 min and connecting inward to my body sensations. I also spent time visualizing the things I want to bring into my life.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog named Julio who is staying at my house for the day while his family goes skiing. I answered his questions about why he was left with me and I told him that he would be going back home tonight. I also talked to him about Sadie’s personality and how she means well when she is around him and she has more energy than she knows what to do with. I asked him why he yelps when he is picked up or put down and he told me that once he was dropped while someone was holding him and it hurt him a lot. Now he is afraid of being held but he isn’t in any pain currently.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Hmmmm, nothing is jumping to mind for me. I feel that in general I am tuning into any animals I encounter. I have been seeing foxes more around my house and tuning into the wisdom they are sharing with me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am finding that it is difficult for me to communicate effectively with the FAT while on the live calls because the guided sessions move so quickly and there isn’t much silence. Every time Val asks another question, my mind gets distracted by the talking. How do I overcome this?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Shooks while on the live call. I felt her joyful and excited energy and saw her jumping around the circle and giving lots of kisses.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t play any games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Sunday morning 15 m (11 senses + Beginner’s Bonus Meditation Class #5 + 432Hz & 963 Hz Great Awakening by Brainwave Music). Monday morning 17 m (11 senses + 432 Hz & 528 Hz Miracle Tone). Wednesday morning 11 m (11 senses + Golden Light + Spiritual roll call to 432Hz & 963 Hz Great Awakening by Brainwave Music) / Wednesday evening 10 m (11 senses + 1111 Hz Angel Support by Healing Meditation). Thursday 15 m listening to part binaural music, then the meditational portion of the December Q & A Call. Friday morning
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Xena, a 6-year old golden chihuahua, who was having some illness with my girlfriend traveling up at Mt. Bachelor. As soon as I saw her picture, I immediately sensed altitude sickness. She’s been traveling, exploring snow, so it’s a new environment. She’s excitable, spent, plus it was an eclipse evening. I grounded her, released a lot of yawns. I could sense nausea. I told the girls to pick up some unflavored Pedialyte for her dehydration. She’s obviously transmuting her human’s worried energy, too (Tiffany), and this period of time a is very sensitive portal leading up to 12/21. I felt a lot of pressure and clouded energy around her left crown chakra, but will have to check in later on that. I did find out that she was fine the next day and that they were up in higher elevation.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have 2!
I got the correct side of Mia’s (cat from last week) amputated leg, which was the right. I thought it was the leg, cause I felt a tingle, but it’s actually the front right appendage. She’s been sad, because she misses hunting and the freedom.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
After seeing a pic of an animal, I discover that I can quickly sense 1-2 things about the age, condition or mood. When listening to the December Q & A, I was able to immediately sense on Apollo that his physical issues had to do with past life trauma. Although I’m happy I picked up on it, I was terribly saddened by his pain.
Louise’s sad story about Abby triggered me, since I just lost Bunny last week. Even though we honored Bunny by keeping her at home avoiding any vet visit or help, her final moments of passing did have a note of fear, relating to Abby’s fear of death, even though she knew passing would be a relief.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I attempted to connect with Shooks, but I think I got a mix of all 3 of her collective. My first impression was age, so that may have been Abby. I thought she was 13! Could she be 9? I felt a soft, dense coat. I saw wise eyes, calmness and curiosity. I wrote down “stand on 2 legs to reach up. Curious.” When I asked what her assignment was, I wrote down “to smell danger”. Are you happy? Yes. I’ll need to confirm this with Louise, but I plan on connecting again to really discern who Shooks is.
I have the recording for December and plan on listening to it this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition letter to Source. This time, I changed the game of intention to follow the holiday spirit and decided to ask for ‘gifts’ for Christmas – the gift of downloading extra-sensory abilities of hearing animal voices. I know it’s cheating, but I always believe in asking.
I’m getting requests from friends to connect with their pets, so I know the universe is leading my path, and I’m grateful for the validation. I’ve needed to let myself be sad from mourning Bunny’s passing, so there’s mixed guilt that I’m working through. -

1. Did you meditate this week?
NOT AS MUCH MEDITATING THIS WEEK. IT WAS AN INTENSE NON-STOP WEEK. NO EXCUSE FOR LESSER MEDITATION TIME. I WAS FEELING A GOOD DEAL OF DISCOURAGEMENT THIS PAST WEEK. MY FREE SESSION WITH VAL TODAY WAS PIVOTAL AND OH SO HELPFUL. SOMETHING OF IMPORTANCE SHIFTED FOR ME DUE TO VAL’S INTUITIVE HELP.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the Experience?
EVRY MEDITATION I ASK ZORRO TO RESPOND IN SOME WAY. ITS BEEN QUIET. STILL DONT FEEL OR HEAR HIM. I DID TODAY THOUGH DURING MY SESSION WITH VAL. SO WONDERFUL.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
THAT NOT ONLY IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ALL OF US TO DO THIS BUT IT’S ASSURED IF WE DO THE WORK AND HOLD OUR INTENTION STEADY WITH NO ATTACHMENTS TO A SPECIFIC OUTCOME.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I DISCOVERED THAT LEARNING TO HOLD OUR ATTENTION ON OUR BREATHE OR OUR HEART IS VITAL TO BEING ABLE TO NOT BE DISTRACTED BY OUR THINKING MIND SO THAT WE CAN BE IN OUR HEART CENTER WHERE WE CONNECT WITH ALL LIFE.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I WENT INTO MY HEART SPACE BEST I COULD AND ASKED SNOOKS WHAT SHE WANTED TO CONVEY TO ME. ALL I FELT WAS THAT SHES VERY INTENT ON TRYING TO UNDERSTAND A PERSON. SHE’S VERY FOCUSED WITH ALMOST LAZERLIKE ATTENTION. SHE WANTED TO SHAKE MY HAND AND WHEN I ASKED IF SHES HEARING ME SHE SAID “YES, MY DEAR”, LIKE A WISE OVERSEER.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
NO. I WILL DO THE CARD GAME THIS WEEK. IM SURE. I‘M ALWAYS ASKING MY CATS AND MY DOG WHATS UP AND PRACTICING LISTENING. THATS WHERE DEVELOING “ATTENTION” COMES IN.
