One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did grounding/centering breathing and mantra meditation. I am not sure how long, but I believe I did this daily.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity – about her needing to eat and telling her I feel she needs less iodine from food and the importance of needing to eat but also eating the turkey nuggets which have less iodine but doesn’t always eat as well. I also told her I would like her to play more because it might help her thyroid hormones.
Hawkeye – I invited him to come with me to another area a couple of times.
With both of my cats I connected with them showing them what I saw on my walk briefly and also briefly on what I smelled. The hat limited the view and they weren’t impressed by my low sense of smell compared to theirs!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Learning more and more about being in the heart to get things you want and communicate and also about just putting things aside.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did. He said something like, « I am Light. You are Light. ».6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises, but more with numbers.

I forgot something – I also talked with birds and squirrels and seven client animals. One is a cat whose person passed on, was separated from her kitty siblings, put on a feral care place, adopted and in a room in a house not eating well nor drinking well thus not pooping and peeing well. She said various things. I was able to help her and the next day the person said she ate some and used the litter box to pee and poop.
The other animals who are clients talked about different things -reason for behavior and other things.

1. Not much. This has been a pretty sucky week.
2. No animals in sight, several at a distance with whom I have connected before.
3. Nothing. Sorry, I am upset now because of other “real world” stuff.
4. Ditto.
5. Nope, not good enough for that yet.
6. Nope. Same as before, checking intuition with muscle testing. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Time seems to be moving so much faster these days! There just isn’t enough time in the day for me to get everything done that needs to be done. Getting to bed late on a regular basis now just trying to keep up, so again, meditation has been sporadic at best.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I just don’t know what to say anymore about the situation with Ginger. I am thoroughly frustrated!! I tried a diaper on her today when I left the house because her crate bed was in the dryer from her peeing and pooping on it again. So when I came home, I smelled poo, and sure enough, she had pooped in her diaper. I’m not sure which is worse, trying to clean her up after that or cleaning it up off the floor! I can’t take her for our walks this weekend because of the sub-zero temps we’re experiencing right now. Today it got down to -8 degrees. I have no idea what the wind chill is, but it is BRUTAL!! So she’s wanting to go for a walk and can’t, so she’s all messed up because of that, following me all around the house and won’t relax.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, my frame of mind is pretty sucky right now.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Trying to listen for intuitive thoughts.

Yes, pranic healing twin hearts meditation and special ones for the solstice.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
To a monkey that I met on a walk, and when I sent him love and asked for a message, I got from him that my Brownie in spirit is around.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The only thing is that I’m reading and listening and trying to develop my skills.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing, except for what I’ve asked for the next call.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? Listened to a meditation but soon fell asleep – busy week leading up to Christmas holidays
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience
I had no reason to enter the supermarket other than having a walk round to see if there was anything I needed or required for the Christmas Holidays. There was not
Male dog called Ruby. While walking round I noticed this dog that I had seen before a short distance away and mentally connected to say ‘hello’ and to say how beautiful he was. The dog turned round, walked joyfully towards me in greeting. It seemed the dog was eager to connect or or me to help in some way. I chatted to the guardian and Ruby is a service dog. The guardian needed help reading the label/price. I obliged. There were discounts on this and various other products If the customer had a store members card, which I have but the lady did not, so offered the use of my card and would meet her by the till when she completed her shopping.
The lady, debating whether to buy the large Turkey in her trolley, decided not to and went to hand it over to a member of staff. Meantime I transferred her shopping onto the conveyor belt. The lady had saved over £24.00 (English pounds) using my card. The lady kept calling me an angel but it’s something I do if can help.
Verbally and mentally saying ’hello’ to any animal I come across and noticed some will look in my direction
Learnt to be very open and start trusting myself that I can do animal communications
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That animal can draw you to them, as in the case of Ruby the dog, I met in the supermarket that helped me to help his guardian in some small way
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have
None this week. Beginning to question my own personal inner workings/abilities more. feel am on the way to the edge/verge of what I do not know
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Whatever reason, I was guided to enter the stand alone large supermarket on my way home – intuition or something else – guided !!!! Had feelings/intuition all my life but not really thought about the reason, outcomes or was anything special.

1. Most days. Not on days where work was busy or sleep was short. I listened to guided meditations at night but that doesn’t really do the same thing.
2. I practiced briefly with a cat. I saw some great images and got a sense of being in the world and connected with the earth. Understanding of being a part of the planet. No word messages. I practiced communicating with Elsa about her vet visit. It feels like I was making stuff up. I’m practising being more present – I suspect that is the key.
3. I want to celebrate animals and just how happy being with a dog can make me!
4. Question: why does it work sometimes and not others?
5. I got feedback from Bailey. I got some stuff right but most of the details wrong. ☹ so I need to have another go. Haven’t done it yet. Although I did learn: I got that they had been together for 4 years. It was 4 months. Maybe I got the word 4 and didn’t check – just assumed. Valuable lesson.
6. I’m practising being more present as well as seeing how my body feels in reaction to choices and decisions, and then acting on those feelings. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Missed two days due to “Holiday Chaos” but made up for it on the others
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I am communicating with a whippet named Atabey. Just getting to know him so no info yet. He lives in Puerto Rico and about 8 months ago he turned and attacked his mom out of the blue, taking a big chunk out of her face. They chose to keep him, so I want to do some healing with him and his Mom. Stay Tuned,,
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel as though my healing is becoming more effective. I would like to eventually market energy healing to Veterinarians for pro and post op animals, in an effort to improve outcomes.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Do animals have angels and guides? Can there be a dark entity attached to them?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week yet, but hoping to after Christmas.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am focusing on 3rd eye meditations this week, Always looking to increase my intuitive skills in different ways

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I spoke with a kitty that had no eyes and a dog that had passed. I was communicating to get a sense of who they are/were as practice.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I did connect with a few animals even though I wasn’t feeling well.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am still getting hung up on allowing conversation to flow. I feels like I’m interviewing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did not butI did on our call.

1. Meditate!
This week I have done 2 soul repair deep meditations sessions with our colleague Chigusa. I have practiced them again every time I had the occasion though not every day since than. I have done shorter meditations mostly mornings and during the day when I had the occasion.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced with Kalu, Nita’s dog that has a medical problem. I did not get back a real message though, because perhaps I was not better prepared but I have sent her healing energy during the trip to the vet, and the following days.
I also practiced a with Blacky an old dog girly with a tumor. I have sent her, healing energy but honestly I haven’t even tried to connect for communication with her, as I am tired and looking forward to rest.
I have practiced with Bebe, again, my dog, because even though he is reacting much better comparing with last year at fire crackers, he still has fear triggers. When the fire crackers started seldom in the beginning of the month he was behaving well, almost no reaction at all, but now as they intensify, he is starting to react more and more restless. Today is Christmas eve and I also feel a bud of anxiety within me, because of fire crackers, as also Boumba is starting to feel afraid, and many of the guardian cats outside are scared by this continuous bombardments. I don’t know how it is in other parts of the world but here people are absolutely incredibly abusing the stupid bombing sounds.
My mom just called that Bebe is right now extremely afraid and moving to and fro, and restless and scared and it is morning!!!3. Celebrate!
I celebrate life, love and Christmas! I love all teachings of Jesus, and it is the best season to re-read, or hear them. 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What sadistic or evil pleasure can have a human to start lighting the firecrackers at 8 AM in the morning and keep doing it till late at night?
Why do people enjoy the sounds of war and disaster?
Where from this passion or drive for anything that sounds like destruction? Like bringing death?….5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Listening to meditations for opening my third eye, but I got some visions and I stopped. I will stay more next time to see what I get.
