One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. 1. Meditation has been up and down – some really good days. Quite a lot of guided meditations at night because I have struggled to sleep. And then some days with almost nothing because the Christmas visits etc. have thrown my rhythms into chaos.
2. I practiced with Bailey – see below. I practiced with a tortoise and got a very real sense of the shell and the arms digging and a lot of wisdom and kindness. I’ve been trying to practice with Elsa but not feeling it possible. I’ve been stuck on: I can’t do it.
3. I want to celebrate that the crows have come into my garden to feed. I am delighted to offer food when the conditions are icy and make it difficult for them. I feel like they are quite fussy – so feel privileged and that maybe my reach outs to them have worked and made them feel welcome. I don’t want them to think humans don’t like them.
4. My question is about how to keep my heart open. Inspired by Nicole I’ve put the question on the Q&A page.
5. Yes and have posted – but only just so no feedback yet. I was hesitating because I was scared of getting it all wrong. I tried to remind myself of all the times I got it right – and then had a go!
6. I’ve been doing the heartmath breathing and practising shifting into my heart as much as I can during the day. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, every day for at least an hour, sometimes more than once per day. I did healing meditations, chakra meditations and heart coherence meditations
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I did not really communicate with animals this week, as I was focused onhealing from covid. I tried to talk to one of my cats and I thought she told me she didn’t like sharing her water with her sistter.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have gotten back into mediation which I think was needed to keep my heart open to make communication easier.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? It seems hard for me to connect to the birds that come to my feeder – is there some reason wild animals could be more difficult that domestic?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.Not this week, because I was sick, but I did on our monthly call.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did a lot of meditation and communicated with my guides.

1. Meditation has been a big struggle this week. Finally yesterday I saw some movement with a big energetic disturbance, now I feel I can get into my heart space again (yay!).
2. None. I’ve tried to check in with animals I’ve communicated with before, had trouble holding the connection.
3. I celebrate the shift in energy that happened yesterday, and hope it continues in that direction!
4. N/A
5. N/A
6. Same as usual, I am enjoying muscle testing! It makes life easier! -

1. Meditate!
I have practiced every day. “’t’is the most wonderful time of the year” says the song… so I have even given a good a thought of how much I have evolved this year. I have done my balance sheet… 😊
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
It was pretty hard to keep my Bebe balanced as he hasn’t eliminated the fear of the fire crackers… and the explosions are continuing. So I was spending the week between two homes, and tomorrow I am going to spend the New Year night with Bebe and Estella.
Have communicated also with Boumba, or at least from my side…. As he is pretty afraid of this bombing too. I feel sorry that he will stay at the apartment with Aston, as I can not risk to take them by the house, as Bebe is afraid and I don’t know how Estella would react, and i don’t want to put on extra stress on the cats either.Have sent healing energy to all my list of furry friends, hope will bring some comfort to them.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate “knowledge” this week! I have changed so much this year thanks to Bebe, by forcing me look up for you. Also, thanks to my divine guidance to have shown me that you actually exist! It is an amazing and huge reason to celebrate! (Please NO fireworks! 😊)
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
D: I don’t know where to put this, but I enjoyed every email received from Val as they all seemed to me so beautifully crafted, and the stories amazing.
Q: Is there a way to block the sounds from outside? Is there a meditation to block the white noise and also the “black noise”?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week. Unfortunately even though I meditate I did not find the peace to stay in my heart and reach to Bailey, but I read every insight. I know I should practice but I am not done healing myself.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did not have enough time to play, but I can say my intuition kicks in when needed. I know this is not enough, but I will give a try with the deck of cards. I hope that this madness with firecrackers and fireworks will stop and then quiet and peace will return so that I can truly enjoy playing at least a few times.
