One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

TIP: To copy the questions, select the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over with your accountability post.

** For Easier Copy & Paste Posting: The Accountability Questions

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin hearts meditation (Pranic healing practice) and Val”s Heart Wisdom love meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with an ATH, Flux, and though I did not ask specific questions, got a number of impressions. I also spoke with the FAT.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
For the first time, I have communicated with two dogs in one week. Moreover, I was beginning to despair of getting practice since I have got just one feedback out of the 6 I connected with in the last few months, (last being 24th October, so since then I did not feel like practicing at all) wondering if AC is really meant for me. Then I decided to keep trying for a while at least while hoping for a response.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a doubt about communicating with an in spirit animal if it has already incarnated and have posted this for the live call.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, posted and got encouraging feedback.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been trying (the rather childish!) guessing game of the caller when the phone rings!!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. I talked with my aunt who was a therapist for 37 years who gave me a meditation to do. I did that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and will this evening. I do it about 30 minutes total. It’s clearing and grounding breathing then a mantra.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Hawkeye to not do something specific. I talked with Serenity about where she wanted to eat. I talked to a squirrel and a bird. I talked with a cat who was injured by a coyote.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How amazing, forgiving, warm, nurturing, Loving, and in tune with me my cats are:-). I already knew this, but it’s so special to me I wanted to mention it.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I intend to on the call.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More numbers.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Meditation was sporadic this week due to getting to bed so late all week. What I did manage to do was my Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-40 minutes before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Once again I got incorrect messages regarding the deer being shot and killed in my woods. I know firsthand of 2, but yesterday I counted 7 of my beauties!! I was so happy to see them, and once again tried to tell them to stay safe on my property.

Ginger: Tried once again to let her know that her peeing in the house is unacceptable, for all the good it does.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      No response.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Trying to listen for intuitive thoughts throughout the day. I know I need to change some things in my life, but I’m not sure how to go about doing that.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As usual I have done some box breathing and heart meditation from your recording. Not daily but I do work on it every night and I have a few times during the daytimes. Each time for about 10 minutes or so

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I worked on communiating with the animals at the clinic I am working in as a relief vet.
There were two dachshunds that were having a hierarchy issue and I discussed with them (though to the owners I was talking to them) One of them seemed to say “maybe” and the other was obviously listening to me and I felt her say she would try as she lowered her head in what seemed like embarrassment.
I reached out to the FAT for this month and posted in the FAT link.
I got a little communication from one of Krys’ dogs that is past but now present, that was neat as her angel wings were faded adn she was jumping around herself as a larger happy bouncy dog.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I actually communicated and used it at work some.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I can communicate even without doing a full meditation on occasion, now I need to do that more readily, practice of course is needed

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and I posted in the discussion. Mostly it was brief and I have not yet seen any response, I will check after I finish here. Bailey seemed very happy and full of amusing energy, sort of mischievous.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have to be honest that I did not do anything that I really remember

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 30 mins watching Nick Ortner tapping videos. Still have problems staying quiet for long period o time for meditation

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you learn from the experience

Three very loud (louder than normal) squawking crows were unusually perched on a small tree close to my home .Their noise drew my attention. I said hello and asked why they were so loud. One crow replied. We are your guide. I thanked them and they immediately flew off, so no further communication. Not sure if all three crows are my guide or a one crow in particular. About a week earlier, a friend who sketches sent me photos of her drawings as usual. Amongst the drawings was a picture of a crows head. I will take these signs more seriously and will start looking/reading more about crows. Sometimes rooks will arrive and land on grassed area nearby

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate the crows obtaining my attention. Do guides/spirits present themselves in this way without calling them in.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Was the ‘sign’ of crows a spirit guide, if so how to I communicate to the one crow that is my guide? All new to me

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. But will do so. Was in process of preparing and connecting when interrupted and lost focus.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection

Didn’t play games this week, however watching a tv drama show a question was asked ‘ the colour of the object’ An image of the word and sound of ‘black’ came into my mind. I was correct It threw me at first but pleased it was my intuition kicking in,.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      Every morning or afternoon

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Spent a lot of time with Roo and Sal. Had a private session with Val

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Getting ready to attend my first energy healing workshop. Another step in the journey!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Do animals have guardian angels?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Just forming first impressions. Will post

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just private work with Val. No games per se

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did small meditations to manage my energy and draw it back to me.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried to connect to my aunts cat but I am not sure that I was successful. I tried connecting to my hamster but also don’t feel it was very successful.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I tried to connect with new animals this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? If you try to connect with an animal and they are asleep, will you wake them or will you just not be able to connect?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet, but I’m going to try to before our call tomorrow.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I play wordle and try to guess the words. I did pretty good this week!

      1. Yes but not much – work was very hectic and consuming so I barely did any on my working days. ☹
      2. I practiced with a tortoise. I learned that I get more when I write down what comes as it comes. I also learned to be more attentive to body sensations when communicating and not just images or words or knowing. I could feel what it was like to feel safe in a shell. I could feel the wisdom and the sense of responding to the earth and the sun.
      3. Animal Communication is teaching me to open my heart to myself and to be with myself.
      4. Wondering why its easier to connect when on a guided meditation than on my own.
      5. No not yet..
      6. Just practiced opening my heart to plants and trees when out with Elsa.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated mostly every evening, and short ones during the day. Every morning I listened to guided “I am” meditations to have a boost for the day.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
This week I did not practice. I was still too distracted.
I have listened to motivational meditations to lift me up a little, and just had my phone coach with Val, which has been amazing. Thank you, Val!

      3. Celebrate!

This week I celebrate life! Especially the Jericho Rose!

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I have discovered that I was not that strong and prepared for the experience I went through Minou.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Not yet. I hope that on tomorrows call, under Val’s lovely coaching, and the meditation support I will succeed to meet Bailey.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

I admit I have tried the M&M color guessing game but only once. I was not into it at all… Perhaps the bag was not big enough 😊

      1. Yes. Per Val’s instructions I am modifying the box breathing portion of her standard meditation to make it less thought-provoking, and am also making an effort to receive love as well as send it. And I am bringing myself into the healing circle, as in the last call recording.
      2. I connected with a raptor at the side of the road as I was in a car driving by, I connected surprisingly quickly and easily. And I *may* have gotten a message from one of my cats.
      3. I celebrate connecting with the raptor! AND I was able to walk my teen daughter through The Work’s Four Questions when she was having a particularly rough day, she seemed to actually get the point!!! That is a small miracle!
      4. Nothing other than the usual. 😉
      5. Not up to that yet.
      6. Working mostly on confirming everyday intuition with muscle testing, that’s going very well! I may have to try the M&M exercise….
