One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated every morning for about 20 minutes…and my girlies love it too.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been talking to Mookie and Abby in the hope that they can find some way to live in harmony. I learnt that even dogs can be ‘bloody minded’ when they want to be.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that my understanding of my girlies is growing everyday and this has a knock on effect on every living thing around me.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have a particular question. I am still discovering the true depths of animals.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not formally, the FAT is my Shooks so we chat virtually everyday anyway.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, I am still letting time get away from me and not finding time to do everything I need to do. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been continuing meditations in the tub. Really enjoying the stillness. There were a few days I didn’t meditate as I was at my mom’s and got out of my routine.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog who seemed to have had a seizure. His mom reached out to me asking if I could help. I wasn’t feeling well energetically to do so and needed to honour this boundary as this was a friend of mine. I felt torn however because of the dog in need. I got some rest and talked with Ozzy the following day. He explained how he felt in his body, that he had a headache (7 out of 10) and some messages for his mom and dad. From this experience, I have learned that I do need to honour boundaries even though I feel the pull in wanting to help every animal. Ozzy was still able to talk with me the next day and maybe it was a better timing that he did as he was able to get some rest. This is something I need to continue finding balance with xo.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am just so grateful for the animals and their guidance and love. I celebrate them, our connection as it grows and strengthens and in partnership with one another.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have discovered that my journey with animals keeps growing and I’m so grateful for that. I don’t have any questions this week about communicating with animals.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet. Will be doing so on Saturday’s call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have a new intuition game to play and that’s asking the animals in my life about if they remember their past lives. I look forward to this one and will report in my weekly accountability posts 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week?
ANOUT A WEEK AGO I SET THE INTENTION TO PRACTICE JUST STILLING – STILLING MY MIND WITHOUT EFFORT OR “TRYING” AT ALL. JUST FOCUSING ON THE BREATH. BEING THE BREATH ITSELF, NOT THE BREATHER. I HAD A REALIZATION WHICH INSPIRED ME TO MAKE THIS MEDITATION COMMITMENT. I FEEL ITS IMPORTANT TO DEVELOP ATTENTION. IF I CAN GIVE FULL ATTENTION TO MY BREATHE OR A SINGLE FOCUS OF SOME KIND IT WILL HELP ME TO SIT STILL WITH ATTENTION TO ANIMAL COMMUNICATION.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
MY HEART HAS BEEN HEAVY SEEING MY 3 NEIGHBOR DOGS TIED 23 HOURS A DAY OR MORE. THATS WHY I VOLUNTEERED TO WALK THEM 6 MONTHS AGO. OWNER ONLY LETS ME DO SO 3 DAYS A WEEK, ONCE A DAY. SO, MY HEARTSTRINGS KEEP PULLING ME TOWARD THEM,SENDING LOVE, SEEING THEM FREE AS SOON AS A FENCE IS PUT UP (WHO KNOWS WHEN). I FEEL THEM BORED AND SAD AT TIMES THAT THEY CANNOT PLAY TOGETHER OFTEN.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
JUST THE INNER KNOWING WE CAN ALL DO THIS IS ENOUGH FOR CELEBRATION RIGHT NOW.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
NONE AT THE MOMENT. ACTUALLY, MANY QUESTIONS BUT NONE THAT “POPS” AT THE MOMENT.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
I LOOKED AT SNOOKS FOR A WHILE BUT DIDNT FEEL OR SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I BEGAN PRACTICE WITH THE CARDS. NOT EVEN 50\50 THE FIRST TRY. ILL KEEP DOING THIS GAME, FOR SURE!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week for approximately two hours in total – a combination of focusing on my breath, the heart rose and waterfall meditations and “Relaxing your mind” by Lama Yeshe Rabgye.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with dog “Shooks”, the Featured Animal Teacher for this month. I asked Shooks what her role in the household is. I learned that I get tense when I try to communicate and that I need to relax more.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This week I listened to the recording of last months coaching call lecture with Featured Animal Teacher Sadie (it is difficult for me to attend live). It was great to listen to everyone’s comments and to realize that the key information they received was similar to the key information I had received. This convinced me that I had in fact connected with Sadie. So I celebrate that.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I am in fact connecting with animals but that my concentration drifts and that I miss things and make things up. It is difficult for me to know what is me and what is the animal.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month, Louise’s dog “Shooks”. I did post in the discussion forum – we talked about the role that Shooks felt she played in her household. Shooks felt that she was the rock of her family, looking after everyone.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I played The Card intuition game, at different times, and got 12/20, 10/20, 9/20 and 14/20 correct – when trying to guess the color.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I psychically guessed the color or someone’s shirt on a TV show. There was something else I psychically guessed, too-don’t remember what it was now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my daily schedule of meditation on light and sound staying completely quiet in my physical body this week about 1 hour in the morning and 1/2 hour at night. Tonight I saw many different dog faces but have no idea what that was about!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Mouse and Spot: dogs. Spot left her body in a horrendous accident and I helped Mouse grieve and connect with Spot so they could say goodbye. The entire experience is posted in our Facebook group.
2. Zuzu: collie. She is an old client and I wanted to give her a Christmas present so I was pulled to check into her body systems and many were out of whack and not strong. I asked my guides to send healing energy. Also placed her in a healing pyramid and think now I could have but didn’t bring her into my workshop so I imagine that was not supposed to happen. We were happy to connect with each other as old friends.
3. Happy, a young dog who barks a lot and licks the baby too much and has no boundaries. Healed trauma from being a rescue. Worked on human/animal body mind connection as felt if her human would become emotional leader of household and set some boundaries, Happy would feel safer. Also helped her figure out her place in the family now there is a new baby and what her job could be if it isn’t protector. She came up with lover.
4. Arwen, cat. Arwen is getting ready to transition. Relayed messages from Arwen to her humans. Asked her how she wants to leave with assistance or on her own and she said on her own. Then also asked if her people couldn’t handle it how would that feel to have help. She said she would be leaving soon and was looking forward to it but no worries if they needed to let her go sooner with assistance because she was already halfway in Spirit. This gave her people two options.
5. Scooby:dog. He is a rescue from Texas who has a lot of fears. We worked on releasing them but I also told him if he needed to hide when he felt scared it would be ok. His new human will care and love him all the rest of his life here. When he heard the washing machine that day he didn’t tremble and shake.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am celebrating that I know and feel when the connection I have had with the animal is clear and strong.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am learning in all these experiences the more I stay out of the way and go with what the animals need, the more they express themselves.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time this week for specific games but celebrated and noticed coincidences.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I ve been getting up early to chant more because I need to sort out my work situation – and it just makes life so much better! Just really understood this week that every day is about living and doing your best and not to worry too much about tomorrow. I did a guided meditation too.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just with Shooks.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week..
I’m getting better and faster at getting in to my heart centre. Staying there can be tricky especially when I’m tired.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I do it in a group, or I have questions set for me, I seem to be much better at AC than when I sit alone at home. Does this mean: I can’t really do it (tempted to believe that); I can only do it with others; I need to practice more alone but I get very full of self doubt that I avoid it;or do I need to strengthen my “just have a go” attitude. I’m trying that. The other question is: to allow stuff to change or to actively chase change…4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I tried to connect with Shooks. I found it hard because I had already read posts from Louise about her so I’m not sure whether I was very influenced by what I already know or not.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been doing the rainbow connection daily instead. It helps me get to my heart. I did try leaning in to make some decisions but I think my head was so busy with work I’m not sure I was really able to listen to myself. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
-> Yes Gabby Bernstein. Not as much as I would like but I have also been taking time to just think about breathing slowly and deeply.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
-> I didn’t take time out to communicate with animals, but found myself doing it in multiple short instances when things happened. When the rooster tried to jump on me, when one of our horses played a trick on me, etc.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
-> This week has been a bit hectic with my work schedule and I feel like I’ve been getting very clear communications from my dog when he wants or needs something. Like he knows I have too many things going on and he reminds me of things… if that makes any sense.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
-> Nothing specific this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
-> No – but I look forward to tomorrow!6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
In addition to the meditation that is always a part of our online church service, I sat quietly and breathed to relax several times.
Reiki is meditation. I offered Reiki to Pascal and went deep into meditation to do this.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Pascal. A couple of nights ago when Klaudia’s dog Pascal was still at the vets with a damaged paw, I tuned into him. It was my understanding that the bones in his paw were shattered, that it was not a clean break. I offered Reiki and remembered that people offering hands on healing to people or animals with broken bones had felt the bones move back into place beneath their hands. Knowing that hands of or so-called distant healing – distance is an illusion – could be just as powerful as hands on, I asked that the shattered bones move back into place.
I watched as all the little bones moved into place. Using a combination of AC, Reiki, and the affirmative prayer taught by the Unity church, I affirmed that the is nothing behind God’s healing ability. I said that God’s healing ability was in every cell of his body. That the vet and all who were working with him were well trained, highly skilled and divinely guided. That they knew when to use their techniques and when to allow healing to occur. All the time the Reiki energy was flowing to him.
The next morning, he was better, calmer and the vet was able to examine him. And that he had a broken elbow. No mention of shattered bones.I know that Reiki could have contributed to the calmness. But did I just imagine shattered bones moving into place or were there no shattered bones and I just made this up?
Roxy. I am working with my cat Roxy to be able to communicate with him. Both cats often walk between me and the monitor when I am on the computer. I am asking them what they want. Usually, they lead me to the kitchen. Last night Roxy kept looking at the monitor.Once before I found some videos of birds and squirrels and let him watch. I realized he wanted to watch his videos. I said I needed to finish what I was doing and then it was his turn. He went away to wait.
When I finished, I forgot about that and turned off the computer. He came back and again looked at the now blank monitor. So, I turned the computer back on and found a video of birds and squirrels he had enjoyed before. When it finished, he pawed at the screen, so I found him another longer running one, this time indoors with Christmas decorations and a fireplace with a small cat sized sofa in front of the fireplace. He watched as first a cat and then a dog wandered around and then got on the little sofa. Later a little pig did the same thing. He was not interested in the pig.
He had a wonderful time watching is videos and I had no problem understanding what he wanted although no words were exchanged.3.
My increased ability to communicate with Roxy.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question is – did Pascal’s bones really move into place or did I just make that part up?5.
I have only very briefly tuned into our new FAT. The first time I saw his picture I briefly connected to him. I look forward to communicating with him during the call tomorrow if not before.
Once again, I did not play any of the games. I am focused directly on improving my communication. Connection is easy using Reiki techniques. And that is how I first communicated with animals before I had any intention of doing AC.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but not as much as I would have liked to. I did 2 guided meditations each about 20 minutes long. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night, and did 3 silent meditations for about 5 minutes each.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my pony, Pollyanna. Basically, telling her that the construction at the farm will be completed very soon. There are changes to the way the farm looks every day so be ready to experience new things almost daily. I am not getting anything more than an impression or knowing that my message has been received and she understands. She has been a good girl being led in to her stall every evening.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing comes to mind.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing comes to mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I meditated to quiet my mind but was not able to connect with Shooks. I’m hoping I will make a connection during our call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. I did the playing card game. I got 34 correct and 20 wrong just guessing red or black.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated every morning for a min of 15 min and 2 days this week did an extended meditation to 90min. Every night I do a closing of the day mediation for about 10min.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Well, the only animal I tuned into this week was Pascal….I got a message from him that the incident happened so fast; I saw a flash of black and had a huge energy shift within me. I immediately thought it was a wild beast; though later after speaking with Sally, I think it was a vehicle. If I would have stayed with the process longer I could have gleaned more information.I had a wonderful experience with my Izzy this week in my long morning meditation, (well in fact my darling kitty is always right there when I go to meditate); I was practicing expanding my awareness and was feeling the strong sense that she is my teacher, especially when it comes to meditation and quieting of my mind. Now, I have known for years that she is my ‘meditation buddy’, but this day I really felt her as like a wise sage that has been waiting patiently for me to expand and deepen even more so into my mediation practice. I expressed my heart full of gratitude to her and following the session, she and I lay together for about 30min on the floor under the blanket together and we bonded even more. That night, she came onto the bed and nuzzled up next to me for a few minutes (even stayed for a short time after KoKo jumped on to it).
I had a flash of knowing that KoKo and I were in another life together as a couple. I brushed it off at first, but the feeling has stayed with me and I well might have to explore this by doing an akashic session with myself.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am expanding in my spiritual essence and even though I have not been doing much animal communication with other animals outside of my home, I feel I am growing and softening in my heart and it truly is strengthening my bond with my cats.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Its more of an awareness…..Pam, stay with the communication longer and as more questions – rather than only ‘reading’ them…..converse for a while longer with them. (Note – I do do this, especially if I am getting paid for the session).5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, not yet, I hope to tune in and talk before class tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Did not really do anything on this front this weekPam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Friday night 10 m (11 senses + listening to Bonus Meditation Class #5). Sunday 8 m morning (11 senses + crystal light). Thursday 13 m morning (11 senses, Crystal Light)/ 20 m evening (11 senses, crystal light + wellness bonus meditation). Friday morning 10 m listening to Deepak Chopra Day 11 Abundance meditation (Om Daksham Nama).
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with our terminal cat, Bunny. She grows weaker and more frail every day, but her hunger and digestion remain intact. She wants to spend as much earth time with August as possible, and she’s squeezing all her nine lives to stay with us each additional precious day. We shared stories about her to her, like recommended. I got several pictures of her surrendering to the other 2 cats cuddling with her. I do sense that the end of her extended journey will be this week (12/6). She passed away Monday morning 12/7. She struggled as we held her. She gave a last series of cries to signify it was happening, but her body took a half hour to finally release. I imagined her spirit bouncing around the room once she was free. The other 2 cats inspected her resting box, and I noticed that they were looking around the room, attentive to something I could not see. It’s a sad week for us.
I reached out to Poly, my friend’s cat in Portland. She’s not pleased by the meds being forced on her. She’s been mirroring her owner and transmuting all the negative energy her body’s been challenged with lately – abdominal pain, loss of appetite, weight loss, aggravated moods, body collapse. The right side of her crown chakra and upper torso had extra frequency. She’s on antibiotics and a few other natural remedies. She did confirm having a UTI, which was the first thing I suspected last week, and I know it will flush out fine. I asked her to be a good sport with the medicine. It’s something we humans have to give our animals to fight the infections and keep them from getting worse, in more pain, or even die, which would upset Bijoux terribly. She doesn’t want to die and cause Bijoux grief, does she? I thanked her for putting up with her doting mom, but to be patient with the treatments, which will end in a week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
On Wednesday, I heard Bunny’s distinctive meow in the kitchen! I was in the living room with our other 2 cats. August usually has his cell phone playing an episode of Seinfeld when he’s prepping in the kitchen. Bunny was always at his heels meowing up a storm how much she loved him, how excited she was, how eager for food she was – “Meow, meow, meow….!”. It used to get on his nerves her non-stop meows, but I always was amused by how much she idolized him. I loved all her beautiful sounds. It had been 2 days since she passed, and we still had yet to surrender her body, but we were getting ready for that morning anyway. I KNOW I heard her sweet, peculiar meow so clearly that I ran into the kitchen asking if he had heard her! He had not, but I’m of the conviction that she is with us, still devoted to her human, who is hurting so much this week. We both are.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question has to do more with meditation. I know it’s supposed to ground my frequency in order to resonate with the animals. I often find myself crying, usually only tears. This week, when I was able to finally meditate, I ended up crying emotionally, mourning. I kept my eyes closed, kept breathing, then snapped out of it still upset. Does that count for meditation still when it’s affected by grief?
The only discovery I can conclude is that I feel calmer and lighter after a crying meditation session; humility.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I got feedback from Lindsey for connecting with Sadie a couple of times (November FAT). She did confirm a lot of my images and definitely the barking sound (yay!). I got the red correct and all the balls, plus the tug-of-war. I did not get the water sprinkler image correct, but she says Sadie has a dog friend who loves water & sprinklers, so perhaps I’m getting a view from her memories? She confirmed that Sadie was a young pup, but she also seems to have a wise soul. She agreed that she has a noble stance, yet is still trying to find her place within the collective, even though she has her bouts of rowdyness.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition letter to Source again. This time it was extremely short. I got my answers immediately, while my grieving heart didn’t have the strength to go deeper.
I listened to the beginning of the Beginning Course Bonus Q & A + Coaching Call. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep during the second half, so I’ll return to it again. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Mon-Wed I spent 15 min each morning sitting in quiet meditation followed by visualizing what I want to bring into my life. Thurs and Fri mornings I did the “Prayers of the Heart” guided meditation followed by visualization of my desires.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated briefly with Shooks this morning and learned that I may have been talking to her from a previous life or I may have not been completely connected to her. The information I received was not very accurate once I got feedback from Louise.
I also sent Reiki love energy to my fish as I noticed he was struggling in the tank and he passed away shortly after.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love how I am much more aware of all the animals I encounter on a day-to-day basis. For instance, yesterday I encountered 2 hawks within close range of where I was walking Sadie. I reflected on their presence to receive any messages they were there to send me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I didn’t realize that sometimes animals will choose to communicate experiences from their past lives instead of their present lives.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Shooks this morning and am not sure if I was accurately connected to her. Perhaps she was sharing with me images from a previous life.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week. I will make an effort to play games this coming week.

I hope I am still on time. I was on the phone with various colleagues the whole day trying to solve some challenges to prepare a report requested on very short notice. I have to finish this over the weekend, so I had to sort whatever I needed help on still today.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did one guided meditation and every day a few minutes being present.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked every day to Pascal, because he was very upset after he had been hit by a car. Slowly he is relaxing.
Also I try to convince Raksha to come with me to the vet. She has the flu and a very bad eye infection. I took her to the vet once, when I found her soundly asleep. But the next day she slipped out of the kitchen back into the kennel and refuses to continue the treatment.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that I can communicate with my furry family to deal with our daily challenges is already plenty of reason to celebrate.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing specific.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I will do Saturday during our call.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.

1- Meditate: yes, 2 X per day doing TM, rarely skip. Did some shamanic journeys to practice before next class.
2- Practice: I have a break working with the horses, so did some communication with Vayu and Sufi, needed to practice with them as I have a hard time hearing their responses to me, I am cleared that they understand me though from their actions. Today I did see Vayu responding to me when I started with him, he said Hi Ma! So sweet and I went on explaining my worries about the eagles nesting around here and even recall the sound they make so he is aware of their presence and that he should hide well and be careful when he is around the pond. Also to be aware of Hawks and owls. I am happy that he comes home to check in from time to time, felt his body is a little toxic. I let him outside and he is sticking close to home right now, he understands my worries.
Did some good healing and releasing work with Sufi, surrounding him with protection and request to releasing fear, he came up with the idea to make him look bigger than he is, it was great, now he looks big and powerful. Then did some scanning along the spine, making room for organs and lungs under his body, then paying attention to his lower back and left leg. He is still walking funny when he goes down the driveway when we go for our walk, I am hoping that this healing work will help. I am trying to connect with a chiro for him but we will have to go off island, it will be tough for him, will see?3- Celebrate: not much to celebrate but I am happy that I felt Vayu response and willing to listen to me when I wanted to communicate with him. Happy that I could work with Sufi, will see how he respond in the next few days.
4- Questions/discovery: Why am I so fearful to connect with all animals? To get it wrong? It is so overwhelming sometimes it’s truly a challenge.
5- FAT: doing it this afternoon and will post.
6- Game: never seem to get to this part with everything else I am doing.
