One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

12 Feb 2020 I seem to connect thru his eyes Pistol seemed to sit proud and erect watching me Postil Seems wary of people, cautious/hesitant as though waiting to judge me and worthy of speaking to me . Tried to coax him to relax Was it Pistol talking or my imagination as conversation quite rapid/quick. Complimented on his eyes. Seems wary of people, very cautious/hesitant. Tried to coax him to relax. Lives in an apartment in a town. Doesn’t know how he got the name of Pistol. I asked if we could be friends. Hesitant ‘maybe’ from Pistol. Suggested he had a lovely smile and to smile more.
Will contact Pistol again in few days

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have gotten away from doing this again! Why do I do that? Oh how funny it is when this happens. Thanks for the reminder. Back on it regularly I go! 🙂
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog in spirit. It was a learning experience for me because each time I tried to communicate with him and share information to his dad on earth, his dad was talk about him, share memories. I felt like this might be what dad needs. Some communication, but also a chance to talk and share about his boy he loves so much. It was quite nice to talk and hear these memories. At the end of the session, I asked dad if he felt that he was able to receive what he needed from our time together. He said he wished he could have heard more from Moose. I felt my self confidence dip. I felt like I wasn’t able to provide him what he needed in this session. This morning I received a message from him thanking me for providing confirmation about something Moose told me that dad hadn’t told anyone else and to hear that brought him comfort.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate life, living, learning and loving each other. We need this and I meet many people who share this. I feel truly grateful about that and wish to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, Pistol was very helpful for me today. Such a healer and great teacher. I posted the conversation in the FAT forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The 21st is when the next exercise opens for me. For the topic of life purpose, animals often let me know what that is, why they have come here to live on earth in this way. It’s remarkable! Looking forward to doing this exercise when it becomes available for me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. I don’t know how much time. I did shielding and raising my energetic vibrations. One of the times I don’t know if I was doing much vibration raising though.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Morning Dove. Also, Pistol. Serenity-I told her how much I Love her and some other things. Hawkeye-I invited him to keep me company while in the bathroom brushing my teeth, flossing, etc. I also told them about how I think I have a lack of self Love and told them about why I think I have fear and about somewhat not knowing myself. I talked with them other times, too. Also, Serenity was in a box and appeared to have gotten startled. I asked her what happened. I understood her to say a ghost startled her. I connected with the ghost and talked with the being and got the ghost to go to the Light. I created a White Light for the ghost to cross to the Other Side through. I also talked with one of my Morning Dove friends. I think I told him/her about how I missed seeing them-not sure. I also where his/her friend/mate was. The mate/friend was getting food and going to bring it back. I also asked the Morning Dove if he/she would like me to put cat fur I have collected and put aside for them from when it comes off when I pet Serenity and Hawkeye and told the Morning Dove to make sure to take the fur and not make a nest where I will put it because I don’t want it to be unsafe for them when Serenity and Hawkeye go out on the balcony. Pistol-I posted about the communication.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Having a shift in perspective that could help with overwhelm and anxiety.

5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. I posted the communication for Patricia to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? There might have been times when I knew something psychically. It happens regularly. Either that or I get number communication from Angels. I also get communication from both my parents who have passed on and animals I have had who have passed on.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
In addition to church and a teleconference workshop I did with Susann, both of which involve meditations, I have taken time to sit quietly and breathe. Just breathe.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Missy. Last night when I was trying to go to sleep without much success, I had a long conversation with Missy. This was the first time I was able to connect with her and to be honest I am not sure if I was making it up.
I had my second Covid vaccination yesterday and was not feeling well last night. I reassured her that I was OK, nothing to worry about. I cannot remember what all we talked about. Nothing profound. Asked her for help in getting to sleep and she curled up on my legs which usually helps.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Communication with Missy
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My communications often feel “thin” and I wonder if I’m just making it all up. It seems so easy. Maybe the reason I think I cannot do it is that I expect it to take some more efforts and for it to be deeper as it sometimes used to be.

I connected very briefly before the call telling him about how everyone would be talking to him at the same time. I connected briefly during the call and we agreed to connect when he was not so busy connecting with everyone at the same time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I attempted every day to meditate this week and felt it was very feeble. Fell asleep a lot of the time.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mama Kitty, semi-feral kitty about spending the night in her human’s mud room when it is so cold. She said she is a fur ball and the cold doesn’t bother her….
Priscilla, chihuahua. I asked her why was she afraid of walking on the new rug and she said it is frightening and do we have to have reasons for everything we feel?3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am a little off this week so can’t find anything to celebrate. 🥲4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that I feel useless when I don’t communicate with animals every day. I missed a few days and it shows up in my emotions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breathing and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with cat Pistol, this month’s Featured Animal teacher. We talked about what Pistol loves to do. I learnt how animals love to just be and what a sense of humor they have.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate that I seem to be getting better at sensing energy – as I seem to be improving at guessing the color of the cards in The Card Intuition Game.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am trying to sort out whether it is better to have my eyes open or closed during the communication. It is difficult to write things down with eyes closed but easier to concentrate.
I discovered that cats are very proud of themselves and how they love to have a joke, from talking to Pistol.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did communicate with the Featured Animal of the month, cat Pistol. Pistol told me what he loves to do and how happy he was to help us students by always being available.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I played The Card Intuition development Game, getting 9/20, 16/20, 13/20 and 12/20 (when trying to guess the color). I do seem to be getting better at this but am not consistent.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual Soul Mala Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes before bed each evening.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We have had record breaking frigid temperatures this past week, and one evening while I was feeding the horses, a little bird was in the barn chirping and flying around. Normally they aren’t in there while I am. Looking closer in the area the bird was flying around in, I saw another little wren on the floor. I picked it up and found that it was stiff, likely frozen. I told the other bird I would take it’s mate in the house and try to thaw it out. Unfortunately I was too late. I tried to communicate this to the little wren, have no idea if the message was received.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.

I offered a greeting to Pistol and tried to press “play” on the video. I still haven’t learned how to do this.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Getting over the intimidation of being the newbie that has not done this before. Learning the quick connect which is amazing from a pretty special Kitty. It’s overwhelming but I can do this…the Kitty said so.

How to over come the your my pet so we can talk.

1 Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes. Appx 90mins in short bursts over the week Difficult to find the time due to a demanding friend
2 Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with who did you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?A neighbours male tuxedo cat called Princess (don’t ask why) always wants to come into my home, even clawing at patio glass door. He looks at me but says nothing. It’s all actions with him. He purrs all the time, rubs his checks on furniture and keeps knocking my hand to stoke him, which I do. If I’m sitting down he will jump onto my lap. It’s as though he has his own agenda – slowly walking around, sniffing and searching around. He’s skittish and stays about 5 – 10 mins only in the house but waits patiently (not always) outside several times a day. These actions started and progressed since early summer 2020. As I write this he’s sitting outside peering in
I do feel he’s trying to say/do/wants something for himself and me. Believe he’s missing/searching/smells ‘Shy’ a neighbour young ginger and white cat who adopted and stayed with me and went missing 29 Dec 2019 whom I miss terribly and searching for
Another neighbours big male tabby cat also called Princess still comes to patio door but no longer tries to rush/barge into the house. Like to know what’s changed his behaviour. The three cats, all different characters often seen together.
I do believe cats have feelings. Have to learn how to gain more of their confidence, especially tabby so they can speak to me. Trust and patienceA few squirrels in park now come running if I make clicking noises and rustle the bag of treats. . Each squirrel behaves differently, be it shy or bold so getting to know them. I do realise it’s the treats they’re after and nothing to do with me personally

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I (hopefully) connected with Pistol and other animals I came into contact with this week.
The emotional meeting with Pistol was hard session and still feel the impact several days later so think I’ve made some progress4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?Did I communicate with Pistol or projecting my own worries/desire/emotions. How can I tell if my connection with an animal is a true one and not of imagination
5 Featured Animal Teacher!
Yes, Pistol . Not sure if was my imagination or placing my emotions onto Pistol
I connected to Pistol . I immediately sensed and saw something was wrong with him for he was frantically pacing up and down quite agitatedly. His paws stepping deep into a patterned (mostly red) soft springy (bed) cover
‘Hello Pistol. How are you today? Is there something wrong?’ He calmed down a little but continued pacing bath and forth.
‘I’m worried about you. He said. I was taken aback by his comment
‘ I‘m ok. Pistol’ ‘ Shall we just sit today’. Standing on all four paws his gaze fixed stared into my face and eyes
‘Everything will be alright’ he finally said. (I felt ok before starting the session with Pistol so couldn’t think what he meant ‘Shy’ he said. Loves you as you love him. Tears welled up and I burst into tears and couldn’t stop crying at mention of Shy ‘Does he’ I blurted out. ‘Yes’ he replied ‘and everything will be alright’. Again he lifted his right paw towards my face.
’Do you really know him’ I asked.
As if offended he remarked ‘Of course’. The thought of Pistol living miles away and would not have known the name ‘Shy’ flashed thru my mind – how could he (pistol) know.
Taken aback by his reply I asked if we could sit awhile. Pistol, not taking his gaze off me, eased himself down onto the soft bedding. Sprawled lengthways he sat quietly. Me, sobbing, but trying to control my feelings asked again. ‘Do you know Shy’
‘Yes’ he replied softly tucking himself round to sit upright more comfortable. His tail covering front paws. Seated quietly and calmer he waited for me to speak. I was in lot of emotional pain and could not stop crying, tears streaming down my face.
Wanted to ask so many question but couldn’t
I asked Pistol’s permission if we could end the session now. Pistol nodded and said ‘yes’ Then asked of him if we could meet again. He slowly blinked his eyes, lowered his head a little, to mean yes
Afterward it took quite a long time for me to stop crying.
Thus in emotional turmoil took leave of Pistol and removed his photo calm down. My feelings lasted all day and as I write this tears are welling up and falling down my cheeks .
Was it Pistol talking to me or me manifesting my emotions onto Pistol

Didn’t have much time this week but did little bit of work with my visiting cats, however I practiced on a friend without his knowledge to find the answers he’d give to my questions
Predictably I was right most of the time. Think I know him too well !!!! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting every day. Not so much other stuff – I’ve been avoiding it. I think because I lost the rhythm of doing the Rainbow tornado – and then I got stuck. But it has shown me what a difference it makes to do the Rainbow on a daily basis. It just makes it easier to drop into my heart and helps me be more confident.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Pistol twice. See below and I communicated with a toad. I learned from the toad that life matters, to take life seriously, not just dismiss my life.
I tried to communicate with a magpie. He was struggling to get to the birdseed in the birdfeeder. I tried to tell him that I would come out and move it – he flew away. He away. He did come back but not straight away – about 10 minutes later. So I don’t know if it worked. I don’t think so.
I followed along with Val when we communicated with Poppy on the Q&A call – I picked up a lot!
2. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
😊 Betty communicated with Elsa, I got an email and that really encouraged me. 😊 Thank you Betty!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
When I walk outside, I realised can switch to seeing/feeling a great energy around trees and bushes and plants. It gets intense so I switch it off, but I want to practice not switching it off and relaxing into it.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Pistol on the Q&A call and then again during the week. I will post and see what Patricia says.

Total time around 58 minutes sitting in silent meditation and focusing inward.

I communicated with Sadie to let her know about the upcoming weekend where she will be spending 2 nights with her dog friends while I am away. I reassured her that I will be picking her back up and bringing her back to her home.

1- Meditate: yes, every day. I like to listen to Abraham Hick before I go to bed. I also started to connect with the trees in the forest and meditate there. I have been journaling particularly on death since another friend of mine died on Wednesday. I have been receiving help from the trees while walking in the forest, they cleared a lot of my grief. I felt so much better after spending the afternoon outside.
2- Practice: There is a deer that came on my balcony and I connected eye to eye with her through the french door, she stayed there for a while, she was looking for food. I tried to communicate with her again since I had a photo of her and asking her to come back I left some carrots on the balcony for her. She has not come yet? I wonder if she died?
I practice asking the name of the tree i used for journeying and “ Birtha “ or Berta “came into my head. I wonder if this is right?
I also practice hugging a tree, it actually felt really good, I felt a lot of love. I also practice sitting in a middle of a circle of tree and asking them for help with my health. I got some answer in the next night while listening to Abraham. I feel more connected to the forest around my house since I started to work with them.
I am still trying to get a clear receiving from my cats… so hard.
3- Celebrate: I love my new connection with the trees, i really want to connect with them. I am hoping they will help me opening my connection with the animals.
4- Discovery/ questions: i put some questions in the Q and A for Saturday.
5- FAT: no
6- Game: practice guessing what is in a box? Nothing, I am absolutely not good at this…
