One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, daily Twin Hearts meditation with a chant. Also, special meditations and blessings for Turkey after the earthquakes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with an ATH dog.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I finally got feedback after not getting any over the last few months and over 7 ATH practices!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that though I am consciously connecting with an animal, I may have actually communicated with another one……Val had indicated this in the last call, and has asked me to post for the upcoming call.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have surprised myself a couple of times when something I’ve been thinking of doing and set my intention for a sign has come about suddenly.

      1. Continuing to move into my heart space frequently.
      2. I check in with Shelby the Bald Eagle (who had half of a wing amputated) fairly frequently. Months ago I connected with her and showed her how to fly in her imagination. A couple of weeks ago my regular energy practitioner did some surrogate work on her (wing injury connected to my nagging shoulder injury) and after that I saw her ZOOMING around at jet speed! Now most recently she just sits and looks at me, sending me love (I think).
      3. A couple of nights ago Kona the cat was in Dad’s lap in full snuggle mode: out of the blue I heard “am I doing good, Mom?” WOW!!!! Of course I said YES!
      4. Nothing specific.
      5. Not yet.
      6. Continuing to verify intuition with muscle testing.

      Thanks!

      1. Meditate!
I did almost every evening. Some evenings I have felt asleep though. This winter cold, is exhausting, and it depletes me of energy very fast.

      2. Practice!
I practiced energy healing with Prince Aston this week as he had a re-bout of diarrhea. It was so interesting, as until now he generally refused the energy healing. I have decided for no doctors and drugs for this time, only a change in diet and energy healing. It worked wonders. He laid on the bed, and he even turned his head, and licked my hand. The session was about 10 minutes, and while I kept my hands hoovering over his body I closed my eyes. I told him that I want to see him healed, if he hears me. I told him mentally that I need his help to get grounded, and be calm so tha he could please help me hear him. And than I saw him looking out on the window. I think he has sent me that image to show me that he wants out… I got the message but nothing else, as I had to hurry to end the session to go to work.
I joined an online Reiki class so hopefully what I will learn there will make me more opened to self healing and to animal communication.

      3. Celebrate!
I celebrate helping Aston with his ache.😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have discovered that I totally should do keep a journal, as sometimes I forget
      …

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
      Not this week.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did not specifically play any game, as I am too tired, but I apply the principles of intuition development, on different daily occasions.

I continue to meditate daily as I work through lessons each day. I am getting faster at arriving at a relaxed state, ready for sharing.

This week I have been reconnecting with Louie. His Mom sent me a picture him at the front door with a taut leash on his collar, laying down refusing to move. This was one of the negotiations we agreed wouldn’t happen. I promised the rugs would remain on the floors and would only be separated little bits at a time when he was ready. He was running the show. I apologized to Louie and told him I talked with his Mom and made her a video so she would understand her role to support him. I told him I sent a harness in the mail so he wouldn’t feel pressure on his neck at all. With the harness, if he needs a little support from his teammate, she can help him with the handle over his shoulder. Louie seemed to accept my apology and plan moving forward. I will plan to check in with him once they start again.

This week I also had a session with Val that was of course amazing. She was able to help me to identify my animals preferred style of communication and I was able to for the first time connect with all of my animals. I was showered with so much love it was actually overwhelming. I posted details in FB.

I’m learning that with my dog training and Marriage & Family Therapy education, I will have more to offer than the average communicator. Soon I will be so hot you won’t be able to touch me!

I’m having trouble with “Be One With The Animal”. Not sure where the breakdown is but I am having trouble getting into the animals body. I have only found one reference in the beginning modules.

I did communicate with our FAT. We shall see if I was on the mark or not. Wasn’t that confident on the connection but submitted it anyway.

I have played intuitive games while grabbing sugar packets and lids for morning coffee.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes I meditated about 15 min nearly every morning. I used yogic breathing technique while imagining chakra colours. When holding my breath I try to focus more on counting my heartbeat also.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with Bella, a friend’s dog, my friend thinks she is depressed. My friend told me the neighbour’s dog had passed and she was deeply affected by it. I felt like Bella was very sad, I found myself crying. She seems very sensitive, and I think that Bella is an empath, absorbing the negative emotions of others around her. Now I do know a lot is going on in that (full!) household at the same time because my friend tells me about it so I hope it is not my mind telling me these things.

I tried to connect to Boris, my mom’s cat that passed away recently. I must have gotten in my own way, I felt a barrier and like I could not connect at all.

I tried to connect to Panther (my outdoor wondering cat) too. I think here too I am still too much in my own mind, probably because he is a little bit close to me. I would like to find out if he belongs to someone.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am so happy being on this journey!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have learned that I find it easier to connect to an animal right after meditation. That is being in front of a picture of course. Because being in front of the animal you don’t have time for that. I hope it will get easier and quicker over time to quickly get into the heart space.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I have not had time yet, but I will try to do so before our Q&A this Saturday and post it in the conversation.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I try every now and then to practice to see auras, around my cat, plants and objects. When looking slightly to the side with a soft gaze I can see some energy around.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Some – not a great deal. Work and struggle to sleep are the reasons. But when I did meditate I loved it!
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Sternchen – see below. I practiced with a field mouse. She told me about the struggle to live when her habitat was constantly being diminished. She was sweet and curious and wanted to be heard. I’ve put food out at the end of the garden to try to help. I also got feedback from Marvin’s mum – I finally got the courage to pass on what I got – and yes! Bicycle – which is what Marvin gave me as verifying information – made total sense to her! Her son’s bicycle was blocking Marvin’s usual pathway. Very pleased with that one because it was an animal outside our group.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That Elsa led me to Animal Communication. It’s the best thing ever.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries! Discovery: that this just gets deeper and better. I already knew that, but it remains a very moving experience every single time.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes – and I fed back to Klaudia. I think Sternchen made it easy for me to connect. Something she said: the more seriously you take it, the more significant it becomes. Everything is in becoming. (we were talking about AC)
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I keep forgetting. My goal is to do this in the midst of my working day so I don’t go completely into my head.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Didn’t meditate, however, before starting dental treatment for a long standing broken tooth (no pain) that could not be restored, I did calming breathing exercises then called my guides for support and help with the tooth extraction. The appointment went smoothly and quickly with only semi mild pressure pain experienced that disappeared immediately after extraction. Anaesthetic wore off very quickly, minor residue pain. No need for pain killers. Thanked guides for their help. Continued rest of the day as normal

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Said ‘hello’ to animals I came across. Tuxedo and tabby, neighbours cats seems to be getting along lot better now. Have not seen tuxedo chase tabby when in garden or on outside path. One day tuxedo was sleeping on my lap. Tabby came into garden and wandered around after having his usual drink of water. Tuxedo took a look at tabby but didn’t leave my lap. I praised tuxedo for not leaping from my lap to chase tabby and how did she think tabby would feel as she hadn’t chased him. Thanked tabby for visiting me. Told tabby I couldn’t give him a. treat but will do so on next visit plus explained situation. Was concerned that If I sat up then tuxedo may chase after tabby.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Celebrate my guides came to support me upon requesting their help for the first time and without little pre preparation.
Trusting my instincts more and ‘going with the flow’ when possible and see what happens in doing so
Celebrate tuxedo and tabby seemingly getting along together better now, however, wait till warmer weather arrives when the cats are outside more

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      No questions

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet But will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

A nagging feeling and words in my mind kept telling me to visit a particular shop (RSPCA charity shop) a 30 mins bus ride away, where I had no reason to visit the area. Trusting my instincts, I did. There, I found the certain colour grey and type of woollen scarf I had been looking to purchase buy couldn’t find plus was a cheap price.
Learning to connect with my guides more.

      1. I did a couple of Val’s meditations from her lessons in the beginning course and also an AM activation today that I hope to continue doing daily. It has Holosync® technology and requires earphones.

      2. I tried to communicate from just a picture and no guidance so it was quite a bit trickier. I communicated with a horse named Dancer. Didn’t know the gender but I sensed a male from mannerisms and the way he talked. I picked up that he is a very gentle soul but also has some anxiety. I asked a few questions as prompted and it was hard to know if I was just making up the answers. For best buddy, I saw a duck that he gets along with. Lives with his uncle, some young kids, his Mom, a cat, and a dog. Dancer also likes cats and thinks they’re spectacular – loves observing them. Not sure if I was right.

      3. I’m happy that I am trying something new and moving further along.

      4. No questions

      5. No, I am working on the Beginning Core Foundations course and look forward to the next Q&A call on Saturday for the new FAT.

      6. Yes, I started doing these. I went through “Remember a Time When an Animal Understood You” and “How Do You Receive Information From Animals?”

I managed to get in one meditation this week, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music before going to sleep. I’m starting a new habit: Just before I drift off to sleep (I’m told this is the Theta brain wave state) I am affirming that “Something wonderful is happening for me”. Also in the morning just as I am waking up. It’s a new habit, so it’s taking a minute for me to remember to do it, but I’ll get better.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My fur family and the beautiful deer around my house. They just look at me and slowly wander off.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      Not yet.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time. I always try to listen for intuitive thoughts when they come to me.
