One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
In addition to time spent just breathing in the energy, I have experienced several group meditations. In addition to church, I have begun another Immersion with Susann Taylor Shier. There was a very powerful meditation during our first call last week. Last night I listened to a Kryon call that also included some powerful meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shalo, my neighbor’s service dog. A couple of weeks ago she went to visit someone who has lots of outdoor space to run and play and also a new puppy and children. It is unclear if she is coming back. He, neighbor, misses her but thinks she is having fun and worries about her having to live in a small apartment. At first she kept calling to me and asking Where is Dad. I reported this previously. Now she seems very difficult to connect with. She wants to know what is going on and I don’t know what to tell her. One day her Dad says she is coming home today or tomorrow and I tell her and it does not happen. Last time I spoke with him, he seemed not to know. He misses her but wonders if it is better for her to stay there.
I just tuned into her again. She is confused. I explained that her Dad loves her and misses her and wants what is best for her. I asked her if she felt her purpose was still with him of if that was complete. I asked her if she wanted to be a service dog with a job to do to help Dad or if she wanted to stay there with a family and puppy who love her. She seems as conflicted as her Dad.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing really. I continue to try and communicate with my cats with little to no, mostly no, success.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Am I wrong to get involved in this situation with my neighbor’s dog?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I saw that we have a new FAT. I have not communicated with him or her yet. Looks like a very nice dog.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? NO

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I really struggled with meditation this week. My sleep was bad so I listened to various guided meditations during the night ( a few recorded on my phone by Val), I tried during the day but my mind was so busy and taught that I could feel I was avoiding it. I feel that sometimes I reach a threshold and there is such resistance to going deeper – it feels like a battle sometimes. Today I did another Val meditation and it was easier. I think I’ve broken through this week’s buzziness finally.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Katie – trying to pick up on some stuff from our previous conversation. I could feel my energy jumping around like a firefly light struggling to settle. She encouraged me to keep going. She did this before – it was kind and helpful. I also realised that its important to totally focus on a soul – they have to be the only thing that matters in that moment.
3. Celebrate: I want to celebrate the incredible sense of well being that comes from animals. Thank you.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I felt a pain in my heart area when communicating with Katie. I haven’t had that before. I don’t know if it is mine or hers.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But I will!
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Darn it – No! And I so intended to. GRRRRR…. Not so happy with myself. -

Still not any questions at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Just sat outside, a couple of times, wrapped up warm with a hot drink late at night, when almost all quiet, listening to the sounds I could hear
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Spent the week communicating Harley, missing cat and Baby, missing dog in South Africa. Sending reports to the guardians. No sightings of Baby who ran off with the other dogs. Other dogs returned but not Baby. Guardian believes Baby has died
Harley has been seen near home and at a school but still seems reluctant to go back home even though now safe to do so after the dogs chased burglars away.
Believe Harley will only know it’s safe at home when he finally returns home
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not much to celebrate this week4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When tracking you are always working behind the animals timeframe so makes it hard to locate animals and possibly give useful information to the guardians5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals
Usual games I can play when out and about. Now added, guessing what time the neighbours tuxedo cat – Princess, climbs over the fences and sits by my patio door waiting for me to let her into my home.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?I am stuck at the part where “an animal actually understood me”. I remember many situations, especially many without words… where I have asked them to come to me, to go from my side to my husband’s side, I remember when they called me and I went to see them and found them ill… so these intuitive spikes existed all along in the past. I don’t know how to play a particular game.
