One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I am not sure if I meditated or not.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. We talked about different things. I also talked with Morning Doves and told them I had put cat fur in the place I told them so they can use it for building a nest if they want and do make sure they don’t get it when the cats are on the balcony. I talked with Pistol, too, and posted the communication for Patricia to see it. He told me about worrying too much, about having a little arthritis, an injury before getting adopted, what Patricia does to help him, and more. Last Friday when I was on my way to go grocery shopping I saw a cat who was interested in a bird. I was going to talk to the cat until I saw the bird.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How Loving and amazing they are! They are blessings!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? There was something I discovered about when I ask Hawkeye something and he responds, but I don’t remember what it was.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted about it for Patricia to see the communication.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games. I had at least one psychic moment on knowing what time it was.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I’ve continued clearing and grounding, stillness in the tub…my favourite space to be in stillness xo

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with Brigger, my baby beardie. She and I are talking about what home will be in her highest and best. She came to live with us as a foster however we’ve falling in love with her and have told her that she is welcome to stay here. However, she and I put a heart call out with Val a little while ago to find the home that will be in her highest and best and be part of her life purpose. I’ve asked her if she connected with another person or people through that heart call and she has said yes. I asked her it that was me, she said no. BUT, I asked her if it was Troy (my husband) and I received a yes. I also feel Troy’s dog from his childhood named Mitsy present through this as well. So I have promised to continue to talk with Brigger and Mitsy to learn more. It is my heart’s intention to help Brigger fulfill her life purpose whether that is living with us or who she is meant to be with. Stay tuned!!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I’m not sure what to celebrate to be honest. I think I’d like to celebrate the blessed beings that are in my life. Darwin, Nemo, Brigger, Blessing. I am hearing the birds and they are beautiful blessings as well.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I would really like to learn if anyone knows of liability insurance in Canada for animal communication.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I have not done so yet this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I played the most recent intuition game last week with profound information from Pistol. I have not played any other games yet this week.

Yes I did meditate this week for a total of approximately two hours- focusing on my breathing and “Practicing gentle kindness towards ourself” by Sarah Blondin and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

This week I communicated with cat Pistol, the Featured Animal Teacher for February. We talked about what Pistol loves about being a cat and what his role in his household is. I learnt what great healers cats are and how spiritual they are.

I celebrate that I found more time to meditate this week and that I got back into my normal routine.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

The advice I got from the wise animal teacher Pistol is that I am getting it but that I need to relax more to be better at animal communication.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher for February, cat Pistol. He gave me a lot of information on how cats are such great healers for humans.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

This week I played The Card Intuition Game, getting 12/20, 9/20, 9/20, 14/20, 9/20 and 14/20 correct when trying to guess the color. These results are a bit variable but I do seem to be improving.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting daily. Two rainbows. One silent.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I looked at some questions posted to ask a cat and unintentionally just got the answers. I got 2/3 right – but it took a second and I didn’t intend to connect. I checked the answers quickly but it was so quick I didn’t get the cat’s name. Q1. Favourite food – it was prawns but I got fishfingers. Q2. Where did I use to live? A boat – that was right. Q3. What is my health problem? Heart murmur. I got that right.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I practiced. That I connected with the cat so well.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I don’t understand about the possibility of connecting to quickly and accurately – but then when sometimes I connect more deeply and sometimes not at all. So I’m trying to work out what works for me.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I got feedback from the last communication which seemed pretty accurate even if it didn’t feel like it was. I did make sure to ask something that was verifiable: the type of floor and I got grey tiles, which is what it was. It was all a little fuzzy. I communicated again which I’ve posted. But I’m not sure that any of it is verifiable – it’s all deeper stuff. So I’m not sure how to know whether that has worked or not.
I’m looking forward to talking to Mugsy.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I didn’t. With the pressure of work I wanted to prioritise the rainbows and the communication practice. This week I want to remember to keep giving myself little tests as I go about daily life.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I continue my daily practice of at least an hour per day meditation on light and sound. This week on two days I meditated for 1/2 hour and then connected right into the animals I was communicating with that day.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Remay: horse. Asked him more about his world view and he said that he sees other beings that others don’t see, so he is not always completely in the physical world. Knowing that there is more than we can see makes it easier for him experience the ups and downs of this physical life. We also did a healing from the teasing he received from children.
      2. Frosty is an ex race horse who was injured during transporting him in a trailer. We have worked on healing this experience as he now refuses to go in a trailer and said it stole his joy. He sometimes is unridable and will not be tied up and resists training. His humans want to know whether he wants to be a jumper or a western style cow herd and trail horse. I have received an answer from him but am waiting a few days to ask again knowing it is ultimately the owners responsibility to figure out the next steps. I pray he can heal and move on.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am setting a time limit on readings whether on the phone or remote written ones. This keeps me on task and allows connections to be quicker.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      No questions right now.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! Answered Patricia’s questions with Pistol. Posted.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Practiced with the squirrels in my back yard.

      3-4-21 for week Feb 27th – March 5th

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did meditate but I am struggling with being able to get to the point where I actually can use the quick connect. I have been not feeling very well and that maybe the cause. I am taking a medication that makes me sick and very tired. I used the relaxation, white light and Love.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with Moka in spirit. I posted it. I had a good connection with Moka and then it got very weak. I haven’t heard back yet from Berenice so I don’t really know how I did. The beginning was mostly about him and his life in spirit and then I asked him about his life with Berenice. What a beautiful sweet dog. I also connected with my dog Scooby who has been ill. He is doing fine. Tried with another of my dogs but couldn’t connect.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I am learning how difficult this really is and how much time it takes. I have a lot of respect for you and the advanced students who are quite amazing with their skilsl.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

None that wouldn’t seem totally stupid.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I didn’t this week but have previously.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I played who is calling me. I was surprised how accurate I was. I knew when it was family and who it was and when it was a spam call. I realized I have been doing this for many years. Yay for me!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My usual — 10-30 minutes at night before bed, relaxing Soul Mala Healing Meditation music. I’m hooked on it!

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I welcomed the redwing blackbirds back to my pond this week. Soooo happy to see the spring birds returning! Also noticing the spring peepers (frogs) are up for air tonite. YAY!!!! Other than that, just normal daily conversation with my fur family. Still just one-way, though.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate that my cat, Scooter, is doing so well with being outside. He has been happy to come in before I leave for work in the morning and when I am finished feeding the horses in the evenings.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Not yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for games. Staying aware for any intuitive thoughts that might pop in.

1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Managed appx 45 min meditation in total Evening mediation tend to fall asleep. Life got in the way most of this week so couldn’t really relax

2 What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Talked – tried to – with neighbour’s big male tabby cat – Princess that visits occasionally. He tends to lash out at people. Maybe doesn’t like being stoked or hands near him. He’s very independent, aloof. Would rush/push into my house and spray. Now slowly he’s not doing this. Am trying to find reason for lashing out, but he’s not talking to me. Telling him gently ‘No. That’s not nice’ while raising one finger he’s began to take notice. Think he, like another neighbour’s cat, is missing ‘Shy (Sweetie) being around

3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I celebrated the feedback from Pistol’s mum- Patricia R. Given me confidence that am hearing Pistols voice and correct on several points – very pleased with result. Learned the course takes lot of time and it’s difficult to take it all in. Helpful and amazing people willing to help,

4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Is it me hearing the animal or me projecting the words? How can I tell the difference? And know the animal voices are truly from them. Feedback from Patricia R has helped me believe am righttrack hearing animals

5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. Mugsy, When we met, Mugsy greeted me excitedly. I introduced myself and immediately we started communicating. Short session
HI Am Sandy Pleased to meet you’ ‘Hi’ he replied I stoke him, He’s bounding about, eager to engage
‘I’m learning to talk to animals. ‘There will be other people coming that will love to talk to you, if that’s ok.‘ ‘ok’
‘Can we get to know each other’ I asked again ‘ok’ Mugsy takes it all in his stride and cheerfully
‘It’ll be fun’ I say to him. ‘I like fun’ he chirped So I ask Do you like playing games’
He stops bounding and sits ‘I have a bad leg’ sadness in his voice. He glances down to his front left leg. ‘Sorry to hear that’ I tell him ‘Would you like to tell me about it‘
‘No, not at the moment’ ‘Ok that’s fine’ I say. Told him I’d broken a wrist and ankle years ago. ‘You’re a little sweetie’ I tell him ‘Aaah shucks’ bashfully he replied.‘Mummy tells me that’ ‘Does she’
‘When these people coming’ he says regaining his chirpy bouncing eager self. ‘Soon. You’ll have lots to talk about and have fun wont you’ ‘I hope so’ ‘I hope so too’
Seated, head tilted he watches me from the corner of his eye. Voice raised slightly ‘Whatcha doing’
‘Writing’ he comes closer ‘What about’ ‘I’m writing about meeting you, if that’s ok’. ‘Ya’ and sits back down on the wooden floor

I hear a woman’s voice. ‘Who’s that’ Mugsy lights up with happiness at hearing her voice ‘My marmmy. ‘Gotta go. See yah.’ off he scuttles, paws, nails tapping the floor as he bounds away. Then silence

6 This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Yes. Remember a Time When an Animal Understood You
Walking thru a housing estate near me I saw, thru the railings of fenced off area of bushes’ ‘Shy’ a young cat who adopted me. Knowing he’s crossed a secondary road, was worried for him and where he was heading to. His legal owners lived a couple of houses from me.
Asked what he was doing there. He stopped and looked at me. ‘Come on sweetie let’s go home’ ‘Come on shall we go home ‘ and words to that effect numerous times. I call him sweetie (pie) not ‘Shy’
Slowly I walked alongside the railings. He turned, followed me and kept checking I was there. All the while I talked to him. Reaching the pavement he hopped thru the railings. Ensuring it was safe; we crossed the road, into the small car park area – part of his territory. He began bounding forward yet glancing back at me. He arrived at my front door, a short distance away, before me and waited. As I opened the door he rushed in, down the passage. Reached up and with his front paws pushed open the slightly ajar kitchen door and headed straight to his feeding area and sat by a under worktop cupboard where I keep his treats. His eyes never left me till he saw the packet of treats being brought out
Shy – Sweetie went missing 29 Dec 2019 over a year ago. Has a background story regarding his human family and me with them.

Once again I was having trouble with copy/paste here so did my replies in Word. I think it is my computer this time. Sorry for the odd spacing. Word was stuck in the ordered list and kept inserting more numbers. It affected spacing.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I taught a Reiki I workshop last weekend so focused on the meditations I teach this week. I also had a wonderful meditation in Susann’s monthly call. In addition I sometimes just sit quietly usually with Missy in my lap and breathe.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had such an interesting conversation with Pistol that I have communicated with him again this week. This morning we had a nice discussion of how he likes being in a cat body. He had already told me that he has had incarnations in human bodies. He liked some of the aspects of being a cat such as being taken care of and not being concerned about the things humans worry about.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The ease with which I have been able to connect with and communicate with Pistol.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Realizing again that I can connect with a thought and don’t need to go through a long process to get there.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with the Feb FAT as mentioned above. I have not yet met the March FAT.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Once again, no games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated for a total of around 83 minutes this week. My meditations included sitting in silence and focusing on my breathing and body sensations. I also asked myself for intuitive guidance and spent some of the time in prayer.

No, this is a stressful time for me as I’m about to make a huge life transition and move with Sadie across the country. I have so much on my mind these days and haven’t taken the time to communicate with any animals intentionally.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. I do spend time connecting with my intuition during my morning meditations or whenever I need an answer to a question.

1- Meditate: yes, every day I do, I have been listening to music to relax, affirmation before bed and taking notes to consciously remember my dreams and do some healing and having lucid dream. Meditate in the forest to connect with the trees.
2- Practice: Meditating and connecting with knowing whale, seeing owl, heart lioness, hearing elephant. I could feel their presences but no messages. Connected with a dog but I forgot his name, did not have a good connection. I am having a hard time these days… trying to connect with the geese in my front yard, they are hanging here these days, did not get anything but they are not afraid of me or the cats.
3- Celebrate: I feel very connected to my cats, I know they hear me so well even though I don’t hear them back as well, I went off island on Wednesday and I had to get up at 4:40am to catch the ferry, I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm and so did my cats, I heard them come down from the loft where they were both sleeping. They knew I was leaving for the day as I always let them know and they don’t get up that early usually. It was amazing to me how in tune they were.
4- Questions/discoveries: I feel like I am going backward these days, I am not feeling well physically as well, it is affecting my psychology.
      5- FAT: not yet
      6- Games: no
