One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. The first three we did. Yesterday I did all three. I am not sure on the time.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. A fly. Possibly also with another small flying creature.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? 6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not games. More with times. I have been seeing a lot of 3. Quite often together. I looked up the message about that and I guess it’s angels or some other being on the Other Side saying that something is out of balance and I need to ask myself what I need.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just my fur kids, normal one-way conversations.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx 30 mins Brad Yates tapping Videos. Plus appx 15 mins attempting stillness technique
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience
Joey a Shetland pony who loses his hair. I communicated with him who told me he misses his field friend who died years ago and Joey has since moved to another home. Couldn’t get to bottom of the reason why he’s losing his hair even digging down questions. Will connect again. As this is beyond my limited skills at the moment as still a newbe to animal communication, have asked Val for help in Q + A session
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate that again a wild grey squirrel allowed me to stroke him while feeding him by hand in local park. Not much to celebrate this week as beginning to lose my way in one of the animal communication I was completing
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Posted question for Q + A session for 12 Feb – re Joey a pony that keeps losing its hair
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Sat outside at dusk and listened to and identify the various sounds I could hear in the distant. Started with a robin calling, then tooting car horns, sirens blaring. Interesting as it was very quiet, no roads and only few houses where I was …. As usual played own my own intuition games e.g i guessed the correct answer – a number – in newspaper quiz

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditate every night before going to sleep. Usually guided meditations, about finding the stillness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I talked with a cat called Morgan. I was tuning into his personality and what he likes.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I keep on trying to talk with animals every week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Right now I have no questions. For me I think I just need to continue practice and get the feedback from the owners.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I connected with Katie, and posted in the forum. Here is what I got:
When I look at Katies eyes my heart swells. She is so beautiful! I get the picture of her running around with a frisbee or something in her mouth. She is so happy and busy playing with her thing that she has no time come and say hello. At the same time she feels very talkative, and happy to connect with me. I see her jump into a car and get the sense she loves to go on car rides with you. Sitting in the front seat with the window open, she is so happy. Vagging her tail , ready for new adventures.
Running out in the water to get something you through in there.
I see her sometimes bark to get your attention.
Does she herd some other animals around?
Is her right hip a bit sore?
She wants to be with you more. She prefer human food, the kind you eat.
Did she loose one of her friends, and the loss mad her sad and depressed?
When you sit in front of her on the floor, does she put her head on your shoulder?
She says life is beautiful.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I try to stay in the the heart and be in contact with my intuition when I am with my animals. 💜

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Lots of meditation this week. I taught Reiki last weekend and was teaching and participating in meditation all weekend. In addition I had a call with Susann yesterday that included two of her Journeys aka meditations. I also have had several brief times of just sitting and breathing usually wih a cat in my lap.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I continue to attempt to communicate with my own cats with little success. Missy recently lost a tooth and I asked her about it. I don’t get that she is in pain but really did not get much communication. I know her way too well. As always I’ve communicated with Princess in spirit. Our communication gets weaker as she is involved in new things and has less interest in what is going on here. Not much to report this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to report here.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Am I really connecting with my cats or do I just make stuff up and think I am?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did last week and look forward to connecting further tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did today. I did a little most days. I had flu this week so missed a whole day. I haven’t done that for a long time.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t practised this week apart from Katie. I found the courage to feedback on a dog who was traumatised. This was the first time that I shared with someone who wasn’t a friend or part of this club. I was very nervous so I’m glad I seemed to get it right because I don’t want people to not believe in animal’s intelligence because I got it wrong.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I have decided to challenge my deep negative beliefs about myself. Whenever I catch myself at it, I’m going to turn them around. I’ve had enough of not believing.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I really like what Barb Grout said about this being a more real world than much of our daily existence. It’s dawning on me slowly how true this is.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I asked questions which were quite precise so that I can get clear confirmation. Will post for feedback after the call tomorrow. I don’t want to read anything so that I can approach Katie with an open mind.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did a guided meditation on zoom with some others where we compared what we got afterwards. -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have meditated at least an hour every day. I start with a 10 minute body scan and then follow with various crystal meditations.

I communicated with my friend’s dog, Olive. She was very receptive and showed me her toys, but that was about it. I talk to my cats every day and Zuri has become very demanding of my attention.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Really focusing on feeling rather than looking for things and seem to be feeling deeper connections. Also, my cats are behaving so much better when strangers come in the house. I know it is because I spend time preparing them now.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have tried to get to meditative state each evening. Unfortunately, I have a sensation that something is blocking me. Sometimes my ears felt full, with a sort of pressure building up and I couldn’t open my mind. Perhaps I am a little too tired and under stress or perhaps it is the excitement that I have found you and succeeded to join this class, and I am overwhelmed with feelings.

I think I got a message from one of my cats. I saw in mind the forehead of a cat, recognizing the ears and a deep voice said: sleep in the living room. So I did. I have listened to one of your meditations and I felt great, but nothing else happened.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I have posted also on the Q&A in the Forum, if this ability will also be somehow opened to me, will I hear all the chatter all the time? I am just afraid that I will hear all these cries for help, and I will not be able to help them.

I would have loved to play games especially designed to help me to develop my intuition, or my self, but unfortunately I had no time. Its been a rough week. -

I did not meditate because I am out of town with a friend.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with a cat named Billy. I tried telepathically to make a connection, but I didn’t pick up anything, except for a lot of meows.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m looking forward to the group communicating with my dog Katie Saturday as the Featured Animal Teacher.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

calm.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What

uterus and see, what information it holds2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you

What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to connect with a craw on my morning walk. I must say, that I find this very difficult. In some
way it is different than to connect to a pet. I sat down and watched the craw, but I could not find any
connection or anchor to make the communication line going. By the end the craw was just flying off
and I was trying to analyse, where the missing link was…was I not quiet enough, or was the craw to
busy…it felt like we were talking on different wavelengths and I couldn’t find the resonance, the craw
was communicating on3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding

Im confronted with health issues and working very much on my inner emotion template. I realised
that I have a strong inner darkness and it is connected, to why I=m often not able to connect. So Im
working on releasing this.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
