One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I was practizing with the cat of my parents. His name is Kraisky, he is very sick and I feel, that he told me, that he wants to go. Unfortunately my parents think, that all what I do is very big nonsense and they keep on asking me, why he is pooping at all kind of horrible places, like last time it was the cooky plate, my mother placed out in the entrery room. The cat is asking ,why noone listens to what he already said.
I feel very bad about the situation, like betraying the cat.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. I am getting better at becoming centered and grounded during meditation. I am finally feeling energy flowing through me and around me. Feeling the energy from the cats. The boys are responding to the Reiki Energy and almost begging for it. They try to guide me to the sitting room where I practice on them. And they assume their positions where they like to “receive’

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experienceI tried to connect with the 2 precious cats Lilly and Ziggy ( Tami’s post). They were lost after fire destroyed their home. I felt such a strong presence and felt they were together. I wasn’t able to get any specific answers. I did a Ho’oponopono meditation and sent the whole family loving healing energy. I asked that this energy find it’s way to Lilly and Ziggy wherever they might be.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.Last week I wrote about a little rainbow lorikeet parrot that I rescued but was then euthanized. I see many species of birds every day here in Western Australia but I never ever saw one of these in the wild before.
Earlier this week as I sat outside doing a meditation…4 little rainbow lorikeets came to my yard. They stayed for a moment as if just long enough for me to see them. Then they are gone. I managed to get a photo too. It was a moment of magic and celebration for me to see this.4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?As listed in question 3, I discovered a magic moment as if it was a message sent just for me.

I closed my eyes and asked my husband to pick one and hand it to me. I tried twice to guess the color but did not guess correctly.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have really just been preparing Budder and Gossamer for the big move. I truly hope they are well prepared with Budders age and condition, and his past behavior when moving, has me worried… Fingers crossed that he has been reassured etc.. Gossamer is more neutral about change. He does not love it but he is not overly anxious and may even enjoy the new visuals etc…

If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Always a wonder that intuition! So very cool how that happens. we are truly connected with our friends, family etc… I have now gotten into the habit of pointing the “coincidences” out to my daughter and friends when it happens, and have created an intuition awareness amongst them. LOL! Love it!

I don’t remember exactly at the moment what I talked with Hawkeye about. I told him that I would wash the towel. I also asked him something.
I told both cats about someone from my past contacting me but not sure about talking to the person or I asked a bee about it.
There was a bee who was about to pass on and gave me advice on things. It was a very special moment and I held space with the bee and took her picture. She is very special to me and I Love her very much and always will.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Normal chanting and 10 minutes silent to develop awareness of heart centre.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Elsa this week. Our routine will be different and she will have to stay the night with someone else because we will be out all day and be back very late. I have tried to communicate this and I hope I will be able to tell afterwards whether she has understood. I might try again to tell her tomorrow and ask for a sign that she has understood. The sign thing hasn’t worked too well with me before but yet she has understood. Maybe a question for the Q&A there.
I tried to communicate with a fly twice. It didn’t work. I don’t seem to be able to gather the love spirit quickly enough maybe. I will keep trying.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the constant reassurance from all animals that love is the most important thing there is.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question is about asking for physical signs from animals. Why does this method seem to work with some and not others – or is it just me? I will ask in the Q&A.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to communicate with Little Dude and have posted. But I have only just done it so no reply yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. Ive been focusing on the extra heart meditations and generally trying to stay aware. -

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. About an hour during the week watching and tapping along with Brad Yates
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Kotte – mixed breed cat doesn’t like being stroked down her back
Cat was very reserved so wouldn’t give much away or talk to me. Completed a hand scan of her body I felt pain in her lower back – abdomen area, back left hind and fuzzy head. Asked Kotte what she she needed to help her. She re[lied warmth and operation. Passed this Info to mum but didn’t mention the word operation but pointed mum in direction of where I had experienced problems. Suggested to Kotte that some remedies may help such a homophony, heated blanket. Like many of the the questions I asked Kotte there was little response. Will attempt to connect again. Advised guardian to take Kotte to vet for check-up. The guardian stated the leg could be from a bee sting and would take Kotte to the vet for check-up
Learnt. Not all animals are willing to impart information on meeting. They need to be coaxed gently to tell you what is troubling them3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I receive images, videos, sounds and emotions from the animals. Now the sense of smell within the communication

I tuned into Stupsi last night and got that he likes the idea but is concerned that you may not love him if you get another bunny. I assured him that you have plenty of love for two bunnies. He is also concerned that a new rabbit would sort of take over and over shadow him, my words not his. I am trying to put an impression into words here. He likes being number 1 rabbit so a new rabbit needs to be … having trouble putting it in words here. My suggestion is to get a younger rabbit, maybe a baby rabbit, who would look up to him. I suggested that maybe he could teach a younger rabbit the rules of the house which he seemed to like. I am thinking that a more submissive rabbit so Stupsi would be the alpha rabbit would work.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Several group meditations. I’m watching Jennifer McLean’s Prediction Week which includes some meditation. I also watched a Kryon call. Of course always my church service usually remote. I am also working with the meditations I’ll be teaching since I am offering Reiki III, aka Reiki Master Training, to one of my students in a couple of weeks.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
The rabbit Stupsi. His mom is debating about getting another rabbit. I tuned into Stupsi last night and got that he likes the idea but is concerned that you may not love him if you get another bunny. I assured him that you have plenty of love for two bunnies. He is also concerned that a new rabbit would sort of take over and over shadow him, my words not his. I am thinking that a more submissive rabbit so Stupsi would be the alpha rabbit would work.
I also continue to attempt communication with my cats especially Roxy. We are good at what Val’s dog Einstein called doing charades but I am unable to get verbal communication so cannot report what we discussed. As always, I sometimes connect with Princess in spirit, the only one of my cats I’ve ever had good communication with in body and out.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easy it was to communicate with Stupsi.
