One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post last week.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

First of all, I forgot about the new deadline until just now. This was meant for last week. I’ll have to put a reminder on my phone.
Not a good week for meditation. I’ve been falling asleep on the couch even before I make it to bed, so not much meditation happened this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Focusing on Boo kitty. I had a conversation with Dr. Stephanie Brown (Val’s recommendation) and she made some suggestions for getting Boo’s system back on track.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I heard no response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Always trying to leave space for intuitive thoughts throughout the day.

Yes, Ihm meditating every day different meditations

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a horse, when I was on one of my morning runs. I passed a small patio next to a hors stable, where a horse was out in a small patio, surrounded by electric fence.
The horse looked at me with big eyes, passing the area, so I stopped. I connected to the field and as I listened I felt a lot of disconnection and sadness coming from the horde. She asked me: what am I doing here? There were no other horses out and the patio was not big enough to run, just to do 5 steps. I was touched by this happening and I felt sorry for the mare. I tied to open my heart and just let her know, that I heard here. Later on I was confused, If I really received here or if it was just my own feeling, looking at here in that small patio.3. Ihm working very much inside of me on the subject of being able to be more present. I have had small progress the last weeks.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
After todays masterclass I realized, I want to learn much more about the heart space. I feel very unsure with the subject of coming close to other beings and I carry fear, because I never learned in my childhood how to do. so it still feels like an unsafe place to me

I try to find a subject desperately, I have hidden in my apartment, before I went on seminar and I can not remember where. The search is my intuitive training at the moment.
We look forward to reading about your week.

I have meditated everyday, sometimes multiple times a day while going through various Master Classes. I can feel myself getting stronger and more proficient at channeling my love energy while meditating. Sometimes I feel relaxed and foggy after meditating. Sometimes if I seem to go deep into exchanging of energy, I sometimes cry and feel drained and exhausted.
This week I was able to connect with my Niece’s dog, Louie with help from Val. This was my first time being successful in connecting from a distance. It was an amazing experience. We connected with Louie together like a 3 way call. For the first time, I was able to get movement and responses to questions. A part of the conversation, I was not privy to, so I was kind of like a bystander for a small portion. I was successful in reconnecting with Louie independently after our session with Val. My session with Louie was powerful, and strong. I didn’t realize what was being uncovered until I wrote the notes of the conversation down. It was then that I realized I was able to continue the pieces of conversation that I didn’t get during our first call with Val. There is a lot to address with Louie but now I am confident that I can connect with Louie independently.
This week I am celebrating being able to connect with an animal from a distance. It has increased my confidence and my drive to push forward. I will continue to connect with Louie and come up with a plan that will work for both Louie and his Mom. That would be such a wonderful gift that I could offer them.

1. Yes. One session in particular where I really managed to stay in my heart, switch on my subtle sense and enjoy them was remarkable. I saw that my frequent worry of “Will I be alright?” was a nonsensical question to many animals. The point is to just be and keep being. – of course I forget this as soon as I come out of meditation ☹ – but will keep practising so it starts to become more habitual. 😊
2. I have been practising with Sternchen – see below. Otherwise things have been more hectic than I would like. I am trying to listen to Elsa and not assume things. I feel we have been in sync these last few days. She knows what I;m doing and when and I can sense when she wants to go home and she’s had enough of being out.
3. I’m finding it easier to generate the love frequency in my heart. I want to celebrate understanding that love is a thing you are, rather than a thing give and receive – or rather that happens because it is a thing you are.
4. How to stay in the magic while living in a busy world.
5. I felt the connection with Sternchen was strong and easy. Sternchen is busy and focused on helping us connect. She is holding the space and ready to teach. The feedback has shown me I am in the right zone, even if a lot of the conversation isn’t particularly verifiable. Klaudia has such great understanding of cats so she can tell when its right and wrong I think.
6. Practising tuning in to love while I’m out and about and with people. A good exercise. Will keep doing it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, daily Twin Hearts Meditation and some days an Archangel meditation too.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Continuing from last week, I’ve been focusing on talking to one of my dogs who was unwell to fathom what will help him. Not sure though that what I got was actually from him or what I thought was good for him!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that I am persisting despite disappointments/discouragement (due to lack of feedback on ATH).4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m very intrigued by the psyche of lost animals, as a friend had a dog missing and he turned up after 2 weeks at a location totally different from what 2 communicators described. I’ve posted related questions for the next live call.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I love guessing the colors of stones picked up randomly from a pouch ….but I didn’t get too many right this week, so perhaps it’s a sign that I need to try other exercises and more regularly. -

1. Meditate!
After the Masterclass on Saturday (21st of Jan 23), I have had a better understanding of the Heart Meditation. I have realized that I can include my soul within the meditation and this was like finding the missing puzzle piece for me. I did meditate every evening, for various time lengths, and some mornings. But I compensate when it is not possible to meditate during the morning, to listen to something with subliminal content.
2. Practice!
I have connected energetically with most of the sweet beings around me as, I am working for developing to see the energy field and the aura and chakra status.
I admit did not try to actually communicate in the sense of practicing communication for obtaining specific messages.
For example last evening I have visited my friends which both, husband and wife are practicing vets. They had in their home one of the family’s dog an American Akita female dog, that had surgery for breast cancer. It developed in only one spot, but during the surgery it has been decided to remove all her nipples, to exclude all cancer chances.
I must mention that seeing such a large dog, I have a sort of irrational fear as perhaps I still have a skeleton in the closet to heal on this aspect too. But she behaved wonderfully, not insisting to smell me and so on.
During the evening as I have learned of what has happened to her, I decided to send her energy healing. As she was resting on the floor sleeping, she immediately looked at me. She started smiling and laid her head on her front paws with a sigh. I have told her that I love her, and that she is not alone. Soon I will hear her, but until than this is what I can offer to her.
During this I had to socialize with my friends and listen to the conversation, but all this time, I have directed my best intentions to send the energy healing to the this lovely dog.
At some point she has been moved to a different room with dimmer light so that she can rest peacefully, but she moved her head to the living room, looking at me from time to time.
After about an hour she came directly to me and licked my left palm….
I think that she has shown to me her appreciation straight from her heart. My fear dissipated a little after this and I wished that I could just tell my friends what I am doing, and help me help her… But I wouldn’t have dared as they have different views, you know, scientific views…3. Celebrate!
I celebrate CHANGE! I love the fact that I have succeeded to change so much, and that I am committed to do it every day, as long as it is needed for the highest good for anyone and anything.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why am I afraid when seeing a big dog near me?
Where from is this coming from? Can it be deleted or healed?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week, just during the call.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did only the daily life situation intuition games, and almost all of the time it worked.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I Meditated nearly every day, about 15 min. each time. I tried a meditation by Dr Brian Weiss 3 times (‘Regression through the mirrors of time’) and the other days I followed my breath with Ujjay (yogic) breathing while trying to concentrate on my heart.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Boris, my mom’s male cat. We knew these were going to be his last days before his passing. I tried twice but I think I just heard my own mental voice, I was also too emotional knowing what my mom was going through. The third time I tried I felt it went better, probably because I tried it right after a meditation. Boris told me she would know when the right time would be to let him go. I felt and saw huge beams of warm light coming out of his being, the I saw skies and seas drifting by. It felt very peaceful.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am happy I now have the courage to start with the accountability questions. If I don’t try I will never get it. This will help me get started and keep trying.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am wondering if by cleansing our different chakras we can improve our psychic abilities? The 3rd eye for clairvoyance, the crown for clair cogniscience , the throat for clair audience, the solar plexus for clair sentience? (I am assuming these are the corresponding chakras but I could be wrong)
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to communicate with FAT Sternchen during our Monthly Q&A and I tried once after that. I feel like I was influenced by what the others have said about her and did not feel confident about getting something. I did get a feeling of nobility, royalty and wisdom. Like she ‘oversees’ what happens around her.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have tried to take a few second video in my mind and then replay it, zooming in and out and fast forwarding etc. I realise I do not look at the details enough and my mind wonders off very quickly.

Yes, I did mantra meditation. I would like to do more often. I forget sometimes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember what exactly we talked about.
I talked with birds on my walk.

I also talked with some dogs (clients) in physical form and Spirit.
I also talked with the cat who lives at the store where I get cat food.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How amazing they are in so many ways!
Also, I have been asked to be on a pretty big to do podcast!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? That animals perhaps mirror each other, too. I know they do, but mine might be. Or they might be more mirroring me or something else human animal body mind connection wise.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I posted for Klaudia to read it.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises, more with communication through numbers.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day except for one. I tried to make up for it by doubling up one day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week flew by and I didn’t see any animals other than my cats. I tested out some new healing on Roo and Sal ( Quantum touch) Roo was very receptive
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am finally making friends with and talking to my plants and it’s amazing how well they are responding!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing specific
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did attempt and felt like I was connected to Sternchen but I just didn’t get any good communication.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been very focused on making all major decisions with my heart and not my head. I’m trying use my intuition to follow my path. Like a game of hot and cold. If it feels right, I lean into it. If not I go the other way.

1. I did a couple meditations. These were short 7-10 minute meditations – one was a sacred animal guardian meditation.
2. I practiced communicating with a dog named Liberty for an Animal Whispering workshop but I felt like had a hard time picking up much. There were three specific questions we were supposed to ask Liberty and only a few things matched what other people said. But I sent my answers in an email to the instructor and she said it all sounded very good to her. I guess I did better than I thought. It was my second time.
3. I do want to celebrate my continued practice and doing the accountability check-ins. It’s harder when the meditations are shorter before you connect with an animal (I liked Val’s long one she did for the Q&A call) but I’m glad I still seem to be picking up things that are true.
4. No questions at the moment but I am learning to not doubt myself and think I didn’t get anything. There are still correct things that other people didn’t say – doesn’t mean mine were wrong until I actually find out from the owner. Like no one else said Liberty was responsible which was interesting. I didn’t know if that was right.
5. No, I had already communicated with Sternchen last week and wanted to try some other things this week.
6. Not yet, I’m hoping to get to them but working on doing the steps that are recommended for beginning the Core Foundations Course Lesson 1. Not quite there yet. The first intuitive game says to review that lesson first.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did! Not as much as last week but I still tried to quiet my mind and see life through different animals’ eyes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried talking to a woodpecker while I was on a hike but wasn’t able to connect.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I keep looking for opportunities to connect.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I think I’m feeling frustrated being able to connect with animals when a hike or most “wild” animals – is it more difficult bc they aren’t expecting to connect with a human?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this past week.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did some practice with guessing the wordle word and I did pretty good. I also gave some energy work and was able to pick up things in field.

Note to Barb: This post is for this week, the previous one by me was meant for last week. I’m sorry, I forgot about the new deadline. I have fixed that on my phone now.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not a lot of meditating going on in my life right now. Not a lot of time for anything except work and taking care of my farm and all that involves. I’m working on changing the paradigm that’s causing all of this, starting with baby steps.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I counted 9 deer going across my hay field this week and spoke to them as they wandered across. They weren’t afraid of me, they took their time going across the field, flicking their tails as they went. I always reassure them that they are safe while they are here, and tell them how beautiful they are.
I got no response.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Always listening for those intuitive thoughts to come in.

Oops! I’m so sorry I’m late with this again! My mother-in-law has been in the hospital for over a week and just moved to rehab, she is not a patient person. And my teen daughter just started at a new school. Anyhow….
1. Still focusing on dropping into my heart space, frequently. It’s getting easier and feeling ‘softer’.
2. I’ve been visiting my zoo friends remotely, several of them. One night in particular I asked for messages from them, got the feeling something was sent, but unintelligible.
3. I celebrate that dropping into my heart space is easier, and so is feeling the presence of my animal friends there (it looks like my zoo, by the way).
4. My main questions are about how to translate impressions & feelings received into words.
5. No FAT yet – not ready. (I muscle tested that!)
6. Continuing to check my everyday intuition with muscle testing, it’s really helpful!Thank you!

Short burst of 5 mins or so when walking thru park and travelling by bus
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience
Male dog service called Ruby whom I met previously. When l exited a shop I noticed, short distance away, the back of Ruby. He turned, wagging his tail furiously, straining at his leash to walk towards me. The guardian came over and we chatted a while. She explained was for her teenage children who were somewhere in the street and would I keep a look out for them, which I agreed. My instinct lead me to enter a particular large shop. In the long payment queue I spotted the three children. On their exit I spoke to them just as their mother arrived and saw us as was ruby.
Later that afternoon I entered a pet shop with a two grey parrots, at top of the large cage were cleaning themselves. I mentally said ‘hello’ and asked them to come further down the cage. One parrot hastened towards me. Face to face I tod the parrot how beautiful he was which he gave thanks. I knew he wouldn’t bite me. An assistant yelled for me to be careful as parrot will bite me. Then followed short conversation between us. I apologised to the parrot.
Still in pet shop. Saw blue budgie flying round the shop to land next to entrance. Assistant explained the bird was hand reared and would come down when hungry. I mentally asked the budgie why he was evading capture. ‘It’s fun’ he said. I quickly explained using the ‘sandwich’ method the dangers of flying outside when door is open. He had no intention of leaving but enjoyed the fun and freedom. I briefly suggested reasons for his behaviour to the assistant but did not inform her I had communicated with the bird. The assistant didn’t seem bothered about the bird. I expect she knew the bird very well and his actions and would go back to his cage when necessary.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate I connected instantly with the parrots and budgie. Plus following my intuition to enter the store where I had an inkling the teenagers might be
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have.
None this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week. Have done so and posted in forum
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Attempting to be guided and listen to my intuition. See number 2
