One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, ones I did with Val. I don’t know how long. Meditated every day. At least one day I meditated twice.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity. I told her about needing time with her on couch and bed and about belly rubs and such and she clearly understood. Other things too. Also, with Hawkeye too. I tried to show him an image. I don’t know if he understood. I talked with him about other things, but not sure what right now. I also thanked them for our time together this morning.
Also, a cat client. A dog of someone in the group. A dog in Spirit. Another dog in Spirit and a dog in physical body. Maybe others not coming to mind right now.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing journey.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. If I do this week I will post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with times. It seems like something happened that I had intuitively known was going to happen. I don’t remember chat

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate almost daily, either when I first wake up or before I go to sleep. Length of time varies. Plus I did one guided meditation with Val, listening to the recording of Lil Dude’s spotlight session.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Kona, trying to work out a nighttime routine that lets my husband sleep. Kitty loves to snuggle, rub faces, etc., and sometimes will accidentally startle another cat that is cuddled with hubby, such startle involving claws. I don’t hear any replies, but I think we are making progress!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Signing up for this. 🙂4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None really – I’ve finished the basics course, just need to practice.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I didn’t see the games yet (looking forward to them!). I had a good conversation with a 20-year veteran energy worker about how to tell what is ego and what is intuition and what is wishful thinking. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Appx 40 mins on and off . Watched and completed 2 Brad Yates tapping to calm down. Plus 30 mins so mindfulness session
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Still working on searching for Harley – a cat missing a few weeks ago in South Africa with hopes of reuniting him with guardian
Also just started searching for missing dog called Baby who ran away from a business and industrial park . Baby has shared/shown me what happened – men broke in the home, 2 dogs chased the men but the cat – Harley rushed out of the house, rushed across the road. Managed to tracked where she went round the properties in the street. But being on the move am one or two steps behind her.
Suggested to guardian shining a beam of light from his heart and with love into the night sky to help guide Baby home.Finding tracking hard to do as always behind the animals time frame and guardians expectations are high – nay help and advice
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
As always, when I pass on information received from the animals and verified by the guardians. Plus the animals allowing me to communicate with me without judgement
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
As before If animals are telepathic and they get lost/stolen why do they not connect with other animals and find their way home or they do connect but is it more difficult to find their way home
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Started a session but got interrupted almost at once by neighbour. Will complete a session with lovely Little Dude this weekend and post in forum
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Played various guessing games e.g when phone rings as to who’s calling, what my friend will eat when we go for coffee and chat, how many squirrels in an area in local park will come for food. Getting to know each squirrel individually by the markings and behaviour

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I have been listening to Mooji´s guided meditations on Youtube. I love his pointings into finding silence within.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have two rabbits Mocca and Latte living here for a while, and I tried connect with Mocca. I perceived his energy as very open and full of love. Vulnerable was a word that came up. That rabbits are very vulnerable but that is also a strength. Look at how we rabbits live in the wild. Together we are strong and protected but alone as individuals we are vulnerable. He said that rabbits are very much misunderstood by humans. They are highly intelligent and have something to teach us, about listening to ourself, nature. Listen, activate and open our senses.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I nat to celebrate my communication with the cat Doris that I talked with last week. I talked with the owner, and she said that I described her personality very well.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still discovering how important it is to not be so serious and afraid of making mistakes. I realize how important it is to allow the fantasy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I did not. I tried to talk with my own animals.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
This week I have been trying tuning into and fell the nature in different ways. 🙏🏻🦄💚

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I’m wanting to inject new oomph into my life and stop being defeated by not having enough time so I’ve been getting up earlier to meditate properly before work – great! Now I just have to keep going!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t done any practice this week. Sad about that but… I’ve been reading a lot (Ted Andrews – brilliant! Can’t put the book down).
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve been thinking about Pallina, ‘my’ cat who transitioned when she was 22. She saw me though some very traumatic times. Because of the nature of those times, her life wasn’t easy – she came to me with such love in my dream, I was overwhelmed with her love. It was beautiful.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Not a question or a discovery – more a perplexity: I feel I need to practice on an almost daily basis at this point. How can I make this happen amidst the demands of daily living? Hence increasing my morning meditation. The problem is: I then get tired that instead of meditating before trying to communicate, I fall asleep. But there must be solution so I will keep pushing to find it. I’m just focusing on the very next step at the moment rather than thinking far ahead, otherwise I will get discouraged.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No – though I have not forgotten you Little Dude.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No ☹ -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did a lot of meditations to facilitate opening the Third eye. Also Chakra Opening meditations. Every day 30-90 minutes

I talked to my cats, Zuri and Sal. I talked to them about what I would like to do moving forward in my life. I asked Sal what his job here is and he told me very emphatically, “I’m here to guide your journey!”

I am becoming a bit more tuned in to my style of communication. I am seeing more “video clips”. Just not sure how to interpret them at times.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am just never really sure that I am connected to the right animal. How can I know for sure?

I tried to connect with Little Dude, but got the idea she is a bit over it. She has been a very popular kitty. Asked her to show me her best buddy, but I didn’t get anything.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I taught a Reiki Workshop last weekend. Reiki involves a lot of meditation. I am teaching another Reiki workshop not this weekend but next weekend so will be doing Reiki meditations mainly.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As usual I have communicated with my cat in spirit, Princess. Just tuned in to say Hello and I love you. I asked her if we were together on other dimensions and she said we were, we were always together. When I said I was not aware of that she said I was not supposed to be.
I also communicated with our FAT Little Dude. See below.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How easily I tuned into Little Dude.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I just tuned into Little Dude. I asked her if she liked being FAT and she said she did. It was interesting. I asked her what part she liked best and she said meeting our animals. So I asked her if she could tune into my male cat Roxy. She looks a lot like Roxy except that Roxy is very large. She said she thought she was not a huge cat.
Roxy has had various health issues: a bladder stone several years ago and intestinal issues more recently. His belly is bald, evidently from over grooming. So I asked Little Dude to tune into Roxy and ask him how he is doing. She said he said he was OK, but still had some issues. I asked about food and she said he likes his food OK but would like some variety.
I thanked Little Dude for doing this and she said she likes Roxy and enjoyed doing it. I asked if I would ask her again and she said yes of course.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Nothing to report here.

meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes. I meditate every day. At the moment I do a silent meditation and I try to get through to my
essence. I want to find out, what my next steps are and what my soul wants to do in my life2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you

What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I have had a very interesting encounter with a shepherd dog I met on a walk. I was walking my
morning round and at one point I saw a tall man my age with a white, male sheep herd dog crossing
my way. Also the man himself, his eyes and his posture touched me in a way. I had eye contact with
the dog, just for a second and it went very deep. The dog showed me, that he was carrying a lot of
the family karma and helping the man with his emotional state. He also showed me, that he had
arthritis and his spine was painful. I thought for a moment, if I should stop and touch him, but there
was a feeling that the dog did not want to be touched in this moment. I was very overwhelmed by
the situation and just kept on walking. The dog tried to change his direction and come with me. He
did it very slowly, because of his stiff joints and the man tried to talk him into coming with him and
continuing the path. For some reason I was very overwhelmed and did not know, what to do. There
was a lot of information coming, also the features of the man scared me/ not because he looked
dangerous, but because his eyes touched me very much and couldn’t find out, if in a good or bad
way. So the man told me, that the dog was very old. I just nodded and slowly waked my way. The dog
refused to keep on going, so the man surrendered to the dogs will and they were slowly moving
behind me walking my direction. I was very shy and went home, without finding out, what that whole
encounter was about. I tried to find out the next day, who the man was with the dog, because the
city I live in, is small, but until now, I did not see him again.
