One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Copy and paste still not working but here goes 🙂
1 – Yes, every morning and more at weekends. Fabulous meditation with my dogs yesterday and our Guardian Angels (we revisited the vets on Abby’s final visit, Shooks got to see her and ask me questions)…really helped the Shooks.
2 – I spoke with both my girls (or course) and Nemo. I had a question for him but didn’t even need to say it before he gave me an answer which was very deep and wise…not so much in the words (which were wise) but in the energy conveyed in the message. Difficult to describe in words, you had to be there.
3 – I want to celebrate the fact that this work is helping me go deeper on so many levels of my spiritual journey.
4 – I don’t have a question but I am discovering that if we go to a quiet space within ourselves and we connect to an animal they can bring forth in us the answers we are looking for…almost like giving us a key to access knowledge that is within us but that we can’t get to on our own.
5 – Yes, I had a very moving experience with him (have posted it).
6 – No, but I have put an object in a box which the people on FB are trying to guess.

I couldn’t copy and paste but have used headings:
1. Meditate
I did meditate this week for a total of approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes – focusing on my breathing, The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and Eagle meditation.2. Practice
This week I communicated with dog Nemo, the Featured Animal Teacher of the month. I asked Nemo about his paw, which had been bothering him and also about his dislikes. Nemo told me I need to relax more, not be so hesitant and to keep practicing and keep on trying.3. Celebrate
I celebrate that I communicated with Nemo this week and got some good advice from him.4. Questions and Discoveries
Reading through The Forum there was a comment by Lindsey that she felt that she was blocking her ability to receive information for fear of being incorrect. This resonated with me as I do this too. Also there was advice from Nemo to Barb saying to connect with animals you must open your heart and that Nemo keeps his heart open by finding something or somebody to love everywhere. Great advice from a wise teacher.5.Featured Animal Teacher
I did communicate this week with Marybeth’s Nemo, the Featured Animal of the month. We talked about problems Nemo was having with his paw, his dislikes and also how he felt about Marybeth.6. Intuition Development Games
I played The Card Intuition Game again this week and got 10/20, 10/20 and 27/52 correct (when trying to guess the color). Unfortunately I don’t seem to be improving at this. -

1. MEDITATE.. Yes . I do almost daily… daily when working on my courses.. but the only reason I would miss a day is lately with my Shades being sick it has been harder to find the space in the day some days…
2.Practice..
I have been practicing with my pet Shades who has been sick. It has been different than with the animal teachers we work with and I have definitely been discouraged somewhat as I draw blanks sometimes when dealing with my own pets..
I hope to learn and grow and be able to overcome this in time
3.CELEBRATE
I want to celebrate the kindness of fellow students.. strangers..yet family..
Who have come together to help with Shades and who have really made the difference..
4.QUESTIONS/DISCOVERIES
I have many of both! I will discuss some with Val by posting for the monthly call, as well as set a date for a private session.. but I guess the one that stands out would again be about our own animals. Is it different for everyone or is it just me? do you get past this in time?
5.FAT
I did not connect with him once again and I feel badly… I like him very much.. I will check in with him down the road when Shades improves..
6.INTUITION
As usual I was very aware of my intuition… I let it play out with Shades.. trying to see if I knew when he felt hungry, or was trying to let me know of something he needed..or how he felt… -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have continued to meditate and take time for stillness.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with two lovely dogs who shared their own personalities and perspectives. One dog had a past life that had come through in this lifetime and we did a release technique to help release what no longer served. I have realized that I still question myself and remind myself to keep trusting and know that I am always intending for the highest and best.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate Nemo, his wonderful gifts and how he helps me every day in learning more. Thank you Nemo!!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have some questions about missing or lost pets. I’m wondering if there could be a platinum masterclass on this?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t communicated directly as FAT however have been connecting with Nemo and fellow students on their communications. It continues to be very enlightening.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m at the talk to an animal in spirit exercise.
Kitty – Have you reincarnated? Yes, 3 times so far.
Can you tell me who you’ve reincarnated into? 1) an elephant in the amazon. Freedom and peace was felt. 2) A dog named Silver. Was in Alabama, USA. 3) I have reincarnated into a blessed being. I’m in your life right now. I am Blessing.
We unite back together in this way. You are loved.
—– OMG, I am so grateful to hear this! Thank you Val for this experience in doing this exercise!!! Thank you Kitty, thank you Blessing! xo

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I prayed to the Universe more than once. I tried to align myself. I also envisioned flapping my arms like the morning doves suggested when I was stuck in my head and anxious.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them about something I was planning and I told Serenity how I want to get better for her and Hawkeye and myself. I also thanked Serenity and Hawkeye for getting me to take a little rest today before going to clean their fountain. Maybe other communication, too, with them.
I also talked with Nemo. He told me about that maybe when I am having a hard time figuring out what to do about something that maybe it isn’t the time and that the answer will come later. He said to be in alignment with the Universe. He also mentioned about having guests or that guests are coming. We also went on a walk. I posted the communication for Marybeth to see it.
I also communicated with a dog who is in Spirit-a client. She told me various things. One was that her human was almost in an accident. Her human confirmed that!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. About Serenity getting me to take a break before cleaning their fountain and then Hawkeye joining in. Also about making sense of the concept of getting aligned with the Universe. Also, about me realizing that when my Third Eye area has activity that that seems like it’s guidance from my Higher Self or Inner Self that it’s a good thing to do or the answer is “yes”.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? What I mentioned about the Third Eye in the previous question.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I wrote about this in question #2 and I posted the communication for Marybeth to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Deck of cards: red or black: 4 right out of 6. face or no face: 6 right out of 7-the one I got wrong was a face and I was thinking it was a face actually-I guess my ego brain interfered. I also guessed correctly a face card! suit: none right-I guessed a club and the next time the card was a club-maybe this was intuition.

1. I spent about 3 hours meditating this week. I listened to you-tubes about clearing energy. Some very specific experiences came up that I identified as holding onto trauma.
2. Well, truth be told, I communicated the last two weeks too but missed posting! I communicated with my sister’s cat Tiger this week. He acting strange and throwing up that my sister wanted to why. I learned that when I sense something, I need to explore it, take the time to make sense of it. I got a lot of information in a split second and it was too much for my mind to catch up so I oversimplified what I told my sister.
3. I posted about Tiger on Facebook and another member shared EXACTLY what I felt but couldn’t get into words. It reinforced how much information I really received and provided a moment of reflection on how to improve.
4. I discovered an incredible amount about cats! And how shaken their understanding of their environment can be.
5. I have communicated with Nemo on 4 occasions and have posted this in the FAT forum. There was growth for me in that I asked questions versus just “getting what I get”.
6. I have played what’s in the box. I heard the name of something that looked very similar to what is in the box. I find that interesting of my immediate interpretation (what “hit” me) is like what is in the box in terms of color and material but not exactly.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
All but 1 night I listened to the Soul Mala Healing Meditation 10-30 minutes each. One night I listened to a chakra balancing meditation for about 20 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talk to the deer when they come close to the house or out in the hay field, to my horses (still trying to convince Willow to stay out of Shiloh’s food), but have no clue if anything even gets through. I’m getting pretty discouraged.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No discoveries.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, have not had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I continue my daily meditation on light and sound. Some days are better than others in becoming very still. When it happens it’s delightful. Planning a three day at home meditation retreat next week with many spiritual friends from around the globe.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Shades:Kitty. healing energy was sent. Cleared chakras. Cleared energetic disturbances among his family and home environment pulling all family in a love circle. Worked on human/animal body mind connection. He is still sick and wishing his person would worry less but that is a really difficult thing to do when your “child” is sick.
2. Angus: beautiful Irish setter who just had surgery and isn’t doing well. Really listened to him and sent healing.
3. New rescue puppy named Roxy. Getting used to peeing and pooping outside instead of on a pee pad. Doesn’t like the electronics/wireless vibration. So I told human to shine heart light throughout the home. He sees the human’s dog in spirit in the back yard sometimes and it scares him and we discussed that. Also barks and growls at strangers and we went back in time to when he lived with his mom on the street and put a protective bubble around them and “saw” him being fed by a food fairy so he could feel satisfied and safe.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have scheduled three LIVE sessions in the next few days!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? When do I know that I have done enough for the animal and their human?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I was thinking of him with LOVE and gratitude one night and Nemo popped in and said “that’s how you can meditate. It will be very helpful.”
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I keep trying, but I am too tired. Whenever I sit calmly and go inside, I fall asleep.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Wind, a 4 months old kitten, ventured outside in the kennel. After a couple of days, I asked him, if he didn’t want to come back indoors, because it is rather cold outside and he just recovered from a severe flu. He told me he wanted to come back indoors, but could not manage. He had not figured out how the others went through this wall (cat door) and the jump to the window sill was too scary. So I stood by the window with my hand on the board forming the second floor of the kennel. Then I told him to use my arm as a bridge. He climbed on my arm and carefully walked up to my shoulder, where he curled up purring up a storm.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Wind and I celebrated yesterday night his return to the kitchen.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still under incredible pressure in my day job. I don’t have time for anything else.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I guessed correctly what Louise had in her box.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – usual chanting every day. A few days where I didn’t do a lot because I got up late for work! One silent session.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with Tiger, a cat in the FB page who was struggling after going outside in a harness. I saw things completely from his point of view. I learned about just how different it can be to see the world as a different species. I saw how alien our human ways can be and how thoughtless we can be about imposing them. I saw how important it is to explain stuff when we are asking an animal to do stuff to fit into a human world.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate being totally clear about communicating with Tiger. I had no doubts. I knew it was him not me. Also pleased because I had connected after a short meditation that I did alone rather than using a guided recording.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Maybe for the first time, I feel that this is something I can actually do.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I didn’t connect with Nemo this week.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the guess what’s in the box with Louise on FB. I got some shapes right and I could feel it was an ornament. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I’ve been doing 10 minute meditations morning and night this week, bringing in my Love Light and Shielding. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra every morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week flew by and I didn’t find a chance to talk with Nemo. I did talk with my pony Pollyanna every day. I ask about how her day was in the pasture every day. I am not getting answers back but I can tell by her body language that she is a happy pony.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I receive intuitive hits more often on various things. Like knowing I have a text to read even though I didn’t hear a notification, I have a thought and my husband says the same thought.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions come to mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I just tried to communicate with Nemo, the FAT this month but because I had an appointment, I didn’t have enough time to meditate to get my mind quiet. I connected for a few moments but didn’t get anything of significance other than him looking at me and wagging his tail in greeting.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I guessed the playing card game. I just guess red or black. I got exactly 50/50! 27 correct and 27 wrong. LOL

** For Easier Copy & Paste Posting: The Accountability Questions
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Hummm, it has been a strange week. As usual, we had a group meditation as part of my online church service. I had taken time to sit quietly usually with a cat or two on my lap to relax. I also drew some Reiki after receiving my first C vaccination last week. I did not do as much meditation as I had planned. Hopefully this will be a better week for me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I continue to attempt to communicate with my cat Roxy. I talk to him a lot and he lets me know what he wants or needs but he is a man of few words so we don’t really talk about anything. I also communicated with Nemo, see below.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I can’t think of anything to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why is it so difficult to communicate with my own cat? Does he just find if unnecessary since I know what he wants without him saying a thing. He does not always get what he wants when he wants it like food between meals times, but I know. He also asks for computer or TV time to watch his videos of birds and other critters. Again he does not always get it and has to watch what I’m watching on TV. He does watch TV with me now that he has discovered cat videos.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, we had a nice chat. He said he has enjoyed all this attention and said I could continue to talk to him after it is no longer his turn. I explained to him that next week his turn will be over and another animal will take a turn. He seemed a bit disappointed and wants people to continue to communicate with him.
I asked about toys and he said he likes his red ball. He also likes to be petted so I petted him remotely I think he likes to be scratched behind his ears and under his chin.
We agreed that I would communicate with him again. He said he would have more time then – I think has has been pretty busy talking to everyone and loves it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, nothing to report here this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am keeping up with my daily meditations both morning and night for a min of 15min each session; a couple of days I did my extended meditation which was 50-75 min2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I followed up with my friend about Rocky. She reported that the healing I did with Rocky has helped him greatly and the 3nits following our session he did not leak in the bed.
Have been re-visiting Charlie’s issue with waking me at 4am to go outside; I told him how angry in makes me that he does this because it disrupts my early morning dreamtime. 2 days he was really good but then he faltered and so he had to stay outside for a couple of nights. He is ok with it and naps in is outside condo when he is not perusing the night.
I have not been doing any communications with other animals this week because my work schedule has been really crazy and my free time has been focused more on my learning a new energy healing technique.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am moving in my spiritual work in a big way; too, am getting writing together for my website – by goal/intention is to have it up and running by March 1st or sooner. Time for me rise up and do my service for others.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I need to be more conscientious about balancing my time between massage work to earn money and practice AC so I can move out of massage (the deep tissue aspect of it – I want to do more energy healing) . From my experience last week with Rocky, I know my greatest gift is in energy healing and the new technique I am learning is going to skyrocket me to help many animals and people to move closer to the Ascension time.
I gotta stop messing around in my resistance and step fully into my Healing Power.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated three days this week for a total of around 52 minutes. My meditations were silent and I focused on my breathing and body sensations. I also spent time in prayer.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Lianna’s Shades to help him heal from the physical distress he was in. I learned that he responded well to the distance reiki session and I also felt shifts within my own physical body during the sessions.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m still on the journey!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new this week.

I didn’t communicate with Nemo this week though I thought of him multiple times. I will check in with him again soon.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week. My morning meditations allow me to become more comfortable feeling into my body to access my intuition.

Unfortunately my mother had a heart attack on wednesday and so we are dealing with this at the moment.
1- Meditate: yes, i do 2 times per day, heart and clearing meditation with Val recording, had a shamanic extraction and soul retrieval done.
2- Practice: yes, did a live session with Elaine and her cat Janeway again, she had some issue with peeing outside the liter box. Did check on 2 dogs, Tuco and Blondie, a friend of mine Mary was thinking of adopting them.
3- Celebrate: looks like my mother is going to be okay, this is all that matter at this time.
4- no questions
5- FAT: no time
6- games: no
