One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Hi all,
1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Yes. I meditate 2 to 4 times a day with 10 minute guided meditations. Including revising the meditation exercises that are part of the “Beginners Core Foundation Course”. I did a number of grounding, mindfulness, heart space, walking meditations, along with meditations to develop your intuition.2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with a Comet (twice), Keiko and Echo from the beginners course and my own cat. I could not connect with the class animals, I practised imagined conversations. However, I did make a connection with my own cat Fifi.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I made a connection with my cat Fifi. She understood me although I did not receive communication from her but it was amazing and we have grown even closer.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I realise meditation is one of the most important things to practice for animal communication. I wonder does it matter what type of meditation is best or just any meditation is okay?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I tried a few times but did not make a connection, just imagined a conversation.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t practice the specific exercises listed but I did do a number of intuition exercises online. I also am practising meditation for intuition and trying to breathe and make decisions through my heart space.Michelle

1. Yes but not as much as I would have liked. Work and tiredness got in the way so I kept falling asleep.
2. I practiced with Elsa – message: calm down and enjoy your life. It’s happening now. I practiced with Sternchen – see below. And I practiced with Marvin, a cat I’ve tried to work with before. I struggled to concentrate and had to keep bringing myself back. I think there was a mixture of truth but I’m not sure and because Marvin’s mom isn’t a club member, I’m reluctant to feedback mistakes. Better to practice with a club member I think because of this.
3. I want to celebrate connecting with Elsa. I realised that the block is mine. I just stay in my head rather than dropping in my heart because I’m afraid of not connecting.
4. Why is it sometimes very easy and just flows – and other times – not at all!
5. I found connecting with Sternchen easy. All the feedback was positive. I think this is because 1) I was feeling confident and 2) Sternchen was really supporting us and was on the alert for us practising all the time. It has been remarkable and just wonderful.
6. Since I realised the block in communicating with Elsa was mine, I’ve been practising dropping into my heart and trusting what I get. -

1, I meditated about 3 times this week, mostly at night and early morning in the quiet. I am not sure if I am doing the meditation correctly. I also meditated with Val’s Heart Wisdom meditation and will be repeating this lesson as I have trouble getting into my heart. I worry about bad entities causing me problems when I meditate.
2, I didn’t communicate with any animal this week. I tried but cannot seem to connect.
3, I want to celebrate in listening to my gut feeling sent by my deceased dog to trust my vet. Her answer helped immensely.
4, I want to know what I am doing wrong and what is blocking me?
5, No I did not communicate with the FAT. My mindset is not good and I do not trust my abilities.
6, I did not practice intuition development exercises this week. I seem to have stalled and my attention is being redirected to my dog who is not well. I need to set up a schedule for course time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, daily Twin hearts meditation with the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum for all the sentient beings around, as well as Archangels meditation.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
One of my rescues has abuse related issues, and he has been low the last few days, so I’ve been assuring him that he is loved and safe, though I sense he would have been happier as a sole pet.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am persisting…4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m trying not to have self doubts not just about my abilities but also if I should stay on this path.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, on the call and again later and posted the combined response.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to guess what a couple of birds that appeared out of nowhere had to say. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did mantra meditation. I don’t know how many times nor for how long.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I don’t remember what exactly. I told Serenity about things I did that I had wanted to remember to do and something I would wait to do.
I talked with birds on my walk who gave me advice about my life right now.
I talked with a client bird and a client dog.
I talked with Sternchen about stuff involving my cats, me, and people helping each other (answering her question). I posted for Klaudia to read the communication.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The journey I am on with Serenity and Hawkeye and my other cats who are with us in Spirit and for the journey I had with cats who passed on while in physical form.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and I mentioned about the communication before and posted it for Klaudia.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t practice the exercises but I had intuitive moments involving Serenity’s boron sources I believe and another intuitive moment I believe and don’t remember exactly what it was. I also had more communication via numbers with angels, guides, Souls I Love who passed on, and/or other sources.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated nearly every day, about 15 min. in general. I did yogic breathing meditations, sometimes while breathing in and out chakra colours. Exploring a few meditations from Barbara A. Brennan’s book ‘Hands of Light’. I tried ‘Becoming One with the Animal’.
I listened/practiced to Month 13 of the Monthly Training Series called ‘Favorite meditations and Exercises’ and I think each one of the exercises / meditations is an absolute gem!2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried ‘Becoming one with the Animal’ with an outdoor cat that I call Panther. Since he has become friends with my cat Bootsy I have started feeding him outside. I find it hard to actually ‘get into his skin’.
I also had a first conversation with my colleague’s cat Rumba, a blind cat. The owner is worried that he might be bored. He told me he sees all the colours of the rainbow in his mind and that he has his own inner world. I asked some simple questions about what he liked and he seems healthy to me. And happy to talk to me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am learning to be more aware in daily life!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am wondering about myself how I best receive information. I have discovered that I can easily see things in my imagination. Maybe sometimes I know things, or… these could be my mental expectations. I have not felt strong emotions nor have I heard anything (yet).
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not tried this week. I did not get much last time and after reading the comments and the Q&A I would prefer to start afresh with the new FAT coming soon, this time without reading other people’s comments first.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am trying to do the ‘Soft Focus’ exercise every now and then, just trying to be aware of the room I am sitting in for example. Or actually fully ‘listen’ to a person when they speak to me.
Imagining colours around me while focusing on the chakras during meditation. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
Attempted a few times during late evenings but fell asleep
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week?
Tuxedo Princess and Tabby Princess – 2 neighbours cats. Discussed, with tuxedo, the danger of following me out of the area. Thanked tabby Princess for his help with tuxedo
Said hello to animals that I pass3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate my communication with Princess. Celebrate tuxedo Princess and tabby Princess, neighbours cats. Twice lately, tuxedo has allowed me along the path, thru a small parking area (which is fine and she knows the area) but then has followed me onto the pavement and crossed a fairly busy one way secondary road. A single decker bus was slowly turning into the road and stopped at the bus stop next to the parking area.. I walked her back to the enclosed parking area where tabby Princess was watching us. He went over to the tuxedo to give her a gentle tap on the behind, causing her to scuttle behind a parked car. I thanked tabby. Second time tuxedo followed me, I walked her back, quickly explained the dangerous situation and that I would talk to her on my return. This I did using the ‘sandwich’ method. The next occasion, as we walked along the path I reminded her of the dangers of leaving the parking area. as I left she stopped and stayed in the parking area. Celebrated tuxedo listening and didn’t follow me (so far) and thanked tabby for preventing tuxedo leaving the car park area.
No questions. Discovered Tuxedo Princess understands what I tell her or pre-empts what I’d like her to do. e.g she will make her way to the back door to be let out when I am ready to leave home or when she’s sitting by a window and I call her that we are leaving, she’ll come running.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Random games. . e.g How long will the next train arrive in the station. How many people were at the social club when I arrived etc. Practising Intuition’ being my guide when out walking in park etc. Haven’t done for long time but will check Val’s site for games

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day, probably like 7 hrs total for the week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been connecting with a friends dog remotely. She is a black lab named Clara. She just had surgery for a mass that turned out to be Stage 2 cancer. Her humans are devastated, so I have started doing distance healing with her and her mom. I am praying for some healing for them both. Stay tuned.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
So many things to celebrate, mainly my evolution as a soul in a “people suit” and level of self-empowerment and confidence. I am really enjoying the journey of self-discovery/healing and letting go of the deep-seeded desire to control everything externally, when the fact is that managing my own thoughts, actions and vibration determine everything around me. I continue to be enlightened daily.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have really discovered that my “kids” have been instrumental in getting me where I am and where I am going. Animals deserve so much more credit than they are given, but that is not news to anyone in this group!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did actually connect with Sternchen and enjoyed her calm energy and insight. Not a long interaction, but very encouraging. Will post for Klaudia.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have really focused this week on connecting through my heart more quickly and turning up the volume on its energy, taking a few extra minutes through the day to practice. “Feeling” through situations vs. thinking. It is a real feat to turn off this left brain of mine.

1. Continued dropping into my heart space multiple times a day
2. I connected )remotely) with several of my favorite zoo animals, and did “become
An animal” with a giraffe (with whom
I have not previously connected). It felt quite odd to have such long legs and neck!
3. Can’t think of any
4. Can’t think of any new ones 🙂
5. Not yet, I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past I am afraid to.
6. Continuing to verify my intuition with muscle testing. -

1. Yes, I did a 13min body, mind, and spirit grounding meditation that was really beautiful with the all the chakras and also did Val’s heart wisdom meditation from December.
2. I communicated with Bailey this week from the past month’s Q&A recording. He was pretty hyper, very excited and pretty talkative when I asked him questions. I was able to be right next to him and give him love. He licked my face. I asked him what he enjoys doing and he was excited to tell me. Looking forward to talking with him more.
3. I’m celebrating that I’m progressing and feeling lighter and more open, more positive.
4. My question: Do you always have to meditate before communicating with an animal? If we’re doing it just from an image without the walkthrough from Val, is that enough?
5. I communicated with the December FAT, Bailey.
6. No, I finished Awaken Your Inner Guidance.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have been sick all week but I have spent some time quietly reflecting and centering my thoughts.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have attempted communicating with my cats, letting them knwo why they need to stay close to home. I think I got through to them. I asked Rosie to come hany out with me and she did!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I have a renewed investment in cultivating this skill.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? That even if I don;t here a response immediately, it doesn;t mean the message wasn;t received.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not communicated with the FAT for Feb but I will as soon as I am well.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did wordle and did well guessing the words!

1. Meditate!
I did every evening. I did candle light meditation and prayer meditation. Since a while if I say a prayer before the meditation, it helps me make the mind shut down. Mornings almost none, but during the day with every occasion including listening to healing frequencies. Looking forward for next live call and Masterclass for expanding my knowledge on handling feelings and thoughts.
2. Practice!
I had to practice getting in my heart space to communicate with my cats, King Boumba and Prince Aston, that had 4 days of stomach upset. My hands were full. Better said the litter box was full. I also had to use human language because on the way to the vet, to check on them so that I can have peace of mind, I couldn’t concentrate well because of the sporadic meows. While waiting, as we had no appointment, they behaved incredibly well. I gave my best to keep calm, soothing energy around, and I have the feeling it worked very well, as there were also dogs present. They are fine starting from today, but only a cat owner will really understand what means when a cat has diarrhea.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate SOUND and HEARING! I LOVE the combination of sounds that is called music. 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have discovered that I should really start journaling as even though I had some things to mention here, now there are so hidden in my mind that I can not find them. 😊
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Perhaps because of meditations the pineal gland has cleared because I have noticed changes, like hearing voices. One evening I had set my intention to wake up earlier next morning, and as the alarm started I clearly heard someone calling my name, so I woke and no one was in the room, not even the cats. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I only managed a couple of meditations this week about 10 minutes each. Time continues to be a challenge for me right now.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family and the deer that I see around my house. My cat, Shadow, is talking non-stop to me at night before we go to bed, wanting attention for sure, but is he trying to tell me something else?
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Not yet. What a great picture, Barb. Is he helping with your paperwork or being a paperweight? 🙂
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Trying to listen for intuititive thoughts as I go about my days.

Barb I was finally able to log on with one of the passwords I had. I am on a new lap top because my main frame is down.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much at all other than group med at church. Some time just sitting with a cat on my lap but just fell asleep. I have been sick which does not help.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Roxy and I communicate but not verbally. I recently asked Roxy and Missy if they were ready for dinner and they ran right to the kitchen.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions.

Just saw that your cat Rumy is not FAT, Barb. Can’t believe it has been a month since I met the previous FAT on the call.

I continue to deal with health issues and challenges with the new apartment. Hopefully my life will soon calm down enough that I can get back to work.
I know I am hours late but since I finally was able to get online I decided to go for it. I hope next week is a better week an many ways.

I continue to meditate daily. I am getting better at getting into my heart space and out of my mind. I still have difficulty staying in my heart space throughout a meditation or connection.
This week I connected with a dog that I was training the parents in general obedience. The family was moving into a house from a condo. I wanted to check in and see how she was doing among the chaos. She said “Everyone is tired and in a bad mood, I don’t know why?” I tried to explain how moving can be an exciting time but the work it takes to get there (packing endless boxes, carrying from condo to house and unpacking is exhausting). I suggested that she behave while the move is going on and love on her Mom when she gets tired. She will need cuddles when her body energy drains. (In an earlier conversation Josie, dog, was excited to tell me how she helps her Mom when her stomach doesn’t feel good). She said excitedly that she would be on the lookout for when her Mom gets tired and she will do her job and lay on her belly.
I would like to celebrate my increased confidence in getting into my heart space and that I am starting to realize when my ego interjects. I still get frazzled when I have to transfer my energy away from my connection to escort my ego out of the way and then return back to my previous connection or tempt at a connection.
I connected with Rumery this week. I wasn’t as connected as I would have liked to have been. I believe there were a few strands of strong communication but overall, I don’t think I would call it a win. I need to continue to develop connection through photographs.
I didn’t practice intuition games this week. I have been focusing on increasing my ability to get into my heart space quicker and stronger.
