One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not really. Just trying to stay present, centered and focused during my day.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Little Wind (an ex-feral kitten) told me he is now a big boy, just like the others, because he can go out to the kennel and come back inside without help.
I had a couple of conversations with my Beagle Pascal. I asked him to stay off the cat food and to stop eating cat poop. Every time he agrees, and then the next day, we have the same problem again. When I tell him off, he reverts that he forgot.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I slowly reach the stage where I celebrate that I am alive and still more or less functioning to do all necessary tasks.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t even have time to think about questions.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. Looking forward to meet Pistol next Saturday in our call.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried with Pam’s latest box, but then did not manage to get back to it.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I like to meditate every morning. I am meditating with my guide at the moment to help build my self confidence.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I have been chatting with Mooks who had a poorly eye this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the fact that I can make my girls lives easier by being able to communicate with them and understand better their needs / wants.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have a particular question but I did discover that I shouldn’t take things for granted. Mooks had to go to the vet with her poorly eye so we talked about this before going. For me it was obvious that the vet would touch her and look in her eye but I didn’t think to tell her this and she got very upset. She doesn’t like to be touched and worse still with things (stetascope and a thing to look in her eye). She got herself in a real panic and I was annoyed with myself for not explaining in detail what would happen.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did, I got a very strong feeling of strenght and a certain aloofness around Pistol.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried to guess what was in Klaudia’s box on FB but was way off base 🙁 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I prayed to the Universe. I also imagined fears, worries, and anxiety simply dessenegrating.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity I didn’t want her absorbing my negative energy over something. I asked them what they think of the air purifier I recently got and set up. Other communication, too.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Coming a little closer to Healing. Getting closer to being able to let go of anxiety things/fear things/worry things when it doesn’t serve my cats and me to our Highest and Greatest Good and being able to see “what’s the point in worrying and such?” like my cats do. Also, about being able to link up to Hawkeye and almost feel what it felt like from his perspective to not worry and the link about things. Also, about my time being right regarding Shades when he said he was “going fast”.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he said, “I am the Man of the House. More later.” I will post for Patricia to see it. He said more after my initial answer. I posted that for Patricia to see it, too.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I psychically guessed the time correctly when I checked it.

Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately one hour and forty minutes – a combination of concentrating on my breathing, The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with dog Nemo, the Featured Animal Teacher for January. We talked about whether Nemo had any dog friends, what his home was like, where he rests in the day and how he feels about cats. I learnt from Nemo that I seem to be distracted and that this work takes a lot of focus and I need to work on this.
I celebrate that I did get some accurate information from Nemo (after posting in The Forum and getting feedback from Nemo’s person, Marybeth).
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still having problems with my focus and concentration. I realize that when I do an animal communication I must make sure I have no other commitments around this time so that I am not distracted and can totally focus on the animal.
This week I did not communicate with The Featured Animal Teacher for this month but did communicate with last month’s Featured Animal Teacher, as there was an overlap this week.
This week I played The Card Intuition Game, getting 9/20, 14/20, 13/20 and 12/20 (when trying to guess the color). This is an improvement on last week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I have been meditating and practicing stillness. This week has been an especially challenging week for calming my mind. One night, my body felt like it was throbbing and beating like my heart beat but I was feeling it all over my body. My head against the pillow, my feet touching the bed, my hands on top of my chest while sleeping. Everything was throbbing!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a dog that I have been working with who has been missing. She passed away and had a message for her family. I feel that she was holding on until her message could be shared in which I received and transcribed. I felt her let go of her physical body and move into spirit after that. I was with her as she died in an energetic way. I then had to tell her family. It was hard to do and quite draining emotionally.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My sweet baby beardies are coming into their own personalities. They are so precious and I wish to celebrate them. They are just amazing! And they help me come to a place of stillness and help me with communication just by being with them.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would love to ask some questions about helping lost animals.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I had a chat with Pistol and wrote it in the forum xo.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have not played an intuition game this week. My next one should be opening up soon and I look forward to playing this next one.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Stuck on Soul Mala Healing Meditation for 10-30 minutes before bed each evening. It relaxes and quiets my mind so I am able to get restful sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Everyday conversation with my fur family. I found a little opossum in the horses’ barn one evening as I was feeding them, right underneath where Willow eats her grain. She must be used to him/her, because she didn’t freak out when she saw him/her, so I went ahead and put her grain in the bin. The little one was afraid to come out of the corner, so I went and got a rake and helped him/her out of the stall. Apparently (s)he is living in the hay.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Just trying to stay open to intuitive thoughts.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, during the online church service on Sunday. Also Susann’s monthly group call was this week and she always leads us in a group meditation she calls a Journey. I have also taken time several times to just sit quietly, usually with a cat on my lap, to breathe and relax.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Last month’s FAT Nemo. I have had several conversations with Nemo including last night and again this morning. I can only describe them as “thin” since I did not connect as well as I would have liked. I asked him how the experience of being FAT had been for him and he loved it. He did not want it to end. That is why I connected with him again. Earlier in the week we had discussed the fact that his turn was almost over and he did not want it to end. We talked about that again last night and I explained that there were lots of animals waiting to take their turn. This morning we discussed it again and I assured him he was still an AT just not the one featured this month. I hope others continue to tune into him. He enjoyed it and misses it.
My sister died quite unexpected yesterday. I had a message from my niece that she had had a massive stroke and was in the hospital in hospice. She said that she and Dottie’s husband were allowed to be with her for end of life. She transitioned last night with both of them by her side.
I asked Nemo about that but did not get much. This morning I tuned into my Princess in spirit. She did not know Dottie but of course assured me that she was OK. Again not a deep connection.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The fact that I am able to connect with animals when I am here feeling very much alone dealing with the death of my sister.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing much here. It has been a very strange week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I communicated with Nemo the previous FAT. See above. I have not yet connected with this month’s FAT. I will do so on the call if not before.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Every day. I continue to meditate on light and sound and will be doing a virtual meditation retreat this weekend.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Shades, cat. Continued out connection and asked what happened at the vet. He just said it helped to speed his transition and he was grateful for that. He left his body a few days ago and again I feel I could have been more helpful in guiding his human to see the big picture. He told me what is the good of those feelings. My transition happened beautifully with “no hoopla.” I arrived with the wind (in a hurricane):and left on the wisp of a breeze.
2. Roxy: Maltipoo. This little pup viciously bit a person when she was giving him a treat. She also growls at her female human’s husband especially if they hug. I went to a past life and saw abuse of the pup and abuse of her female person from a man so I said the Ho’oponopono Prayer many times and sent it to her current clients. I asked about the biting and she said something comes over me. I got it was about fighting for her food when she was a puppy. I am not really sure this has been healed so I told her humans hand feeding her treats is pushing her at this time as she adjusts to a new life with them. (She just arrived a month ago).
3. Duke, Belgian Malinois: I am visiting him and have been doing TTOUCHES and sending him appreciation. Before he left for work today he came into my room and said goodbye! The coffee machine beeped yesterday and he didn’t run away!
4. Flanders: horse. Talked about giving his human a nudge if she needs to walk him instead of riding him. He said she feels him and knows these things. They are learning and growing together. I practiced scanning and found that his left front leg was out of line. I still don’t trust myself in these kind of things but I sent healing goo anyway.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I set up a work altar in my room for I thought would be my son getting a job but instead I have been receiving many new cases, referrals and repeats and my business is blooming. I am also receiving messages from squirrels and birds. A goose was trying to get up on some ice. First it was too thin and he broke through. He swam to another area and with only moving his head 3 times his whole body came up out of the water and he was on the ice. He said intention is the key for everything!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I recently read several of my first readings and they have a deep spiritual quality to them that I feel I’m missing at the moment. When I haven’t “got” the essence of a situation my anxiety builds. I am going to need to clear this as I have a back log of clients and can’t serve them when I feel this way.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I sent Nemo gratitude.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? An amazing thing happened on a walk with my husband a few days ago. I asked him a question about something he had thought of but said nothing out loud about just 5 minutes before!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes chanting every day. One rainbow. One guided meditation.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I haven’t. ☹ I’ve been working a lot and then I end up so much in my head it takes a lot of oomph to tackle that – or so it feels.Actually – when I do tackle it, it is such a relief. I’m not sure why it feels difficult when it isn’t.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That it has already changed my life so much! I’m so grateful!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? That I’m getting better at staying in my heart and allowing myself to be there. I’m getting better at being confident. I’m getting better at choosing to be happy.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t. ☹ But I will…
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. I didn’t. But I did hear someone describe developing intuition as a slow burn – that made me feel better. The thing is – I think I do intuit stuff all the time, I just don’t acknowledge it. I’m noticing that when I read other people’s comments. So I would like to start acknowledging it. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I sat in silent meditation for a total of around 65 minutes. I focused on breathing deeply and feeling my internal sensations. I also spent some of this time in prayer and visualization.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Shades and it turns out that he was in Spirit form when I connected with him. I focused on sending him healing Reiki energy because I did not realize completely that he was in Spirit form and I thought his body was still suffering. I posted my session with him in a message to Lianna.
I communicated with a kitten who was recently trapped as semi-feral and taken to the vet to get examined. I discussed with her why she was trapped and taken to the vet and I discussed with her that the lady who trapped her also wanted to care for the rest of her kitten family if they were willing to go into the trap as well. She told me that her name is Sufi and she began to relax in her new indoor environment.
I communicated with Nemo and asked him about his day and about any messages for his mom. I posted our conversation on his FAT page.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have gotten some positive feedback from people this week and it has been very validating for me as a beginner communicator. Connecting with the animals brings me great joy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I should have trusted my initial intuitive hit I received when communicating with Shades. I really thought he was in Spirit form and then I told myself that this wasn’t true and I continued communicating with him as if he were still in his body. I later found out that he had passed the day before I communicated with him.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t communicated with the March FAT yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week. I didn’t make time for any. I did connect in with my intuition during my meditations though, especially regarding some big decisions I have been making.

1- Meditate: yes as much as I was able to, I had a busy and emotional week dealing with my family, mother, doctors over FaceTime. This morning I was able to do the heart clearing and meditation, it felt really good.
2- Practice: I did some exercises of color sending and receiving green and asking for a yes and no color with my cat, Sufi.
during the color send and receiving, I could feel the color and it was lime green, I am not sure exactly why it was lime green, it was like the color picked me because I did not intent any particular green. I also wanted to point out that I wasn’t seeing the color through my 3rd eye, it was different I was feeling it. I felt Sufi sent the color green back but it was a forest green.
When I practice the yes and no, I felt Sufi sent the color yellow for a yes and black or dark blue? for a no, while this was going on i could see purple light in my 3rd eye, this is how I could realized that i was feeling the colors rather then seeing them on Thursday. However, i see that i got blue for a yes and yellow for a no with Sufi on Tuesday. Humm! I guess I will have to do the exercise again and see what i get.I was feeling really out of it but I decided to go work with the horses anyway on Wednesday. My mother was getting out of the hospital. It was an excellent decision. I connected with Shooter, horse 1, I saddle him and I was talking to him, we had a good session with the kid. Felt connected to Timber, horse 2, I felt so much better just being in their presence, it was amazing!
3- Celebrate: Despite the scare with my mother heart attack and the heaviness and pain and sadness etc. i felt in my heart, I was able to do some communication with my cat. It was hard to concentrate sometimes, I felt my state of anxiety and all but it did help me to calm down and feel what I was feeling and put it aside. Same with the horses i was working with this week. Wow! Animals are amazing healers.
4- Questions/discoveries: I was able to see the heavy wood door of my heart but was able to open it and let the light shine toward one of my cat, Sufi, while doing some color exercises with him.
5- FAT: yes, interesting experience, I will post
6- Game: sending color to my cat
