One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Did you meditate this week? If so about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I meditated every day this week. Most were short meditations I did in the morning. I get up 1/2 hour earlier now to make sure I have time for this important way to start my day.
Meditations: iAwake Morning Ritual / Val’s Meditation: Zen Breathing / Freedom Guru App: Morning Freedom Meditation/ Micro boost of Presence from Tapping Solution App /

      2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience

I connected with two wild birds (Maggie and Rodger) who come visit me most days when I get home from work. I asked each of them about their day and how they were doing. Rodger responded by happily singing for me. Maggie started singing too.
No conversation but the singing was heartwarming and allowed me to connect deeply with them and to experience the present moment with joy.

      3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I celebrate that I am staying accountable.
I also posted in the group this week which is something I rarely do. ( Many times I just start overthinking and then I run out of time and don’t leave a comment)

      4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I don’t have any specific questions this week. I am just enjoying the journey and embracing all I am learning.

      5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I did and posted my results.

      6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tested my intuition by guessing numbers for various things a few times this week. My guesses were close each time but not exact.

This week I only connected with Little Dude.

I just know that I have to keep going.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I did connect with Little Dude at the Q&A session. I didn’t get a lot, except trying to feel her personality. And I posted in the forum.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Yes I did the one with the cards. Guessing red or black. I am not sure how well I did. I think I was about 50% right. 😂

1 Did you meditate this week?

Yes. Appx 30 mins of quietness and stillness. Watched two videos along with Brad Yates and tapping exercises’

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Jensen, a 10 or 12 year old male stray cat who has hangs around a property for number of years and basically lives on the streets. The owner of the property given him a place to stay in the shed and feeds him. The gentleman would like to take Jensen to the vet but Jensen will not allow anyone to stroke or touch him, therefore problem getting him to the vet. At times Jensen can be stroked on the forehead. The gentleman would also like to know if he was to move would Jensen like to move and live with him
Outcome of the communication. Jensen would like to live with the gentleman if he were to move away. Showed, the lovely Jenson the feeling of being lovingly, gently stroked. Likes where he lives and who with. Sensed Jensen at a crossroad and unsure of what he desires. As Jensen has been visiting the gentleman for numbers of years I believe a bond has grown between them and Jensen’s future look a lot brighter now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I receive images, videos, sounds and emotions from the animals. Now the sense of smell within the communication. Will continue with various exercises’ to improve. Pleased all senses are gradually coming together.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have

      None at moment

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not so much this week because work was busy and sleep was bad.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I only did a formal session with the Fat this week – see below. But I appreciate that my communication with Elsa is every deepening and becoming something that we both use more and more. It’s such a gift to be able to deepen my relationship with her. I have to remind myself always when I get back from work to bring my energy down – otherwise the communication with her doesn’t happen.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m starting to notice where my head interpretation has a different energy feel from an animal communication.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why does it take me so long to put my dreams into practice?
      4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated before the FAT call and got some stuff right. I also got some stuff wrong and in hindsight I can recognise that there was a slight energy shift when it was my mind interfering. I also communicated on the Q&A and have written up my experience – but only just now because of the difficult week.
      5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      No. ☹

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Well, not much. The usual group meditations – church and Val’s and Susann’s membership group calls. I just cannot seem to calm down and focus in

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Last night I once again attempted to communicate with my cat Missy. She was in my lap as usual so I asked her about a recent experience with a different cat food. My other cat Roxy has a history of bladder stones and has serious diarrhea with many foods, so I choose their foods to suit his needs and Missy just gets what he does. I have found 2 foods that do no upset him but after a recent call Val sent me objections to both of those foods. It is so difficult to find any food that does not upset him.

Val suggested two other foods which I ordered. Having finally gotten to the place where he was not having any issues and was having normal poops in the box, I waited to try anything new. I wanted to enjoy not having smelly poops especially all over the house.

The other night I tried one of the new foods. It was Hoki and Beef Feast. They both loved it. They love fish and rarely get it so it was a treat. And it upset both of them.

The next morning I woke up to he all too familiar smelly poop. It was Missy’s poop. Usually she can eat anything. I later found Roxy’s soft poop in the bathroom floor, his signal that something is wrong. In other words, this new food did not agree with either of them.

I asked Missy about it. She said she liked it, which was obvious from the way she gobbled it down. I explained that they could not have it again becasue it did not agree with either of them. There are lots of foods Missy likes and could eat but I no longer have them becasue if he gets any of it he has such a reaction. I got it that she does not like not having food she likes, chicken for example, because he cannot have it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I did communicate with Missy, I think. But then it was all what I knew already so not sure if I heard her or just made the whole thing up.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I know if I am really communicating with my cats when what I get or think I do is what I knew already.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, during the Q&A call. I have not connected with her again but plan to.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Meditated 5 days. Sometimes a meditation from the Calm app. One from my Animal Reiki course download. Mostly Chakra alignment meditations from You Tube.

Communicated with my cat Zuri. She showed me my cat that I had when I was about 15, Amber. She died at 1 year of feline leukemia. It was devastating. I am wondering if she has come back to me in Zuri.

Nothing major ,but I do think Roo is feeling more comfortable with me since I have been sending energy to him.
I also feel my journey is starting to take root, which will only facilitate my communication efforts with animals.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have been experiencing something unusual this week, Is it possible to get info from an animal by reading their face or fur? I have been seeing images in Little Dudes face.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Yes, several times

As I mentioned above, I have been seeing images in her face. I see a jungle cat like a cheetah or leopard, a Wolfe or huskie, a woman in a fur coat, and several alien-like figures.

I don’t get a lot from her, but more by gazing at her

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I played the box game this week. My son has been putting things in random gift boxes from Christmas for me to guess. I will let you know if I get any better at it next week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. I do my meditation every morning, when i walk and in the evening at home. I try to meditate on stillness. there is a lot of fear inside of me and Im trying to work on it.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was part of the communication with the rooster in the q&a call. Somehow my communication skills are working better, when there is a real issue or problem. I asked if it was cancer and got a no and I was very relieved , that val also got nothing seriouse as answer, it helps me that I allow myself ,to trust more in what I get

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. There I nothung this week, since I´m very busy with worling to conquer my inner “demons” to overcome the fear of stepping out into the world with who I am

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How does it come, that, even I talk to Stupsi and explained very well, that I have to cut his nails, because they were very long already, that he acts still, like I wannna harm him (how is it, that after all that years he spent with me and I never hurt him, that he still doesn´t trust me)?
