One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week. I’m not sure how much time I spent meditating, I think probably a couple of hours. I did Val’s love meditation from the basic course. I really liked that and think this will become a regular. I did another one as well but now can’t remember what it was called. I also listened to a number of other tracks designed to help me develop my intuition better but I’m not sure if I should count those as meditations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Patches the cow. She is still sick and we are still at a loss to know what is wrong. I use my pendulum to dowse answers and I find it helps me to check what I think I may be getting as answers. I did pick up that Patches had a headache and did not feel well in the tummy. I seem to be clairecogniscent which I think is really unfortunate because it makes it harder I think to believe in what you get because you can’t explain it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate answering the accountability questions again. I really want to stay on track but am prone to putting things off and procrastinating.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have always thought I was clairecognicent but became more certain of that this week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done that yet this week. I know it is a new animal so I will give it a go. I’m not sure when I last answered these questions. I’ll have to pick a day of the week and stick to it so I know I have had a week to do everything.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I continue to try using my intuition to locate our herd of cattle out in the rear paddocks. I also try the one of trying to guess what (if anything) is in the mailbox. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate daily at least once if not many times. It has truly helped me tap into my inner self2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?I have been trying to prepare my cat Gossamer for his grooming appointment. Being a Maine Coon he has a lot of fur and needs a little help every once in a while. He hates the carrier so it is always a challenge to have him cooperate.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I would like to celebrate improving, even if it is slowly. I would also like to celebrate the amazing people I have met through this school.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I have endless questions, and I discover answers as I learn and reach out to others.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I did not communicate with the featured animal this week as I have been focused on what I mentioned above, as well as exploring the past masterclass sessions available on the membership.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier I find that it has almost become a habit to test my intuition on a daily basis using any of the games or techniques we have learned..

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every morning I like to meditate for 20 to 30 mins.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my girls and Nemo this week. I have been helping Mookie come to terms with Abby’s passing3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
OMG, ONE thing….Only ONE? There is sooooo much for me to celebrate this week I don’t even know where to start. If I had to choose one, it was the deep realisation of the essence of a living thing behind the physical appearance or behaviour. I have just felt the awakening of this knowledge and feel that it will now grow and blossom in the weeks and months to come. Before I only knew this on a surface level.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that appearances and judgements can be totally wrong and that if you allow yourself to look deeper to see what is behind them the answers are sometimes completely the opposite.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, we chatted about his ears…he told me that they are magic ears. He seemed very prouc to have magic ears.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t actually play one of the games from here but there is a game on the forum where someone puts an object in a box and we have to guess and I got quite close with my answerers so I felt really pleased about that and it has really encouraged me to join in a bit more and to trust what I get…but not to interpretate, just get what I get. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, continued with mindfulness in the tub time, sitting in my selenite and Celestite healing circle as well as time with the baby beardies, I find that I am meditative in that state when with them. I also learned a new technique for cutting ties that no longer serve and have been doing that as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a bearded dragon in spirit and a kitty on earth. The beardie shared some information about a triangle and gold hues. The triangle came as a pyramid and was black in colour. His mom confirmed that she has a shunghite pyramid. He let her know how to use that and why. It all resonated with her very much. The gold hues, he explained were for her heart area and some specifics as to why and she resonated with this message as well. The kitty was very laid back and didn’t understand that there were coyote outside and that’s why mom was keeping him on a leash or in a cage so he could still go outside without getting hurt. It was more clear to him now. It was a very good experience for us all and such lovely animals.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m not sure what to celebrate this week so I will celebrate Nemo as being the FAT for the month of January. I’m proud of him! 🙂
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Nemo is FAT this month and so I haven’t communicated with him like I normally would do. I’m asking Nemo right now how he feels about being the FAT and he said he’s enjoying it. It takes him some time at times to attune to the energy he feels. He says he’s an empath like me and takes that role as a gift. He says that he’s learning how to be an even better teacher and by being FAT this helps him to do that.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m asking Darwin is he can tell me any good jokes. Dar, it’s me Marybeth. Can you hear me from the other room? He’s tired and brumating so I sense that he does feel my energy. Do you know of any good jokes you can share with me? It’s part of an intuition exercise I’m doing right now.
“Hmm, let me see” he says. Well, I think it’s pretty funny how humans laugh at the dumbest things. Like tell me, how does a man who falls down bring laughter to your face? Doesn’t that hurt?
What do you mean Darwin?
Well, there was a video playing. It’s on YouTube I think you humans call it and this man became scared by someone playing a prank and fell down. It’s supposed to be funny but I don’t see the logic in the laughter.
I don’t either Darwin. That doesn’t make me laugh either.
What makes you laugh? Do you have a joke to share something funny to make you laugh?
There once was a dragon named Darwin
And all he could do was be brave
Because all the others were named Marvin
So Dar became Darwin the brave!Lol…that’s a good one Dar!! Darwin the Brave you shall be! Thanks my friend. I love you!! xo

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, several times. I prayed to the Universe once or more than once maybe. I meditated to a Sanskrit song twice. I did self Healing by letting the sun light shine on me. I also meditated with morning doves. They told me to slowly and gently waves my arms to flap off worries, anxiety, and the like and create Freedom.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity: I told her why I am not giving her yogurt anymore. I also told her she didn’t need to absorb my negative energy when I get my packages. She didn’t do how she usually does. I also talked with Hawkeye-don’t remember what now. I also did more Healing work on Serenity. I might have talked other times.
I also talked with morning doves who gave me advice and messages that are very much appreciated. They did meditation with me, too.
I also talked with Nemo. He told me about Marybeth taking baths, about being a knight in a past life and his horse he Loved and seeing a horse in this lifetime with Marybeth. Nemo gave me business/clientele building advice. Nemo also told me about Darwin fanning or flaring his neck. I posted for Marybeth to see the communication.
I also talked during the Q & A Call with Nemo and Marybeth confirmed a lot of what I said.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. HEALING! GUIDANCE! CLARITY forming!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. I posted about the communication in a previous question and posted for Marybeth to see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I might have had an intuitive moment with a TV show in regards to having thought about an episode before it came on and then it came on sometime. There was another one that I don’t remember right now. I also had an intuitive moment when thinking the water shut off in the apartment building I live in had been changed. I found out that evening that it had been changed.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 85 minutes – focusing on my breathing, The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations and “Learning to Surrender” by Sarah Blondin.

This week I celebrate that it seems to be getting slightly easier for me to remain in my heart when communicating with an animal.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When trying to communicate I still have problems in knowing if it is my thoughts or the thoughts of the animal (and how to determine which it is).

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the Card Intuition Game, getting 9,12,12 and 11 out of 20 correct when trying to guess the color. I also watched episodes of a tv program where people have to choose one of three houses – to guess which one they would pick.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I did. Still determined to make this more of a priority.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Nemo twice. I learned that it helps when I do a deeper meditation.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The stuff I thought was all in my head and got wrong – turned out to be right! I’m also really pleased I plucked up the courage to practice with an animal teacher from the club page. I got some stuff right! Going to keep doing this.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I get to a deeper state of meditation more quickly? I suspect its practice as ever…a quick fix would be good though. 😊
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and I fed back to Marybeth.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. I don’t know why. Just got unaware again…☹ -

The dates for this posting are incorrect. Should be January 9 through 15, 2021
My computer is acting wonky and won’t copy and paste.1. Did I meditate? Yes, I have done silent meditation morning and night every day for about 10 minutes each session. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night.
2. Did I talk with an animal? Yes, I talked very briefly with Nemo on our Coaching Q&A Call Saturday. I didn’t get much but a greeting from Nemo. He wagged his tail and nuzzled near me for a petting. I didn’t have a good connection so he was busy talking with others.
3. Anything to celebrate? Yes. I am happy that Pollyanna walks up to me when I visit her in the pasture. She has also been more loving when I am in the stall with her.
4. What Questions do I have? None right now.
5. Did I communicate with the FAT, Nemo? Yes, on our call I did. Didn’t get a lot but will post in the forum.
6. Did I play any games this week? No. I did guess who was texting me and on a few occasions I was correct. I like to put my intuition to the test like this throughout my day.

1. I meditated at least 10 min every morning and every evening. I ground, shield, open chakras.
2. I spoke with Fifty a couple of times regarding the Facebook practice post Amber put up. I fell into trying too hard to see that I got tripped up many times. I did get some ‘feeling’ correct but overall I did not do well. My love and intent is there with this work but my ego remains to trip me up.
I made a few attempts with a fellow students cat but kept getting blocked; it felt like some weird paranormal thing….I have not tried again- hopefully this week-end as I have been feeling the enormity of the collective fear around what is happening in the world.
3. I only want to celebrate that although I feel I am so damn slow in becoming a good animal communicator, I am honoring the love in my heart for growing spiritually and really seeing all life from a higher perspective.
4. My only question and one that comes up so much in my is “when the hell am I going to let go of all my resistance”?
5. I just spoke with our FAT on Saturday – I always love the bits of wisdom that the animal brings me in those quick little sentences.
6. I had no fun energy to play games this week. I will pull out of my slump.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Hi Barb, I’m a little confused by the dates for this post. Is it supposed to be Jan 9-15, 2021? Also, when I tried to copy and paste the questions above I wasn’t able to. Here are my answers:
1. I did meditate this week for a total of around 68 minutes. My meditations were mostly silent while sitting and doing deep breathing while focusing on my inner guidance and feelings.
2. I talked with Nemo a few times this week and posted my conversations on his FAT page.
3. I want to celebrate the joy I feel in connecting with this animal communication community. I really love the monthly calls and I love getting to know the new animals each month.
4. I often question if what I am receiving during my communications is accurate or if I’m making it all up in my imagination. I know that my imagination can run wild sometimes. I have started asking more questions to gather information that can be verified. I am hoping that by doing this I will slowly build more confidence and trust.
5. I spoke with Nemo during the live call on Sat and then twice this week. I love him so much! I posted my conversations on his FAT page and have gotten great responses from Marybeth.
6. I played the Deck of Cards game once this week with about 50% accuracy. I will practice more this coming week!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not very much, but I tried to stay present.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Discussing health issues with my 2 dogs. Pascal is still limping on his hind paw. He wanted help with that, so now he goes every evening for an injection. Today was the first day, where I think he walked a bit steadier.
Monday Genie was vomiting the whole day. And on our last walk late at night she had clear and liquid stool with blood in it. I told her, if she won’t be better in the morning we had to see the vet. Shortly after she was shivering and cramping. She told me she was in pain and wanted to see the vet right away. This was 11pm and we have a curfew starting at 9pm. I called the vet and he said I should bring her to the clinic after 20 minutes. Her blood showed that she has gastritis.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think I should celebrate that I am working from home. If I had to go to the office every day, I would not manage to take care of all my sick furkids. Now I can quickly take them to the clinic and 20 minutes later I am back at my computer.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
During our call last Saturday.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. While I was cleaning the kennel at night, I randomly imagined one of my cats and tried to feel, where he or she was at this specific moment. I was about 50% correct.1/12

My apologies for the incorrect date sequence in the title of this post. The week is Saturdasy January 9 through Friday January 15.
Next week begins Saturday January 16 through Friday January 22.
Yes, the accountability still runs from Saturday to Friday noon Central Texas time.
You do not have to wait till the end of week to post, just post every week. Make an appointment on your calendar.
A behind the scenes note: I try to have a post created for the coming week for you to use early but not too early. You can use the Search box to find it if I haven’t yet reset the link button to the proper week. In order to help you not have to look toof far, I only do one week at a time and sometimes I slip up both with creating the discussion thread and/or updating the link in a timely fashion. We still do this manually and I make mistakes.
If you have any questions or concerns, email me at moderator@valheart.com. If that doesn’t work, email support@valheart.com.
Thanks for your understanding.
PS May be we should practice using animal communication to remind me. Remery kitty does his best but may need a support team assist.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I continue my daily practice of meditation on light and sound. I had a difficult time becoming still and when I did I fell asleep. Just feeling off all week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My best connection was with a dog named Ajax who was shaking uncontrollably all night long after going outside to pee before bed. When I connected with him he told me all about encountering some awful entities. He got rid of most of them as he is an angel dog from the Indian Reservation that his person adopted and is well acquainted with these kinds of beings. One entity was still attached to him and I shielded myself and Ajax and told it to leave and pointed to a small portal. It wouldn’t leave, so I told it that I would call in the angel squadron who would take it somewhere it wouldn’t be happy to go. It left. I cleared the yard with golden light and the house as well. Checked all the chakras on Ajax and also checked to make sure the house was back to harmony and it was. I sealed off the portal and said a prayer. After the session I connected to the rainbow 🌪 tornado to remove anything I may have picked up and then showered with a torrential rainbow shower.
I also spent time in nature and connected with some deer who told me that the mountain air would release negativity and it helped.
I connected with Luchien, my daughter’s Doberman who wanted to do the pyramid cleanse again because his feet were bothering him and he was feeling extremely irritable. I felt toxins release and his energy settle.
I worked some more with Duke, an 11 week old puppy who was having difficulty adjusting to the other animals in his new home and behaving himself. His person just sent me a happy picture with Duke sitting calmly!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Really happy that Val shares her healing tools with us as otherwise I would not have been able to help Ajax or Luchien. Both of these skills I received when doing accountability sessions with Val.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Loving myself really helps my connections with other animals.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. I checked in with Nemo about a question that MaryBeth had. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

1- meditate: yes, TM 2 x per day. Heart meditation, Chopra abundance meditation, shamanic journeying.
2- Practice: great experience with Chip, a horse at therapeutic riding I work with him from time to time. Connecting with him heart to heart on the field and practicing my approach i learn in equine consciousness, perfect response, letting him know that I did not have lavender with me, I could tell he understood and was disappointed, I explained why I didn’t have it. He was following me, I made him go around, my heart was just wide open, he opened it. What a blessing, I was floating with joy. I love him so much!
Did some practice again another day.
Did some healing with Sufi, asking to welcome him back in his body. my friend did a shamanic journey for him to bring back part of his soul he left behind from trauma.
3- Celebrate: this heart opening experience with Chip was just amazing, he was able to pierce through my heart and I was able to receive his gift. It will keep me going for a while in wanting to be better with my communication.
4- questions: it has been discussed in the QandA this week, I need to continue my conversation with Maestra.
5- FAT: on Saturday only
6- no game -

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center,
making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind
chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating?
What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?In addition to meditation at our weekly online church service I am doing an Immersion
with Susann that involved her meditations she calls Journeys. I also spend time when I
can sitting quietly with a cat in my lap.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each
week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every
week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to
communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your
family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what
you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you
talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I continue to attempt to communicate with my own cats, especially Roxy. I can ask him
to show me what he wants and he will – kitchen means he wants food, TV means he
wants to watch cat videos. I also connect with Princess in spirit from time to time.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced
outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough
week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to
appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to
communicate with animals this week.
I can ask both cats to show me what they want and they do.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What
discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I can ask my cats what they want and they will show me/
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for
fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You
are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.Margaret Dexter. Jan 15, 2021
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not,
why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did,
remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not
already done so.
Not yet – I plan to do so soon.
