One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did. I don’t know how long. I have not as much though because I fell asleep when I would do the mantra one and even forgot.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye- I apologized. I also told Serenity just a moment ago something special about the time:-)
I talked with a client cat about litter box usage. I talked with a client cat not long before his Soul was sent to its next journey. I talked with the cat who lives at the pet food store and also the dog who was there one day. I felt so badly for the dog- he needs Love, warmth, and nurturing.3. 1. Yes, getting back in the groove of meditation since family is settled down some. Yesterday in my usual weekly energy work session I experienced a quantum leap, much greater capacity to shift and amplify my energy!
2. Last night in bed I moved to the zoo inside my heart space and visited LeBeon the jaguar inside his enclosure: he was really snuggly! Wanted to show me a lot of love because I earned it. I fell asleep using him as a pillow.
3. See #1 and #2. 🙂
4. None in particular.
5. Have not tried the FAT again yet – maybe next week, if I make good progress with other animals.
6. Continuing to practice intuition and confirm with muscle testing in everyday life. I am happy to see good reliability! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I managed a couple of nights this week, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-40 minutes before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Focus on Boo kitty: She has been doing so well since Val did her healing magic on her in a private session we had. She seemed to have a relapse this week; started throwing up everything she ate, and finally stopped eating altogether. It only lasted a couple of days this time, she seems back to normal now, but I have asked Val to do some more healing in my next lazer session with her. I SO wish I could hear what she’s telling me!!!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I’ve been focused on Boo.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, always leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come through.

1. Meditate!
I have succeeded much better this week. I meditated with music support and without, and healing frequencies, chakra balancing music.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have succeeded by visualization of Boumba to have him come to me. At the moment still one way success. Hopefully I will succeed to find that “skeleton in the closet” and throw it out soon, in order that my inner healing is complete. 😊
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the “inner child” this week. It came out, and I have succeeded to resolve some past issues. I haven’t realized before how many times I had extraordinary signs from animals and all nature in my life as I have grown up. I believe everything that happened made me who I am today, and I am grateful for being alive now. 😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
The same as in a previous post. Why are humans fascinated by terror and death and extreme pain, instead of peace, silence and beauty? Why is this feeling dominating?
Why children show signs of cruelty instead of love?
Is it true that mankind has been instructed in the past millennia to be self centered, and egoistic through frequency being tuned different than the Earths?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not yet. Sternchen will have to wait for me until the call tomorrow. 😊.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I left intuition to come naturally to me in various life situations and I am happy that is much better attuned. Wanted to play with cards but I still have some books to read and time is still running faster than me. 😊

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
Mind to busy. Listened to 90 min of Craig Hamilton’s Meditation 2.0 – The Miracle of Direct Awakening webinar. Still find it difficult keep body and mind still when attempting meditation.
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience
Say hello, mentally or verbally to the animal I cross paths with.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate my intuition led me to a place to where I obtained my desire – to obtain/purchase a small tree plus saving the life of the tree I found, and gave it extra life rather being churned up and added to compost heap
Celebrate animals are willing to talk to me
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have.
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. But will do so
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?.
It’s not directly connected with animals but intuition. intention, trusting myself and kindness of others.
Had planned to purchase a small live fir/Christmas tree but time went by and didn’t get around to it.
The other day, walking home, I let my instincts guide me. The route took me thru side streets and across an estate I don’t often use. Had this feeling to check an area where community bins were kept. There just out of reach was a small live Christmas/fir tree the size I would like appx 3 foot. My fingers were unable to grab or take hold of the tree I. wondered whether to go home and find something I could grab the tree by. Just then, in this quietish area, 2 parking attendants walked past. Explaining my situation and for their help. One gentleman reached over, grabbed the tree that was in good shape and handed it to me. Later, at home I replanted the tree in a planter. At the moment the tree is doing well and will be moved outdoors -

I was very sick last week and did not even think about posting. So once again I am starting over.
I had had shingles on the cornea of my left eye and infection in that eye. This was very painful. It hurt to open my eye so I closed my eyes and slept most of the time. I was on medication that caused me to be dizzy. And if affected my vision making it difficult to work on the computer.
It is better now. There is still inflammation in that eye and I still do not feel well. There is some scaring but hopefully off to the side so it does not appear I will have permanent visual damage. I am on the third prescription.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The only meditation was in the church service I attended online last Sunday. If I closed my eyes I fell asleep. Hopefully I can do better now that I am feeling better.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I am so connected to my cats Missy and Roxy that we are often in communication. The communication is not verbal so there is no discussion to report.
This morning I communicated with my cat Princess in spirit. When I think of her I immediately hear “yes mom.” As Val told me many years ago, my connection with her is different because we are soul mates. I asked her for help in healing my eye. I also asked her about Missy and Roxy and she confirmed what I sense that they are well and love their new home.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I communicate with animals when I feel so sick?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. I just realized that we have a new FAT. I look forward to connecting with her during the call tomorrow.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Yes. Only very briefly on busy work days but the other days were pretty good. Did Val’s heart meditation before connecting with Sternchen and that made a big difference. I have been trying to practice that more regularly.
2. I practiced with Klaudia’s Sternchen. See below. I also practiced with a friend’s cat. I’ve realised that confidence is important. I can feel the switch more easily and need to trust it. I’m also getting better at accepting what feels like body to body communication. I’ve also realised its better if I write while I’m connecting and it’s also better if I sit up straight – I don’t fall asleep😊
3. I want to celebrate the generosity of spirit which I’m trying to learn from the animals.
4. Why is it easier to connect in a guided connection than when I do it on my own?
5. Yes – Klaudia gave me helpful and detailed feedback. I got a lot right and I think it is because I was giving myself a pep talk before doing it that I could do it. I got less accurate as the communication went on. I will connect again to ask about what I got wrong. I love to be able to go into a communication completely open-mindedly and I learn so much that is unexpected and valuable about another way of being.
6. I didn’t do this deliberately but I realised that I’ve known who was calling several times this week and also one time knew that I would see my niece around the corner – and there she was! 😊 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?\
I was a little off schedule this week due to my husband’s surgery. But, I did get in at least 5 days. Mainly silent meditation with Sutras.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just my cats.
And my daughter’s dachshunds. I let them know I was coming to visit and I thanked and praised them for taking care of their mom while she had the flu.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I listened to a Masterclass on how to deal with dark forces and gained a lot of confidence should this actually happen. I feel confident with my approach.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am curious about Val’s thoughts on the effectiveness of sound therapy in animals
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I spent some time getting my initial impressions of Sternchen. Haven’t connected yet, but he seems very stately and serious to me. He looks like he takes on a lot of responsibility in Klaudia’s house keeping the others in line. He is incredibly regal and handsome.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been trying to intuitively determine the state of peoples chakras and then verifying with a pendulum.
