One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
yes. but I have been struggling with getting out of my head. I try something each day, sometimes it has been only a few minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Gertrude (cow) she has a sore eye. I asked her what happened but got nothing in return. 2 days ago she was finally close enough that we could bring her home for better medical attention. I explained to her that she needed to come home so that we could help with her eye. Although I did not receive anything tangible from her I knew that she understood and wanted to be helped. She was at the head of the herd all the way to the gate. At the gate there was a challenge to leave everyone else behind and only let Gertrude through with her calf at foot. Gertrude definitely understood what was required and continued to helpfully weed her way through the other cows as best she could and was not put off by my efforts to shoo the others away. eventually we were able to open the gate just wide enough for her to squeeze through with her calf (normally a cow will not go through unless the gate is properly opened) it was obvious that Gertrude understood what was going on. She then walked ahead of us all the way back to the cattle yards. Usually it is very hard to get a single cow to walk away from the herd but she did marvellously having had everything explained to her. She even co-operated (mostly) with getting ointment put into her eye.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I hear Val and others relay conversations with animals sometimes using quite surprising and complicated words. Are those words received audibly?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      No.

Yes and am getting into do ing more – which is where I want to be. I find that I can get on a roll and its so enjoyable and natural. Then Stuff gets in the way, I go back into my head and it gets difficult again.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced the quick connect. Priscilla: joy, delicate, flying. Springy. Big purple aura. Role: happy to help humans. Fifty: Grandpa, balanced, nods his head up and down, a deep soul. A balancer. A gold, blue and green aura. Tiki: a Lion ,a big cat. Very strong. Wisdom. He helps souls learn. He is gracious. A mellifluous voice. A golden ginger aura. Moka: Very sweet, Quite a high pitched voice, likes to help, happy to help. Joy. Shakes: Big blue aura. Independent. Commands respect. Roots in ancient Egypt.
A wild crow: young, not so sure about humans. Unusual to come across a human who speaks to him. His companion flew away. He did and then returned to eat some seed laid out. A joyful spirit. I will try and find him again.
Two oak trees: deep wisdom and history. Sages of the tree kingdom. Advisers and holders of wisdom and space.
Two willow trees: much lighter, more flexible, move with the air and the times.
A group of varied flowers: chattering and laughing, each with a different note.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love that I’m finding it easier to drop into my heart centre. I’m learning to relax more and just be a receiver of energies.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My discovery: the sensation of receiving energy with my heart centre and feeling that my mind does not need to be part of it.
      4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t communicate with Stupsi again but I did (eventually) post what I got – reading it back made me realise how wonderful it was. The communication started stilted but then flowed easily.
      6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been dropping into my heart and feeling energies as I go about my life. I really enjoy this!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes morning and evening. I do my own cleaning meditations

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. I have had a very interesting encounter with a ladybug. I have a big terrace/garden and a lot of plants. Last time I went out I saw the ladybug on a plant and then on an other one. Somehow it cought my attention. When I went out for having my lunch, I realised it was sitting underneath my table on a outdoor carpet in the sun. I almost stepped on it, but also not, because it emitted a lot of energy.
It caught my attention, because I saw her 3 times (this is an inner rule for me, that if the spirit world want to show me something, they need to do it 3 times)
So I sit down and asked her, what she wanted to tell me. There was only light coming towards me and then she gave me something energetically. I could not see what it was, until now i dont know, but it felt good.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      I hear more clearly

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I did the earth alignment technik, we learned from val. She taught me, that it is right, when it kind of kicks in. So I do that. But when I continue doing it, it kicks, but I still feel only a very slight, gentle almost breakable connection to earth. I’m not sure, if I’m doing it right. I thought if it feels right, it should feel solid and strong

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Yes. I try to communicate every day with Stupsi, since he was complaining to a few people, that he is not heared in my house. I dont know, if I’m doing it right.

I had a very interesting chat with Snow. Before I even got to the “ connection” she dumped a whole lot of sentences in my field and it was a mess. I had to ask her to slow down but now the sentences came on top of each other, very fascinating. She said she was a Princess and someone should write a book about what she had to say to humans. She also wanted to be a teacher to tech humans with feelings what would be good for them.

This whatever it was that happened with Snow definitely need to be celebrated! I’ve never had a conversation like that, I’m blown away .

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I used Val’s healing guu on a husky. He responded very well. First he was all over me , couldn’t get close enough, then he layer down in his bed and fell asleep. He never does that during the day, and I was able to hold focus on the space in between us the whole time. It felt so good .

      Not this week.

I have found a space in between me and everything and everybody else that is some kind of exchange/ happening field. It gives me time to respond to whatever happens out there and it’s like a delayed field before something goes out to give me time to feel what I want to let out, very cool. It’s also where I feel my feelings .

Yes. Appx 30 min and listen to Brad Yates tapping videos. Breath exercises

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Mitzi a cat. The guardian wondered how Mitzi (has kidney problem) felt about them going on holiday for 3 weeks and their daughter visiting for half a day daily to be with her. Consultation ongoing
Suggested for Mitzi A dark and light system where when it’s dark it means one less day from guardians home coming. When it’s light it’s one day nearer to guardians arrival back home. Plus I’ll pass on the suggestions what the guardians can do to help her She was excited knowing about the postcard/pictures

Suggestions for guardians. Talk to Mitzi, explain what is happening. Talk and send pictures/postcards to her while they are away – keep connected. Let her see, sniff suitcases, bring cases in and out so Mitzi gets used to them plus reassure her she’s not being abandoned, they love her and will be back

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I have not mediated much this week, only during church on Sunday and a monthly group call with Susann Taylor Shier and her membership group on Tuesday evening. I had tried to meditate a couple of other times but have been sick with a urinary track infection since Sunday so have not felt like doing anything but sleeping.

This morning I woke up way too early and went back to bed. Roxy snuggled with me and I was able to communicate with you a little bit. He has had UTIs so I explained to him that that was what was wrong with me and why I had been in bed during the day. I have also tuned into my cat Princess in spirit but she told me to take care of myself. I thought I heard the little hamster next door that I had been so concerned about when his people were away and he was alone. It was not a very clear communication but I got it that his Mom is home now and he is fine and not interested in communicating with me.

I was finally able to get a little communication with Roxy.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      None

      Not this week

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s meditations. I am not sure how much time total because I didn’t listen to the same recordings each time.
      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told Serenity she didn’t need to absorb my negative energy. I told Hawkeye I didn’t want him upsetting Serenity and that I knew he was trying to point out things to me, but I’d like him to do it in a different way.
My mourning dove friends: different things were said. One told me about a house in the area to rent and showed an image of the front. The mourning dove also said he/she (she I think) had to poop, then a minute or so later pooped! There was something else that was 100% right that I got, but don’t remember what it was at the moment. I had also told the mourning doves that I missed seeing them and that my schedule was a little different now and why and said I’d Love them to come around my balcony and other areas where I can see them (without being in the garage) and they or one of them have started coming around my balcony and other areas I can see them without being in the balcony.
I had a session today with a dog and then during the session I talked with a dog in Spirit and also the client’s husband who passed on. I am also a human medium!
I also talked with animals during last weekend’s Master Class call.
I think I connected with a flying creature of some sort. Perhaps other animals, too.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing process.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t this week-unless I did a little during the call. I want to, but my energy time combo hasn’t been ideal for talking with the FAT. I would Love to talk to the FAT over the weekend.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games on the list, but lots of things involving time and communication from the parts of the Universe.
