One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

I’m just tuning into Roo for the first time. He looks a bit startled or frightened in the picture but that is probably just the picture. I’m having a little trouble getting past this. I sense he may be a bit uncertain about meeting strangers this way. Roo, I’m one of those strangers. How can I make it easier for you?
I offered Roo some Reiki that he is welcome to accept or not, is choice. He is sort of looking at is as in what is that. Curious. Not accepting it at least not yet. I assured him that he does not have to accept it. He can just ignore it if he prefers.
I assume he is a he but that may be becasue he looks a lot like my Roxy.
I asked him how he feels now. Tuning in I do not sense that he is frightened now. Maybe the flash caught him off guard. I think he may be one of those cats like many who are slow to warm up to strangers. He may find the class with everyone at once a bit much but I’m sure he will be OK with it. If not Val would not have OKed him to do this.
I’ll tune into him again and perhaps wait back stage with him during the call as he waits for everyone to talk him at once. He wants to know more about that.
OK, Roo, here’s what will happen.
I explained to him how the call will go and assured him he can connect with people as he wants to and let everyone else wait. I assured him that he will be with his Mom and the rest of us not really there but just talking in his head like now. We chatted a bit about it and I thanked him for being out teacher this month.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Group meditations mainly. I was on a beautiful one last night on a call with Kryon and totally spaced out. Missed a lot on the call but slept well afterwards.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess as always. She is always just there and we chat about various things. My human mind cannot comprehend where she is now but she assures me that she can be with me anytime without interference with what else she is doing.
I just tuned into Roo the cat who is our new FAT for the first time. He looks a bit startled or frightened in the picture but that is probably just the picture. I’m having a little trouble getting past this. I sense he may be a bit uncertain about meeting strangers this way. Roo, I’m one of those strangers. How can I make it easier for you?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual daily Pranic healing meditations plus Val’s destressing and grounding.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke to a horse (of 2) that I feed as they go past every day carrying construction material…..I noticed that she was walking unsteadily and told the owner to let them eat here twice a day, as I could see he wasn’t feeding them. I told her she is a good girl, and sent her love and strength to carry the heavy material. I feel she understood…I will try to deepen the connection.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have the same positive every week that I’m more regular than I ever was in studying and communicating. I communicated with Barb’s Luchien, one of the teachers here, and received valuable feedback and guidance from Barb.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Again, it’s the same one…..how to have longer conversations.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected briefly, but will do so a couple of times more before posting.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I am continuing trying to raise my sensory perceptions out in nature, as I feel it really helps me. I’m also doing more grounding. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Watched and completed 2 Brad Yates tapping videos and. Checked out other type of meditation that maybe useful. Find it difficult to obtain complete stillness
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Only connected with both neighbours cats that visit me. Princesses – Tabby and Tuxedo. Tuxedo now waiting a quite awhile before chattering nervously – as though need reassurance, before either chasing tabby from inside or outside of the house. Believe could be a territory situation with tuxedo. Learnt, everything takes time
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new this week
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new at the moment
.

6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As usual, my own intuition games. Tried guessing outcome of situation/ general conversation that will arise when meeting a certain friend.. Am often correct. Maybe not so much as intuition but getting to know my friends behaviour and quirks when in certain situation or talking with me

1. Meditate!
Every morning and evening as I feel that now it has become a habit, and I miss it if I don’t follow the routine.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I feel that this week I have evolved a little as the animals I have sent healing to them, came closer to me and turned into a very relaxed state, just absorbing the healing energy. I did not communicate in words, but I have communicated through loving healing energy, with all the cats and dogs, I have met, and of course where I had the possibility to just stand still, in the eye of the passing by. I feel that one of the toms, had an extraordinary “aha” moment, realizing what I emanate. From a fearful guard up state, he turned into a sleepy kitten. 😊
3. Celebrate!
I want to celebrate the fact that I have realized I am changing. After all these months of expectations, now that they are released, I can see that I have made some baby steps regarding the changes within myself, appreciating myself as a person. It seems I have realized that I’m on the right way. Huge reason to celebrate.😊
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have discovered or have been confirmed the fact that as our furry friends say, “people are dense”. 😊 I have noticed that animals would react almost immediately to the healing energy but people, or most people, are being blocked either by their mind or stupidity. 😊 Wouldn’t have needed any confirmation, but I am a little curious why people push the thought away.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Have not tried yet communicating with Roo, as I will be waiting for the Saturday call, and for Val’s presence and magic to give me a push. 😊

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
10-30 minutes each evening before sleep, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family + our visitor and the swallows in my barn. Sadly, all still one-way conversations. Right now I just don’t have the time to devote to developing this gift in myself. I keep asking the Universe to help me change that, so far no response on that, either.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games, always leaving space for intuitive thoughts in my days.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have meditated extensively every morning. In fact, I think it is one of my favorite things to do. I love the stillness of my mind and body.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
So I tried to connect with a group of baby chicks. There were a ton of them and they were so cute. They were a very distracted group, “running around like chickens with their heads cut off” (did I really just say that?). I did get the attention of a couple of them, but that was about it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am just in awe of how sensitive they are to energy. My sister has been staying with us this past week with her dog, Brownie. I have never experienced how disturbed and frightened dogs can be with storms and fireworks. This week had plenty of both. I listened to the Masterclass on this topic. Then I talked to Brownie ahead of time to let her know what was coming. We created a couple of “safe spaces” where I told her she could go to escape. I did some “feel my hand” healing with her. She did much better that evening with the rumbling started, going from place to place, but less digging than usual. The next night when it started, my sister said she went straight into the bathroom and laid down and stayed there until it was over. Big difference. Very cool
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I posted my question in the forum for the call
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicate with this FAT every day, since Roo is mine. I am trying to prepare him for the call. He seems a little proud of himself to me that it is his turn. I detect a bit of a swagger…
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games , but I read two books that Val recommended. Busy this week-

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – some. Every day but only chanting and then some silent meditation too.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a wild bird this week. I don’t know the species – a male. I have tried to communicate with birds a lot in this particular field where I walk with Elsa and have not felt a connection. This bird came to me and said: We are aware of you. We love you. Keep coming and talking to us. When your heart is sick open you heart. Do not bow over. Open your heart and direct it to the sun. I am an emissary. I have a freedom you do not have. You can find this freedom in your heart. No effort to be kind is wasted. We (the birds) are sacred emissaries. Don’t give up. We will be connected now. A beautiful message. Very helpful because I had been feeling discouraged about my ability to do ac.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate getting my confidence back.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
That I really can’t do this if I spend too much time of head things like social media, or the phone, or in my brain.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No – not yet.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Trying to guess who’s on the phone – but I keep forgetting to do it. -

1. Meditation is more difficult since I’ve been paying attention to my subtle hearing – more distractions. I’m doing varied guided meditations, mostly.
2. I talked to Roo, the FAT, and just posted what I got. I hope something is accurate! others describe him as cautious, but he seemed very warm and friendly to me.
3. I think I connected with Roo
4. How can I balance subtle hearing with the inner focus required for meditation? Is there another good way to shift into heart space? The box breathing just doesn’t feel comfortable to me.
5. Yes. He was very warm and friendly to me, not cautious. He loves to chase bugs and his other animal family members. He loves tuna and his favorite toy is small and maybe yellow.
6. Working on intuition with Sudoku, and guessing what’s going through other peoples’ minds. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have worked on it daily. Mainly breathing and trying to focus. This is my first attempt to really meditate2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I was amazed that my past dog (Geronimo) was willing to help me through a major block. I found he was the reason for my fear of communication. He said he was with me and had been to help me never repeat past mistakes (with other animals). I felt him touch my shoulder. He never said he forgave me but had moved on. I had learned better and I am sure I heard him talk.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Exactly what was above.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
They hear me, I have had several proofs this week (rabbits and deer were stopping, rather than totally running far away and either listening or one doe turned her head and looked at me, like to say “who are you?”). Questions.. I want to know how to hear them, I feel I am missing so much.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Just posted there too. I know last minute does not count.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Did not get to them. I did read two recommended books and worked on communicating with the wild animals on oar property.- This reply was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by Monique Lewison.
