One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated while listening to the courses for a few minutes. I did what Val had us do.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried speaking with one of the animals in the course (a horse). I tried asking him to show me where he lived and how he felt, but I didn’t seem to get anything.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I really don’t feel that I have anything to celebrate; I’m getting frustrated.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I get something from the animals? I just don’t feel like I’m doing it right. I do have more learning to go through, though.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did try speaking with the rabbit Supsi. What I got from him was the apartment. I saw grey walls and hard wood floors. That’s about it, but I did hear that she does in fact have grey walls and hardwood floors, so that’s something!!!6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not. I don’t know where the intuition games are . . .. I’ll have to look. What I did to grow my intuition was listening to one of the courses (course 4 in the beginner section).-

Welcome, Lili! WE are glad you are here and will support you and help you practice and learn.
Hoping to hear you on the Gold & Platinum Question and Answer call that happens typically the second Saturday of every month. During the call in addition to Val answering submitted questions (there is a separate discussion thread for each monthly call where you can ask specific questions) we also all practice communicating with that month’s Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) under Val’s guidance, share our findings and get feedback from the FAT’s person. We all get to practice and learn.
The Intuition games can be found in your courses or by going to the top menu of this Dashboard Coaching Club and selecting from the Pull down menu Improving Your Intuition.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I tried, but I had the children of my sister here and they were very intense and time consuming.
I do every evening though a stillness meditation.2. Practice! I tried to practice with my rabbit Stupsi.
I had a big issue this week, because the children of my sister carry very bad energy. I felt very clearly, that they should not come to my place, but then I was not strong enough to say, how I feel and cancel the long set and prepared visit. My rabbit said that I should be strong. The children came snd were horrible. They chased Stupsi. A no was not accepted. After 2 days my apartment was completely upside down.😪
I feel very horrible and guilty now, that I did not find a way to follow my inner wisdom. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing my healing track this week but have not managed it every day. I am trying harder to schedule it in.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Candyman (horse). I have been talking to him about his feet. In our private session I said that I could trim his feet when he was lying down to make it easier for him. When I saw Candy lying down I got the trimming gear and approached him to ask if I could trim his feet. He stayed there and let me do all 4 feet. Even moving them into a better position where he could so it was easier. I am tempted to say that I didn’t hear anything back but I certainly “knew” that he agreed to me working on his feet.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Gradually I am becoming more comfortable with going with the feelings and knowing rather than expecting words.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions right now5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did meditate. I am working on meditating with my senior cat Budder.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week i communicated with a duck. there are 3 in my neighborhood that are always together. i see them splashing in the lake and having fun, but at night they go to the puddles in the middle of the road and sleep right there. i almost ran them over the other night. i tried to connect with the most outgoing one to explain the dangers of sleeping in the road even if it is quiet at night…

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, two dogs, another cat or two (not sure if one or both were talking or if the dogs were talking about them/sending image of one), another dog, possibly another dog, and another cat, possibly one or two of my mourning dove friends. It’s hard to remember what days so I don’t necessarily know on all the communications if they were this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My accuracy! The dog in Spirit who I communicated with mentioned a name and I got it fully right! It was a vet (Dr…last name). I also got the description of a cat today without being told the description or seeing the picture. I am not sure if the cat was joining the conversation-I just now heard the cat was in fact joining the conversation. Also, with being on the verge I think of being able to let go of the stuff that gets in my head sometimes.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? If it’s not verified by the animal and an image of an animal comes to us and we’re not asked specifically to talk with the animal, how do we know if we’re talking to that animal or if another animal is sharing the image of the other animal or talking about that animal?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did. I posted for Nicole to see the communication. Stupsi talked a lot about things relating in one way or another to their recent undesirable company.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, but more involving times have happened. In one of the times, the angels or Universe told me that it’s okay to do what I am considering even though I don’t have a plan. There have been more things involving times, too.

My baby swallows left and I didn’t get to say goodbye! I knew it was getting close to time, and when I went to feed the horses last Friday evening, the family was gone! I celebrate that the babies made it out of the barn successfully! I wished them a safe journey. Now I truly have empty nest syndrome! 🙁
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Just that the babies made it out of the barn safely.

Nothing new.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Practiced staying in a meditative state rather than sitting specifically. Did this every day and really missed official meditation time. Will do both this week. Did one guided 10 meditation on grounding.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Rusty, cat. Working with him and his human on why he throws up a lot. Find out the human has all these fears. Took them both to God’s healing vault where kitty did same behaviors that he does in the physical world!!!!! The hole he dug in the vault was filled with healing clay! He told his human to submerge in the beautiful pool next to his tree. When we returned to physical the human started voicing all her fears again about kitty’s health. Kitty responded by saying let’s remember the beautiful experience we just had together. I told her I rarely bring humans to the vault and she thanked me for showing her a different view.
2. Talked to the leader of the bugs that are eating up the basil and pepper plants. He complained about being sprayed and said they were almost finished. He was very put out and couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t return next year. He said our garden was the most nutritious one around.
3. Mother golden Retriever who birthed 12 puppies a month ago. She wasn’t showing much interest in her puppies. Said her humans (who foster her) needed her.Breeder confirmed that was true.
4. Harlan and Chica, cats. Family conference. Went to a peaceful place, bonded and sent old karmas off in a balloon. Worked with their human on becoming the emotional leader in the household so it become more of a peaceful place to live.3. I still get pretty nervous but I am doing better.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Working with reactive dogs is challenging.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
It grew from a negative experience this week.
I Didn’t follow my intuition which was to lock the sides on a window in my garage and the wind blew strongly last night and the window smashed into many pieces all over the floor near the tires of my car. -

Yes. Appx 30 min Breathing exercises’ plus listen to Brad Yates tapping videos.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Cat called Aladdin. Guardian very worried for her cat. Wanted to know how he was coping with his illness, kidney, arthritis problem, no teeth, dementia And her concern, about his symptoms/behaviour associated with his illness. Plus anything she could do to help him
Quick summary. Aladdin is under vet care. Aladdin was worried for her. His was not ready to pass over the rainbow bridge but wanted his guardian to be prepared for his passing when the time came at later date. He’s aware of his symptom/behaviour and sorry that it upsets his guardian. I reassured him his guardian was not upset or angry with him. She loves so much and will do anything for him
After talking to Aladdin, suggested to guardian soft bedding, mashed up food or soup. Toilet tray, place several around the home, low walls or shallow dish, softer litter and other suggestion to help them both. Guided guardian gently that Aladdin was worried for his guardian and wants her to accept and be at peace he will depart and his soul move on . Await feedback.3. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Some days I did as much as I wanted to and felt very happy, other days and didn’t – and didn’t feel so happy! The difference is so clear!
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Hank, the missing cat posted on Facebook, but I got two completely opposite readings. 1) I’m on an adventure, I’m fine and 2) I’m hiding in a ditch, I got lost, I don’t know how to get home. I posted and then deleted because I was worried that I would make things worse. Now I think I will post again with both just in case it helps!
I also practised with a friend’s dog: got a lot but haven’t asked for feedback yet. I’m feeling unconfident about what I’m getting.
I celebrate that I tried to make a connection with an animal on my own – usually I’m too unconfident to do it and so avoid it and wait for the group calls to help me connect. My intention for August is to practice regularly on my own to overcome this worry.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have been posting and deleting a lot – feeling the responsibility of being wrong – but I need to get over it. Everyone is very nice and non-judgemental. I just worry that I may give the wrong information about an animal and then the animal might get something unhelpful happening.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I got a strong impression that Stupsi was allright after the horrible visit. It feels like once you;ve made a connection, the channel can stay open.

Still trying to function with my heart while out and about in society. It’s hard! My head works way too hard! But I am determined to try and establish my heart as a much more automatic way of dealing with the world. -

I worked in Word this week in case my post went missing as it did last week. Thanks Barb for solving that mystery. Word does strange things with the spacing. My apologies for that.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am still not meditating on a regular basis. I really need to do that. There was a group meditation in church and a few attempts to just be quiet.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did a quick check in with Stupsi the FAT. I told him I was sorry to hear about the visit from the children and asked him if he was OK. He said he was, that his Mom kept him safe. He is concerned about her. I also tried again to communicate with the hamster next door that I call Alvin. I don’t know if he is still there or nor. I always chat with my cat Princess from time to time. I have asked her help in getting to sleep and she is always glad to do that. I continue to communicate to my cats especially Roxy but have not received any communication from him.
AC has not been my focus this week – I was dealing with very high over 300 blood sugar readings and concerned about that. I am finally feeling better and hope to be able to mediate and communicate more this week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions or discoveries
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see 1 above.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Nothing to report here. -
