One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – chanting every day as but not so much silent meditation – yet…😊
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’m posting early because I’m worried I may not have internet access after today for a week or so. I shared the results I got from last week with the animal’s guardians – and I seem to have got some stuff right. This is strange because it felt so made up… I haven’t yet practised with any other animals apart from Elsa. My plan is to do so – but I may not be able to post.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m beginning to trust my intuition more with Elsa – which is important because the connection is there but I suspect I miss it because I dismiss it.
      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Same question: why do I find it hard to connect on my own and easy when the connection is led by someone else?
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No not yet but if I can get internet connection, I will do so this week and post. I really loved communicating with Stupsi!
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I guessed who was at the doorbell correctly! And I want to keep practising staying in my heart as I go about daily life. The good thing is that being in my head completely has started to seem somehow wrong.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Every Day I do stillness, centering, cleansing Meditation. I focus at the moment on Stillness medtiation, because i think, this is the key, to really communicate with animals, and i´m not quite there.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I try to open upin my heart and listen more to Stupsi
I ask him to different inner questions, but I´m not sure, if I receve his answer or my higher self

I understood that in order to talk and listen to animals, I must be more in my heart with a certain frequency. I found it one time and now i try to get it back.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I realised, that in the fat animal month Stupsi often mentioned, that he usually is not heared or also, that he needs to be told, what is going on. So now, I always tak to him and let him know, what is going on or when I need to go away and when i come home- so I ask myself, what I´m doing wrong, that he does not understand

I really don’t feel that I have anything to celebrate; I’m getting frustrated.

I’m still having a difficult time communicating. I’m also trying to figure out which intuition is strongest for me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I think I found the correct area where the intuition games are, but I’m not that far yet. I’m slowly getting there with the classes!!

No very much. A few days only. I was on the road for 2000 miles to surprise my husband and my bird girl up close to the border to Canada above Lake Superior.
It was exhausting but also a magical journey in so many ways. So many miracles happened to me, even when I had to flush my transmission in Tucamcari I had wonderful miracles happening to me – AND I SAW A BEAR 🐻 CUB crossing my road in Wisconsin/ I was blown away with gratefulness 🙏🏻🐻💜

I haven t practiced very much, met lots of wildlife though, just got blown away and forgot to connect. A beaver came out right in front of us, a chipmunk sniffed my finger and two dragonflies landed on me.

I’ve been Divinely guided the whole way with time jumps where I totally in time and presence missed an exit and I felt it was a good thing. And I met a couple at a park after looking for a pee spot for 30 miles!!!
They told me about a free RV park in Concordia. I was there at the right time, found it AND a dog park. I had been a sauna all day and we ( me and three dogs were exhausted and we had been sweating profusely the whole day) it also had electricity!!! I plugged in and we could have AC for the night!
Guess how grateful I was to meet this couple earlier. And I found the park when I was guided in to a gas station late at night in the dark, the lady behind me in line gave me directions! So BLESSED 💜🙏🏻💖🥰

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My usual, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music 10-30 minutes before bed in the evenings.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Just every day one-way conversation with my fur-family. I had to stop feeding my birds and squirrels on my deck in order to un-invite quite a few raccoons who were telling all their friends about the food, and being quite destructive in the process, so I don’t even have them to watch right now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, just remaining open to any intuitive thoughts coming my way.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I think every day this week. Mostly it was part of doing my healing homework but I also did others including one from Eckhart Tolle which was a “presence” kind of meditation. I very much liked this and have been building it into small moments in my days ever since.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Cows, cows and more cows. We did quite a few movements of the herd this week, separating them into ones that need to be observed for calving and those who do not. During this process I did my usual thing of telling them all out loud what was needed to occur, whilst doing this I am visualising the whole process. I learn more each time about how much easier it is to work with them if you take the time to explain what is going on. I know it is not 2 way communication but it definitely makes all our lives much easier.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
A personal breakthrough in my 1 on 1 healing session with Val. I still feel on top of the world and am now certain I am on my way to complete healing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Not sure about discoveries. There always seems to be lots of little things but then I go blank when faced with this question. One question I do have: if we ask questions here do we expect them to be answered somewhere?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have just managed only a quick connect so far. To me Pascal seemed nervous, wary and timid.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      No again!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my garden meditation, walking meditation, driving meditation, meditation before a reading and meditation on light and sound.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Gladys, dog. She has just transitioned to become an angel and her message is beautiful. Here is part of it: “We will never be the same now that I have my new role to play, but we will grow into the beings we are supposed to be. That is truly the purpose of life, not to get caught up and stuck in the mire. Now you have an angel watching out for you always, you are free to grow into your best selves. In deep love I cherish you all and the precious time we had together. 😇“
2.Teddy, horse. He was trained as a racehorse but his owner ran out of money so he was put out to pasture and became unridable. He was rescued from a stable where he was going to be put down and is just getting used to his new stable but someone who believes he can be trained will be taking him to another new stable. I talked to him and let him know what was going to happen next. At first he was afraid and I told him I got that but the current place is leaving the door open so he can return there if it doesn’t work out at the new stable so he became less anxious and more interested in what may be something really great to happen.
      3. Luchien, dog has to wear a cone on his head which he hates to prevent him from chewing a sore on his leg that hasn’t healed. He asked if he had been bad and I explained the reason and that it would only be on there until his leg healed. He said he had been trying to fix it himself and I acknowledged him for trying and let him know what a good boy he was.
      4. Chipmunk: sits and chats about something every morning on a railing just outside my window but I couldn’t “find” him to connect.
      5. Rusty, kitty. His human started doing energy work on him after the session I had with him and it aggravated his symptoms. I asked my healing guides to calm down the aggravated systems.
      6. Calie, kitty. Her human needed some closure after she transitioned and I was able to connect and send her people messages from her. Here is part of one of her messages: “That is the gift I am sending you right now the love connection that surpasses time and space. When you feel warmth in your hearts you will know we will remain connected. I hope you now feel the deep peace that I am experiencing and may it grow in all of you every day.”

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I feel so honored to “hear” and share the wisdom of the animals. This was a deeply touching week and I treasure these moments.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I am discovering that transitions, (before, during and after)are becoming my specialty.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I can’t wait to connect with Pascal but haven’t yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Continue my live intuition games with my husband. Just yesterday, I sent him a message to bring the cooler up from the basement! So cool!

OMG, I almost forgot to post. Jumped online quick like a bunny to do so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Not on a regular basis. I keep thinking I “should” be doing the Reiki meditations but can’t seem to get into it. I have trouble sleeping at night and then fall asleep way to easily in the daytime which does not make for doing meditation. I did have a meditation during one of Susann’s monthly calls and her Journeys as she calls them are always very powerful.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Princess in spirit as always. And my cat Roxy. The other night Roxy was in the living room crying after Missy and I had gone to bed. Sometimes she sleeps on the bed and other times she sleeps in my chair in the living room. We had some lap time just before I want to bed when I was watching Olympics way too late to see an event live. I asked her what she was crying about and she could not explain it.
She said something frightened her. I asked Princess if she knew what it was and she thought it was some sort of energy shift that upset her. Neither one could really explain it. I asked Princess again where she is since she is no longer in the earth dimensions and I got love. Well Mintaka the parent planet for Earth is pure love. I asked her if that was where she is and I think she said yes, sort of R&R. Not sure where she has been since leaving her body here. Any time I think of her I hear her reply “Yes Mom.” I have not been able to get clear communication about where she is now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Noting to celebrate this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I get clearer communication with Princess. She is the only one of my cats I’ve ever been able to do much communication with and had a few very clear commiserations when she was in body but seem unable to get clear info now. Maybe because she is in such a different reality.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I noticed that Pascal is our next FAT. I said Hi but did not communicate more. Wasn’t he FAT before?

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. Nothing to report here.
