One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Stupsi. Since in the last post of Angela in Fat he was obviously complaining, that I don’t understand him. It os really hard for me to talk with him and hear him, maybe because he is so close to me.
I sat down and centered myself and then asked a question about a personal subject, im working on (old aspects inside of me, which come from my parents)
I waited if I hear his voice, then there came a picture of my soul, who is very shining if light. I dont know if I made progress or if the information actually came from me. I will try harder3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. Im very grateful for all the information I got from all me colleges taking part in the fat challenge. Its so interesting for me and opens more questions and fields I can work on.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I try to find out my way to communicate with Stupsi. I believe that I take it too “heavy”. I think there must me a easier way, more flowing with less “trying hard” i wonder how I can find it5. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Soul repair – but been very slack this week and haven’t managed it as often as I would like. Have also listened to others including the class1 track in the meditation bundle.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Candyman – my horse. I have tried earnestly to explain to him why I am fitting the strange feeling boots on his feet (to make him more comfortable as he has foundered). I feel that he is understanding what I am saying so that is helpful but I can’t receive in return so he resorts to shaking his head to tell me NO! After I explain he becomes calm and co-operative. Obviously taking the time to explain, even when you can’t hear back is helpful to the animal.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I was very happy that I was naturally doing a version of the technique Val explained on the last Q&A for merging all your animals into one.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I always have lots of questions but go blank when I look at this question. Must get in the habit of writing them done when they come.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I did have a brief chat with Stupsi before the Q&A and when listening to the recording. Sadly I didn’t write it down so the details have gone now. I remember being happy that I got something correct as it was confirmed later in Nicole’s feedback.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. Constantly bad at this. -

Yes, practicing being nobody, in nothingness , in no time, different guided meditations, it’s really “shutting up the babble” in my mind .
Around 30-50 min every morning.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Slowly feel a little more inspired to do this again. I had to take a break for a while and didn’t feel like practicing at all . I needed to find a way to feel again and it’s coming a little at a time.Talked to Sadie. Checked in with my body after everything she said if I made it up or not, my body said I was connected and it was her.She had an amazing request about sending love to our plannet, very wise girl.🙏🏻💖🌎

I want to celebrate that I can sit for a long time now I’m nothingness without distracting thoughts and chatter.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My heart and “ personality “ is getting softer, more mild and curious every day. It feels like I’m letting go of lots of shields 🛡 I’ve had to protect my heart and maybe also my EGO had shields to keep me safe. I’m feeling more and more how I’m bravely stepping out in the unknown, to just go for what I’m guided to do with no idea of what’s going to happen, what to do or how to make a living. I’m becoming a sovereign woman, standing steady on the Earth and KNOW that ALL and EVERYTHING is in perfect order and I’m Divinely guided a step at a time.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Stupsi jumped in when I was thinking of his big size in such a small body. He said Angels comes in all shapes and formes, even with long ears, and giggled.😁

To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development GamesThis week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? Listening to messages from the wind, the trees and Mother Gaia. I was hiking up a high mountain, decided to send love to all living beings , trees, plants, water, rocks, all animals and human beings and expanded the love slowly to surround the planet and other galaxies. I was amazed how much love I felt I had for a closed heart and pretty much let go of that idea ( of a closed heart) and I could feel the love back.
Now letting my intuition feel love from everything, everywhere. 🙏🏻💖<><>

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been lax with meditation this week as I have guests including two Dobermans, Luchien and Loki 😊2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Otis, dog: a general reading on his essence, likes, dislikes etc. but received no feedback as to whether it was helpful.
2. Nemo, guinea pig who left his body a few months ago. Part of his message:
Nemo: If you don’t live, laugh and love, you will miss the human experience completely. Humans get caught up in the wishes, wants, desires, fears, discouragements, perceived failures and miss that everything you need is right there….
Barb: It is!
Nemo: Just breathe and LAUGH and LOVE! Nothing is more important.
Barb: Thank You Nemo.
Nemo: I am sharing heart to heart. May you have a wonderful day just being. ❤️
3. Pouter, Cat: He has IBS. Talked about finding a different food other than the prescription kibble he is eating as he has no teeth. Had a chat with he and his brother Taco about boundaries.
4. Thunder, pony. Understanding why he is stopping and rearing right after starting out. He is a brand new pony to the family and they have owned him for only a week and he is feeling pushed. They are going to do more groundwork to develop more trust.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I have fairly steady work 🙏🏼 Due to referrals from clients.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, on last Saturday’s call. Will post soon.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Today I did not pay attention to an intuitive hit and it did not end well.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual 10-30 mins. Soul Malas Healing Meditation music. I haven’t had time to download the new meditations yet, still in that process.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Aside from my regular fur family conversations (one-way only), I have been talking to the little swallows in my barn. By watching their activities, I was able to see babies in the nest, and they are growing up FAST!! Tonite I put some little toys in the horses’ stock tank, which is not far from the nest, hoping that if one of the babies happens to fall into the water when they start trying to fly, they will have something to grab ahold of when they are in panic mode. I hope this was unnecessary, but I have found little birds in the tank before that didn’t make it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I tried. No response received.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time. Always open to intuitive thoughts coming my way.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and No – some days enough and others just a few minutes. I meditated about an hour or an hour and a half on the days where I had had enough sleep. On the others I just did a nominal amount.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did the Saturday Fat only. Struggling to sleep meant prioritising work and getting through the days.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I really enjoyed the FAT session! What was great was that at first I didn’t think I was getting anything – then as I relaxed and decided that was ok – it all just started to come through. Increasingly I want to develop this trust –Connect, ask, relax and wait.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Still the challenge to hold the space for myself when I’m on my own.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and will post later today. I haven’t posted before for the reasons I mentioned above.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver
No – also because of the chaotic sleep week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I taught a Reiki workshop last Saturday so was focused on the Reiki meditations taught there. I am also focusing on bringing in the energy of the New Earth.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have had short communications with several different animals. Virginia’s Micky is in spirit now and she has two new kittens. I have not connected with the kittens yet but have discussed them with Micky asking him to assist with the kittens. I think I heard the little hamster next door that I call Alvin so have spoken briefly with him. He says he is find and being well taken care of. As always I have communicated with my cat Princess in spirit. She is the only one of my cats I’ve been successful communicating with. When I think of her I hear “Yes, Mom” and sometimes just say hi.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The ease with which I can communicate with the cats I think of as my regulars: Princess and Micky.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How can I communicate with my cats Roxy and Missy as easily as I communicate with others.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I remember a quick check in but am not sure if that was this week or last. I plan to communicate with him again soon.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I listened to a free teleconference by Lynn McKenzie titled “Accuracy On Demand: How To Master Your Psychic Abilities.” Of course it was promo for a paid program, but she did a very good job of giving valuable information in her free call. I have the replay and plan to listen to it again.

Beau my neighbor dog was left outside while his parents went to work. He was crying. I tried to contact him to bring him some comfort I told him he could talk to me if he wanted but he could also go to his dog house and sleep while waiting for them to return. I heard nothing from him but it did remain quiet for the rest of the day.
Stupsi – tried twice couldn’t connect.
Moosie and Scoobie – My dogs , couldn’t connect.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes morning and evening. I do my own cleaning meditations
I have had a very interesting encounter with a ladybug. I have a big terrace/garden and a lot of plants. Last time I went out I saw the ladybug on a plant and then on an other one. Somehow it cought my attention. When I went out for having my lunch, I realised it was sitting underneath my table on a outdoor carpet in the sun. I almost stepped on it, but also not, because it emitted a lot of energy.
It caught my attention, because I saw her 3 times (this is an inner rule for me, that if the spirit world want to show me something, they need to do it 3 times)
So I sit down and asked her, what she wanted to tell me. There was only light coming towards me and then she gave me something energetically. I could not see what it was, until now i dont know, but it felt good.
I hear more clearly
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I did the earth alignment technik, we learned from val. She taught me, that it is right, when it kind of kicks in. So I do that. But when I continue doing it, it kicks, but I still feel only a very slight, gentle almost breakable connection to earth. I’m not sure, if I’m doing it right. I thought if it feels right, it should feel solid and strong

Yes now I’m on Val’s meditation of the heart, I love that one 🙏🏻❤️

I had a very interesting chat with Snow. Before I even got to the “ connection” she dumped a whole lot of sentences in my field and it was a mess. I had to ask her to slow down but now the sentences came on top of each other, very fascinating. She said she was a Princess and someone should write a book about what she had to say to humans. She also wanted to be a teacher to tech humans with feelings what would be good for them.

I used Val’s healing guu on a husky. He responded very well. First he was all over me , couldn’t get close enough, then he layer down in his bed and fell asleep. He never does that during the day, and I was able to hold focus on the space in between us the whole time. It felt so good .

I have found a space in between me and everything and everybody else that is some kind of exchange/ happening field. It gives me time to respond to whatever happens out there and it’s like a delayed field before something goes out to give me time to feel what I want to let out, very cool. It’s also where I feel my feelings .

Yes. Appx 30 min and listen to Brad Yates tapping videos. Breath exercises
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mitzi a cat. The guardian wondered how Mitzi (has kidney problem) felt about them going on holiday for 3 weeks and their daughter visiting for half a day daily to be with her. Consultation ongoing
Suggested for Mitzi A dark and light system where when it’s dark it means one less day from guardians home coming. When it’s light it’s one day nearer to guardians arrival back home. Plus I’ll pass on the suggestions what the guardians can do to help her She was excited knowing about the postcard/picturesSuggestions for guardians. Talk to Mitzi, explain what is happening. Talk and send pictures/postcards to her while they are away – keep connected. Let her see, sniff suitcases, bring cases in and out so Mitzi gets used to them plus reassure her she’s not being abandoned, they love her and will be back

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes and am getting into do ing more – which is where I want to be. I find that I can get on a roll and its so enjoyable and natural. Then Stuff gets in the way, I go back into my head and it gets difficult again.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced the quick connect. Priscilla: joy, delicate, flying. Springy. Big purple aura. Role: happy to help humans. Fifty: Grandpa, balanced, nods his head up and down, a deep soul. A balancer. A gold, blue and green aura. Tiki: a Lion ,a big cat. Very strong. Wisdom. He helps souls learn. He is gracious. A mellifluous voice. A golden ginger aura. Moka: Very sweet, Quite a high pitched voice, likes to help, happy to help. Joy. Shakes: Big blue aura. Independent. Commands respect. Roots in ancient Egypt.
A wild crow: young, not so sure about humans. Unusual to come across a human who speaks to him. His companion flew away. He did and then returned to eat some seed laid out. A joyful spirit. I will try and find him again.
Two oak trees: deep wisdom and history. Sages of the tree kingdom. Advisers and holders of wisdom and space.
Two willow trees: much lighter, more flexible, move with the air and the times.
A group of varied flowers: chattering and laughing, each with a different note.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I love that I’m finding it easier to drop into my heart centre. I’m learning to relax more and just be a receiver of energies.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My discovery: the sensation of receiving energy with my heart centre and feeling that my mind does not need to be part of it.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t communicate with Stupsi again but I did (eventually) post what I got – reading it back made me realise how wonderful it was. The communication started stilted but then flowed easily.
6.

I have not mediated much this week, only during church on Sunday and a monthly group call with Susann Taylor Shier and her membership group on Tuesday evening. I had tried to meditate a couple of other times but have been sick with a urinary track infection since Sunday so have not felt like doing anything but sleeping.

This morning I woke up way too early and went back to bed. Roxy snuggled with me and I was able to communicate with you a little bit. He has had UTIs so I explained to him that that was what was wrong with me and why I had been in bed during the day. I have also tuned into my cat Princess in spirit but she told me to take care of myself. I thought I heard the little hamster next door that I had been so concerned about when his people were away and he was alone. It was not a very clear communication but I got it that his Mom is home now and he is fine and not interested in communicating with me.
